Sailor Portia DSS of Cryptography

Roll: 16
Action: Staring at the pouch and not doing much with it yet

While she had moved slightly closer, Portia wasn't sure she liked the massive group of people. The change in the sky was even more concerning, and for the first time, she felt tense over this. While she'd been certain of the fate she wanted for her planet, she didn't like the feeling of experiencing a world being destroyed while she was on it. Her mind flickered over the logbook she had grabbed and the report of debris and a missing world.

That train of thought stopped as a pouch appeared. She grabbed it and stared at it, not sure if she should open it or not. Maybe... it would be best to move close enough to see anyone else and potentially check if the bag would cause any trouble other than the sparkling material that had come with it.

Super Procyon Dss of Liminality
Roll: 45
Action: Excited by glitter and putting the items on before looking at the berry.

More and more people had showed up, many of them were higher ranked chaos members and he moved slightly away from them as they began to congregate.

Seeing the sky bubble and a sliver of something peak through it, he felt on edge and very worried about things. With the appearance of a pouch and glitter, his mood slightly improved because it was one of the human crafting supplies he rather enjoyed. The contents he managed rather quickly as he read the note. The name sounded familiar from the information he'd heard from Daedalus and they had given the information about the shields and things so he could be trusted, right?

Putting the pin on his collar, he figured it would be better to wear the bracelet on his organic hand just in case. The last thing that was there, the berry, he looked at for a moment and wondered what it might do or taste like. But for now he tucked it away.

Mabella frowned when she got the message what the heck she noticed the weird storms but she thought it was no big deal then again it had been a long time. She went when they were called and she frowned at the sky this was scary. She looked around for anyone she knew she was still young. She didn't think this was good and she wanted comfort. She needed someone to help protect her. She didn't want to stand by herself. She wanted to fight alongside another senshi. So she was looking for an adult senshi that she could fight beside so she didn't feel alone.

She grabbed the bag with both hands and did what the note said she put the bracelet and pin on and put the rest away.

Chillingham Squire of Saturn
Roll: 82
Action: Glitter very excited and putting things on and looking at the berry

While she hadn't managed to do too much so far, it also seemed like the bad guys hadn't caused any trouble just yet. Seeing a pouch appear, she was excited over the prospect of a magical glittery space present. The bracelet and pin drew her eye, and she happily popped them on her wrist and vest.

The fruit she wasn't sure over, something told her that it might not be best to eat something from a magic pouch but that didn't mean she'd get rid of it, only just tucking it into her coat pocket for now.

Spasskaya Squire of Pluto
Roll: 30
Action: Looking at the pouch but not sure about it or the note inside

With Another small knight showing up, Spasskaya let there be some distance between herself and Novella as she looked over her staff and took another deep breath. She didn't like this, especially when the sky seemed to reveal something more confusing than before.

The appearance of a pouch and things had her looking it over with little interest. The mention of someone called Almadel didn't make much sense to her, maybe someone Aaru would know, but she didn't trust anything in it just yet. Maybe if Novella tampered with things first, that would help her decide it she wanted to wear the things in the pouch.

Thebe yawned when she got the message but it seemed this was important. She went even if she would rather take a nap; these weird storms made napping hard to do so here she was. She frowned looking at the sky and she said out loud since she didn't get out much. "Umm what the heck is that?" She asked to anyone or no one. Then the bag appeared what a hassle she rolled her eyes and she opened the bag and ate the berry. She didn't think about it snack meant eating. She put on the bracelet and the pin and waited for the world to end.

Hokusai frowned at the message she had noticed the storms but she was new to being a knight well page since she was brand new. She had never been to a battle before and she didn't even have magic yet but she went to the summons anyway. She knew even the smallest effort had the power to help. She had the strength of a page so she was going to use her strength to help others. She made a epp sound when the bag appeared and she opened it and blinked. She put on the bracelet. Then the pin she had no idea what the berry was. She remembered the merchant she was pretty sure she met him before she became a knight. Before she even knew what magic was.

Rabbit was in a hurry she was always in a hurry and this seemed really important and information had been found on her homeworld. She had missed a lot since she was busy doing the work the Code had tasked her with cleaning up her wonder. She hadn't been watching the storm for a while. Now she was here and this was freaky. Still she hoped they had arrived in enough time to get there and fight whatever the heck was doing that to the sky since the sky wasn't supposed to do that. She had being reading everything on the database so she knew about the merchants and did what the note said and put on the bracelet since it seemed important. She trusted her gut in all things. She cuddled her bunny. She was determined to help however she could.

Transcended Eternal Sailor Kerberos
Action: Greeting Fang, Ida, and Chariklo; checking out the bag

Fang immediatley drew a smile form Kerberos. It was a little grim, given the circumstances, but there was a shine in his eyes regardless, because there had been a change in his friend since the last time they'd seen each other, and it was one for the better.

"Big scary indeed," he agreed. "but we're all here together, and we're going to drive it off. Congratulations, by the way, on bonding with your world." Every one of them that became a bright light in the universe was another victory. A soul that could not ever be stolen by Chaos.

Ida made him brighten further, and he was glad for the soothing presence she brought to the field.

"Hi, Princess," he greeted. "I'm...really, really glad to see you." To say the absolute least. Part of him wanted to reach out and take her hand, but it seemed like a risky move with so much Chaos on the field. Both of them were targets, and part of him was afraid to become more of one by showing too much affection.

"I don't think we've met," he said to the Senshi that came over to Ida (Chariklo) and her Squire accompaniment (Xibalba), not taking an ounce of offense--Ida was a popular lady, and clearly these were friends of hers. "I'm Kerberos. Pleasure," he said.

And then, the sky changed, and Kerberos staggered, briefly, and found himself reaching for Ida's arm to catch himself from the crushing ********," he gasped. "This is--this is what it felt like when we all got swept to space. It's close. It's here."

And yet, amid the crushing pressure, a shower of glitter and a gift.

Kerberos reached his free hand out to catch the bag, and blinked at it for a moment.

"...Almadel, you canny b*****d," he said, softly, as he let go of Ida and opened the bag. "What have you got for us?"

Sailor Tempesti, Senshi of Harpies
Action: Meeting Sailor Elsa and Sailor Daedalus, putting on the pin and bracelet, quietly having a panic attack.

Muri’s introduction drew a shy but warm smile from the young senshi as she looked at the strangers. A bit of levity to hold the fear at arm’s length for a few moments more. Sailor Elsa’s fuku was almost mesmerizingly beautiful and left her briefly wondering if she was underdressed for the occasion. If she was lucky she might get a chance to upgrade her “end of the world” look down the line; after all, given the things she’d seen and heard lately she suspected this wasn’t the first apocalypse many of them had faced. She’d have to ask him about his hair products afterward anyway.

Before she could manage a reply, another strikingly pretty senshi (Sailor Daedalus) approached their small group and she greeted him with a small wave. Having an engineer in their party would probably be an advantage with all of the unfamiliar technology floating around.

“Senshi of harpies. I mean. I’m the senshi of harpies. It’s nice to meet you both.”

It seemed she was in no danger of experiencing a sudden burst of eloquence and that possibility grew still more distant as the vicious sky proclaimed its intentions.

Something beyond fear pulsed within Tempesti, a twisting sensation clutching at her throat and chest before bursting into violent churning within her stomach as a claustrophobic presence surrounded them.

Mind occupied by the somewhat distracting sense of the planet’s impending death, she didn’t quite realize that she’d held out her hand before she felt the soft pressure of a velvet bag against her skin. Trembling hands fumblingly loosed the golden cord to reveal its contents. She didn’t recognize the name or the handwriting of their benefactor, but the bracelet at least had an unmistakable pull and its presence on her wrist as she fastened it offered some strange comfort. The pin and berry were less compelling, though that didn’t stop her from affixing the sparkling purple gem to the fabric draped just over her left hip. Hopefully that would be a safe enough place for it. The berry remained within the bag, relegated to the status of “deal with this later because I don’t want to add mysterious berry hallucinations to this situation right now.”

Corrupt Eternal Miyamoto

"I wasn't aware of that." Trailing off as Lavendulan who was speaking about the one who brought her in, who trained her. "Not found me..likeable." He did, in all honesty, find it odd that anyone found him likeable aside from Wolframite. He wasn't out to make friends, or get people to like him, and yet some people approved of him and might even consider him something close to a friend. One person, the one standing at his side, even called him more.

Nodding his head in greeting to the Captain, glad for every body they had here, his attention moved from Stichtite to the bag floating down in a shower of glitter. Grasping it in his hand he opened it with the other. The note had him smiling. "Almadel, the alien merchant who comes by every summer save this past one. He had us come help in his museum with an alien bug infestation." It had been a nightmare, one he didn't wish to repeat, and yet it was this merchant who he would summon if they needed to escape.

"A pin...and jewelry." The pin was removed first and afixed to his belt, so it wasn't in his way and didn't risk ripping the fabric of his uniform, while the brace was slipped up onto his left arm so it covered part of the ink there. The ink was covered by his uniform anyway, and few people knew it was there, the blond general at his side knew it exsisted. "You won't mind if I stay the next week with you?" He questioned, having noticed them not react to when he refered to them as family. He was just hoping he could stay, it was something he could get used to quickly, but he also didn't like how he responded to stress and knowing he would be reaping the "benefits" of all the stress tonight soon enough he would rather be at the others home.

"You three think we're ready for this?" Asking Lavendulan and the Captain, Staurolite. His gave moved then to Meridiana, smiling at her. "I finally got my fiances in order, thanks to some of your help, and managed to swing a home. It might come with a mortgage but it's as much mine as it can be." And it was better than where he'd been living, safer as well, he thought she might like to know that she had indeed helped him. Before he sealed the little bag he took note of one more item in it, something he really had no place to put, he wasn't sure it was something to eat so he refrained from doing so but he did point it out to everyone. "I'm not sure if it's safe to eat...or if there is a time to eat it." Though how they'd know if there was a time to eat it he wasn't sure, but anything was possible he supposed.

Rainier, Squire of Mercury
Roll: 59
Action: Chatting with Surtur and curious about what's in the bag.

Rainier had been carefully weaving her way through the growing crowd, looking for Acrucis or Ekstrom, when she heard her name called out by a familiar voice. She turned toward the sound, her expression lifting at the sight of Surtur, bowing like a gentleman out of time.

The tension in her shoulders eased as he closed the remaining distance between them. Although his tone was warm and welcoming, he looked exhausted from either worry or a sleepless night.

A soft exhale left her lips; half-laugh, half-relief. Sutur,” she greeted with a warm smile. “You know, we seem to run into each other when things are at their worst.” There was something comforting in the consistency of it. The only person they were missing now was Beira.

Her eyes lifted to the sky, then back to his. “Maybe it’s fate, or maybe we just know where to look when it matters most. Whatever the reason, if today is our last I find comfort in knowing I have a friend to fight beside. But I hope we will succeed and have more adventures ahead of us.”

Before she could add anything else, there was a burst of colorful glitter between them. A blue velvet bag with a gold cord hovered in the air for a moment. Rainier held her hands out as the magic around it faded and the weight of the soft fabric settled in her hands. “Seems Almadel had one last gift to give.”

Sailor Acrucis, Super Senshi of Prayer
Roll:
37
Action: Looking for Rainier or a group where she can make use of her healing magic.

Acrucis had just gotten off a long shift at the hospital, exhausted from the long hours all she wished for was to be with Tristan in the comfort of their home. But her duties as a Senshi demanded that she be present.

She knew Rainier was here somewhere but her phone was no use in contacting the Squire of Mercury. So she weaved through the groups where she spotted several familiar faces including Benitoite who was surrounded by a group of agents.

Like the others, she had received Almadel’s gift. She held it close, fingers curled tightly around the velvet bag protectively, not wanting to stop searching for someone so she wasn’t out here alone.

DMS Eternal Melpomene

He really shouldn't be surprised his partner sent someone to find him, to keep him safe, but a Lieutenant? Shaking his head he smiled towards her. "No worries, he's being over protective, he worries a lot." If she didn't know that about her general he had to wonder, because he hadn't been doing a good job of hiding it really. Or perhaps he just saw the worry that others didn't, that could very well be the case. "He really is worrying about me far too much, I keep trying to remind him that I'm an eterna land earned my wings." Pointing to the feathery black wings he had, her certainly had the proper aura to go with the wings.

Grabbing the bag from the sky, as it came to be level with his nose, and untied it. "Fruit...." And as tempting as it was to eat he didn't, because he couldn't be sure it wouldnt' do something special and he'd use it too soon, he'd watch and wait. The other two items however found their homes on his right wrist, over the golden gauntlet he wore already, and the pin was stuck around around his neck. Pinned to the heavy fabric of his uniform, he tied the bag to his uniform so it wouldn't get lost or get in his way.

"Darling, I'll keep safe do not worry yourself. This gift is...interesting, I'll be sitting on the fruit as I'm assuming it'll give some advantgage and I'd rather it not be used too soon." At least that's what he was going to assume, because Almadel was a friend of Earth and those who loved here, he got things from them, so he would be looking to help them all somehow.

Focusing again on the officer he offered her a smile. "If you want to stay with me you can, I can perhaps help in keeping you safe as well." Unsure if she'd accept the offer, not that he'd be bothered either way, he continued. "I won't tell him if you take off and don't stick close to me. So don't worry about that, just worry about yourself and keeping safe."

Ekström, Transcended Knight of Mercury
    Roll: 89
With Ashur, greeting Andronicus; sifting through the mystery bag and slipping on the bracelet

The pat on the shoulder caught her attention, and a glance toward it eased her just a teensy bit. Ashur had saved her on more than one occasion, and had become someone she innately trusted to have her back in any fight. Considering the quiet greeting, she decided to leave him to his thoughts, instead choosing to take another sweeping glance across for possibly more familiar faces.

She lit up when she spotted Solaris, and waved in turn. Before she could consider walking over, though, she felt someone join them and turned back toward Ashur, brows going up when she spotted two Uranus Knights now instead of just the one she knew.

Ekstrom managed a smile and nod to return their greeting when a mystery bag just suddenly popped up in front of her. She blinked curiously at it for a second, suspicion all over her face until she read the little tag. Smiling, and her suspicions dispelled, she grabbed the bag and opened it up, eyeing the various items inside of it with intense curiosity. If Almadel had supplied them, she had a strong feeling there was more to each one than met the eye.

The bracelet, in particular, caught her eye, and she quickly picked it out of the bag and slipped it on before looking up. Seems they all got one, which got her to smile a bit wider after the initial surprise wore off. Assuming they made it past this and into the summer, she’d have to thank him in person if he stopped by as he usually did for the festival.

Ashur, Knight of Uranus
    Roll: 28
With Ekstrom, greeting Andronicus; weirded out by the bag but grabbing it anyway

He looked up at the sound of a familiar voice, and wondered exactly how he missed Andronicus on his sweep of the crowd. He returned the wave, and at her words heaved a little sigh. The fact that Themiscyra couldn’t be there, that she was out of his sight considering this could very well be the end of the world–or maybe the end of the world as they currently knew it–was a bit of a sore spot, actually, but he did his best to smile at the little joke.

“She’s here in spirit,” he said, and actually had more to say but got cut short by the appearance of a blue bag right in front of his face. He scowled at it, and tilted his head to the side so he could look at Andronicus first, and then glanced sideward at Ekstrom who…was already in the bag.

Ashur took the bag and just held onto it for the moment, not quite convinced that it was safe to open, never mind rifle through whatever was inside–which apparently included a bracelet, considering what Ekstrom just slipped onto her wrist.

“Random.” He turned back to Andronicus. “What do you think?”

Kiringul, Squire of Cosmos
    Roll: 43
    Arriving, with Einhornhohle

The weight that settled on his chest was both unfamiliar and unwelcome, and it nearly stopped him in his tracks. If not for his conviction to be here, to try and help in whatever way he can, it probably would have succeeded. He might have turned around and gone home, gathered up his mother and his daughter (assuming he could pull her away from her mother) and hole up somewhere to try and protect them while everyone else fought for the survival of the entire planet.

It also helped that Ein was here.

Kiringul gave her hand a squeeze. Her presence alone grounded him, and the contact helped with that even more. “Together,” he repeated, and was about to take a step forward when the little blue pouch appeared and blocked the path. Leaning down, he picked the other one up with his free hand, looking it over with doubt plain in his eyes.

“Given what’s happening, we should probably take all the help we can get.” He shook the pouch, trying to sound out the contents.

Captain Staurolite
    Roll: 55
With Lavendulan; taking the bag and pocketing all the things

“Me?” he asked in a tone that reflected some level of surprise at the question, like he didn’t expect to be pulled into the conversation for whatever reason. He quickly followed up with a shake of his head, though, and replied, “If you’re asking just me, then…no. I mean, I’ll do my best to help, but…honestly that’s probably gonna be limited considering.”

He made a vague gesture at the hoard of Negaverse agents that showed up, including their General Sovereigns. Granted he had a feeling there would be more to this than strictly what raw power you could bring to the table, but he didn’t imagine being stronger wouldn’t help.

Staurolite shot his eyes up toward the sky, taking in the sudden changes with growing surprise that was blessedly interrupted by the sudden appearance of some kind of pouch. He took it without any sort of hesitation after reading the tag, immediately slipping the bracelet on before tipping the rest of the pouch’s contents into his hand to look them over.

“I guess…we can hope these trinkets might make a difference?”

Transended Princess Ida
Roll: 36
Action: Greeting Chariklo, Xibalba, Kerberos and Fang. Taking her bag and telling the others to put on the items, before reaching to help Illyria up if she wants it.

Kerberos was there. Ida caught the blue on red that was becoming familiar now, and beside him was another familiar face. She hadn't seen Fang in a while, but it was hard to miss the shaggy tail and soft, dog-like ears. She'd turned their way, hearing Illyria's soft muttering behind her, before someone else caught her attention.

"Chari!" Ida said in pleased surprise. She'd the woman before, in Almadel's museum, but there had been so much happening after... they hadn't had time to really catch up, and now here they were, tossed into yet another dangerous situation. A sad smile curved over her mouth at her too accurate joke and she shrugged, bare shoulders lifting and falling under her sari.

"Never a dull moment, I guess." She quipped back. Her eyes turned to Chariklo's husband and she offered him a smile as well, hearing Kerberos call to her from her other side. The people she cared about were finding each other, and that was only a good thing. The closer they could stay, the better she'd be able to protect them, that they'd be able to protect each other.

The sky began to change then, energy pressing down on them, and it was like something had finally broken... Ida's gaze flew to the sky as she felt Kerberos grab her arm, her own hand reaching for him as Chariklo reached for her from her other side. The senshi of Orchids stood firm as she watched the clouds come apart, her smiles gone and replaced with something firm and stubbornly resolute. If it was here, if now was the moment... She would face it. They would face it together... But little bags began to appear before them, all glitter and velvet and magic. Ida reached for hers as the others did, eyes wide, and peeked inside the small bag.

A pin, a berry, and a bracelet? Strength, health and safety...

"Put them on. Keep the berry close." Ida called to those around her, using her no-nonsense nurse's voice. "Almadel promised to help as much as he could."

The pin went on the neckline of her dress, on the left over her heart. The bracelet joined the jingling mass of the others around her left wrist, resting over the glow of her markings.

"And stay close to me." She said as she turned to look for her bonded, wings rustling restlessly against her back. She bent to offer her hand and arm to Illyria, leading to a shoulder perch if she wanted it.

Corrupt Eternal Fafnir
Roll: 61
Action: Observing the assembling team, responding to his brother, taking the bag to put on the contents

Fafnir shrugged and smiled smoothly at his brother, the practiced smile that had nothing of his true feelings in it.

"She's on a trip to Paris, of course." He said, running fingers through his long hair and flicking it back over his shoulder. "About as safe as any of us can be right now."

It was sweet of Helio to ask after her, but really... if he'd just come home, live in the house like Fafnir had offered, he could have known himself. Interacting with her was probably too much to ask for, when he was pretending to be dead and a complete stranger to her, but still. He would have known. And been somewhere safe where Fafnir could keep an eye on him.

Wishful thinking, with a brother as stubborn as his was.

The rest of the team was assembling, Faustite at their center, the beacon they were all drawn to and the sun they all orbited around. Albite... ever mouthy, ever attention-seeking.

He'd been about to make some sort of scathing commentary about it when the bottom dropped out of the world and everything shifted, pressing down on him with phantom weight. His attention flew to the sky and found a bag floating before him, like some sort of loot drop in a video game. The eternal snatched at it, darting glances at the others and their own floating bags. The hell...?

Inside, a small collection of items and a note. Fafnir frowned as he pulled out the bracelet, turning it over in his fingers. From Almadel, huh? Man of the hour, it seemed. Showing himself useful, even when he wasn't here. Must mean that all really was serious. The bracelet went around his wrist, then the pin into the fabric over his chest. Did they eat the berry now, or...? Blue eyes tracked to Faustite, watching to gauge his reaction.

Mauvian Illyria -
Roll: 95
Action: Being cute but a bit shy with Ida's friends. Grabbing her own bag to inspect the contents, freaking out a little by the intensity of the change in pressure. Taking Ida's offer of a shoulder perch.

Too many chaotic signatures in the air had Illyria's hackles back up. While it would have been an opportune time to go snooping around the small Mauvian knew that for the moment, her duty was to stick close to Ida's side. Her whiskers twitched for a moment as she spotted Kerberos as he called out and then Illyria's violet eyes took in the sight of a senshi that she'd never seen before. (Chariklo). It was okay because Ida seemed to recognize her and now the Mauvian was curious about who this senshi was. Fang was noticeable in the distance and Illyria briefly recalled the battle on the senshi's home world. She could only hope that Fang's world was continuing to heal. Focusing on the here and now did Illyria sense the change in pressure. Was it her animal instincts that clamoured at her to flee? Ignoring those always led to issues but Illyria was dead-set on remaining on Earth as long as she could. What would she do if Ida told her to flee though?

Having the sky seemingly rupture open did Illyria shrink back to dart into the fabric of Ida's flowing dress before bearing witness to the sight of a multitude of small blue bags appearing before everyone present. Curiosity saw her edge out from her hiding location in order to catch her own bag. Working at the drawstring with her teeth the young Mauvian soon had the bag open to peer inside at the contents before pondering if she was in the wrong form for this battle, if there was a pin and a bracelet, should she not utilize her humanoid form? Pulling out the berry, bracelet and pin did Illyria gently scoop them up before taking the offer that Ida had extended before she darted up the arm that was offered to her.

After situating herself on Ida's shoulder, Illyria looked at her bag before attempting to fix the bracelet and pin to her person ... somehow. To Ida she whispered softly, "I don't know if Almadel took cats into consideration for these gifts, I think I need help putting these on if I stay like this."
