There are also two larger feathers, each hanging down from her fringe near her ears. The hair in front of her ears('cept for her fringe) are gathered and tied behind. Her fringe at the side is longer, those covering her forehead slightly covers her eyebrows. D-Corp,
Alora filled up the form perfectly until she got to the part about a best friend. She didn't know how to spell the name of the owl boy she met when I wasn't there, so she just put part of his name, "Lige". At least I think it's spelled like that. She also put down Jewel, a rather colourful fish that's also from D-Corp. The two girls seem to have liked each other immediately.
Her favourite colour, is a light grey, or even white, she only put grey because she insisted it looked rather weird if she wrote it in white. She also likes lighter shades of blue and picked out dresses in that colour, preferring to wear them around the house now. This looks like her favourite dress, with a few lace and ribbons on it. She has also taken a liking to leg warmers as well, she wears the grey ones around the house all the time with her new silver sandals
She has of course grow taller and her blond hair has now fallen to her waist. She refuses to cut it, however, and likes it when I tie it into two braids with grey and blue ribbons.
Her feathers got dirty after a while though, and I had no idea how to clean them. Birds usually clean themselves with their beak but Alora has none, and I'm worried she might poison herself if she uses her mouth. I've done some research and found that a certain kind of dishwashing Detergent does a pretty good job of cleaning them. What intrigues me is the feathers that look like they're hanging from her ears. They look as if they're earrings.
Alora has also gotten more bold. She isn't exactly so shy anymore, just rather quiet. She doesn't like speaking so much, except when the news come on television and she starts asking why so much violence is happening in the world...and I don't know how to answer her. She does seem rather supportive of peace, not that I blame her. And she refuses to take off that necklace with the silver pendant of the CND or peace symbol. She keeps rubbing it whenever she watches the news.
...I do wonder what kind of dragon you'll give her.

A flight class that went very well. (I am surprised as most of them seem to be a bit cursed) The student was very sweet and seemed to do well learning the skill from Ligeia (who helps out in my flight classes now) I hope to have her in class again in the future.

Dear D-Corp,
As Miss Melody Flame may or may not have informed you, she is currently out of town on important business. She has temporarily put me, Yourie Rousseau, her cousin, in charge of Alora. Attached is a document from her, just to assure you that she is not neglecting her responsibility as a parent.
Now that that issue has been clarified, here is my report on Alora. She's undoubtedly grown and matured. Ever since she's recovered from the strange illness, she's been going outdoors lately without any prompting. She still spends time reading (I honestly doubt anyone can stop her love of books) but she mostly does it in the garden, under the tree or up in the branches these days.
She's still the same quiet girl she is, but there is a sort of confidence about her
Appearance wise, her hair has grown significantly longer and is usually braided back. She's also grown taller, though she still retains her petite stature. She's also taken to wearing long flowing dresses that cover the knee and has a tendency to go barefoot, which has prompted me to make her wear sandals.
And as expected, she's a vegetarian; I've never tried to make her eat worms or anything of the sort.

-Yourie RousseauOther specifics: Alora now wears the pendant she got from her Secret Santa on a black choker: Alan Rikery Although it IS above the listed price range, this secret santa is one of the many more concerned with giving the right gift - always must impress the ladies! Aloras gift is wrapped simply in light yellow wrapping paper and inside is a small padded jewelry container and inside is a small silver pendant. While it looks like an ordinary 'peace' sign on a length of black silk, in reality, it is a hoop of silver with two doves cradled against the sides - one to the left, the other to the right. Each have a single wing extended, the very tips of them brushing atop of the silver hoop. With the space between the doves and the triangles their wings present, it creates a small, detailed 'peace' sign.
Her appearance is loosely based off this(lawl, was playing around XD)

[Meta 5] Critical ConditionAlora was brought in with the virus in an advanced state. The girl was placed in critical care. She was quite cooperative and gave no trouble. Once the vaccine was distributed she made a full recovery and suffered no side effects.
