Avatar Builder bug fixes

We had just fixed ghosting, as well as problem with un-equipping items through the equipped list. Also, different variations of the same item will no longer cancel each other out.

There's still more bugs to fix, thank you for all the feedback so far!

Avatar Builder Fixes Part 2

* This update will be live at 5:20pm, PST

We've just spent time fixing more bugs for the Avatar Builder:

- fixed inventory search while ghosting another player
- fixed inventory search when paw based avatar is used
- fixed 'view opposite gender' option when using slots 2 or 3
- fixed gender switching to and from paw base

In addition, the base avatar icons will allow you to change gender directly.

Next we will be addressing how avatar builder snapshots are saved in our system to make it more clear and manageable.

Avatar Builder Fixes Part 3

- Fixed ghosting permission check, avatar will reset if it's currently ghosting a user who does not allow ghosting
- Fixed inventory listing when ghosting on slot 2 or 3

Server Upgrade Complete

We had just completed a massive upgrade to all the web servers on Gaia, and we will be performing various tests to make sure everything is running smoothly. However there are currently some issues such as Flash games that are not loading and will need to be fixed ASAP. Once we get the initial problems fixed, we will open up a bug report thread to tackle any remaining issues. 3nodding

UPDATE (5:15AM) - Flash games are back! Hopefully all major features are working.

Project Recolor Reminders!

Hi y'all!

I wanted to come and give notice that Tie-Dye schemes will be swapping over on December 17th at 12:01 am PST! We should be back before that with the scheme preview, but wanted to give notice for anyone who still wanted to submit in the fall schemes!

While I'm here, I have a reminder for everyone.

Please do not email asking for status updates on your order. Sometimes things go out before others because of artist workload. User ticket trackers are not going to give you a good idea of where your order is due to the fact that things can shuffle. We do not reply to requests for status updates.

Purchasing/PayPal Errors

Hello, Gaians! The web server upgrade has caused a few other unwanted bugs upon its completion. Some of you may have experienced some Gaia Cash top-up issues with PayPal purchases and we’ve been working on resolving that.

Purchases that have gone through will be granted the missing GC when we push a fix.

Purchasing/PayPal Fixes

Payments/PayPal processing should be working now. We’ll be doing more webserver updates throughout next week to ensure stability.

Currently working on recovering any failed payments at the moment.
