  • Title: Goodbye Serena
  • Artist: Yun San
  • Description: Queen Serenity couldn't stand to see it end this way, and so using the power of the Silver Emperium Crystal(Ginzishou) she sent Serena and her court to earth to be reborn. She sent the negaforce with them. All locked inside the crystal, and sent to the future.
Sadly, she had used nearly all of her energy. Before dying, Queen Serenity informed Luna and Artemis, of their future mission on Earth. They must find the scouts of the planets, and stop the Negaverse from destroying the earth.

  • This is in comment SuperSailorStarlightKiss's as well. I gave her the exact quote as well. I had just watched that episode a few days ago so it was fresh in my mind. I took her that you might not have seen the Japanese version so she shouldn't hold that against you in the least.

  • Oh, and by the by, you keep referring to her daughter as "Serena." That isn't her name. Even in the American version, it's "Serenity." The mother was Queen Serenity, the daughter was Princess Serenity. It's a huge pet peeve of mine when people don't know the difference or keep naming her incorrectly.

  • I'm sure you've heard this before, but this same cosplay has been done and won. It'll be really hard to impress people when you don't really match the reference (yes, yes, "it's from later in the scene" wink regardless, while yes, she was crying, she wasn't showing the same kind of ugly bawling you have here. Hers was more of a solemn, deep and heartbroken expression of loss. this expression is much uglier and raw than that of a refined queen.
