I was about 8 minutes late because I had to go get food. gonk There were strange people in my house, and I look like a pale and starved mole rat rn because I've just been sick in my room for a few days. >.<

I've been coming up with a lot of good key elements to add to my story so far, lots of fleshing out lately, so I'm happy about that. Still, I really need to finish this chapter. D:

Adler: That is INSANE. I would be dead. It's actually cooled off a lot here to appropriate fall weather and I am absolutely loving it. Humidity can go f itself.

Whimsi: I'm so sorry. D: I can relate to you though. I has le cycle with le dual infections. >.< I've just been sleeping loads but I think I'm on the mend now.

Lekszi: It was a dry heat back home, so 103F was actually really nice weather. Add any humidity though and I would be dying. cat_gonk

I still can't function in cold. I get sleepy and non-responsive and can't be bothered to move or anything. Slowly getting to the point where I don't consider high-seventies "cold" but I did wake up shivering this morning around 0700 when the house was like 75F...

Al: One day, Al. One day I will get one and I will not have to deal with all the annoying things that a fleshy body required and comes with.

And want the heat back. It's cold and the doors are open so all the allergens are coming into the house and the cold is making my joints hurt and the weather change is making my joints hurt. And since it's cold I'm cold. (And by cold I mean it's like seventy after being 90's-100)

Tol: I'm vegetarian. Grilled cheese and tomato soup. Well, once the uncle finishes messing around in the basement. (I think he's putting in a freezer or something, not quite sure but it's the perfect size for a body.)


And of course I have essays and school stuff to do that I'm totally going to blow off to watch tv and write because I've spent the past few days passed out.

Tol: I was lied to!!! Everyone said it would be nice here!! Apparently, this is as hot as it has ever been here. Supposedly, they don't usually break the low 90s. The plus side is, since I came from an area where it regularly hits triples, I'm used to it. Just not happy about it.

Al: I was that way for my whole life until basically this summer. I still cover up under the blankets in the high seventies, especially when I'm idle or sleeping, 75 can be cold. But now I'm pretty sure my hormones are doing some rearranging so my body temperature is way higher. I'm pretty comfortable right now and my room is 68.

I hate bone chilling cold though. (For whatever reason) I went camping high up in the mountains twice one winter and it was frosted over, just short of snowing. I literally could not sleep because all my joints were aching and my muscles were throbbing. s**t hurts. gonk Go get a heater, or a heating pad? Or some quilts? We have loads of quilts and blankets so I just usually pile those on and I'm good.

I spot a Lia! Herro, prease.
