Eirlys was not sure what to make of the silence, not knowing what to do she got up and slowly moved to the dessert table. Buster seemed to not be into the discussion anymore and Pancake seemed to want food so she felt she better just leave it was better for everyone included. As she was at the dessert table she heard the ding for the next round and turned around to find the others moving on. When she turned around to pick up her small plate she spied a Skyfish and it seemed to be looking at her. She spoke to it gently and it followed her. So she got in behind them and began to look around for her name tag. Finding it she slowly moved over. Sorry both are in the same post, I rolled late for the 22nd and it was on the 23rd so I finished up with Pin and moved on to SS/  Points: 2-11=6 2-12=0 2-13=11 2-14=4 2-15=4 2-16=17 2-17=11 2-18=2 2-19=16 2-20=3 2-21=13 2-22=0 2-23=20

Points: 5 + 2 + 9 + 9 + 13 + 15 + 9 + 12 + 1 + 8 + 3 + 19 Gale had just been going on and on and on about himself for so long, that he didn't even realize what time it was! It wasn't until he heard the bell ring that he realized he had been talking about himself the whole time! Not that he minded it, but he knew that most considered it "rude". "Ah I'm sorry, I went on there for quite a bit didn't I? Though I do hope it was a bit entertaining. But now we have to switch partners again. We can exchange contact information if you want to though." He said, taking his phone out and then back once they had done so. "I do wish you and your kid luck though!" He said as he got up and wandered around, looking for the next table that he was supposed to sit at. Unfortunately the skyfish continued to cling to him, so all he could do was ignore it for now. Finally though, he found the right table with a demon sitting at it and waved over to her, sliding into his chair. "Sorry about that! I couldn't find the table for a moment there! I'm Gale!"

 Buster shuffled on over to his next date. With Pancake now semi satiated with sweets, he was lagging even further behind and made a huge show as he decided to lay on the ground. Fortunately, Buster was experienced and worked out. A pancake lying down was heavy, sure, but he was easy to drag along on the ground. Man, was he going to have to wash him pretty good when they got home though. He was not looking forward to that, no sir. He decided to sit at his next designated table, hands clasped on top of it. Pancake, however; decided to snooze right in the middle of the floor. Buster sighed, when was he ever going to make his life easy?

But still, Gale could feel the pressure on his arm, and saw that the creature had once again curled itself around it. But since he had his cloak on, it was having to squeeze a bit to get any warmth out of him. He went to pry it off again, this time grabbing it by it's tail and unwinding it. He gave his next "date" an exasperated grin. "Sorry, this thing is just so clingy. It just decided to stick to me tonight." He said, giving it a glare before turning back to Eirlys. "So, what's your name?"

Eirlys was grinning she could not help it, her next "date" had a skyfish clinging to their arm. It was funny but she did not want to outright laugh and offend or embarass them. So she put her head down for a moment, discreetly coughed into her hand then looked up. "Hello Gale, My name is Eirlys. I see you made a new friend, that is kind of funny since I did to!" pointing to their ankle. Cassandra was having a hard time adjusting to the speed of the changes. Maybe she wasn't cut out for this sort of thing after all, she thought with a sigh. She lost her train of thought, only staying at the table on account of her ankle moving. She fiddled with the candies she picked up.
Finally she raised her head when another Nightmare sat down. His flashy appearance daunted her and she didn't say anything for a while. If he was just going to walk off without her making any meaningful connections... What was the point? But when he pulled out his phone, she frowned. She didn't want to seem snobbish.
"I'm sorry, this isn't my thing. I... I came here to make friends, or something, I don't know, but this isn't at all how I thought it would turn out. I hope I haven't offended you too much with my silence. I'm just at a loss for words here." She explained sheepishly. "To answer your question, my name is Cassandra." Was that a good start, at least? Maybe he wouldn't scorn her awkwardness too much now.

Vüsala blinked a few times as the bell went off to switch again. Gale had been chattering and he hadn't caught most of it because Kanda had been in the background chatting with a super tall chimera. With an apologetic look to his date and a comment that he'd be willing to exchange numbers later, he got up and went to find his new partner.
Glancing around, he sat down at a new table and waited for someone to be left without a partner. Half of him was keeping an eye on Kanda and he breathed out a sigh of relief when she wandered away from the stranger. What was she doing now though?? It wasn't a surprise when he didn't notice his new partner approach.

A sudden squeeze on her ankle made her look down for a quick second, and then she said politely "Seems my new friend wants my attention and I am not sure why."She laughed and it was embarassing she snort laughed. She did that usually and she hated it so much. She put her hand over her nose and mouth and felt her cheeks heat in embarassment. xAsher startled at the bell. That time already? Asher was sad to see Meloneon go. He waved good bye and prepared to meet his next match. The chimera's markings were striking. Although he was distracted by someone off in the crowd. Asher tried to follow the chimera's line of sight, but soon gave it up. Instead he coughed quietly before offering his hand. "Hi, my name's Asher. How are you?"

Instead he would find some sort of vase or something to stuff it into once all of these speed dates were over. That is, if he could get it off of him long enough. "I wish mine would choose a spot, it seems as though it can't decide." He chuckled, though in the back of his mind he really, really wished it would just get off of him. He smiled at her snort laugh. One couldn't help the way they laughed, or at least if they tried to it would take years to do so. Not something that was so easily accomplished. "I think they're little attention seekers myself. Seems they just can't help it." The two skyfish seemed a lot alike. He silently wondered if he could dump the one that was clinging to him with her. "But what do you do? I study magic, but since that isn't such a..." He looked for the right words, "social activity, I decided to come to the festival and try this speed dating stuff out. It's been interesting I must say. What do you think about it? I feel like these dates could be a bit longer."
