(2.1) ----> Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) ::Allows the use of shockwaves through EMP. This will disrupt any electrical appliance in the area that is directly effected. The effects can be temporaray or permanent depending on circumstances and the amount of energy previously released.
(2.2) ------> Resonating Wave:: A dense wave of energy that can distort the functionality of most living creatures by way of resonence. Hearing, sight, smell, touch, and taste all become distorted as well as internal organs and bodily functions. The damage can range from simple dizziness, minor to major sight lost, internal bleeding to even death depending on the volume of impact. This has a double-edged sword effect however as the resonating wave most first be generated through the body before it is released.
(2.3) --------> Shield Wave:: By ejecting a concentrated blast of energy a sheild is generated to protect from most projectile damage. It can remain generated for long periods of time however it can cause internal damage to the user if not careful of its use.

(3,1) ----> Pressure Wave :: The concenstrated energy of a shockwave in a small spherical form. Once it is distrubed it will eplode generating small but effective pressure waves. (Note: can be generated through the mouth)

p e r s o n a l i t y With age comes wisdom, however, with Erol comes pranks and vulgarity that would leave anyone blushing. He has grown into a rather striking young man but his attitude has a lot to be desired where women are concerned. Quite the womanizing idiot he has been slapped on plenty of occasions concerning the fairer sex. Despite this he always comes out with a cocky smile on his face and a Malboro Light afixiated between his lips. Even so he has a cool personality as it would seem, always hiding behind his unruly hair, thick sunglasses and a billow of smoke from his cigarette, Erol is still quite the recluse. Unable to handle the spotlight being on him in respects to his past, present and future. He has absolutely no direction in life and is more content to just be a wandering idiot of a musician with is band; "Poor Unfortunate Souls" (aka: PUS).
Even so he's still holding on to that strong sense of justice though there is something in him that feels society today is twisted and needs clensing of the ignorance it produces. He's very analytical of the people around him and is not so easy to trust (even if it may seem like he does hold a level of trust). He does seem to switch between sides where his duties are concerned. Wanting to help the weak but also battling the inner demons that tell him the weak are a necessary loss for a better future. Erol is in some cases morbidly troubled, always looking at himself as a tool rather than a person due to the usefulness that his powers can bring to either side of this unending war. While he may seem indifferent now it is uncertain where his loyalties do lay which makes him an unpredictable asset to both organizations.
h i s t o r y
Before he was picked up by the Agency and handed over to Akila, Erol was a typical child just starting out. Given permission by his biological parents to go on an outing with his friends at the mall, Erol was elated of the news. This being his first time without parental escort, he felt much like being an adult.
As such he and his friends scoured the malls with their allowance and shopped non-stop. Eventually they grew hungry and ended up at the food court. As the lot of them order their food from various venders, Erol began to come down with a massive headache, which easily turned into a migrain. Excusing himself to the bathroom to splash his face with water, it was at this time the migrain lashed out in the form of his dormant powers finally coming to life.
The mall was shook to its core as the young boy flailed on the bathroom floor trying to understand in his mind what was going on. It was at this time his friends entered to find him in such agony and they could only think to move out of the bathrooms as they had thought there to be an earthquake.
Before they could move him far the uncontrolled powers from Erol lashed out causing a colomn from above to detach itself and crash down upon him and his friends... or so it would seem. Erol's subconscious thought to protect his friends and allowed a burst of untamed energy to split the pillar in half falling safely away from he and his friends. By this time Erol finally understood what was going on and who he infact had turned out to be. An Evo and his powers were out of control. Though it was too late at this point as officers began to also realize what was going on, only after his friends who fled in fear reported the incident to authorities.
Chaos broke out while Erol tried to escape the authorities and only after being picked up did the Agency learn of the destruction that Erol had caused. They picked him up and contained him until Akila was contacted on a confidential pardon to be the legal guardian of Erol. Accepting Erol moved in with help from the Agency and from this point on he's been learning to keep a tight hold on his powers for fear of another incident like before.
CONFIDENTIAL FILES: EMERGENCY REPORT
Erol's powers can be controlled but there is always a possibility that he may lose this control and his powers may take over. He is a walking time bomb that can unknowningly trigger the tectonic plates underneath the Earth's crust causing massive earthquakes unlike any other. This in turn will trigger his powers to implode on himself taking a chunk of space with him in a makeshift black-hole that may last from as few as seconds to minutes before it destorys itself.

A SHOCK WAVE (or simply "shock") is a type of propagating disturbance. Like an ordinary wave, a shock wave carries energy and can propagate through a medium (solid, liquid or gas), or, in special cases, through a field such as the electromagnetic field in the absence of a physical medium. Shock waves are characterized by an abrupt, nearly discontinuous, change in the characteristics of the medium. Across a shock there is always an extremely rapid rise in pressure, temperature and density of the flow. However, it is not possible to have a decrease in these properties across a shock wave. In supersonic flows, expansion is achieved through an expansion fan. A shock wave travels through most media at a higher speed than an ordinary wave.
DEFNITION ::Blast Effect
A fraction of a second after a nuclear explosion, the heat from the fireball causes a high-pressure wave to develop and move outward producing the BLAST EFFECT. The front of the blast wave, i.e., the shock front (shockwave), travels rapidly away from the fireball, a moving wall of highly compressed air. The air immediately behind the shock front is accelerated to high velocities and creates a powerful wind. These winds in turn create dynamic pressure against the objects facing the blast. Shock waves cause a virtually instantaneous jump in pressure at the shock front. The combination of the pressure jump (called the overpressure) and the dynamic pressure causes blast damage. Both the overpressure and the dynamic pressure reach to their maximum values upon the arrival of the shock wave. They then decay over a period ranging from a few tenths of a second to several seconds, depending on the blast's strength and the yield.
