First RP: April 2nd, 2011Denied: While Izaya's completed all the RP requirements for the rank of Agent, he isn't there as a character yet. Given his track record of hair-cutting, Seth-taunting and other exploits, it's safe to say the higher ups have him pegged as a 'problem Rocket' and want to see improvement before promoting him. Also, you've been doing great stuff with the plot of Faleen being assigned as his partner to reign him in and teach him discipline, and I wouldn't want to undercut that character development.
