sweetm00n stared, mouth hanging open, at the madness going on around her. She kept turning around vaguely, until she spotted someone she knew arriving. Despite that one time with the cakes, she felt comfortable enough to run over, waving her hand. "Hi~! Are you here to try .... shooting bats .... as well?" Watching the other girl peg two with expert aim, she applauded. "Oh, you're so good at it!" Bats?! Acerium loved bats. She loved them from their little twitching ears to their squeaking little faces. "Sorry, what am I supposed to do with this?" she asked the crazy mad hatter NPC, holding the syringe gun gingerly, "I'm supposed to shoot them?!" she didn't want to shoot the bats! They were so cute! She got handed her syringes. "But..." but her card dinged. This was a quest. She had to do it. "Nooooo..." she whimpered, taking aim... 3 OF SPADES My character's username: Maple_Syrup My character's level: 19 Character's HP: 30 Character's Job Class: Cheshire Cat Current party: NA Current Guild: NA Location: Where applicable, if you are in another zone. Small IC description of character:Maple Syrup is a puppet woman with very woody, brown skin and orange fall leaves everywhere, especially her hair, which appears to just stay in that hairstyle and be completely made of twigs and leaves. Her eyes and mouth have a yellowish glow to them, but seem very friendly, like a jack-o-lantern. She wears the Cheshire cat cloak, semithere tail, and the semithere scarf in the traditional blue-theme, but has foregone the ears for an aura of shadowy magic that seems to cling to her and shift. She also has glowing, long, cyan claws - her weapon as a Cat. Both the claws and the aura are not visible/barely visible out of battle, but become apparent during battle - the claws are very long and sharp, and the aura becomes a miasmic and disturbing cloud... are those eyes? "Hey, sweetm00n!" Reine waved at the dormouse cheerfully, syringe in hand. "Look what the bat gave me!" Of course, the other girl's syringe was much more impressive, but... still!
"Wanna pair up? It'll make this go faster!" She beamed at the compliment. "That was just luck, I'm sure. The trick is to toss them where there are lots of bats.. like David and Goliath, see? Can't miss!"

(0/5 Ammo, 4/20 bats felled) "Are the bats going to be okay?" Sap asked as her final shot took down another bat. The bats still swarmed int he air and she could tell from looking at the crazy hatter guy that clearly she wasn't done yet. Great. "I mean, they're falling and all..."

Curses! Down to her last dart, and feeling overconfident from her successes, Reine missed. A cacophony of squeaks arose from the cluster of bats.

"Ah - sure, I'd love to!" Sweetm00n gave a beaming smile. She had been asked to team up. Of course she would, shewouldbethebestteammateever. Just you watch and see. Turning, she grabbed for a handful of darts from the syringe table. Holding out her dress and pouring them in, she counted how many she had. "Um .. one ... two.... ... thirteen! SIDE QUEST: Bats on the Fountain!: - Put at least 20 bats to bed for the Batty Mad Hatter!
Start
- Item Darts x 10 acquired
The tea party was what REX expected. Other than the giant memory inducing pastries and the invisible to glowing pink side effects, having tea and cakes was not unusual, and fun. the fountain attraction was bubbling something fierce and after peeking at the concoction, found fizzy soda,, it was delightful. "A soda fountain, i get it." the White Rabbit exclaimed and went to get a tea cup to sample it. The sudden explosions of soda that erupted from the surface made him cry out in alarm as the bats decided to look for freedom after indulging in their sugary habit. The Mad hatter sure had a strange habit but REX had no problem with doing a little bit of work. It was only fair to help out with a task, meant less for the host to do. "Not a problem" he replied taking the gun and picking up a few of the darts to use on the soda loving bats. Again, those bats had better be all right by the time I'm done, or I'm going to abuse some rabbits..." she caught herself, "Not really, i mean... Nevermind..." she took aim.
