It looks like he comes from a puddle. Gaia does have the puddle item on here. That's the only thing I see.
Cerrai, Fallen wish costs between 430 and 500k. Perhaps he didn't have that amount of gold to use. This is the best he could do with as much gold he had at his disposal. - Report As Spam
