 This is mostly for a personal creative challenge. Free, alternate civilian outfits designed by Verithe, but inspired by a fruit or vegetable of your choice.
This contest will run until 8:00 PM EST on Wednesday, January 30.One entry per player.
Enter only for yourself, please.
Only characters with existing ItNotM art may enter.
You may choose any real fruit or vegetable.
Please use the entry form below. Do not post anything in this thread except a filled-out entry form. Questions may be sent to my via PM.

Make me a fruit! Character: Caitlyn MastersFruit/Vegetable: Pomegranate <3Why did you choose this fruit/vegetable? It's her Senshi sphere, so I'd love her to have an outfit themed around them! Does your character have any fashion "rules"? She tends to not use much makeup, and always wears that silver heart locket. Other than that, whatever c: I'd like this to be sort of "everyday" wear

Make me a fruit! Character: Esme Blanchard Fruit/Vegetable: Strawberry Why did you choose this fruit/vegetable? They are shaped like hearts. As the senshi of romance, hearts are necessary. Always. Never not hearts. surprised Does your character have any fashion "rules"? None!

Make me a fruit! Character: Leonora Shoup, Meru Page of CosmosFruit/Vegetable: Blue Berries Why did you choose this fruit/vegetable? I've always found blue berries to have a simple but wonderful flavor. I think it reflects Leonora rather well. Other mellow fruits like maybe watermelon could work too! Does your character have any fashion "rules"? She likes wearing mellow but fashionable clothing! Specific rules... Not really! You'd never catch her wearing something like stilettos though!

Make me a fruit! Character: Anandi Rai/Sutai Squire of Polaris Fruit/Vegetable: Acai Berries!Why did you choose this fruit/vegetable? The acai berry is used in energy drinks (and anyone who knows her knows she's energetic!) and health foods, something Anandi finds important. They also have an exotic flavor, being compared to a combination of raspbery or blackberry and dark chocolate. When blended, the acai berry makes a gorgeous burgundy color! Does your character have any fashion "rules"? Not really! I'd love to see her in a cute dress though. <3

Because they're amazing, especially with a vodka cranberry ;> Does your character have any fashion "rules"? She loves wearing tights, so usually wears shorts/skirts/dresses, but apart from that go wild! :>

Make me a fruit! Character: Minny ApisFruit/Vegetable: Lemon Why did you choose this fruit/vegetable? Her senshi sphere is honey, and lemon and honey make quite delicious tea! On an IC note, she thinks lemons are a pretty color and she wishes they could grown them at her house. Does your character have any fashion "rules"? She loves bright colors! And boots. Overalls are optional. Its completely up to you!

Make me a fruit! Character: Kathryn McAdams Fruit/Vegetable: BlackberriesWhy did you choose this fruit/vegetable? I chose blackberries because of how it falls on the cool of the color spectrum. I like colors that are on this side of the spectrum because they are supposed to be ones that produce a calming effect. Does your character have any fashion "rules"? I would like to see this outfit reflect something that could be used for an evening out on the town. (No long dresses)

Nothing old fashioned. Always fashion conscious and well fitting. Always playful and/or sexy. Never goofy. No animal print or graphic tee shirts. In fact, rarely teeshirts ever. Rarely jeans ever. Likes leather and skirts. LOVES corsets, old pin up models, and the burlesque fashion

Make me a fruit! Character: Alex Gramme Fruit/Vegetable: WatermelonWhy did you choose this fruit/vegetable? Watermelon with feta cheese is a staple of my summer. The sweetness of the watermelon contrasts amazingly with the saltiness of the feta and mmmm so delicious! It also reminds me of the adorable Eternal Chibi Lenka. Does your character have any fashion "rules"? She doesn't wear skirts or real "girly" things. Tends to be more tomboyish/androgynous. All the graphic tees, ripped jeans, clunky skater shoes and bulky sweatshirts here.

Make me a fruit! Character: Penelope SenecaFruit/Vegetable: Asparagus Why did you choose this fruit/vegetable? I mainly picked it because it is a vegetable very suited to Penelope. It has a distinct, but not strong, flavor and pairs well with numerous foods and preparations (much like her personality), and it is elegant and easy to arrange (as she tries to physically appear.) For visuals, I like the three color varities and the nifty, almost scaley-leaf texture of the tips. Everytime I see asparagus on a plate, it just looks neat to me. Does your character have any fashion "rules"?Penelope likes to be comfortable, but she also believes that one should look classy and coordinated. Dresses and semi-casual pants/skirt suits are the norm, along with appropriate accessories. She prefers jewel tones and neutral colors, avoiding anything overly bright or flashy. She dislikes showing too much skin, so she avoids shorts, skirts above the knee, and sleeveless shirts (unless paired with a jacket). The only thing I request is no "Winter" themed outfit since her other alt civ is her bundled up in a coat.

Make me a fruit! Character: Tate KonstantinFruit/Vegetable: GrapefruitWhy did you choose this fruit/vegetable? Highly acidic and somewhat sour. I think it describes Tate pretty well. Does your character have any fashion "rules"? Tate never "dresses down". If she deigns to wear a t-shirt, it will be worn with a button-up shirt under it; if she wears jeans, they will be neat and pressed, with no "artful" wear and tear. Usually, she prefers slacks and ties--business casual--except for her footwear, which is always sensible. She tends towards her converse (seen in her custom civ) but also enjoys oxfords and saddle shoes.

Make me a fruit! Character: Harper RaffertyFruit/Vegetable: Carnival SquashWhy did you choose this fruit/vegetable? Harper's a hardy gourd girl with an ear to the ground. I like the shape and silhouette of pumpkin-squash, and this carnival type has some neat patterns on top of the usual orange. Does your character have any fashion "rules"? No jewelry. If she wears formal, it's a conservative style / cut. No super "cutie" things, but feminine is fine. Otherwise, have fun!

Character: Axton Finch
Fruit/Vegetable: Kiwi!
Why did you choose this fruit/vegetable? Not only Axton's favorite color, but he likes the fruit as well. Aside from that it's actually quite fitting. It's a mild, sweet fruit, and tends to compliment and strengthen the flavors of other fruits it's paired with. Ax tends to go with the flow, with other peoples plans or ideas, and he's perfectly ok with that.
Does your character have any fashion "rules"? He likes vintage t's and thrift store clothing, but he's still very laid back fashion wise. He's not up to date on trends or what's hot, he wears what he likes and what looks good.
*His hair is covered up in his Uncert, but he wears a white faux hawk, and the sides are very short.**Had no Idea I won an alt civie raffle earlier this month, so I'm withdrawing this.
