For those who need things plain and simple, like me....
Civilians not in a school uniform are 500mil.
Civilians in a school uniform are 250mil.
You may only obtain one custom every 3 months.
You may not play your character until their profile has been stamped and approved!
There are 2 slots open for 2 BRAND NEW characters, and 1 slot for an alternative outfit for an already existing character.

Thus, and also considering how often he goes out of his way to play basketball throughout the week, he is quite regularly handling a basketball shirtless with a towel draped on his shoulders while wearing basketball shorts and shoes. Rest of hair is bleached-blonde, near white, and pulled into a mid-torso-length braid. New Character: Y Existing Character: N Hair Style: Usually kept cropped short, no more than 1.5" from his head at any given time, he sometimes spikes his hair back out of his face. His bangs are a bit longer, framing his face in a sweep towards the right. The color is a soft ebony, though he's streaked it with a bit of blond in the bang area. Hair Style Reference: [x] || [x]Outfit Description: Hari's coloring usually seems to stick around black, whites, and silvers, as those are his preferred tones, though sometimes he'll toss in a bit of gold or purple. Usually, his fashion style is a bit more V-Kei, as that was what his dad introduced him to, when he was young. The tips are often dyed with different colours of poster paint. The top-middle section is pulled back from her face with a big ribbon.
