School: Crystal Hobbies:Opera - She loves the Opera and has attended with her father for many years, since she was young. Family friends, even her grandmother, criticized him for taking her to such adult events so young but he knew she had the same heart for it he did. Even when she could not understand what was being said she loved the sight and sound of it, watching the pageantry unfold. She sees every opera she can, including so named modern "rock" operas, and studies them in her off time. She has yet to pick a favorite but she'll catch herself humming the scores every so often. Singing - To coincide with her love of opera she begged her father for voice lessons. She has an impressive six octave range and is still training to stretch it further to seven or eight. Phedre is a diva in pretty much every sense. She can sing the scores she loves so much as a soprano. She is in the choir at Crystal and attends other singing functions that promise to amuse her be they classic or secular. Language - To coincide with her love of opera Phedre has made a study of languages often used in the beautiful songs she enjoys. Having money for private tutors helps and so does a natural ear for it. This has left her conversationally fluent in French, Spanish, Italian, and Latin - the romance languages. She continues this education when she can taking courses via computer or practicing in the city at special events. Haute Couture - Being from old money Fae does not worry about a thing. She loves couture fashion and will not wear something unless it's a brand label. Maybe it's a touch of snob in her or maybe it's just she doesn't know anything else. She'll shop at higher end stores and attend fashion events in the city. When it doesn't interfere with lessons she will fly to New York, Paris, or Rome for fashion week. She doesn't sew but she likes to dabble in design and will present those designs to Ama to make for her to wear. Haute Cuisine - Phedre was raised with a love and appreciation for food. She has a glass of wine with dinner each night with her father (watered down, of course, as is old European tradition) and their home has an excellent five star chef. She is no stranger to the kitchen and loves to get her hands dirty making boeuf bourguignon or chicken with a buttered burgundy reduction. She likes to attend fine restaurants in the city and will attend cooking classes as well.

Virtues // Flaws Virtues: Generous -- Fae is very giving of herself, her money, and of her time. She doesn't mind working at charity events or lending an ear to a friend in a time of need. She likes to be active in causes she supports like Gay rights and Animal protection. She belongs to several charity organizations and even helps influence some of the decisions in that regard that her father makes. She also likes supporting the things her friends are passionate about and will help them in their pursuits however she can.
Humble -- Despite her advantages and her rich lifestyle and upbringing Fae doesn't think she's better than anyone or anything. She's just fine working in soup kitchens as she is shopping at Bloomingdales. She doesn't discriminate in her associations or look down anyone for having less than she does. She certainly doesn't rub in her own wealth in front of anyone's eyes (at least not intentionally).
Polite -- Phedre is always polite no matter the circumstances. She will not raise her voice and will perish the thought of being belittling or demeaning to anyone no matter their job or place in her life. Even if she feels wronged she will be polite through the experience (which should not suggest she is a pushover or not assertive, just not rude) until it is resolved. Any mean thought she has she will keep to herself with a smile on those pretty red lips of hers. No one got anywhere giving out vinegar, right? It's all about giving honey.
Flaws: Diva -- Being without a mother has made Fae her father's princess. While he did the best he could with her and introduced her to many great ideas and habits he also spoiled her a bit more than he might have if her mother was alive. She was the woman of the house. This has caused her to like things to be just so in her world. She is never mean of tone but when something is out of place she is very no-nonsense and matter of fact about having it corrected and ALWAYS immediately. She will not tolerate anyone to do things the wrong way either in her household or in other facets of her life. She is the type of person to keep climbing the ladder, so to speak, until she gets her way. (from employee to supervisor to manager, etc) Her friends "benefit" from this need for control as well as she doesn't tolerate them throwing off her life, either, and will address them as she does anyone else.
Flashy -- Fae doesn't think twice about spending money. There's buckets of it, more than she could spend in a couple lifetimes in her family. She's never worried about money and while she is generous and will spend on other people she also does not bat an eye about spending thousands of dollars on herself at the drop of a hat no matter whose company she happens to be in. She also likes to talk about the interests she has and can name drop in conversation about the people she meets because of her advantages like Donna Karen at last year's fashion week or Emeril Lagasse at his too cute new restaurant opening. Can you imagine? This, as you might imagine, can give people the wrong idea and can also breed resentment because it gives the appearance of rubbing in her wealth and affluence when, really, that couldn't be farther from her intentions.
Manipulative -- Phedre happens to like being adored, thank you! She generally knows, or can guess, just what to say and how to behave to get anyone, especially boys, wrapped around that dainty finger of hers. She has no problem batting those baby blues and pouting those lips to be anything she thinks people want to see. She has the habit of stringing boys along in her love life while never committing to one person but always keeping them convinced she's ever bit as intent on them as they are on her. To her it's a game, fun, and she'll play it as long as she can.

Meet Sailor Alphekka Meridiana Challenge: My eyes are up here love.

Attacks: Sailor Scout Attack: Look at Me (Two part attack) (Part 1) Sailor Meridiana reaches out with her right arm and closes her hand around the handle of a whip which materializes beside her which glows a gold-ish hue. The length of the whip is about 7' in length and can most definitely be seen however it can cause no physical damage. Swinging the whip over her head she cracks the whip beside her.
The sound is meant to be a taunt, an attention grabber. It will pass through a person if they are too close to her.
(Part2) Once Sailor Meridiana has the attention of an opponent she brings her left hand up and blows a kiss.
For the next 20 seconds her opponent within 10' becomes fixated on her and enters a bit of a stupor unable or unwilling to attack.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Eyes on Me (Two part attack) (Part 1) Sailor Meridiana reaches out with her right arm and closes her hand around the handle of a whip which materializes beside her which glows a gold-ish hue. (Part2) Once Sailor Meridiana has the attention of up to two opponents she lets go of the whip then brings both hands up and blows a kiss at each of them.
For the next 20 seconds her opponents within 10' becomes fixated on her and enters a bit of a stupor unable or unwilling to attack. During these 20 seconds Sailor Meridiana siphons energy from her opponents (-1 use of a base attack, -15 seconds from a mana pool, -1 to 2 uses of a teleport). Most of this effect goes unnoticed although the opponents may feel drowsy as if they had used their magic even though they have not actually cast anything (relate able to the feeling after you get your blood drawn).Although the energy is gathered into a soft glowing orb, she gains no immediate benefit from the magic siphon. However, the orb, once the attack has finished, may be added to her quota stash and be used at a later time.
Eternal Sailor Attack:Serve Me Like her previous attacks Sailor Meridiana summons her whip and cracks it beside her. Individuals in a 10' radius around her turn their attention onto her and enter a charmed like state similar to the previous two attacks. She then has the next 7 seconds to pick an individual, approach them so she may place a kiss upon them (female on the cheek, male on the brow) and then whisper in their ear 'serve me'.
The targeted individual's eye color changes to their complimentary color (evidence of who is the one under her spell. Red <-> Green, Yellow <->Purple, Orange <-> Blue) and for the next 30 seconds they are compelled to defend her. Use-able 2 times.
Targets cannot warn former allies to 'watch out'; yes they are aware of what their bodies are doing but the world is colored to where your friends are your enemies and you will attack them. It does not matter if the former ally does or doesn't attack, your character will take the initiative (ie, Hawkeye vs everyone/Black Widow when Loki mind controlled him in the Avengers or Hulk vs Black Widow / Thor). If your character is a support character and Meridiana is injured your character will be compelled to heal / buff her then proceed to attack the 'enemy'. Once an 'enemy' has become bloodied (ie taken half health from the start of her attack, OR received a moderate-severe wound) Your characters willpower is increased giving them a chance of breaking the attack early. Can be broken early if your character receives cognitive recalibration or is knocked out (ie, again think Hawkeye vs Black Widow from the Avengers or Hulk after the epic fall).
*Note: Willpower is the internal struggle your character faces when trying to prematurely break the attack. However, your character will not pull a Golem and have a psychotic break down and start having a conversation with themselves.
** Note: Meridiana has no control over which character the compelled person turns against, she cannot tell them to switch targets if she feels their compel slipping. It is to the discretion of your character if it is only physical attacks used or if they use their magic.

Meridiana RP Items IC RP ItemsFestive Red Ribbon Bracelet: A thin and rather plain red ribbon, tied in a bow shaped like a heart. Somehow during your time at the Wedding, a thin, red ribbon has attached itself to your wrist. You blink, but then it is gone again. However, when you find yourself in danger, it will appear again, and vanishes once the danger passes. A single time when you may find yourself in danger, you will feel yourself snatched away by the arm, out of harm’s way. This may occur in your civilian or powered life. After you have been saved, the ribbon falls off, stripped of its magic. It has a strange, beautiful sheen to it now and can be kept as a memento.
Formal Dress Token: A golden coin with the image of a snowflake on one side, and a flame on the other: A gift you received from the wedding. It appears at the foot of your bed in the morning after. Flipping the coin in the air, and catching it will result in one of two outfits that will be summoned over your current outfit. One outfit is the color of ice and snow, the other is colored like a burning sunset. Only one of the outfits can be summoned; the outfit itself has no magical properties and is simply a beautiful, decorative attire you can choose to wear. If you try to flip the coin again it will yield no magical effects. Both the coin and the summoned outfit can be kept as a memento!
Paper Ranunculus - Red: A paper ranunculus flower, colored a warm orangish-red. A gift you received from the wedding. It appears at the foot of your bed in the morning after. The flower is burning hot to the touch to anyone except its owner. When placed against the skin, it may temporarily cause the symptoms of second degree burns, meaning pain, redness, swelling, and blistering, if left on too long. The burning effect of the Ranunculus only lasts for ten minutes, and once it’s used, it crumbles to dust and vanishes, leaving behind an iridescent crystal disk with the imprint of the flower. It has no magic, but can be kept as a memento.
Permanent ItemsEngraved Medallion - An antique medallion with some strange, foreign symbols scrawled on the back. The magic can only be activated and used on the owner of the medallion. The medallion allows the wearer to suppress their own energy signature by one level for up to three hours a day. First stage characters will feel like civilians; while this item has little effect on Mauvians in their cat form, it will suppress their energy signature as if they were a human civilian if activated while they are in their humanoid form. Youma will have the energy signature of a human civilian.
Thawed Heart Ring: A pair of stackable rings. One is red, the other white. When placed one on top of the other, they form a heart: When you wake up the next morning, you find these rings on your index finger. With the snap of your fingers, the rings glow, and water pours from your hand, about a cup full. It can be used once a week, and the water is capable of healing minor wounds (cuts, bruises, scrapes). This water is so potent that it can even be used on flowers and small plants, allowing them to be at full-bloom in a week. The rings are removable and need to be together in order to function.
Rugose Pendant - A blackened, wrinkled rock set into a silver pendant with an indigo glow trapped inside. It can be found discarded in Negaspace or the Rift. To use the item, an agent or Negaverse senshi must energy drain the rock. Once drained, the rock will crack and disintegrate. The rock's violet light will then envelop the user, cloaking them in the appearance of a youma. A youma aura will overwhelm the user's natural aura, though it will not disguise their aura. Their youma appearance must adhere to youma guidelines for personal or player youma. The user does not gain any special abilities while under the effects of the item, and their current abilities are not typically hampered by the item. The Rugose Pendant's effects last until the character powers down or until 3 hours have passed, whichever is sooner. The Pendant may be used once a day. Personal Items

Although we didn't go to the same school, I remember you being a kind young boy. You've definitely matured over the years, it has been pleasant seeing you at the Opera on rare occasions. Our rivalry in college was far from friendly and I am glad that since graduation I haven't had to worry much about running into you especially since it seems you don't even know who you are these days. Valeria: I know that adjusting to life as a corrupt was difficult for you early on, but I hope you were able to find your place in all of this.
