I currently have four characters that could use some RP at various stages of development.
Here are their names, arranged in order of RP priority. Their actual RP search profiles are not in any particular order.
Uuni
Katrisyn
Yali

About: It has been mentioned by quite a few that Uuni is a notorious minx. The words in which that has been phrased have not always been nice. It's not a rumor; it was definitely a true statement, but the tides have turned. A series of mental-triggering events have caused a mental recollection of meories she shoved to the back of her mind due to trauma, and with this old knowledge, she is having trouble coming to terms with the guilt of any sort of relationship sexual or otherwise. Usually, Uuni is an upbeat, spontaneous girl that makes fairly good company, but without the option to relieve stress sexually, she's much more inclined to throw her hands up in exasperation and scream over tough matters. She is also going through a grieving stage that she never really went through the first time, leading her to cry for reasons she can't explain at random intervals during the day.
Noteworthy other stuff:
- Uuni is extremely blood-squeamish, and any situation where there are wounds and blood might make her pass out or throw up.
- Although Uuni is remarkably persistent, she would never force anything on someone else who outright said they didn't want it. So, no, she probably won't kiss your straight female/gay male character out of spite if they tell her to go pound sand.
- Uuni had a past girlfriend a turn or so back who was killed in a rather traumatic accident. Both girls were candidates at the time, and Uuni has been for quite a few Turns. (It's quite possible that any character you want to pit against them could have known/heard about them). The trauma caused her to put the memories under emotional lock for several turns until candidate Avery started pricking at little mental buttons in hope to get the girl to remember.
Looking / Ideas / Plots:
- When Uuni's lover was still alive, Uuni assumed the relationship had been monogamous. However, the girl had an old friend (male) who she'd been through a lot with, and definitely still had residual feelings for. He's likely still in the Hold, but at 19, could still be a candidate. It would be nice to have a character that could fit that role (you could make one if you wanted). The dynamic would be interesting because Uuni loathed him at the time and probably still has similar feelings. He's likely to hate Uuni just the same, and maybe a touch of guilt because he'd slept with Uuni's girl. Up to you.
- Along those same lines, anyone that would have known her, her past love, or just of the two them would be interesting.
- Although she will not engage with anyone sexually at this point, she still likes to tease a great deal. It's almost habitual. It might be fun to get her slapped for coming off too strong on someone who is not at all interested.
- One-sided love from someone else; Uuni doesn't handle it well at all, especially if she's fond of the person's character.
- General RP as well as any plots you can come up with for her are welcome.

About: Yali is a very mellow girl and perhaps a bit lazy to go with it. It's hard to say whether her mind is sharp or not and she tends to be her most creative when she's inventing easier, simpler things to do a task. Because she is so hard to shake, she generally gets along alright with a vast array of people. What she thinks of them is hard to say as she isn't one to vocalize.
Noteworthy other stuff:
- Yali has a rabid sweet-tooth. She's been known to trade chores for rations of sweet treats, especially cakes.
- For a girl, she spits at the top of her class. She takes a relaxed pride in this talent and won't refuse a spitting contest if offered one.
- She's not really one for relationships. For the most part, she's asexual and has little interest in what most girl's her age get out of the situation. If someone she gets along with wants to take her out for klah, that's alright, but she is definitely not going to go looking.
- She has two roommates: Uuni and Dayo (pending approval)
- Yali is also an artist, although a very bad one.
Looking / Ideas / Plots:
- An arch enemy. Every girl needs one, and Yali is no exception. It could have been over something minor in her youthful past, or something major and more recent.
- Band buddies! People she can play her violin with, and even better, someone who can teach her how to play the drums. She's always wanted to, but was never really given a chance to flourish in the field.
- Past hold friends, people that are still her friends, etc.
- I'm rather dry when it comes to ideas for her, so if you have one, please let me know!

About: Raised in a Hold, and still in one, Katrisyn has had the views hammered into her. Any kind of homosexuality makes her slightly sick, and she believes that will bring the chaotic downfall of the Weyr. Her husband's status over the matter is unknown, although it is mostly clear that Katrysin tends to run the household. With one toddler and neighbors in the vicinity, Katrisyn never really runs out of things to do which is just fine for her.
Noteworthy other stuff:
- Katrisyn studied a broad range of healing types before she settled down to raise children.
- She has two younger sisters, one of which is Uuni and a huge source of disappointment to her. It is better that the subject isn't brought up, or lightly skirted around.
- Quite unfortunately, Katrisyn almost always thinks she's right. Normally this is because she is. Before making a statement, she tries to educate herself over the matter, and she expects the same of everyone else. There will be no joking about how the Crafthall Master is an old, smelly, ugly jerk until someone has taken time to get to know said Master.
Looking / Ideas / Plots:
- A partner(s) in crime so to speak. Katrisyn could do with a woman (or man, though woman is preferred) that not only sympathizes, but agrees with her type of thinking.
- Along the same lines as above, having an old friend who is homosexual/bisexual come out to her would be an interesting thing to play out. After her sister's antics, she's especially touchy over the subject, and I honestly have no idea how she'd react to such a situation.
- A fellow healer that she could visit on free-days when the husband was home to take care of the Toddler. Someone that could drill her on old healing practices so she doesn't get rusty and perhaps teach her a few more things.
- An injured/troubled neighbor that she could help out whether the 'patient' was willing or not.
- An encounter with a rider; she may go so far as to inquire about Uuni, although she may not have the guts to go through with it. In either case, she would probably ask many questions and tsk her disapproval about the current conditions in the Weyr.
- On the extreme side of things, a rider who agrees to take her to the Weyr for a few days to see how things really are. Just so she can poke her nose in someone else's business, probably.
- Any type of Hold RP would be grand. Feel free to send me whatever ideas you might have.

That sounds great to me! Even if she never gets up the guts to ask for the Weyr, just the interaction between the two of them in the Hold will work out well.
I shall start, then, since it's my request thread. Unless, of course, you have muse for starting and then do so by all means!

I can offer up Kess for your Bachi, in the sense that she has a green that is a clutchmate to B'lin's Xanthoth [ reasons for them to meet]. If you wanted her to be the fight, that would be fine as well, since she could use an outlet and also use another friend [still riders are supposed to be non-violent?].
Avery is actually quite scrappy as well, and tends to enjoy the company of homosexual men, since she really dislikes being pushed sexually by boys. xD; She also has access to a lot of sweets for Yali and they can meet through Uuni.

Since I'm not sure on the riders being non-violent, let's go with Avery on that one. If Bachi gets into a fight with a girl it could have all sorts of interesting family implications, too.
I shall cross it off the list, and we can discuss how they'll get each other into a fight over AIM.

I think it would be neat to have Varran meet Bachi, maybe as roommates? Coming from a background where he'd get into fights for the fun of it, Varran would welcome the occasional brawl. Having the two of them together might give Bachi a way to 'blow off steam', and possibly help him realize his orientation? Varran is straight, though, so if Bachi does develop a crush, it's going to go unrequited.

Varran and Bachi can definitely meet! I am perfectly okay with the roommate bit, but Uta would have to be the final word on okaying that. She and I were discussing Bachi and Darcir being roommates since Darcir's previous two Impressed. I can ask her if you'd like me to? Or you can if you'd prefer.
We would also have to double check some ruling on brawling. I have been told of recent that a fight can get candidates kicked out, so I'll go looking for confirmation on that from staff/in the information section before any sort of 'blowing of steam' RP could be done between them.

Alrighty- Even though the two characters I'm most interested in are the last two on your list, I'm going to offer up my non-twins anyways.
Ralke is pretty crazy. He likes pranks and he likes dares and doing ridiculous things for the hell of it. Cue partial BFF status with Bachi. Horrible things abound. And because of his baby sister, the gay thing wouldn't bother him a bit. It would be even more adorable if we combined two ideas and gave him a baby crush on the ever-perfectly groomed Ralke.
We could also set something up with Rawni if you liked her. I'm feeling Uuni, but I'm not sure as to how they would get along. Maybe they just like to hate on each other. Dunno. But you can poke around and get back to me.

I remember seeing those two in the character submission section, yep!
Something where Ralke dragged Bachi into one of his pranks could work out well. I'm sure we can even find a willing victim if we wanted to expand out the RP to include one other person - I wasn't sure what you had in minds in regard to prank-like things.
I don't know how BFF they would end up being as Bachi is apparently very unpredictable in this, but there's always a chance.
As for Rawni and Uuni, that could work out alright. I might throw Yali in there if you're okay with it, too, just to keep Uuni from doing anything completely stupid. I can start this one if you start the other. Does that work out alright?
