Hi all!

As of April 1, 2020 we will be retiring the Exclamation Ticket.

If you have this ticket you must submit before March 31, 2020 at 11:59 PDT. After that we will be replacing all Exclamation Tickets with a Perfect Pick.

If you leveled up your [Kindred] Lifegiver prior to 7:10 PM PDT and did not get leveling rewards, please PM either Yuroppa or Seduces (Please DO NOT PM both to avoid overlap) and we will grant you your rewards manually!

It should now give the correct rewards when leveling.

We wanted to let you all know that we will be changing to our spring schemes, so if you wanted to submit for winter schemes time is running out!

The schemes will swap on March 15th at 12:01 AM PDT!

We will have a preview of the new schemes coming soon!

Hiiiiiii guyyyyyssss! With 3 days left before our official release, let's have a little sneak peak to our next tie dye color rotation!

Note: As Sweetheart shares most of the same colors as Pale Bubblegum, we have condensed it to one spot. The sunshine yellow is optional to allow for sweetheart recolors and the agate or amaranth are also optional for things such as the user scheme, Milan (Agate and Sunshine)!

Problems with gold granting

We recently worked on some reporting tools for the gold granting system but in turns introduced a number of issues. For the past two weeks we had been trying to fix various gold granting related bugs where various features were granting only 1 platinum.

We've made some overhaul which should have fixed the underlying issues. Apologies for the long wait. sweatdrop We will continue to monitor the system and make sure things are working correctly.

The towns 3 engine is finally ready for beta testing! The first map we will be releasing is for Gaia Rally, so technically this is Gaia Rally beta test. sweatdrop

Hop on over to https://www.gaiaonline.com/rally2020 to try it out!

The new system should work on both desktop and mobile devices. There are still a couple more features we need to work on, and more graphics and UI stuff to tweak and optimize. Please let us know of any bugs or feedback on things you would like to see change or added.

Hey everyone,

Unfortunately, we had a bit of a technical issue and won't be able to have Ask The Staff today. No, there's not a problem with the site or the staff, just one of those things that will take longer to resolve than we thought, sorry.

We will reschedule it to next week on the normal day/time.

Payment system and flare items being fixed

Sorry it's taking me more time than anticipated as I'm getting over a cold. There seem to be some server issues causing problems with the payment system as of late. We had been spending a lot of time on the issue from preventing the same problem from happening again and a fix had just been pushed out.

We also worked on a GC/item recovery tool for anyone who has their Paypal transaction ID to be able to instantly recover any lost items or GC without having to wait. Once we finished testing the recovery tool will be released later on Friday.

We will work on the issue with flares items not showing up in the forums right afterwards. Hopefully no later than Saturday afternoon.
