Also, just because Timmy is the first evolving NPC doesn't mean there will be more. Conversely, if there are more, I'd think that would point to...plot.

And we have to remember, just because Lanzer chooses to give out information at times does not preclude the possibility that he is witholding some.

First evolving NPC? Perhaps after Timmy evolves, Rina will eat some sort of poisonous plant thing and evolve into a giant mutant plant!! =D

Or it's just something Zurg-related, or there might actually be some sort of portal in towns that can teleport your avatar to a special town topic with Timmy and Dr. Singh in it or something. That'd be awesome =D

I'm geussing is that timmy was something the Gcorp were going used to fight against the vampire and or zurgs but once they left, they had no need for him so they left him in the hand of the doctor.
