Got the okay to run a few contests/raffles for breeding slots, so here we go~! :3

*NOTE: Some of you posted multiple links to rps for the rp contest. I asked for "A" link, which means no more than one. Because of this confusion, we will only judge the rp quality of the first link provided no matter how many you may have given. :3

This will go on for roughly twenty-four hours, which means the cut-off point for entries is on Friday 11:30PM PDT (12:30AM MDT, 1:30AM CDT, 2:30AM EDT). WE WILL NOT ANNOUNCE OR RANDOMIZE THE WINNERS RIGHT AWAY. The two contests must first be judged, and then we will randomize right after they are announced sometime on Saturday. We will announce a set time for announcements of winners if we find one. Should I be away, either CuterThanYou or Cajmera will announce the winners in my stead.

If your soquili won in the last raffle (Zoo's), do not enter this one, and if you win in this one, of course you may not enter the next colorist's raffle if there is one.

I will be doing five slots.

The five slots are separated into:

• 2 RP contest slots
  - post a link to an rp between your soquili couple (MUST BE ROMANTIC, if even slightly) that was done BEFORE this thread was made; rp must also be at least one full page in length OR seven posts from EACH owner for a total of fourteen posts
  
• 1 non RP raffle slot
  
• 1 open raffle slot
  
• 1 "Miss and Mister Soquili" competition slot
  - spin-off of Miss America; answer a couple of questions in the voice of ONE soquili from the couple. winner will be decided based on creativity or whichever answer sticks out the most to us. you may choose to answer in any manner you'd like (humorous, heart wrenching, dramatic, etc.)
  

So, basically, there are four chances for rped couples to win a breeding slot, and three chances for non-rped couples to win. :3

Judges for the rp contest and competition are me, Cajmera, and CuterThanYou (may pull in more if needed). Judges are allowed to enter their own pair in, but will definitely NOT have an advantage over others. We will judge purely on skills/creativity, and they are not allowed to vote for their own couple.

Please note that I am not doing any low-luck couple slots. Sorry. sad

Breeding Rules
1. If you acquire a slot, a breeding fee of 6k per soquili applies.
2. Soquili have 2 babies standard. With increased stats, it may be possible to have more. There is no guarantee you will get 3 baskets if you RP, just the chances are increased. Do NOT b***h at the breeder if you end up with 2 baskets. If I find out that anyone else is doing that then you could be greylisted. Repeat offenders may be blacklisted. Breeders do enough work and shouldn't have to be harassed!
3. You may give away your soquili's baskets to friends but selling them yourself is prohibited and could lead to your pet being taken away.
4. It is your responsibility to pick names & owners for your soquili's baskets.
5. You must have permission from the other owner when breeding (unless you own both soquili). Permission must be posted in the permission thread.
6. Male/female mates only. If you insist on having a homosexual breeding then you need to have the extensive RP to back it up.
7. Adult soquili are the only ones who can breed and had to of been adults at least 3 weeks.
8. Two soquili owned by the same owner can breed together but the owner can only keep one of the pets and has to give away the rest.
9. If you have won a breeding slot within the last month, you may not apply for these slots with the same pair.
10. Up to 2 soquili per owner may be submitted only in the following situation: Person A enters a couple. Person B can enter another one of Person A's soquili in a coupling with theirs. You may not enter two pairs yourself.

However, it IS polite to inform the owner of the open permission that you're entering with their Soquili. Also, make sure that that owner doesn't already have two Soquili entered.

- What do you find the most pleasing in your mate? How she's so independent. Mares who are clingy and dependent on others, tend to annoy me. They can't do ANYTHING on their own. Because they were raised in a unintelligent environment or brought up by a parent who does not know how to raise kids.. at all. <33;;
- If you had foals, how would you raise them? What would you teach them as being the most important lesson in life? I want to give them the life I've never had. I think both k'jatu and I would be good parents. We wouldn't neglect our kids and they wouldn't be deprived of love. <3 (but neither will they be deprived of discipline!) I'd show them both the good and bad of the world. I wouldn't shelter them but I would protect them up to a certain extent. I mean, seriously. Whats the use of learning things in school that won't help you at all? I'd rather help teach them about life's lessons instead of letting them think that the world is full of rainbows, sunshines, and ponies. FACE IT, There is no santa clause. o_o;;!!! And they better be strong. cuz. like. Survival of the fittest. And I'll let them follow their own beliefs. I won't force them to choose what their life will be like. I encourage them to follow their paths. What mistakes they make is none of my business. >> But I'll glady give them my help if they need any. <3

And what effect are my kids going to have on the world of soquili? =__=;;;;;; It's not like they'll make a big difference in the world. And frankly, Why must I play such a huge role? I'd prefer not to, really. :'D But if I must.. they could probably bring a little more chaos into the world.. Dunno if my children will be hellions or angels thu. :3;;;;;;

- What do you find the most pleasing in your mate? This will be entered from Kitsune. My mate was able to not only help me in a dangerous situation, but has proved to be much stronger then anybody realized. That, is what is really important and commendable. Anybody who has ever doubted her will be shocked to see what she really is, so she could easily kick their butts. She has come a long way, in both training and life. Even I learn from her, and that is important to me.
- If you had foals, how would you raise them? What would you teach them as being the most important lesson in life? Isn't that obvious? The most important thing in life is to train your foals to survive and be strong. I would teach them how to protect themselves, and become true warriors. Weakness is not allowed in our family. Learning how to fight and train is all that matters, and my children would learn that right away. Protecting oneself and protecting others is the best skill someone can learn, and I will be sure to stress that.
- By mating, what do you wish to bring to the world of soquili? World peace? Peace isn't possible in this world. But, what I would bring is confidence. I am confident in my skills as a fighter, and my children would be the same. Confidence and strength- there is nothing else that matters!
