Anakumath waited patiently for Elzebuth to settle in with her, tucking her head up under his chin for somewhat more private cooing over all of the little ones - his nieces and nephews of sorts! Of course, first they had to come. Which first meant waiting for everybody to settle in - not that some hadn't impatiently charged ahead before! x

Oh! The little ones are starting to move - that one there seems rather eager, does it not? she lifted her head, nudging her snout towards Holly, Starry Night, and Ding Dong x x x x

How strange to think that he was an uncle! Elzebuth had his head resting contentedly upon Anakumath's, watching the eggs with more interest than he'd ever shown before. It appears that one of them has cracked. He remarked, watching with amusement as the Holly Egg frantically wiggled too and fro, only for its motions to disturb the sands and cause Rudolph to topple and begin to hatch. x

Ah. Elzebuth couldn't help but sound smug. A brown. Starry Night had split open, and the hatchling didn't seem very impressed with his lack of admirers! x

Oh, look at that little dear! Anakumath practically cooed over little Holly who had hatched into a rather competitive sounding blue! You're a winner to me, little one! - xOh! Little Starry Night Brown seems to be the king of the sands, doesn't he? Anakumath wasn't looking down on the little brown at all, but seemed rather endeared to his confidence. He also has a rival, she looked to Elzebuth as Lump of Coal hatched bronze and asserted his own worth over his clutchbrother. Did it feel familiar to him? x x x xAh, but there were more things to see than brother rivalries! Like Ding Dong's valiant attempts to hatch along with Red & Green Striped Paper Egg, as well as the poor nervous Snowman egg shaking...to hatch or out of fear? And of course - Look at her! Anakumath cooed at the little green that hatched from Ornament egg. - xOh dears! That's not... Anakumath gave a concerned croon, but made no effort to interject herself between the fighting Starry Night and Lump of Coal. It wasn't her clutch, and sometimes babies just had to fight. Never the less... xIt seemed Holly Blue was getting the hang of their legs - and fumbling over all of the candidates in the process. Oh darling, you're getting better at that! Anakumath praised, then turned her attention to the newly hatched, and very scared, Snowman blue, sending a soft wave of love his way - but knowing fully well Zenobiath had it in control. In the meantime, Lump of Coal bronze seemed to be accepting Starry Night's attack - or preparing to shut it down. Santa Egg also seemed to be preparing for an entrance. x x xx

Anakumath leaned into Elzebuth with a soft sigh, wishing dearly to just reach out to the poor little Snowman blue and offer him comfort. Especially as his brothers, Lump of Coal bronze and Starry Night brown seemed to escalate their fighting with one another. x xHolly blue seemed to have discovered his wings - and his wings had discovered a few candidates! Hopefully everybody is alright down there! The Ornament green was also off making friends - and some odd offers - as well as accidentally helping her brother, Rudolph, who had been revealed a brown. Ding Dong had hatched blue - and furious - and had gone running after an offender from the Touching. Anakumath's eyes whirled yellow at the sight but she remained firm in not looking away. Lump of Coal bronze was still establishing his dominance. xStarry Night was not having it! xSanta egg was definitely hatching now! xAh! The little one has chosen his! Anakumath hummed proudly of the Lump of Coal bronze - Congratulations, Argamath, on your Kaiator! - xAnakumath gave a soft croon of concern for the injured Starry Night - Get your Maestoth to a healer quickly, Ilzerin! x

Ding Dong seemed to have been appeased. I hope it will be much calmer now, she noted softly. - xThere he goes, scouting out all those fine young boys, Anakumath mused as Santa bronze began to scope out the candidates. Clearly the first one wasn't what he was looking for. - xSnowman blue seemed to have some nerves about getting out to meet everybody - do they stay or do they go now? - xThe second candidate Santa was scoping out wasn't even a boy - perhaps a special moment between the girl and the dragon that could never be hers? - xCandy Cane Egg was wiggling and Holly Blue was back on the run! - xRed and Green Present and Snowflake egg began to shake and Anakumath looked at them with great interest. Come, little ones, let us meet you! Santa continued on his way. - xAnd the young Holly blue goes to His! Anakumath again was all delight about this development. How exciting! - Congratulations Mikkeluth on your Aroontwa! x

A lot was happening all at once now! Goodness! So many new little ones on the move! some not even out of their eggs if the little blue-legged Red and Green Present egg was something to go by! It caused a chain reaction that ended up helping (maybe) Caroling Note and Elf Stocking both hatch green as well! While Christmas Tree had cracked, Snowflake was still putting up a bit of a struggle. - x

A green after your own heart. Elzebuth noted as Blue Ornament continued to check on Candidates, seeing what she could do to help. Such a thoughtful creature! Rudolph's willingness to immediately obey orders from a bronze was enough to make the big dragon snort, but he wisely held his tongue. Best to be like Ding Dong-- sure of himself and confident, regardless of color! Oh? Someone is eager to get out. He commented as Red & Green Striped Paper seemed determined to show them all how a proper hatching should commence! Another bronze emerged from the Christmas Tree Egg, calling for the boys to line up if they wanted to meet him. How typical of a metallic. x x

Oh, siblings. Elzebuth remembered his own hatchday.... even if everyone insisted it had been his fault! Regardless, Santa was giving instructions to Rudolph--perhaps to keep an eye on Ding Dong in case there's more trouble... Caroling Note seems to be searching for Hers... and who could blame her for being a touch exasperated when all the boys seemed to have their eyes fixed upon shiny hides? Snowflake hatched to reveal yet another lovely green! Elzebuth hummed with approval. While Snowman seemed to want to stay by his mother just a bit more.... his newly hatched blue brother, Red & Green Striped Paper wasn't having any of it! Elzebuth could only watch with amusement as the more pushy blue drove his brother to where the Candidates were gathered. Candy Cane chose to hatch just then, revealing a very confident brown! String of Lights, the egg that had cracked so early on, finally split in truth to reveal a dignified little green! Only one left to hatch. Elzebuth noted, pausing to nuzzle at Anakumath. x x

Oh little soldier boy! Anakumath cooed over Rudolph brown as he tried to corral all of the boys into line. Meanwhile, Ding Dong blue seemed to have quite the confident little personality! Anakumath couldn't help but adore them both! - xOh! There Ding Dong Blue goes, finding theirs! she hummed delightedly, though perhaps pushing everybody out of the way wasn't what she would have recommended. Congratulations, Othelloth, on your Lauthisen! - xBoth Santa bronze and Christmas Tree bronze seemed to be mulling over the new line. - xThe line seemed to have drawn the interest of quite a few babies! Such as Red and Green Paper blue (and unwittingly, Snowman blue), as well as Candy Cane brown whom seemed to be driving dutiful Rudolph brown crazy. - xOh! Where is Blue Ornament green headed? To Hers of course! - Congratulations Arwainth on your Fivudal! - xAnd congratulations to you too, dear little one! Anakumath hummed after Red and Green Paper blue - Congratulations, Kourith, on your Verica! - xOne of the boys seemed to lose interest in the line for Christmas tree and it was no wonder! Santa bronze was summoning him! Congratulations, Khazariath, on your Dorok! - xCandy Cane brown had also found a boy that was far more interesting than the line! - Congratulations, Zadelraheth, on your Fehral! - xRudolph brown as well had found someone better than a line! Congratulations on your Tonori, Chluaith! - xOh good, Anakumath cooed at the little Snowman blue finally seeking out his. Hopefully Cordeth would find his Tandry wanted him! - xElf Stocking Green also made her move on a candidate - Congratulations, Trimestreth, on your Valeska - x

Red and Green Present Blue had chosen theirs after a lot of watching. - Congratulations, Vardoth, on your Chayrel! - xHow kind of her to check on the candidates, Anakumath noted of String of Lights green adoringly. - xIn the meantime, Christmas Tree bronze had found his! Congratulations, Destrieth, on your Tarroi! - xSnowflake green was rather glad for it too. Meanwhile, Caroling Note green was cheering on Gingerbread to help along their hatching! - xString of Lights green continues to check on the candidates - xSnowflake finally made the move towards hers! I hope you and your Urzoh have a happy life together,Cartujanth! - xString of Lights green had finally found the candidate she really wanted to check on! Congratulations, Indarrath, on your Ruunan! - xAnd another! Anakumath seemed tickled pink with the whole affair! That she'd helped her sister peek out a bit was a bonus! - Congratulations, Skalmath, on your Brenva! - xSaid sister in Gingerbread egg seemed a bit nervous about all eyes on her being her greeting to the world! Oh! It looked as though some help from Mama Zenobiath was in order! x x x And with said help, Gingerbread Green, the last to go, would find hers! Congratulations on your Tuelarua, Palouseth! - x
