If they don't cheat, they'll at least be very
underhanded and s**t at communication.
Too afraid to handle conflict properly
and work through things. Of course,
nine times out of ten they'll stay for the
benefits while making you miserable
until they find "greener pastures".

wow. that's rich. you really thought that just because your grandma is my neighbor that somehow guaranteed you the promotion? you know i have nothing to do with that decision, right? like it wasn't up to me who got that job lol. sure, i could give my input, but your family living under me is not at all relevant to this situation. i also don't appreciate the attitude and the entitledness. i really need to learn how to not fear confrontation when it comes to fellow co-workers or employees.
patients/customers, i have no issue telling off
idk why i can't do it to the people that are supposed to listen to me
i feel like i only can when i'm frustrated enough but i don't like that it has to get that far.
