Irkalla, Squire of Cosmos
HP: 75
Action: Frozen on battlefield. Catches sight of Titanite. Then loses track.Gets lost in F2. Freaks out over the chaos flooding the field. Attacks the generator and then starts praying to Cosmos hoping she'll come and save people.
Damage Rank (5) + dice (10) = 15dmg to the generator
Location: E3 *initial location* moving to F2

Too much was going on. Just too ******** much. Irkalla had come to the hilltop where the message from Caedus had mentioned and stared with disbelief at the set up that had occurred. Never once in her life did she expect something out of science fiction movie and yet it felt like she was living on the set of such a movie. It begged the question - who was whom in this living drama? Her ornament rope was clenched tightly in gloved hands even as she felt a prickle of apprehension flare. Was it strange that they were kept away from the generators? It seemed just a little odd request. Her gaze swept sidelong at Caedus and Lyndin at the main console before all hell broke loose. Irkalla had no time to react after that and merely hunkered down in her own little world, blocking out the sights and sounds of battle. Various members of order and chaos moved around her but Irkalla remained motionless. Even some of the aliens that had come to Earth were getting mixed up in the battle. Some were firing on each other, others were firing on order, and yet some even seemed intent to damage the generators.

Through it all Irkalla kept as low to the ground as possible. The idea of trying to fight in something like this was terrifying, and yet even as she witnessed the miracle of purification happening nearby, she couldn't bring herself to rouse enough energy to at least attempt something. The horrible display that took place in another section had the woman freezing up in horror. How? What? Why? In her defense she was blocking out mostly everything. But this ... act of violation triggered the start of a slow burning fire of anger deep inside. And yet - she still refused to move.

It was when a familiar figure ran by that Irkalla seemed to show any reaction at all. Had that been Titanite? What was she doing here? Irkalla's gaze tracked the lithe form of one who she'd encountered at least three times now before getting to her feet. If Titanite was running from something - did she need help? Irkalla shook out the mental cobwebs and looked around before realizing that her feet had been moving of their own accord. Irkalla didn't even see Titanite anymore and now she stood amongst a throng of people either attacking a generator or trying to defend it. Noticing that it was mostly Order characters that were attacking Irkalla joined the fray and struck at the machine with her golden cord of ornaments. It was a handy weapon to have and if anyone else started to approach she could always whip it around to smack them

It was only after backing off of her initial strike that Irkalla sensed a change creeping over the area. Her gaze followed the beam of energy that shot into the sky and she winced. That could never be a good thing. And even as she thought that - did she begin to feel just a little woozy. What was going on? Her thoughts turned a little dark and even as she tried shaking the anger that threatened to derail her thoughts she witnessed an alarming sight. Where her eyes playing tricks on her? Were parts of her changing into something else, something otherworldly?

Not knowing how to stop the process and not processing what it was that was happening to not only her, but other members of Order. Irkalla choked down a sob before she released a wild keening sound out loud. Scared was no mild way to describe the absolute terror going through her. Rage, anger, terror. All these negative emotions. Was she dying? Was something terribly wrong with her?

And yet there was still perhaps some semblance of rationality left that had her screaming out the name of the only person she thought could possibly save those of order ... those that were succumbing to the chaos that licked at starseeds, outfits and minds.

"Cosmos!"

Irkalla had no idea if her call would be heard or even answered. She fell silent but continued to send fervent, if not silent, calls towards the being that she was aligned too. Cosmos was her princess. She swore fealty to her. But this ... this was the biggest ******** she'd ever wandered into.

Amsvartnir, Squire of Cosmos
HP: 50
Action: attacking generator and freaking out
DMG: 10 + 5 + 2 + 1 (article of strength) = 19
Location: E2 -> F2

Amsvartnir had been enjoying himself for but a brief moment. Surrounded by the purified, feeling a little like he'd found a wonderful home and friends—

And then... Jet. Amsvartnir had to turn and throw up at the vicious action, knees weak. G-d, that was awful. He coughed, spat, and swallowed, hurrying after Kerberos. He seemed like the best person for Amsvartnir to follow, to stay near. He seemed like someone who could keep Amsvartnir from suffering the same fate.

After all, he, too, had abandoned the Negaverse.

Conducting an attack on the generator was about the last thing he wanted to do, but he swung his cane at it, forgoing channeling his magic for the moment.

Breathing hard, he glanced around, only to be stunned by the sight of Albite. Precious, lovely Albite.

Youmafied.

He swallowed back the urge to puke again, stepping forward slightly. (He did NOT want to get caught up in an attack, here, though he probably should've been more concerned about Caliban—and yet..).

"Albite?" he ventured, voice wavering, barely above the din of battle.

Viatrix, Guardian Cat of Encke
HP: 20/50
Action: Wavering toward Chaos while trying to comfort Ran
Damage: --
Location: E6

Ran sat down and put his head on his legs.

Viatrix hopped off his shoulder, sitting down in front of him and tilting her head as she looked over his form. This senshi, that she had just awoken a few weeks ago -- she should keep her eye on him.

That included no matter where he went.

But her senshi couldn't come with them, no? That was fine, wasn't it?

Viatrix shook her head hard, attempting to keep her head above water as the waves of Chaos threatened to overwhelm the field.

As a comfort, she bumped Ran's leg with her head.

Cadet Fangnyl
HP: 20
Action: FANGNYL AND ALIEZ SITTING IN A TREE, K-I-S-S-I-N-G
Damage: N/A
Location: D4

Fangnyl was desperate, now. He'd grown so much to love Earth, and with everything that had happened... He regretted not trusting Commodore Lyndin—he believed Lyndin was making the right choices. He really, really did.

Except for the one where he planned on running off and leaving this machine running. Didn't he feel the Chaos in the air? The sickness? Did he want Earth to die, just like Valenia?

He wanted to scream, beg, and plead for Lyndin to at least come back and turn off the machine. Push the lever down. He didn't want his friends to get hurt. He also wanted to scream at those Knight for attacking Lyndin—he was only doing what was right (mostly)! Just talk to him, and surely...

Fangnyl swallowed, looking to Caelyna as she spoke to him, and shaking his head.

"I can't," he said softly, looking from her to Aliez, waiting a beat as Aliez fired his blaster. "Aliez, the people of Earth need this machine to stop. I don't know if the Commodore will stop it. We need to stop it, I don't want Earth to become a casualty. An entire other planet, gone?"

A few tears slipped from his eyes and he inhaled sharply. Don't cry. Please don't cry.

"Aliez... When you get back to Valencya, tell my parents I love them, will you?" he asked, assuming that everyone would get to go home. Everyone but the traitors.

Like him.

Not even waiting for a response, he grabbed Aliez by the collar and pulled him into a deep, long kiss.

"Stay safe for me. And maybe we'll get to see each other again some day. Hopefully... in this life."

Whatever Lyndin and Caedus had had going on... He didn't want his and Aliez's relationship to end with a next life so soon after they started in this one.

Super Sailor Phaethon of Happiness
HP: 75 - 15 (Prehnite) - 15 (Wolframite) + 10 (himself) = 55/75
Action: having a bad time
Damage: 1d10 + 5 = n/a
Location: C2

He heard a familiar voice, a nickname he wasn't expecting to hear, not there and not then. Phaethon looked up from staring at the grass, seeing the white of his uniform wash into a dark blood red and then back again out of the corner of his eye as he found her nearby. There was a cat, then, a cat that was talking to Nembus. Why was a cat talking to Nembus?

Wings? What did wings mean? Wait, weren't wings for-- A moment later, and Phaethon had the answer to the question his brain had just been starting to form. As the red tried to wind its way across his shirt, Phaethon wondered distantly if the feeling of his chest constricting at the sight of the wings on Nembus meant he should take his binder off. Wasn't he having problems breathing?

Nembus had become an even more powerful chaos senshi. A thrill went through him at the thought of it, and he tried to bury it down. It felt weird, foreign, as another laugh bubbled up, and on the heels of the thrill came a wave of heartache as he stared at her, frozen.

Heartache, and a little bit of fear.

Character name, rank, and a link to their journal : Corrupt Mauvian Soyala
HP: 50
Action: purrpurrpurrpurrpurr welcome to the dark side/ phaethon? 8D
Damage: N/A
Location: C2

Nembus
was beautiful. Radiant. Electric. Soyala wanted to giggle to herself at the little joke, but instead she purred, gleefully, around Nembus's shoulders.

"Look at you," she said, voice soft and fond. "How wonderful you are. My name is Soyala, darling--find me any time, and I'll be happy to help with whatever you need, yes?" And then, she slid off Nembus's shoulders, and bounced to the ground, moving over to Phaethon and winding between his ankles. The entire time, she purred like this was the best thing she had ever seen in her life.

"And you--darling, tell me your name, won't you? Since you're going to be one of ours, soon, and I'd like to make sure I'm able to look out for you."

Poor thing. Corruption hurt. Soyala knew--she'd had a General-Sovereign's hand on her starseed, many, many years ago. But it was all for the better. All these foolish Senshi and Knights--they struggled, and strained, against the oncoming tide of Chaos, but they would be doomed.

Soon, all of them would belong to the Negaverse. And it would be better. For all of them. No more struggling against that which could not be resisted. No more fighting a hopeless fight.

"You'll look so lovely," Soyala purred, nuzzling at Phaethon's ankle. "And we'll be so happy to have you."

Youma Albite *Super Corrupt of Retribution*
HP: 75
Action: Stepping *Back* over Tikals Body - Answering a call.
Damage: N/A - just chatting.
Location: F2
BonusAtkCalc: (For My Sanity - 1d10 +5(Rank) +2(2 Uses Remain) )

“Did someone —hol up blue bird!! Gimme one sec..” barked at Caliban and —-were there butt wings and bits of feathers firmly snatched? Was it possible they were stuck to a tentacle or two? Was Caliban’s pride showing? Did he feel a breeze?

Albite didn’t know, couldn’t have confirmed or denied anything, what with his mind mind split like it was, as he walked *right back over* Tikal’s prone form - circled off his path from Caliban as he was called to.

Shook his head, like he felt the distant sound of foreheads being met with open palms -resounding echoed smack in his mind- and he swore he felt a small dollop of heart shaped r a g e that promised him some well deserved retribution.

Except it was probably all the chaos miring the air up all pretty and dark. Chaos always had its own thoughts to share. And his mind was always open to them - like a hollow log on a windy hill.

Albite wasn’t there to murder though - had the one order - same order - slightly new hint of same old order and —-

“Thorite!? You came back!! Where did you go!? Why did you go!? The ******** dipped you in *rainbow*—You shouldn’t—*quit that*—-“ gentle graveled notes from a teeth filled maw and if it held a grin it was hard to tell, but albite was very careful about laying an arm over *amsvartnir* - just the whole arm.

Nice gentle pat that writhed like tiny tenta hugs as what he was curled with joy at seeing his missing friend.

And thorite looked good — but he also looked not so good? Looked halfway on his way to being sick and — “Awwwh Thor…you shouldn’t be here…” not a lieutenant anymore, but *still*.

Item: Rugose Pendant Spooky Visual Aid
- A blackened, wrinkled rock set into a silver pendant with an indigo glow trapped inside. It can be found discarded in Negaspace or the Rift. To use the item, an agent or Negaverse senshi must energy drain the rock. Once drained, the rock will crack and disintegrate. The rock's violet light will then envelop the user, cloaking them in the appearance of a youma. A youma aura will overwhelm the user's natural aura, though it will not disguise their aura. Their youma appearance must adhere to youma guidelines for personal or player youma. The user does not gain any special abilities while under the effects of the item, and their current abilities are not typically hampered by the item. The Rugose Pendant's effects last until the character powers down or until 3 hours have passed, whichever is sooner. The Pendant may be used once a day.

Cadet Yddagen
HP: 50/50
Action: Standing next to Lysvi to show support for them, plus Fae-fae and Naeria. Is not speaking!
Damage: 1d10 + 3 = n/a DMG
Location: D4

He watched, at a loss for words and the ability to speak, as the events unfolded before his eyes. A commander dying. Another cadet dying. Their commodore blowing back several people fighting for a starseed he had no right to take, then simply leaving. A wash of chaos over a field that was strong enough to bring down in waves those they had offered a promise to.

He couldn't abide this. But he also found himself at a loss for what to do.

Lyndin had not penalized him for his firing at him like he had penalized the members of White Moon. It left him at a loss of understanding; he had made his opinion clear, and yet, Lyndin was still attempting to take him with him. He was still attempting to take all of them with them.

Except for one.

As the chaos bloomed around them, and as he strongly debated simply abandoning all other members of the Vanguard and working to help the White Moon fix the mess of their own creation, he heard some members of their Vanguard begin to take a stand.

Fae-fae.

Naeria.

And then, his own twin, Lysvi, left his side and offered him a brief hopeful look as they attempted to sell their case to Lyndin. It was a position he agreed with. And so, he stepped next to Lysvi, stood there, and looked stonily toward Lyndin.

Sparta Page of Mars
HP: 44 /50
Action: Going after the generator in F2
Damage: 6 (1d10 roll) + 3 (Rank) + 1 (Non Magic Damage) = 10
Location: D3 => F2

There was a lot going on. The Commander all but ignored him, and then was absolutely skewered but a sudden influx of tentacles from the ground. The cadet who'd attacked him for attacking her sister - something Sparta did not fault her for in the least - ran over to their fallen sibling. Then the machine started running and gods did Sparta feel nauseous.

The gold of his armor began to slowly darken and turn black as the Chaos in the air slowly tried to claim him. Oceana was going to kill him, provided he made it out alive. And didn't corrupt along the way.

Then he might kill Oceana.

Wanting no part of the center console cluster - really, the tentacles were just super off putting - he chose to go after one of the remaining generators near him. It too was a cluster of chaotic limbs and - oh god did that girl melt into a pile of goo?? - and slammed the bokken into any vulnerable part of the machine that he could. Repeatedly. As hard as he could.

Super Corrupt Meridiana
HP:
Action: Attacking Ihmotep
Damage: 4(base) + 5(super) + 3(magic) + 5(this turn only) = 17 damage
Location: F2

Fiery little blond-haired general started shouting out orders and Meridiana had to resist the urge not to roll her eyes at him. But she knew better to earn his ire by not complying and found amongst the crowd gathered around the generator what appeared to be a Page.

Appeared because he could have an item similar to the one worn around her neck, the medallion that dampened her signature so she appeared to be of a similar rank as him when in fact she was a bit stronger.

Integrated by the wash of chaos the flowed from the generators, Meridiana summoned reached out with her right arm and closed her hand around the handle of a golden whip that coiled on the ground beside her. Swinging the ethereal weapon over her head the familiar cracking sound rang true beside her as she targeted the nearest opponent (Imhotep).

Engraved Medallion - An antique medallion with some strange, foreign symbols scrawled on the back.
The magic can only be activated and used on the owner of the medallion. The medallion allows the wearer to suppress their own energy signature by one level for up to three hours a day. First stage characters will feel like civilians; while this item has little effect on Mauvians in their cat form, it will suppress their energy signature as if they were a human civilian if activated while they are in their humanoid form. Youma will have the energy signature of a human civilian.

Super Attack: For full attack see journal. The whip never does any damage. For ORP her super attack syphons energy and for the next 20 seconds the opponent may feel drowsy

Hylonome of Edelweiss
HP: 50
Action: generator b2 attacc.
Damage Rank (3) (dice roll) = 4 dmg to the generator ... maybe experiencing partial or full corruption due to the chaos energy???
Location: B2

She'd stayed hidden. It was for the best. But when Hylonome saw that no one was looking the senshi of Edelweiss made her move. Almost forlornly did she wish for the familiar feeling of a bow and arrow to practice an archery technique on the nasty machine. She was already feeling nauseous from the chaos that was battering her form. Blackness crept around her vision - and maybe it was a trick of her eyes - but maybe it was also creeping into her fuku as well.

Gathering her wits - she picked up the smallest rock she felt comfortable in throwing and lobbed it at the generator. Strength was not the key, accuracy was .. and she was pleased to hear the resounding thunk of the rock as it struck the generator.

"Brains over brawn, good ole trusty rock. Never let me down yet," she whispered softly. It would be her greatest achievement - and perhaps her greatest downfall too.

Lieutenant Captain Leifite
HP: 75/75
Action: Eliminating traitors, one whip strike at a time, starting with freshly purified Vela
Damage: 6 (1d10 roll) + 5 (Rank Bonus) + 4 (Faction Bonus ) + 5 (Special) = 20
Location: F2

She followed in General Ashanite's shadow, for the most part, as the Negaverse gathered and appeared surrounding Order. Ashanite was empowered by the generator next to them, and pity the Order that got close. And close did they. So close that Leifite found it hard to move and try to attack. Instead, she kept a rear guard towards the line that their Queen and Sovereigns held, hoping to catch any stupid enough to try to leave the area.

No one did, sadly.

The information coming over some of the comms was rather... interesting, if she was being truthful. One of the aliens had used some sort of Chaos infused glove to pull out a mutated looking starseed to return to the Cauldron. Shouldn't that go to the Negaverse or Metallia for consumption? Though, if this senshi supposedly was reborn... perhaps Metallia could have a foothold somewhere with incredibly technology, even greater than Mauvian tech. All that energy, ripe for the taking. Not much she could do with that now, of course.

She wondered what they'd bargained Lauritite with to get away with taking something like that off world. They hadn't exactly gotten a rundown on what they were doing here, just to subdue Order and not kill anyone. Seemed like at least one person had already broken that rule with one of the aliens, but ah, that was war, no?

(Leifite hadn't made anyone bleed black yet and it was starting to make her itch)

There was a shudder and a blast of energy from the machines, and Leifite could feel Chaos curl around her. Oh... oh, oh she understood now. It didn't matter that Order had destroyed the generator her General was protecting. Oh no no no, that didn't matter at all. A smile began to spread across her face as she followed Ashanite north, where several defectors had 'seen the light'. No what did it matter about mutated crystals or broken generators, when they could simply bring everyone into the fold, at once.

(Hehe, then their blood really would be black...)

Chaos licked up her ankles and swelled in the air, comforting her, drowning her. It felt like it was falling from her lips as she moved, as though she was consuming the very air as a liquid. It filled her to the brim and spilled out until she was consumed by it.

A well deserved gift...

Power surged through her limbs and the black that seemed to coat her slipped down her body like oil on water. A crack sounded through the air as she snapped the tails of the whip in her hand. Red scarf fluttered in the wind behind her.

User Image - Blocked by "Display Image" Settings. Click to show.

Where had moved Lieutenant Leifite, now stood Captain Leifite. Finally, Chaos deemed her worthy of more power, of a proper weapon. That grin split wider, showing teeth. Finally, she was getting what she rightly deserved. Power continued to thud in her veins, and she cracked the whip again in the air. Such a lovely sound.

Some of the group near this generator filled out, and she spotted Ashanite, mouth flapping and weapon not stabbing the nearest page in the back. A spurt of red caught her attention and she turned to see one white moon senshi - newly purified, it seemed - drop to the ground, lifeless. General Jet did not play around.

(Too bad his blood wasn't black...)

She walked up to Ashanite's side, eying another newly purified senshi with distain and malice. "Less monologuing, more putting these senshi and knights down Ashanite," she said, tone light. She rounded on the senshi, glee in her eyes, and shot forward. "How sad for you, that you're coming right back to the Negaverse!"

The whip came up and snapped for Vela's face.

Corrupt Eternal Spacewatch of Comets
HP: 75
Action: Attacking Ashanite for 0 actual damage i just like the flavur the pizzaz
Damage only the drama babey!!!
Location: F2

The attack caught her a bit by surprise. Frankly, she wasn't shocked, but to get smacked so soon? As the inky smoke rose up, she felt the sting of the weapon, the bite- and it wasn't anything new. Anything she hadn't felt before.

Pain was constant. It was an old friend almost. Just another reminder she was alive- and everyone, even people who claimed to be her allies would hurt her and not care. No one cared.

No one ever cared.

"Stupid?" She laughed. "I didn't do anything!" She stumbled. "I just missed my target is all!" She smiled like she hadn't felt the hurt, the pain, like she would just as well attack him or anyone near enough to be within striking distance.

"But hey, ******** it, that's fine! After all, who cares right? Who gives a s**t? We're all gonna die in the end yeah? Either we die fighting for the dead or we die serving an uncaring God. ******** it all you know?"

She smiled, reaching for him- and grabbing his collar slammed her head into his face, ignoring the starbusts in her own vision.

"Come on general a**anaite! Tell me who I'm supposed to kill. That's what you want me to be right? A good little attack dog?"

Not even bothering to use her magic, she leaned forward- to bite his arm. Who cares if she got the s**t kicked out of her again, if she even survived. No one would care. No one would miss her.

"Bark bark! Shoulda trained me better or told me who to kill before sending me out. After all, I'm just a stupid senshi."
Why not bite him. Why not fight him. Why not smile and wish she could stop feeling nothing but pain.

Corrupt Super Fulgurite
HP: 62/75
Action: Attacking Goretti again because it'll be over soon.
Damage: 10 + 5 (rank) + 2 (magic) + 5 (special bonus) = 22
Location: D6

Glue?

Really. Of all things.

Fulgurite didn't like it nevertheless, though made a mental note of the fact that he was apparently fighting a senshi who could literally summon balls of sticky, annoying, painful glue of all things.

He glanced toward the center of the field. The way the Chaos washed over the field made him feel both invigorated and exhausted all at once. Good. If everyone was Chaos, maybe he could just go home and just make curry until he was inevitably forced into some other thing he never wanted to do. Or arrange flowers. Or sleep.

Until then, though,

"Spring Water Eruption!"

Quote:
Sailor Scout Attack: “Spring Water Eruption!”
Fulgurite clenches his fists and crosses his arms over his chest, focusing. Water bursts up, wrapping his target in a bubble big enough only for them. The bubble is filled with phantom water, allowing the target to still breathe, but the water is icy cold and can drain them of the ability to fight back, much like being dropped into a frozen lake. The stronger the opponent, the easier it is to break free of the bubble, and the less it affects them. Breaking his focus can weaken the bubble.
