Name: Cadet Silvera
HP: 50/50
Action: With Scylla, watching it all unfold.
Damage: 0
Location: With Scylla in center of it all. Following Lyndin's orders.

He wasn't surprised by Syclla attacking their commador, or attacking in general, but he was shocked by the attack itself. He moved away from the enraged senshi of the kraken and gave her the space she obviously neeed. He was sure he understood some of what was going on, and why it was happening, he still didn't know why the Negaverse was involved...then or now. That was the part which made no sense to him.

As their Commador spoke of bringing the starseed back to the couldron himself he nodded his head. He did seem to be keeping it safe, even as it pulsed and struggled. It was so wraped and twisted.....

Biting his lip the alien didn't know what to do even as people were knocked to the ground, himself included, and it took a lot for him to get up. he didn't want to, he was a bit scattered emotionally. But he did get up because he needed to, he had to know what was going on and he had to do something. So far he'd not raised his weapons, he didn't plan to, but as he got up he heard their Commador's orders and took a moment to look back to Scylla, silently asking what to do. Pleading with her to understand...if she even noticed him. She was so caught up in her own termoil. Watching her throw herself at Caedus' body he went to join her.

Reaching out a hand. "It seems our Commador won't be bringing him home." Not his remains anyway. "Busy him, please. Here...so all his friends here can visit." He wasn't one for such emotions, not normally, but this was all very trying and he couldn't help it.

Already he was turning slowly...heading for where Lyndin wanted them to go - had ordered them. He had a family back there, in space, and he couldn't just vanish and not return home. He had expected this to last longer, for some time between now and when they left for their home. He'd wanted to spend a little more time here and explore and learn more.

He'd fine a way back though, he would try at least, he wanted to return here and see Scylla again and meet others here. Shivering as he felt the darkness all around them, he hoped Scylla would be ok...she had to be. He didn't like how dark it felt all around them. He would ask later why the Negaverse was involved in any of this, from the start till now. Why was things not handled by them at home on their own planet?

Eternal Sailor Metis
HP: 75
Action: Attacking the Generator
Damage Base: 2 Rank: +7 Faction Bonus: +3 same square Super magic Metallic Bracelet: +5 17
Location: B4 to B2

She'd smiled a bit to see the 'traitor' General land another hit on the guy, before she ran off to... a Royal. Her heart, for a moment, eased, and warmth bloomed through her. The bright flashes of energy hadn't been unknown to her, and it offered a crumb of hope here.

A crumb largely lost within a sea.

Lyndin's cry made her heart squeeze. She could hate him in that moment, for what he'd caused and the fate he'd seemingly cast her allies, friends, and loved ones to, but she could sympathize. His people were in danger. His allies, friends, and loved ones. He acted as he thought would best protect them, save them, bring them that brighter future. Now, some were dying. Dead. The explosion of thistle energy around him, the warmth and purity of it startled her. "What are you, too, Commodore?" She'd asked that of Caedus, wondered it of him. Was Lyndin similar?

When the central machine began to fire, that crumb of hope the sight of the purifications had brought her fell under a wave. Metis watched, frozen, horrified, as the beam of light shot upwards into the sky. Seconds later, the heaviness in the air only matched what she was seeing--waves of a dark, nearly black, purple energy seeped through the air, sticking to everything like tar, trying to sink into the bright, brilliant silhouettes of Order like acid. Some sank in, biting and twisting to open wounds in the energies, like hagfish on a corpse, and the darkness festered in them.

Metis cursed, backing up as she saw it twisted through the air towards her. Some curled around her, sickly sweet, and she gaged. It pressed against her own aura, trying to dig into her starseed. The pain was immediate. Zaps of energy conflicting pulsed through her, down to her toes and into her fingertips. She screamed, feeling it's pressure rising at her chest and forehead. Her vision swam, for a moment blocked by the noxious Chaotic energy.

She couldn't see how the white of her bodice and skirt began to leech away into black. Her uniform already sported black and teal coloring. But now... Her tiara cracked, the crystal there splitting. White gloves were stained as if by ink, her boots also lost their color. The wings, at least, stayed white.

She stumbled forward, aware of the brilliant energy coming from one of the generators up ahead. She could go there. Fight it. Fight. A warm presence slid into her mind. Strength, gentleness. Blunt, brutal at times. But she always found comfort with that presence. Safety. A sense that she was where she needed to be. She longed for that now, as Chaos clawed at her. "I love you, Athalia," she murmured, holding tight as she could to those memories, that sensation. She knew the way his face felt beneath her fingers, knew the sound of his laughter, the warmth of his hand in hers. She held tight to each and every bit of that. "Please, please be safe, and come home soon." If she kept fighting, she could try to make sure he had such a thing to return to. That she could be there when he came back. The idea that she couldn't, that she could be gone when he returned-- a sob broke out of her, muffled as she clenched her jaw. She couldn't do that to him. She didn't want to abandon him. She couldn't. She wouldn't.

"Please be careful, Rail," she offered to nothing as well, feeling more of those tears become trapped against her blindfold. "Spirits, please keep her and Nami safe."

When she reached the next generator, she grit her teeth, focusing her magic and forcing it towards the whirling mixture of energy in front of her. "Mind's Eye Vision." Magic was acting weird right now. She had to at least try something.

"Kurma," she called--not.... loud... but she had this sense he'd still hear her. "Don't suppose you can summon away that starseed, or do anything to get it back to Caedus?" Her voice was rough, pain pulsing through her still. But the Eternal wings at her back stayed white for now.

Quote:
Mind's Eye Vision

Hovering her fingers above the gem on her tiara as she speaks the name of her attack, orbs of various colors flow out of the sapphire, slowly condensing into one large white orb which she then flings at a single target. The orb remains whole as it flies out to the target, only to vanish into them without a trace. Once the orb vanishes into the target, they would find themselves bombarded with unintelligible, jumbled, and all around random visions of... the future? The visions in their head would come in such a rapid succession that focusing on the present could be quite difficult, though not necessarily impossible. The visions last for 20 seconds. Metis is only able to use her attack twice per battle.

Page Voyager
HP: 50/50
Action: Moving to B2 to attack the generator
Damage 6 + 3 + 1 = 10
Location: C3 -> B2

Voyager watched as the other aliens attempted to reason with their Commander, and gasped when he could see the Starseed that had been taken out of their King. Something was very wrong with it, and if he was remembering correctly, perhaps the mutated Starseed happened because of his capture? There was no time to speculate though, as the middle machine sent out pulses of energy throughout the field and suddenly a laser into the sky.

As the waves of chaos were felt, Voyager felt sick to his stomach and rage. He wasn't sure, but he could have sworn that his uniform was turning before his very eyes. "No!" He gasped out. He couldn't be corrupting! He COULDN'T corrupt! He had a goal, he wanted to restore his Wonder! He wanted to be come a Knight dammit! He wanted to discover his magic! He didn't want a weapon!

He decided to take the rage he was feeling out on the nearest generator and went hit it as hard as he could with his shoulder!

Name: Super Sailor Noctua
HP: 61 - 10 = 51
Action: Coming to General Benitoite's aid
Damage: ---
Location: B4

Noctua heard the hit as though it happened in her own ears. Her head snapped around to see one of their own striking General Benitoite. Her General Benitoite. Suddenly Adria ceased to exist to her and her vision narrowed to just her General and the traitor who turned her coat right in front of them. Around her she could feel blips of chaos energy switching off like lights, only to be turned back on as disgusting, tooth-curling order. She sneered and pulled herself off of Adria, her new target already retreating from the scene of her crime.

She didn't need General Benitoite's call to quicken her into action.

Before she could leave to turn her attention to Titanite, someone struck her. A hit that she heard more than felt at first, and then pain blossomed to life in her jaw. More blood filled her mouth, and this time when she spat, a tooth flew out with the wad of blood. She turned her eyes to the knight, opened her mouth, filled her lungs, and reached out for his face, already feeling the warm glow of her magic on her tongue.

And then she saw, out of the corner of her eye, her General under attack again. This time by a real senshi. She finally wiped the blood from her face, if only to make it easier to call out his name, her voice a ruin of fear and anger. Forget the senshi lying on the ground before her. Forget the others attacking her. Forget, for the moment, the soldiers attacking her. None of that mattered. All that mattered in that moment was that the man that mattered most in her life was under attack. A man that she would call family. Potentially one of the most important people in her life.

"BENITOITE!"

She dropped her hands and ran to Benitoite as fast as her legs would take her. She threw herself between him and any other attackers. Her lungs and legs wailed in pain from her exertion and her panic, but she was still standing. and she would be until she was no longer needed.

They were dead.

No.

One of them was more than dead. One of them, Rynn, had been erased. a wrecked sob escaped Cydfae's lips and she clapped her hands over her mouth, surprised that she'd made a sound at all. Commodore Lyndin had made an alliance with the negaverse, and she had to believe that it was for the best...

And yet...

Two of them were gone, and one of them forever.

What kind of ally does that?

Cydfae's knees hit the ground with bruising force as she watched, paralyzed by conflict, as the battle raged around her. She was bound by duty to protect this generator and yet...

And yet...

This had been the reason two of her family were gone. And the reason one would never return.

There had never been this much grey. This many variables. Why? Why would Lyndin forge an alliance with people who not only killed their people, but erased them?

Name: Squire Lourdes
HP: 30 - 11 - 37 = Functionally dead
Action: Slowly recorrupting, calling out for Scylla, and then KOed
Damage: --- + 5 (Rank) + 2 (Faction) = ---
Location: B6

Her hit landed, but Lourdes had no time to rejoice. Fire consumed her again, and this time it brought her to her knees. It didn't matter that this attack was lesser than the other. It was still the second wave, and she could feel her body slowly giving out on her. Her legs shook with the weight of her body. Her lungs were seared from exertion, abuse, and assault. Her vision swam as she struggled to remain conscious... but sleep sounded so good.

She didn't care that it was a battlefield. She didn't care about anything. She just wanted to rest. She wanted to stop. Stop hurting. Stop running. Stop hiding. It would be so easy to lay down and succumb to the darkness creeping in on the edges of her vision.

Somewhere in the distance, Scylla screamed. Lourdes couldn't see her, but she knew her voice.

It was enough to anchor her.

Lourdes didn't have a lot to live for anymore, but she had a few things. She had new friends. New bonds. New promises. If she died now, if she could never see Scylla and Cybele again... It made her heartache in a way she hadn't felt it ache in a very long time. Her lips formed Scylla's name and then Cybele's, wordlessly reminding herself of two very good reasons to keep awake. Keep alive.

Someday, if they lived... when they lived, Lourdes would cry into their shoulders and tell them how much they had saved her with the simple gift of their kindness. She would hold them both and never let go again. ******** Faustite. ******** this senshi who was attacking her. They were nothing in the face of her new family. Nothing compared to the light that brought Lourdes. She rose to her shaking feet and smile despite the pain that tore through her whole body, raised her weapon and...

And...

It was different. The gold was darker... muted... Iron The globe on the end had changed too. It was a mace head now. And her gloves... her gloves here... brown...

Lourdes' trembling began a new as she looked at herself. The pink and blue and gold of her uniform were mottled with brown and mustard yellow, her beautiful scepter transforming slowly into a heavy, ugly, iron mace. She saw flower petals fall from her forehead as her crown disintegrated. Her pulse quickened to a dizzying speed and she finally registered what was happening around her. Chaos, already a disgusting stink, had intensified and taken hold of the battle field. It wrapped itself around her ankles and snaked up her legs.

"No," she whispered, her eyes filling with fear. She dropped the mace and tried to wipe the chaos away, tried to clean off her beautiful Venusian uniform and return to her former self -- her true self. But wherever her hands brushed, her old uniform appeared, as though her hands were filthy with the chaos that was forcing its way into her starseed. She may have screamed, but she wasn't sure. The pain in her chest was too much. The same searing that she'd felt when she purified so long ago, but this time it wasn't stopping. She wiped her uniform faster and harder, but the more she flailed and sobbed, the more it crept across her flesh.

"S-SCYLLA!!!!" Because it was the only name she knew in that moment. The only bastion she could think of. The only harbor she could see in the night that closed in around her. She had, in truth, no way of knowing if Scylla was close. Or if she was even alive. Because Lourdes had been a fool and rushed away in her panic and left the woman she claimed was her friend alone to suffer whatever fate this war had in store for her.

You deserve this, came a voice deep within Hopeite's heart, and she was helpless to disagree.

Claws closed around her head and Hopeite didn't even have time to register what was happening to her before a whole new kind of pain enveloped her. Hew screams reached a new, agonizing pitch as the fire burned her. She could smell her flesh cooking. Hear it sizzling. Feeling it crackling and peeling away.

And then, finally, nothingness enveloped her.

I'm sorry Scylla. I'm sorry Cybele. But this is for the best. Better this than what I was returning to.

Beta knew this feeling.

She knew it intimately.

The burning that roared through every cell of her body. The unending, ceaseless agony of chaos as it oozed and seeped into every single pore and deeper still. For the third time in her life, she knew what it meant -- truly meant -- to long for the release of death. Someone was sobbing, and Beta supposed it was still her, from the ache in her throat, but she didn't recognize the voice anymore.

Her skin was turning sheet white, and her hands were changing slowly and painfully. Bones shortened and fused into what looked more like rabbit paws than human hands, but Beta wrapped herself around her prone sister anyway, trying her best to shield the older girl from the chaos.

"R-rice Powder, dust," she whimpered, creating another storm of fine powder around her to try and stave off the chaos just a little. Just for a moment.

"Aura," she whispered into her sister's ear, even as it lengthened and turned white the same as her own flesh was, "Aura, come back. Remember me."

The chaos that wrapped itself around Alpha and wormed it way into her heart was like a shot of adrenaline. She screamed herself awake, her eyes staring sightlessly into the sky above her. So this was how Beta had felt? The shame of her previous failures pulsed through her as powerfully as the chaos itself.

Sheet white arms wrapped around Alpha and she distantly heard a voice... it may have been her sisters but she had no way of knowing. And then there was a cloud of dust that surrounded her... it hurt this time. The powder stung and scraped at her skin, burned her lungs. It made her scream a new, but she didn't recognize her own voice.

Who is Aura?

She pushed against the woman holding her, digging her wicked little claws into the tender flesh as she squealed to help from anyone around her. Someone to get this person this... senshi off of her.

Luckily for him, his staff hadn't taken any damage. Any that he could see at least, but he would have to be careful. As he swung again to hit the generator he was stopped by the wave of energy sent across the field and looked towards the north east. Something was going on, and before his brain could fully register it waves of chaos were being rained down upon the field. He could feel a rage building inside of him.

What was it from? He hadn't felt it before... but he couldn't fight it either. No amount of attempting to think of peaceful or hopeful thoughts could keep him from feeling it.

It was enough to make him want to punch something! And that something was the generator!

HP: 40 (75 - 5 - 15 - 15)
Action: Using a Cracked Bone on Lourdes
Damage 1d10 + 5 (shield magic, no roll; -5 to one ally, 1 use left) [7+5=12 damage to generator]
Location: B6

There were too many around who were falling, and Imbrium backed away from the Generator as Mini-Balrog approached it. Dropping to a knee next to the last screaming voice- Lourdes, she hoped to one day find out- she reached into subspace, and pulled out an object that was, she'd heard, supposed to help heal.

"Get the hell up," she snarled roughly, snapping the bone and shaking the poor, traumatized human being, "Get up and fight! Punch something if you haven't, run if you need to. It's only going to get worse if you stay here."

There was no place the other knight could go to be safe, but maybe she could go someplace a little less... triggering. Unless they got these generators down... well. They would all be on the same side soon. And Imbrium was not inclined to go GENTLY into that darkness.

She might not like being Imbrium, but she disliked being FORCED into something much, MUCH less.

He had the thought to reach out and help the process along, or pull the live twin off the convulsing one, but then Ashanite gave the order to attack.

Now. He wasn't much for hitting kids or kicking puppies, but she had just destroyed their generator. And now his general was weaker for it.

Deneb is attempting to attack GQ Hessonite

Sailor Deneb
HP: 50/50
Action: yeeting herself at Hessonite like a boss. leeroy jenkins and all what do you mean, 'that was staged'
Damage: 9+3+2 = 14 (but does it really matter??)
Location: E5 to G7

Between having to deal with the weird flu going around and then it being raid night, Deneb originally had no intentions of showing up at all. After all, why would she? She wasn’t the type to really help others unless it benefited herself, and while others might have believed in the idea that a bunch of aliens from outer space might be able to get rid of chaos’ influence once and for all, Deneb had her doubts. For one, those kinds of things were only really possible in video games after about 80 hours or so of doing quests, not counting sidequests for the 100% completion route- you didn’t just speedrun things like that without a lot of glitches and exploits. For another, she herself had her misgivings about the aliens themselves, thinking of a certain flying fairy, and how that went. It would have been no surprise, then, if she had chosen to stay home, and ignored the message that was sent out.

But as much as it would be like Ilse to ignore a call to gather and do her own selfish thing, it was equally Deneb to show up to what hopefully could be an opportunity to prove herself, to look good swooping in the save the day and rescue another hapless Page or senshi who had gotten themselves into trouble. This was doubly so if Guardian Cats were involved, who might be watching, to see just how worthy she was of an upgrade. When it turned out they’d been duped, and this was all a ruse, she’d wanted to be like ‘called it’, but instead bided her time, waiting. She could rush a generator, help to attack it, or she could rush an agent instead, attacking them with her weak magic. The choice was hers, and hers alone, and as things got progressively worse, and people on both sides started falling, Deneb had started inching closer towards the generator in the southeast corner, to start lending her ‘aid’ in taking it down.

As Chaos started to seep in, though, another idea began to form in her mind. Although she had never had any intentions of actually following through with the idea of deflecting from Order, and had planned on stringing along Chrysacolla, then Marialite, until she got what she wanted, the desire for power was still there, along with the envy of those ‘allies’ of hers, who had been senshi for much less time than her, but were already much more powerful. It made it easy for Chaos to take its hold on her heart, to amplify those feelings and her desire to make herself known. If she really wanted to make a scene… why attack a generator, when beyond the generator, a General Sovereign was right there, just standing there... an open target, really…?

Without thinking twice, Deneb charged past the generator, past the battle raging on there… and went straight for Hessonite, at the southeast exit. Why go for the small fry, when you could go for the big boss?

Bubble Blast!” she called out, calling upon her Basic attack, “Why don’t you all just give up and die already?”

Location: F4 -> F5 (using 2nd movement square)
Chibi Sailor Attack: Seal Pup!
+2 Damage (3 uses - 001 002 003)
Charybdis creates what looks to be a baby seal. It is clearly magical. It is very cute, and the soft little squeaks it makes encourage everyone to look at it. And not at Charybdis herself. It is precious and pure. With very big, wet, cute eyes. It can remain in a 10 foot area of where Charybdis cast the ability, flopping aimlessly towards her enemies and making soft little chuffy-whuffy noises. Seal Pup can be used 3 times and it is effing adorable. The seal remains for 20 seconds unless viciously attacked; once attacked, it cries for 5 seconds and vanishes (either at the end of the 5 seconds or at the end of its duration if attacked late). (TL;DR: Look! A Distraction!)

Chibi Super Sailor Attack: Shiny Pup!
+3 Damage (2 uses - 001 002)

Chibi Eternal Sailor Attack: Mama Seal!
+4 Damage (1 Use - 001)

"You talk a lot," Charybdis said to Ashanite as he monologued like a Disney villain. But then he said something that made her head tilt, and she turned to face this... Sakuraiite. "Oh hi!" she said back- and then the horney kimonoey Lime Bambi like... grabbed her... and Charybdis did not like that at all. Her newly-found energy flagged, and Charybdis found herself... woozy. Light-headed.

It double-sucked when she took a foot to the gut from who she assumed to be Arsenolite.

It was only when she turned, nausea spinning in her throat that she recognized Kimono Bambi, and- "You- you're the girl who was- on the-" the girl who had died? Wasn't this? "They made you a deer zombie?" she asked in horror.

If she had been a little closer, the vomit of horror might have landed on Sakuraiite's shoes. No- no- she had been STABBED, and Charybdis had SEEN it, and no one should have lived, and they had turned her into- like- "What did they do to your EARS????"

But there were more important things to do- like get the other chibis to the generators, and make the machine in the middle stop spitting out the chaos that seemed to be affecting the grown-ups. Even her sister, whose screaming she was intimately familiar with.

"Lepus! Hokkaido! Aomori! Ara! Pollux! We need to go to another generator. Like- now. The energy- it's bad. And these people are very rude." She clapped her hands. "Come on chibis, it's our time to shine!"

She rubbed her middle, and slowly stuck a single finger in the air at Ashanite. "I'll see you again!" she promised. "Probably sooner than I want to!"

And then she ran away, darting with chibi speed to the South (F5)

Itztenoch - Cadet with a Blaster
HP: 35
Action: Mission Objective: Following the most final of orders. Dragging Nessa along.
Damage: N/A
Location: D5 --> D4 (Falling Back towards Lyndin Slowly!)
AutoBonus: (For My Memories Sake +1d10(Dice) +3(Cadet)

“Eso!!” and he fixed a glance at the distance crawling out between his footsteps away from pastel pink - holding the line - taking a stand and covering their retreat expertly.

And if he wanted to get Nessa out — get her back alive.

That felt like an important thing.

Feeling the gentle flutter of life beneath his fingers where he held her. The chance of rise and fall of her chest pressed against his back.

If there was some great revelation —— Tenoch let it pass over his mind like water over rocks —- snarled at the thought of Earths bounty wasted beneath their feet - of the possibilities that seemed so much like scorched left to ruin — of friends - brothers in arms turned on each other - of so many things he didn’t *understand*.

It wasn’t his job to understand though. He could remember that. Even as he staggered into the strange chaotic center - eased Nessas prone form to the ground and — breathed and checked her over - tried his useless energy stone in vain as more lasers shot skyward - as more of the hard worked generators shattered around them.

Crystals that sparked dark light I, chaotic winged beings that made him fear for greater deities — the concussive draining force of it all. Simply standing in it was enough to make him ill…

“Nessa —- Nessa you need to get up, we have to go!!” Home-they would go home, and he would bring her - drag her half conscious if he had to. “Eso has covered us….we can leave…please…” the words echoed, gaping wounds beneath the gruff tone, hands that slipped with sweat and he blood as he shook her.

“Get the ******** up!”

We’re going home.’

This is from a phone, if I missed a thing? Dm me and I’ll fix it! Thnxuall!!

Corrupt Super Sailor Nembus
HP: 75
Action: Agrees Caedus' starseed is hella weird and honestly can't confirm if the rest of the aliens' are like that or not but it seems unlikely. Very disturbed by all the uniforms blinking to black considering herself.
Damage: --
Location: D3

Adorea. Alright. She'd do her best to commit that name to memory.

It was too bad she figured taking out her phone at this moment to take pictures to help was inappropriate. Then again, perhaps she should document this moment. Her Negaverse tablet was fished out of subspace, and she bit her lip as she took a few pictures of the battlefield blooming to life in front of them.

The starseed.

She whipped around her tablet to get a closer look at and a picture of that, if necessary. Nembus' face scrunched. She was fairly sure that wasn't a normal starseed, but then again, she had never seen an alien starseed before that one. "Don't think I've ever seen a starseed like that," she squinted, harder, watching as people around it seemed to react to it, watched as Lyndin repelled all those attempts without any effort at all, "but perhaps his starseed is simply unusual. Everyone seems to be acting like it's odd. Think the tall beefy alien said something about how he wouldn't awaken..."

She'd have to take notes on that.

Nembus was distracted from taking notes by the sudden push of chaos throughout the field. Her heart dropped. It felt like home. She felt stronger. She watched, around her, as some people's outfits pulsed, as some of those of Order fell before her eyes, as some people seemed to give in and have their uniforms blink and become more like her own, and her eyes widened.

Oh, no. No. No.

No more people that would suffer like her.

When she initially met other people who had been forcibly corrupted, she felt comradery. Understanding. They all knew what it was like to functionally have a hole in their head, to never understand who they were or where they came from, to be left as a husk of a person meant to serve a malevolent force that was likely to consume them all once She got what She wanted. Over the years, that had changed. The comradery was still pleasant but her desire for it faded. To be forcibly corrupted was suffering. Every person who understood brought a light to her heart but brought a greater weight of sadness as she realized what it meant. More people with their lives torn away from them. More people who lost their families. More people who lost themselves.

She did not like this.

She looked to Adorea with apprehension in her eyes and fear in her heart.
