Enrollement Arel cringed as he picked up the skellyphone, pressing only one button on it.
"Ah... Hellma, I have a question about this student, are black dogs consider-" He paused for a second, pulling the receiver as far away from him as possible from the noise that was literally pounding the entire room, "No I didn't take a sip of your cider this time, it was on your desk this morning- yes I finished the paperwork for that, unless the gnomes stole it again, wait, what do you mean the PA system isn't working, I just reinstalled the whole thing with Breck for crying out loud."
This continued on for a good 15 minutes, the application form long forgotten. The good news is that he got to it the next day, forgot what it was doing in his pending bin, and stamped it for acceptance.

✚ GENERAL INFORMATION ☆┇ Tybalt☆┇ Ty, Tybs, Tybbie ( any others I'll leave for everyone else to decide )☆┇ Male☆┇ born March 11th☆┇ Late teens ( stopped aging )☆┇ Year 3☆┇ 5'7"☆┇ Ghostly blue eyes ( glowing )☆┇ Black; shaggy/disheveled hair☆┇ Black skin☆┇ He has serrated teeth, as well as dog ears and tail. The tail turns wispy at the tip. ☆┇ Ghost/Black Dog☆┇ Tybalt is a mischievous person by nature, who is usually interested only in keeping himself entertained and willing to use others as a source of entertainment. This does include both friends and enemies. Not to say that he's a complete a**. On the contrary, Tybalt is actually quite friendly and easy to approach. He's just not normally keen on wasting his precious time on people he doesn't find interesting. Especially if it's going to be a hassle. Then again, if you happen to be one of his few friends, he might just re-consider. Fortunately, despite his faults, like everyone, Tybalt has one good quality. His loyalty. If you manage to befriend the black dog, he will stick by you no matter what kind of crap you manage to get yourself into.☆┇ Other Things to Know
blackdogThe bane of my existence! - Cats. Tybalt has hated them since a young age. Or rather, he's been terrified of them. However, as of 3rd year, Tybalt has acknowledged and overcome his fear and though he still dislikes them he is no longer scared of them.
blackdogStorms - He loves electrical storms and can often be found outside during them.
blackdogScentless - Tybalt has no scent, except to those who can scent ghosts.☆┇ Family

✚ ABILITIESFEARY1: Type - Swift Strikes °Discharge - Tybalt is capable of building up and unleashing blue
lightning to strike at his opponent.Y2: Type - The Chill °Charge - Charge allows Tybalt to hit himself or any one of his allies with
his lightning. Though rather than use this as a method to injure them, he is
also to manipulate the Fear into a healing force to recover lost health.Y3: Type - Gamblers Chance ° Divine Judgement - Divine Judgement allows Tybalt to unleash multiple
bolts of lightning at once. This attack is much stronger than discharge and is
difficult to evade. Natural AbilitiesInvisibility - Tybalt has the ability to fade into invisibility or disappear from sight completely.
Phase - Reaching year two, Tybalt is now able to move through solid objects.
Spark - At year three, Tybalt is able to zap anyone at any given time
with a small bit of electricity. Though it doesn't cause any bodily harm to
others, it can make wherever he zapped numb for a few hours.
Tangibility: All members of the Ghost race, even if they are elementals
and spirits, have the ability to become intangible and translucent.
Levitation: All ghosts, elementals, and spirits can float up to five inches
off of the ground.
Luminosity: Ghosts have a soft glow about them. While for most it's
very dim and only just barely becomes apparent when they're in a dark
room, others are lit up like a night light. Ghosts have only a very small
control over this glow, and are unable to completely extinguish it. Natural FormBecause his natural form is a black dog, Tybalt is able to return to his original form. Which is roughly the size of a calf and is solid black in colour, save for his blue eyes. His form however, tends to 'leak', causing his fur to flow out into what seems like wisps of black smoke.
