Project Custom Ticket Retirement News

Hi y'all!

I wanted to drop a reminder that the Topaz Paw Ticket will be retiring on May 31, 2021. Please be sure to submit before 11:59 PDT on this date.

In addition we will be retiring the Emerald Ticket officially at the same time. We thought we had previously retired this ticket but it turns out...we didn't! Whoops!

These tickets must be submitted by the retirement date, otherwise they will be turned into a Perfect Parcel.

Easter Event Game Update!

Greetings, Gaians! The Easter Event Game EGGScavation has been released! We're excited for you all to hunt down eggs along side the Easter Bunny and earn rewards! In its current state, it is essentially a beta version of the game but we didn't want to delay its release any longer. Every day we will be updating the game with new features so please check back often!

Some things you can look forward to:

Mobile support with on-screen controls
Character animations for side and back view
Enemies
Powerups
Extra Lives
Varying level sizes and difficulties

We apologize for the delay in releasing the game; we really wanted to create something new and fun for this event rather than reusing from previous years and it has taken longer than we anticipated. We really hope you enjoy it!

Flaired Up Reminder

Hi y'all!

We wanted to remind people who are submitting Flaired Up Tickets of a few things!

- The submission is for a short prompt for our artists to interpret. Inspiration photos are okay, mocks are not. The artist will take your prompt and inspiration and make a flair from it.
- You may not specify the animation for your item. This has been in the rules since we added the animation bonus. We will be enforcing this from now on.
- The flair canvas is very small, highly detailed requests may require simplification.

Since the ticket rules state this information, we will not be offering reminders about it before accepting orders. Accepted orders will be edited to only contain the information that is permitted per the ticket rules.

Monthly Update Delay

Greetings, Gaians! This month's company update is going to be delayed by a few days. We have a staff birthday this week so we need a little extra time to get everything prepared!

EGGscavation updated!

New update is live!
Level generator has been added - now levels are differently sized and have different loot depending on the level number.
Added 'loot nearby' detector - now we have some elements of strategy! You need do move, stop and then Bunny will detect if there is loot near him.
And a bunch of bugfixes blaugh

Paw base to human base avatar fix

For those who had trouble changing your paw based avatar back to male or female, the bug should be fixed.

Unfortunately, the issue was caused by an old bug where the system had lost your previous avatar base information, so we can only revert the avatar back to a default avatar base as part of the fix. Please visit the salon to put on your old hair and eye styles.

Web Servers Upgraded

On April 21, 4AM, PST, Gaia had upgraded all our web servers to run on the latest software for better security and stability moving forward.

We had made a lot of code changes to ensure that the existing Gaia code will work with the latest software, but we might had overlooked some areas.

If you encounter errors that you have not seen before prior to April 21, please post your issues on the feedback thread and we will work on them immediately.
