That's crazy.
My student loan payments count for my credit, and as far as I know, my credit is pretty good.
I used to think that having no credit was okay, but apparently having none is on par with having bad credit.
Ugh.
Life.

Gabe suggested that I get a credit card through Amazon, since he did that last year and it's been working out for him.
I wanted to wait until I knew that my job wasn't a temporary thing, since it's funded through government grants.
Now that I know that I'll be working here (until I find a better job) for a while, I decided to go for the card.
Also, I'm literally getting paid to play on the computer this week and next week.
Next week is finals week here at the college, although some classes are having finals now.
So there shouldn't be any students coming in for help.
Unless they need super last minute tutoring.
I mean, work has been slow at times and we don't get a lot of students... but I'm expecting absolutely no students now.

Apparently the two summer semesters are going to be busy, according to how many people enrolled.
I hope that means lots more students to tutor!
yeah, he had tried to apply for the amazon one and wasnt accepted.
he is paying towards the car, and that counts to building credit
he had absolutely no credit beforehand and so our car payments are 27-29% interest ....
