McCowboy felt invincible for quite some time after leaving the tea party dessert table, but shortly after those effects wore off, he quickly found himself in a situation far over his head. There were bats flying around and somehow it was his responsibility to get rid of them with a dart gun. He learned to hunt when he was younger - his father taught him a few tricks of the trade, and he's hunted a few times since moving out - but there was a difference between hunting deer and large animals with a shotgun and hunting freaking bats with a tranquilizer gun! Not seeing any way out of this situation, he grabbed a few tranquilizer darts and got ready for action. McCowboy stepped into the swarm of bats and aimed his dart gun up, firing out two darts. Within seconds, two bats fell from the sky and onto the floor, tranquilized. He grinned - maybe this wouldn't be too challenging after all. You know, as long as no bats swooped down and attacked him. And in this world, who knows what else could happen. Feeling cocky, McCowboy fired two more shots into the air without much of a glance. One dart missed entirely, but the second dart struck a bat. As consequence for his lack of attention, the bat fell onto his head before bouncing off and hitting the ground behind him. Two more shots, two more pops. He hadn't made even a remote dent in the swarm, but he was getting better with his aim. For now. He wondered how quickly they would begin to realize what was going on and start dodging.

The black and gold hat is accented by a golden feather. A loose white shirt can be seen under the coat, along with red pants and a heavy brown belt. An eyepatch over his right eye completes the look. Little by little, he was making progress. Couldn't ask for more than that, though every now and then he felt the urge to duck a little as it seemed the bats kept swooping just a tad closer to his head here and there...

The sudden appearance of bats from the soda fountain had caught Wykid's attention. So much that she didn't notice the Hatter sneak up on her and she nearly jumped out of her skin as he clasped her on the shoulders. He wanted her to catch the bats, no he wasn't asking. She had no chance to say yes or no when a dart gun was handed to her. Wykid pursed her lips as she grabbed 5 darts. It seemed easy enough. Not strongly discouraged by his misfire, McCowboy fired two more shots at the bats and successfully hit both targets. There may have been a mishap, but he was on a roll overall - but with just one dart left before he'd need to re-supply.
