-All offspring will be unedited! You may enter edited Soquili, but all offspring will be made from stock templates only.
-No late entries! - I will be going by time stamps.
-Post certed Soqs - Post images, not links! If you don't have a cert, you can link with a thumbnail (but no full size images).
-Use full names! - This is for both Soquili and owners! Also, be sure to use current usernames!
-Be sure to completely fill out the form! - Incomplete forms will be pointed out and you can repost them.
-Do not edit forms if it changes the lists - For example- no editing pairs or owner names. However, you are free to edit in uncerts and missing/broken links.
-Void and repost for any edit that would change the list - So, if you need to change out a pair or update users, just void the original post and make a new one! But don't delete posts, please.
-Each person can be involved in no more than two pairs per raffle, and can win no more than two slots per month.

- Only owners with basket rights (so owners or co-owners with rights) may post the couple. However, proxies are allowed in these breedings.
- If you do not have breeding rights to a Soq you co-own, then it does not count towards your two couple limit, but you may NOT receive a basket from that breeding in any way, shape, or form.

These are pay what you want slots. You can pay the standard 12k - or more, less, or even nothing at all! It's all up to you. <3

Failure to do so will result in disqualification. I am not obligated to inform you if you have broken a rule.

BREEDING AND PERMISSIONS REMINDER

It has been required for both owners to post permission for the breeding in the MATES AND PERMISSION THREAD prior to the close of the raffle in order to be eligible for raffles now, so hopefully everyone has gotten the idea. However, just as a reminder:

UNLESS BOTH PARTIES HAVE POSTED PERMISSION IN THE PERMISSION THREAD (not this one, but the permission thread) BY THE TIME THE RAFFLE CLOSES, THEY ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE RAFFLE AND WILL BE REMOVED. This also includes co-owners; if you co-own a soquili and your agreement involves agreeing on mates or breeding, BOTH co-owners have to have posted permission.

CO-OWNERSHIP REMINDER

If one of the co-owners of a horse in a pairing is NOT getting baskets from the breeding, please put the co-ownership agreement link in the form in the appropriate place and say who does or does not have breeding rights. We will assume that any pairing submitted without a form counts the breeding toward ALL co-owners. If it's not in the co-ownership agreement, the co-owner forfeiting will need to post here saying as much.

Remember guys if a owner has no rights to this breeding it MEANS NO RIGHTS. Aka, you cannot gift nor co own a basket with the person with no rights, Ala the new rules instated.

Other

Major mistakes that are spotted after winners have been rolled, such as triple-entries into the breeding raffle or lack of permission can result in a nullification of the win. It is in your best interest to spot these ahead of time so that they can be corrected, or extraneous pairs removed instead of nullifying all of your chances.

It is required to answer these questions to have a chance. We WILL work with you so you can understand where you got it wrong if you do get it wrong so you can fix it.

Question: If someone you wish to breed your skinwalker with insists on all three breedings being together, how would you explain this in story canon? And How should this be handled in breeding forms?
Answer: Pure strength and coincidence - Syntyche does not, and never will, actively seek out the same individual to breed with. Nor, does she typically breed unless 'Divinity' calls for more scourge. However, if it ended up being the same individual for multiple breedings, it really would be based on both coincidence and strength, she's not easily bested.

Question: Do skinwalkers form family units or care what their family thinks?
Answer: She doesn't. To her offspring are tools, she doesn't raise them. She expects them to know how to kill from birth and leaves them to do as Divinity intended, act as a scourge.

Question: If you have a hard time RPing a skinwalker in character, what can you do?.
Answer: Refrain from RPing it, or Charm it.

Question: Can skinwalkers be entered into Wishing Stars and if so what type?
Answer: Last time I checked they couldn't? I assume this may be different now due to the Angeni Charms as those particular skinwalkers can develop lasting bonds to another entity. Synctyche however, would simply be incompatible with a Wishing Star! xD

Question: Skinwalkers can, on rare occasions, form packs/herds to organize an attack, but they always break apart shortly afterwards or sometimes even before they manage to stage the raid. What do you think happens to cause these breakups?
Answer: Disagreements over methodology, territorial disputes, narcisism, basic beastial tendencies. Any number of traits can cause these creatures to have a spat and they're far from delicate. Skinwalkers don't do diplomacy well!
