The Commons
The Commons was wholly designed by the Frostschild City Planning Committee, and those who worked hard and saved up appreciate its charm. Calculated to maximize the limited space in the warmth, each identical two story home is provided a driveway, picket fence, garage, small front lawn and slightly larger back lawn and deck. As long as it complies with the homeowner's association, residents are free to decorate their lawns as they please, or even paint their homes one of the fourteen association approved colours. Well maintained sewer covers are spaced perfectly evenly down the streets.

Arturo walks in from Temple Square looking around aprehensively. He knows he's not alone in Frostchild, and he knows not to trust outsiders.

He leads his new ally into the Commons, keeps his ears and eyes open for any new threats. He is still not quite at ease with his new ally
"University Dome's straight that way. Biggest library in the city is there....I used to study for hours when I was a student."
He looks younger than college age but that is normal in Frostschild. The unity feild stops aging when you're there, so students don't age while at school.

"When you studied here was there ever any strange predictions or rumors of devices that could do this. Lets go in" Bleu said walking ahead of of Arturo when he stopped to see if he was coming

"I have no idea, it wasnt my field of study. It doesnt make sense for it to be a weapon or anything. The Godqueen would have protected us. And the unity field."

He flew in from the Temple Square, still staying well above the ground to avoid any zombies and watch for people. He wasn't seeing anyone here yet, so he was going to start angling his direction back more towards the Palace.

He would notice, even from this distance, the people jumping out of the Palace into the Ascended Way. And the only people he knew that would be that insane, at least that he knew were here, were the Bryant people. so the ones in the palace were out, to his knowledge.
So, he picked a different direction, one he had never been in before. He turned to fly towards the [Snow Fortress Park], in an attempt to fly around the whole area looking for people.
Good thing nobody had invented flying zombies.

A great cloud tendril came down from the sky. It was strangely solid, allowing passage to the heavens above.

Allen would arrive back here, where he'd come from, and look up as he flew near the seemingly solid cloud. Not that he was going to test that yet. Instead he would hesitate, wondering if it was really alright to just...fly up there. What dangers would be ahead. If he'd actually be able to handle them.
Of course, then the knight part of his mind told him that there was no danger to great, and he started flying upwards, following the path. Soon enough he would likely arrive in the [Spirit Factory].

"THIS THING ISN'T STOPPING."
An out of control APC was spinning wildly out of control, coming dangerously close to toppling off the edge of the walkway leading into the Heavens. It spun, locked up, and for an instant it looked as though the treads had lost all contact with the 'ground' as it sputtered to a stop about halfway down the walkway, facing the opposite direction they had been facing when they started their crazy death-defying spin.
The contents of the APC were strewn about, though the two men inside looked like they were lucky to be alive. Athan stood up, thought twice about opening his driver's side door, and walked to the back of the APC. He grabbed his sword from the overhanging straps, locked it in place on his back, and punched open the rear loading ramp.
The APC hissed and groaned as steam rolled out from the back end, revealing a very determined Athan standing at the edge of the ramp. He had no reason to be particularly upset about the director up in the sky, but hey, all the stuff up there looked pretty important. Not to mention the wave of nausea that washed over him from just being in the place.
Oh yes.
There will be blood oil.

And as long as any zombies didn't tackle him off the pathway and to certain doom, Athan went surging forward, into the Spirit Factory.

Allen had just flown in from above, and even now he started to feel a bit recharged. still, he had seen Athan going up there just as he was going down, which meant the cavalry was here. Time to turn back around.
After he'd regained more energy, at least.
