When you open the basic cache to get a colored cache, that part's random...but taking a component from a colored cache isn't. You get to choose.

When you open the basic cache to get a colored cache, that part's random...but taking a component from a colored cache isn't. You get to choose.

i don't see red mercury anywhere in the lists. sad

That is because it's a Crafted Component, which means you have to buy the Formula for it at Bifrost and gather all the components it requires.
