Orientation: Who really knows? There's a rumor going around that says he and K'em are more than friends. And then there are all of those spats with W'ten... I wouldn't bring this up to Cordel's face. He's taken an oath to help people, but he never said he'd be gentle about it. He's publicly stated that he wishes there would be a rumor pairing him with an actual woman so he's presumably straight.
About: He's... not always very nice. He's like a moral center wrapped in crunchy snark. If your character injures him or herself while doing something stupid, Cordel will make sure they know that it was stupid. In graphic terms.
W'ten calls him overemotional. That isn't far off the mark. Between instinct and logic, instinct always wins out.
On the bright side, he's very good at his job. Not many people can balance out healing humans and dragons. He's managed. Because of this, he's rarely seen outside of the Infirmary or the ground weyrs.
Plot ideas:
-Apprentices! Cordel has learned he rather enjoys teaching and is on the look-out for one or two new Dragonhealer Apprentices. Closed for now; may open again later.

About: Well... M'al is fairly easy-going and easy to get along with for most people. He has a certain amount of charm that almost certainly comes from his former life as a Harper. Actually, he occasionally still thinks of himself as a Harper, normally when someone else is saying something positive about them.
He's a manipulative little b*****d. >> Since Impressing Redhath, he's only gotten better at getting others to do what he wants, preferably without them even realizing.
Redhath is the tricky one to get along with in this pair; the blue really does think he's 'all that', but will rarely put any effort into proving it. He knows he's the best; why should he have to do anything?

Orientation: Bisexual, but with an extreme lean towards girls.
About: Elae is a friendly gal. She simply adores company and hates being alone. Normally, she's doing something slightly off-the-wall, or possibly gossiping. She loves gossip. If someone is doing something and they don't want anyone else to know about it, she will do whatever she can to find out what is going on.
All in all, she's a fairly silly individual, but a good friend to have since she'll also fight back false gossip about her close friends.
She's stood for several Hatchings so far, but remains undaunted by the fact that she hasn't Impressed yet. After all, she has several more years to go! No reason to be gloomy about it.

About: He's a cynical bitter man. Technically, he's also a good man since he does the right thing in the end. It's simply with a lot of bitching and complaining. Being good doesn't mean he HAS to be nice, after all...
He loves his weyrmate, F'sey. Don't mess with F'sey, otherwise you'll have one extremely pissed off C'ren after you. And C'ren does hold grudges.
Ceylith is the nicer part of the pair; she is a genuinely sweet dragon. She pretty much loves everyone, no matter what. While C'ren is happy to see only the negative aspects of people, Ceylith insists that everyone has a good side to them. If she were any sweeter, she'd probably fart sparkles and rainbows. In a lady-like fashion, of course. She's very motherly.

About: C'ym is painfully honest and loyal. No, really. Don't ask him if those pants make you look fat unless you really, really want to know. He's also a bit spoiled; even after moving to the Weyr and Impressing, he still half expects others to do his work for him. Still, he's got his good sides: mostly, he's very sweet and tries desperately to do the right thing. He's also unlikely to hold grudges, judging them as a waste of energy.
He's an admirer of S'kagi and wants to be like him later in life. Yeah. He's going to be disappointed...
Hanumanth is less ambitious than his rider by a long shot, but is better with actual conversation. Or he would be, if he actually spoke to others besides his rider...

Orientation: ¬ ¬ He's too busy preventing Vera's romantic life to have one for himself.
About: So long as Xeran doesn't see you as a threat towards his 'daughter', Vera, then he's perfectly personable, if a bit lewd. If there's an innuendo anywhere, Xeran will spot it. A true entertainer, he loves making others laugh.
On the other hand, if he sees you as a threat to Vera... well, you ought to start running. Xeran is the epitome of the 'overprotective father' although he's not really Vera's father. Technically, she was his Apprentice, but he sort of adopted her. Anyway, long story short, he hates it when she goes out on dates and insists on screening any boy who happens to wander near her.

About: Mostly, he’s quiet. No, really. He’s the kind of guy who can vanish into a crowd all while standing by himself. It’s not so much that he’s shy, exactly. In fact, he can be quite social, since he genuinely likes everyone. He’s simply very quiet and unsure of himself for the most part. Once you get beyond that, he presents himself as a fairly intelligent young man, one who knows quite a bit about firelizards. He makes an effort to get along with everyone, a trait that makes him a push-over.
Don’t mind his firelizard, Mist. He always tries to n** at people’s heels.
Plot Ideas: None really. Just meeting other people and that sort of thing. While he’s a member of the Rising Sun gang, his heart isn’t really in it, so he’ll try to be friendly towards everyone.

I've got Avery for Elae, if you'd like. Considering what Ave does in the weyr, and that she spends a lot of time in the dining hall, I'd assume she knows Nan and Elae pretty darn well.

Maybe M'al and Yali could meet? I'm not sure what instruments (or was he a writing/art field?) he worked with as a Harper, but if he was ever any good, he could instruct Yali a little on some of her playing/art, or if nothing else, be able to give it a try himself again. I'm blanking on anybody I can throw at anyone else, but if you have any ideas, just ping them this way. IM is SpiritWolfKiros if you have anything that needs extensive discussion over.

@Indu: I apologize sincerely for the wait. :C But I finally have an rp for M'al and K'lan. So... Weyrlings?
@Kael: M'al would be a bad choice for that, sadly. He was only an Apprentice Harper. Xeran would be a far better choice, since he's a Journeyman and is actually teaching. Would this be ok?
@Zoomy: o3o Y! C'ym definitely needs to get out more.
BTW, you might notice that Cordel has an actual plot now! -gasp- Now that he's a Master Healer, he finds himself in need of one or two more Apprentices. Details will follow.
