Accepted! You receive a letter stating that your application to The Nightly Grind has been accepted and the necessary paperwork has been mailed! The faint aroma of coffee wafts from the handful of Nightly Grind 'buy two get one free' coupons that the letter requests you pass out at your contestant booths! A package containing some polaroid cameras was mailed for your booth as well. The letter concludes with a plea to behave appropriately in the competition make him proud, and wishes you all luck!

The tv studio in NHC is sparkling with lights and stars, with the entire cast of Superstar Authority contestants waving and striking poses for the camera as soon as the title card fades. Dancing around between contestants and finally striking up her place firmly in the center of the stage, Razzle Dazzle waves her entire being at the camera, in a gesture that's half greeting half enthusiastic flail. As the cameras leave the stage and pan past the judges table into the audience, another shot slides on screen of more trolls on the street outside, spilling out of the studio doors and down the block. When the view slides back to the stage, Razzle bounds forwards into the spotlight.
"Welcome back to Superstar Authority sweet things! Tonight is the night you've been on the edge of your seat for, the night we crown our sparkling, stunning, star studded winners!"
The stage goes dark, then lights up again, and suddenly (through the magic of television) there are five podiums behind Razzle. The contestants have moved to split into two groups, each sitting on one side of the stage, and still visible in the camera's view. One podum is raised above the others, and while all have rather fancy sashes and crowns sitting on them, it features a slightly fancier crown, and a staggeringly large bouquet of flowers. A camera rotates around the podiums as Razzle continues her spiel.
"Yes, while there is only one grand winner, we will be crowning each city's favourite. These are trolls whose performances resonated passionately with their hometowns, and will receive - along with a five hundred thousand beetle prize - the exclusive offer of working with city officials to become the face of their hometown for one sweep! Stay tuned after this commercial break to find out our city winners!"
A quick shot of the audience leads out to a rapid succession of advertisements for things you really don't care about. After some toothy troll finishes hawking rainbow-coloured toothpaste, the show's theme and the same shot of the audience segues back into Razzle right where she left. The stage has changed behind her - a few contestants have left. Those remaining seem to be the finalists - trolls who received high enough scores to have a shot at a prize.
NOVA, Trick or Treat, Peachick, Seraph, Fross☆, Wallas Ziegel and αWulf sit on one side of the stage. Across from them, The Sultry Star, Eostre, Shield, Fellah, Api-bomb, and the SHEshells wave at the cameras. The rest of the competitors, some looking slightly less perky, are now seated in the first row of the audience.
"Welcome back sweet things!" Suddenly, with a bound, Razzle is standing to the side of the podiums. "If you're just tuning in, we're just about to crown the superstars of each city, and then our Alternia-wide grand winner." Closing her eyes, Razzle's voice drops and when she looks back into the camera, she's looking directly at you. Yes, you. "Our winners are crowned with the direct help of you, audience. While our judges have the final say, user feedback, turnout and votes were the key factor in deciding who you want to see representing your city."
The camera zooms out from Razzle as she slowly walks behind the first podium, with the words Four Fronds printed in ornate script on the front of it. Picking up the crown in one hand and the sash in the other, she stands with her back straight as a drumroll beings. "Four Fronds is a city of highbloods - of refinery, intrigue, luxury, but above all, violent blood sport. The civilians have spoken, and Four Frond's superstar is ... Shield!"

Picking up the crown in one hand and the sash in the other, she stands with her back straight as a drumroll beings. "New Hemisect City is a mixing pot. All sorts of trolls gather here, from hip urbane trend-setters to plain trolls from the planes. What troll could capture the heart of such a wide audience? Well, tonight you'll find out! New Hemisect's superstar is ... Fellah!"

The face of progress, of the future, of glamour and glitz and hopes and dreams. It's a city that demands more, more, more! So it should come as no surprise to anyone that Civisect City's demanded more superstars than any other city! Civisect City's superstar is ... SHEshells!"

Picking up the crown in one hand and the sash in the other, she stands with her back straight as a drumroll beings. "Chittentown is a city filled with industry. It's a city that knows hardship, and overcoming that. It's a city that first and foremost, loves the underdogs, and lifts them up. Well, tonight Chittentown's chosen to lift up one troll who without them wouldn't have scored enough to be up on this stage. You better bet that a miracle's happened thanks to the town of keep on truckin' - Chittentown's superstar is ... Seraph!"

The camera immediately cuts to Seraph's reaction. After a few minutes, she moves to meet up with Razzle, who helps her put on her sash and crown, and leaves her to stand on the fourth podium.
Now the camera spins around the room again, taking in the audience, the tears, the drama, and briefly, a surprised camera-drone, ducking down as they appear in-shot. When it focuses back on the screen, the city winners and their podiums have been moved to the back of the stage, and the single center podium remains. Razzle stands behind it, holding the crown in both hands.
"One crown, one planet, one grand prize winner. Along with a cash prize of one billion beetles, our most super of all superstars walks away tonight as the most celebrated civilian on the face of Alternia. Watch this space viewers, you should be expecting great things out of this troll! Without any further ado .... tonight's grand prize winner ..... is - "
Without warning, the television cuts to a commercial break. You should have predicted it. The toothy troll is back, along with the rest of their slick counterparts, pushing various products on you. At the end of the break, a shot of the audience segues back into before the break happened.
"One crown, one planet, one grand prize winner. Along with a cash prize of one billion beetles, our most super of all superstars walks away tonight as the most celebrated civilian on the face of Alternia. Conffetti begins to sleet down as the cameras cut to Fross☆'s reaction. Razzle carries the crown over, then comes back with the sash, and finally with the bouquet, leads Fross☆ to the central podium and helps her up on it. The city winners, and runner-ups all gather around and applaud, then the entire stage turns and waves to the cameras as they dim, and darken, and fade to black.

All Competitors: You've got a foot at various stages in the door! For the next few sweeps your troll might be recognised in the streets, or have a fan club devoted to them, or perhaps even get offers from npcs to sponsor products/appear on television again. If they want to keep working the media circuit, feel free to have their fame grow in proportion to the effort they put into it.
Runner-Ups:
If your troll was on stage as the winners were announced, you've got an extra foot on the competitors who ended up in the audience. You should be getting some nice gigs, if you put yourself out there as available. There's definately a few trolls out there with shrines to you in their hives. Let's not think too much about that.
City Title Winners: If you have a city title, you're going to be very busy for the next sweep. City festivals, public initiatives, new municipal projects, your face. You get the idea. Local businesses will also be fighting for your sponsorship, rather than vice versa. In addition, you can get your own local venue for performing live, if that's your gig. If your troll keeps this up, it could become permanent. If they just show up for the bare bones winner duties and neglect their public however, they'll fade into obscurity in a few sweeps. Fame is fickle!
Grand Winner: You win a lot! Of things! Money, fame, fortune - oh wait we already covered that. Well maybe two things, but arguably two very important things. Do you want to release an album? You're top of the charts. Do you want to star in a soap opera? Every troll on the planet will tune in to your debut episode. You also get an exclusive photoshoot with the Empress, modeling for The Alternian Blotter's front page spread. Don't. Waste. This. Opportunity. While you have a firm grasp on fame right now, the public is notoriously forgetful.
Sponsors: Your own spike in public attention is relative to what trolls you sponsored. While you won't have fans, per say, you will have customers, opportunities, and exposure if not equal to, then decently comparable to the final position of your most successful sponsee. What you do with that is up to you!
LOOTIES
Title Winner Prizes If you are a kid: You can claim one novice artifact, custom-made for your troll. You can either get kid alt art in your competition costume, or wait until you are a teen and claim the teen prize below. OR you are a teen: You can claim one adept artifact, custom-made for your troll. You can claim alt art of your troll posing in a way that shows off one of their charm points. This art's base will turn into a template for public use. OR you are an adult: You can claim one expert artifact, custom-made for your troll. You can claim alt art of your troll posing in a way that shows off one of their charm points.
Superstar Winner Prizes You can claim the same prize as title winners, appropriate to your trolls' age. If your troll is still performing/a star when they become an adult or are an adult, they can automatically upgrade to a masterwork weapon. (+2 to all attacks)
EP Prizes If you participated in the event in any way, you can claim 1 EP. If you had a contestant, you can claim 2 more EP. If your contestant was in all events, you can claim 2 more EP.
Point Prizes Determine what rewards you can get using these handy-dandy guides! If rewards are marked as per-user you can only get one across all trolls used, if not, you can get one per troll. As always, you cannot trade rewards between your own trolls/other users trolls unless they are purely in-character prizes and offer no OOC benefits.
Lootie Point Calculation
Competitor Reward Points +3 points for each activity completed (intro, meet and greet, interview, end performance) +2 points for each meta themed rp complete/with min word count met (no max) +5 points for doing all activities (intro, meet etc...) +5 points for a title win
Sponsor Reward Points +5 points for getting a sponsee (max 10 points) +2 points for each meta themed rp complete/with min word count met (+3 bonus in addition if working with/meeting etc a sponsee in rp, no max for +2, max 3 times for +3 bonus) +5 points if a sponsee wins any title (max 5 points)

Superstar Authority Limited Edition Military Approved Aggressor Line Battle Gear You aren't sure if these are off-brand or not, but you've found a military-grade weapon that is exactly the same kind you use. With the words Superstar bedazzled on it in hot pink.
