Yes it's a set. Yes everyone probably saw it coming when they saw the new item. Yes the hair is a little off. Does it still stop me from trying? Naaah. I checked tektek, there were TONS of Utena cosplay's but they were prior to the new item from "Love Charm II". So.. whaddaya say guys? - Vaguely I remember the rig Wuppa. I really wanted a color [even if the style be a bit off[ closer to Utena's. This was the best I could find.
