My question is this: Will there be any IRL Gaia events in Toronto or Ottawa, or any area like that In Canada this year? I really want to attend a Gaia event but I'm never able to because I don't live in America.

There was one this year in Toronto, FanExpo at the end of August.

How would one become. Like employed, or an intern, or something.

I actually have no clue on either of these, the conventions are something DJ Helsing does, so you might want to send him a PM.

As for a Canadian/international Mecha Neko story, it would really depend on who we partner up with, can't really make any guarantees about this in the future.
