its an interesting concept.. though.. a bit plain for me. I feel like the face is very.. feminine? if you're trying to make the eyes stand out.. then make the eyes the only point of colour and have black lips instead? Maybe even try adding some eyeshadows or mascara to highlight the eyes.
I also think that the top of the head looks pretty bald :/ maybe try adding a black tribal head tattoo?

May I ask what legs those are? They're very nice :3

I think I would like it more if there were better distribution of texture/detail. for example.. the legs and the top of the head are very smooth, but the torso area and face are textured. I think if you tried spreading out the texture it would work better.
for example.. try adding texture to your leg area with the black birthstone sash.
or add more of the smooth gray colour with the ted and dusky
It would be cool if your avatar could have more movement. if you can cover up the orange jewel, the fremere guard scarf will be a nice touch :]
