Tsuki was easily calmed when Astra returned and decided to take Rowan's hand rather than her own. Giggling softly from Rowan's comments before being surprised that he asked to sit with her."Um, sure. I'll protect you, no matter what."Tsuki replied, though she was serious, her tone was light. She could understand wanting to be by someone that was not afraid of heights. After all, she jumped and traveled the rooftops, so heights were no issue.
Surprised again, ice-blue eyes turned to see the owner of the hand in her other one. Blushing softly, she looked forward once more, so as to try and hide it from the damn cheetah."Thank you."Tsuki mumbled as they walked to the ride. Surprisingly, it was not a long wait. She did not find it unpleasant to have them all holding hands. In fact, she was reminded of outings with her family. Which was significant as Team Terror was like a second family to her; and she hoped the others felt the same.
As they got on the ferris wheel the other people at the carnival seemed to calm. As promised and was almost assured, Rowan had Tsuki sitting down beside him; Ryker sat beside Astra...that is if the girl ever sat still. The boys' talk of seagulls had the tigress laughing softly, amusing.'I hope things don't change,'she thought suddenly as the doors closed."No seagulls in here,"Tsuki commented, lightly but warmly before turning to look out the glass carriage as it would begin to move.
Her eyes widened and sparkled in amazement as they would slowly be making their way under the water."Sugoi~!"Their team leader's tail swayed in both excitement and a little nervousness as their glass ride, though tightly sealed and waterproof, was submerged. Taking the time to look around at all sides with just her gaze, she remained seated. Content to just enjoy seeing the variety of fish and water creatures...She even spotted a DOLPHIN!! She was so happy that she was audibly purring (even if she didn't realize it herself).

"Fear is the one thing all Huntsman need to be trained to forget as it can make us hesitate at the worst of moments." He told her softly, his eyes closed before he found a table to sit down at, and motioned for her to follow as he closed his eyes. As he walked, he remembered the blood-thirsty eyes of their teacher who attempted to rip them asunder and it was then he had to make his choice, to put his semblance at max power to save his friends and leave the teacher behind for another to save. "At least Danae managed to save our teacher." He told her some time after he told her another lie about the term Bint and when he opened his eyes to look at her, he saw her stand in place. Her eyes empty with her mouth open due to a slack-jawed expression as he soon set his blondie plate down and moved to her. He shook her slightly as he soon said. "A-Azura! I-It's just a word! C-Come on now!" He told her while shaking her slightly.

The little Ceru made so much noise! In fact it made the giant known as Lyosha jump when he was claimed to be a giant. He closed his eyes and brought his hands out gently. “Now-now bud, you don’t need to worry, I’ve got my own money to buy my own!” He said as he moved between the waving cotton candy to put his large arm around his shoulders to give him a pat and a side hug. “Now bud I don’t lie! I’m just a nice guy tryin’ to get a piece of that delicious cotton candy, and after all, since I’m a such a giant, if I wanted to I could probably squish ya’!” He teased with a soft smile on his face as he gave him a squeeze, and even if it wasn’t that hard, it would feel like a giant vice grip between his hand and his body. “So sorry for scarin’ ya’, my name’s Lyosha Rodion (Fava) Ruric, quite the name, I know, but my friends call me Lyo and you can call me that too!” He said with a smile, “Oh and I haven’t even gave ya’ a chance to say your name, well? What’s you’re name? Oh and I wouldn’t even really want to kill you- I’m kinda peaceful! Although if your my friend I’d gladly throw someone’s head back with a fist if ya’ catch my drift.” He said with a small laugh as he let go and patted his back while he grabbed the two fresh cotton candies that he munched on with ravenous nature. “Oh my gods this is just- Mm! I love sweets but this is really good! Although I could make it better!” He said, teasing the man making the cotton candy with a wink as he would quickly inhale the first stick of cotton candy. Although he did notice someone peering at him slightly but he was not noticed much. Kai may have disliked the over-talking idiot known as Lyosha but as long as he stayed to himself, Lyosha cared not.

Raphaela Annelies Brodbeck
The raccoon woman gave a small nod and a slighted smile with her kind hum as a response to the lad questioning her wheel. What was wrong with her idea? Was it silly, or perhaps not good enough? Or was it the lad may had been the serious type and this just didn't captivate him? Most of her own questions were answered when Mr.boyfriend smiled at his luck, and when Ms.girlfriend walked closely together into the crowd of happy faces elated by the peace of the festival. Raphaela gave a content sigh as she watched the couple walk away. "Young love must be nice." Thought the single faunus woman; The heart of her own still waiting for her own romeo.
Raphaela had turned to speak to the other two young tall men from earlier but when she had looked her fur of her tail ruffled with anger. She seen a woman that was scantily clothed place a gun against the back of the human lad and that almost made the faunus shout to say something, but noticing the gun itself she'd calm her heart. Apparently the woman knew the young man and they were on good terms as siblings she just worried about the company he'd keep; Dealing with the Crimson Fang was very dangerous. Calling out to the faunus giant with horns, and the human with his sister, the happy smiley raccoon faunus tried to give a friendly reminder.
"Excuse me!" Raphaela waved over to the two tall men, calling them over with a finger after a moment as the cake eating contest was getting ready to start; A few fair goers signing up after being drawn in by the faunus woman's rack of sweets. "The contest is about to begin! Hurry and pick a cake, take a seat over at the tables set up and we'll get this thing started!" The woman was obviously busy, handling the passing patrons with her fast upbeat feet, yet she was wishing to have this event hosted right.
At this moment, however, a smaller rat faunus male had written down his name on the sign up sheet and scoffed at the names of the written competition. "Ha! Nothing but small time names here. And who the hell is Ash? Their writing looks like chicken scratch." The rat was obviously referring to the young tall men but the 4'8 man was obviously not afraid of this cake eating contest. And why would he? The rat was a small time true eating competitor.

Such masses and massive constructs was something only known to the raven haired young man through books and stories. Never in his life did he ever think his eyes would witness such things made by man but he was both grateful and sorrowful that he has. "It may not be the way I wanted to see these things but I'm sure Felicia would been happy for me..." A second of melancholy hit Zachariah as he stared up at the ferris wheel, a somewhat clouded look to his stare, yet when he looked over to see someone from school he took a breath and tried to dispel is despair. He let a second pass before the raven haired one would call out and calmly walk up to his fellow teammate; The first of the few he would happen to see here. "Yo! What up M!" Casually calling him by the letter nickname he's gained from the team, Zachariah stood before Miserorum with a slight smile. "Funny seeing you here. This didn't really seem like of your kind of thing."
While they exchanged words, by chance, another familiar had appeared by chance. Though, Zachariah only noticed when a shadow reached over the small swordsman and caused him to turn around. "Oh, what's going on O?" Oswald was also one he didn't picture coming to the fair out of his own volition but perhaps the call to such a good day was too much to resist. Zachariah knew it was so for him. "It's cool to see you both here. Since its us here, maybe we could hang out together?"
And then there she was, waltzing out the crowd like a doe from the woods. Her eyes innocent, her focus too divided. Before them all their butterfly comrade would go stepping by, possibly not noticing due to her wonderment. With a smile and a shake of the head Zachariah would casually but vocally speaks enough for young woman to hear the raven haired guy out. "And after all this time I thought you'd recognize our face in a crowd." A cheek smirk he'd give to lady as Zach gaze to her with bright gray eyes just catching the sun from the angle which he stood.

The young butterfly had been so enthralled by the sights, the sounds, and scents that she had almost been intoxicated with excitement from it all. It was delightfully dizzying to encounter, let alone experience. In truth, the positivity and happiness of everyone around made the young fairy giggle. The warmth of the sun only added to such delight. And then she heard it...that familiar voice.
"Is that..."Diana thought, her amethyst eyes widening as she turned around wildly. Her skirt swaying as she did before her gaze fell upon the slightly blurred outline of the raven-haired human, tall fair human...and the dark-blue-haired moth."What are you doing here?"She inquired, genuinely curious. If she was disappointed, Di did not show it as she made her way over to them.
Instead she smiled sweetly and looked to each one in turn, assessing quietly. Their images becoming clearer the closer she got to the boys. Of course, she had grown used to Oswald's brash single-mindedness. He was heading over to where she wanted to go actually."Hey, wait up~"Diana said turning and following after O."There's no way I am not getting to go to ride the wheel."

A nickname he didn't mind because he called the others of his team by their first initials. Even if it was a bit begrudgingly for the butterfly. Blue-gold eyes would shift from the Ferris wheel to Z; the team leader and butterfly guardian, as he knew him from their sparring practice. The eyes would calmly remain on him; wondering the odds of running into him and what he desired. 'At least he is not with the butterfly.' He thought to himself silently. He would see the smile on Z's face, fairly common for him so he did not mistrust it, and listened to him peaking of how he didn't expect to see M here due to it not seeming like his kind of thing. The moth would think a moment on what to say before he would shrug. "I was curious as to what the significance of all this was, and had little else to do." He would simply admit in a rather apathetic tone. Indicating perhaps this was less for enjoyment and more to study things. They would soon be joined the O; the white haired human who was the truly neutral part of the group, thankfully. As Z spoke to him, Misery's eyes would travel back to the Ferris wheel. While tired, and wanting to learn more than anything, it did interest him to try that one thing out of everything.
However, M would hear Z speak much louder and seemed to be of someone not O. Curious, his eyes would turn to who...and eyes narrow. 'Of course she is here too...At least this means I can still see her expression later.' He thought to himself, looking to her with a slightly sinister smile. She seemed fairly surprised by her expression, asking what they were doing there. Misery would stay silent to that, not wanting to give the butterfly satisfaction. It was a very brief reunion...as O would take off to the Ferris wheel suddenly, with D also going for it. Misery grew slightly annoyed; he was going to the Ferris wheel and he wasn't gonna let a damn butterfly beat him to it. Without saying a word, the moth would rush after the two; hoping to deny the butterfly entry by going before her as he didn't realize how the seating capacity for the thing worked. ☪ Post count: 17 ✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘.✘ ▄ ▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄ ▄
HE turned to Z to answer his obvious question. "Seeing what's this fair such a big deal. We could hang, but just the heads up. I'm mostly going to chill unless anything interesting happens like a fight or explosion."
He took only one step but heard a familiar voice calling onto his direction. "Diana, heading the Under Water Ferris Wheel too, huh?"
Oswald didn't mind the extra company. And if this ferris wheel was traditional for only two passengers, then he really doesn't mind.
XXXShe wasn't sure what she was supposed to be more insulted by; the man who tried to pawn her off to some bystander to capitalize on their restricted seating. or the fact that someone had been so bold enough to actually act on such an offer. His words had gotten somewhat of a rise from the crowd, more so positive from a handful of younger men. It was an unpleasant experience, to say the least. It certainly was one she hadn't been familiar with in her isolated upbringing. She wasn't quite sure how to even respond or comprehend it. But, what she hadn't noticed was another disturbance in the crowd. As Yui had taken her first step to disengage and get on with her day, refusing to fuel the situation any further, the crowd had begun to part. It was an odd sight, watching a small, cornflower-blue haired girl divide such a sea of people, staff in hand. What was more remarkable, however, was the luminescent present of a pale green aura that enveloped her. With this presence of aura, Yui's pale gaze darted to the less than subtle changes to the wooden staff she carried. What was once a simple piece of wood, no more remarkable than an average branch, was now adorned with a series of roses and thorns. 'Wood manipulation? Or.. plants? Potentially chlorokinesis?" She pondered at the sight of a semblance in action, noting just how uncommon fauna based semblances were, even as an elemental semblance. There was one that... Oh!
Yui's attention, seeming lost at the sight of her aura, had been grounded to reality to reality once again as the sweet girl spoke. It was the most peculiar accent, noting that even among their individuality, it itself was so pronounced that it was hard to go unnoticed. Pale blue eyes would blink in a mix of confusion and surprise. Apparently this young woman was meant to be her 'fine gentleman' after all. Even more peculiar, it appeared that this large, insufferable man had gotten spooked by such a small, petite girl. After giving Yui such a fuss he seemed to have no trouble following this girl's suggestions. Even going so far as to step aside and motion them forward, letting the two escort themselves into the pod themselves, knowing that his presence wasn't particularly welcome anymore. At first, Yui herself felt rather apprehensive about even boarding the contraption. She was just so... Put off, and now confused by the situation as a whole. But, with this girl's calm demeanor and willingness to step up to the plate, she found herself more comforted. With some semblance of pep in her step, the path to the pod was a brisk walk away alongside her new cornflower-blue companion. Yui merely shot the operator a look of distaste before dismissing him from her gaze, her feathers positively ruffled.
The two of them would have no further problems in boarding the pod, aside from Yui having to adjust her wings to the tight doorway so that she wouldn't snag on anything. With the door shutting behind them, it would only be a matter of moments before their shuttle was moved so the next could board. ... In the meantime, though, Yui owed appreciation where it was greatly due. Her pale gaze looking down upon her petite frame, rather shocked that such a small girl could steer the situation so well after she lost control of it. ... It was admirable, all things considered. Truly it was her smile that won the winged woman over, returning it with one of her own in sincerity. How interesting that she introduced herself with a full name. It was the first she had heard, aside from her own introductions. She'd reach her hand forward, only to pause briefly mid-reach at the sight of her own hand. .. She recalled the choice remark the operator made about her scars, her hand in particular. Perhaps she was better off wearing her weapon around town, knowing that not a soul would question why a Lioncourt was wearing gloves. Raised discolored and distorted flesh sprawled from the center of her palm and back of the hand. But... She couldn't let the cruel words of a stranger bother her, not more than she already beat herself down. Yui slyly, but noticeably shook her head at herself, dismissing her discouraging thoughts before taking Chloris hand. Yui's grip was noticeably weak, even for someone with delicate hands, but that wouldn't stop her. With taking her hand, Yui would bow forward, spreading her wings partially in the cart. "It's certainly a pleasure. My name is Yui Estelle de Lioncourt, and I owe you my thanks for what you did back there." Yui said gently, raising her head as her wings tucked behind her back once more. Pulling her hand away, she'd pass a gaze towards the window. "That was... Uncomfortable. I didn't know what to do, but then you just came up and made quick work of it all. I can't thank you enough." It was such an odd moment in her life. Perhaps the years of isolation at the estate butchered her ability to assess such an awkward social situation, but, she could at least share her appreciation. .. What if one of those degenerates had gotten to her? Would they have tried to drag her along, or would it fester more on her self-esteem to admit defeat and run away? .. Well, fortunately for her she didn't have to follow either of those paths.

Astra held onto Rowan's hand, she liked being next to him. He was normally a really fun person, but he seemed to be holding back today. This would confuse her. Why wouldn't he be himself? Then he would ask to sit next to Tuski. This really ruffled her tail. It was looking very full bodied. She wanted to sit next to Rowan. Did Rowan like Tsuki more than her? Her chipmunk ears would flatten on her head. Her tail would even fall flat. What about her was wrong? Tsuki was more well endowed than her, but she couldn't help that she was completely flat... Was it the stripes on her tail? She knew that she only had two, but both Rowan and Tsuki had many stripes. Ryker had none though...
Her sudden sadness would fade as soon as they descended under the water. There were so many fishes! There was even a big grey fish. "Look at that fish! It's so big!" She was pointing at the Dolphin. She didn't sit down after that, she was glued to the side of the ride, just looking out. tab✧. tab𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗧 𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗧: # 0 63 posts made tab✧. tab𝗟𝗢𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡: Carnival tab✧. tab𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗔𝗡𝗬: Team TRRA tab✧. tab𝗢𝗢𝗖: Sorry for the wait...
To Miserorum's answer Zachariah stretched slightly. "Yeah, I hear ya there. I had a day off from my assembly line job and had nothing better to do. Though the size of the crowd is a little dizzying. I'm not use to events being quiet this large where I'm from." To Oswald's straightforwardness Zach would shoot a quick thumbs up. "Sounds good. You can watch me show you a thing or two about these carnival games. But if we come across as power measuring machine we've got to try it!" He said this with some excitement, knowing O would win a prize for sure but more so to compare scores for friendly competition. And finally, Diana's question. "We're here for a similar reason, I suppose. To check out the festival and have some fun. That dress suits you well, by the way." Zachariah played down his complement as if were more stating a fact but there were two reasons for that; Reasons that would have to be hypothesize for the time.
As Oswald began making his way into the line for the ferris wheel Diana was quick to happily follow with the moth swordsman rushing quickly after with a determined look to him. Zachariah could only smile and shake his head before being swept up with the enthusiasm and hurrying along behind them. Is wasn't that far of a walk but in-between here and there, there was quite a lot going on. Some people were showing their skills while others their semblance. A few of the faces Zachariah thinks he's seen around the academy but in truth that wouldn't surprise him. Many from Beacon was sure to attend. Even though they are all trained killers against nightmarish monsters and knew how to handle dangerous weapons they were all still in their youth; Still trying to figure out romance, duty and where they wanna be in this life.
Thankfully the line wasn't too long and it seemed like they would all be next, giving a moment for a few exchanged words before having to pay and enjoy the ride. "I can't wait to get on. Oh, Miserorum, before I forget. I'll be paying for you this time. I mean, the first day we all met you didn't really enjoy the sweets I brought so I was thinking this could make up for it." Whether it be by personal choice or for medical reasons, Zach did feel a little guilty that M didn't have a treat that day so in fairness he thought to pay for his teammate. While he wouldn't force his kindness onto Miserorum the raven haired knight was willing to share; His paychecks looking really nice and ge wanting to spend his earned money.
"Anyway, I call outside window! I totally wanna get a few photos of the city and festival from way up high!" Excitement glinting in Zachariah's eyes just as the sun would also glint on the chain around his neck, and his jewelery tucked safely away under his shirt.

"S-so many people." Azura crocked out as Cecil shock her. "There were so many people in the cave." It seemed the main reason Azura had shut down wasn't the word itself but how many people were likely to have heard given Cecil had shouted it. She blinked, seeming to come back to life, but now she was in full panic mode. "How many people do you think heard?" She asked, suddenly grabbing Cecil's collar in a 'help me' sort of fashion. Azura could stare down a hoard of grimm and not flinch, but when it came to someone flirting or complimenting her, especially in front of others she panicked. "How much do you think Professor Anderson remembers? Do you think Adam knows Atleasian?"

Team: TRRA ///// Racoon Faunus///// Student///// Ex-thief What's up?: Carnival!!! Where am I?: Outside! Who are my peeps!? Astra! Ryker! Tsuki! Ooc; <><><><><><><><><><><><><><> The setting up into the ferris wheel was the most awkward feeling in the world. For a man who dumpster dived, and used to steal a lot, Rowan had never felt that true awkwardness till now. The getting in on the ride itself was an easy one, with all of the added commentary on bird poop at least being entertaining on the par of happy energy. Ryker, as always, was a good sport, joining in on the laughs and jokes of such a thing Rowan had come up with. ``Always vigilant!`` had been Rowan’s response on the matter. Rowan had no minds of the view too much, and sitting beside Tsuki had seemed to be the best of choices. No matter how much energy one could have, he wanted to sit with someone calmer in order to adjust to the ride itself. The awkwardness had by no means, been towards asking for such a favour from the leader. The awkwardness was from the small pent up amount of negativity that for once he was able to catch from another person. Not emotionally, but from her ears flattening, and her tails completely poofing out to extremes, Astra was clearly bothered by something. Was she feeling emotions from her own past life too? Having no entire issue on what was wrong with them; Rowan could only strike it as a tummy ache from eating three ice creams. ”That was a lot of ice cream!”
Almost falling out of his seat from the ride beginning it’s move, his head had turned towards the uprising water, almost freaking out from them going under. ”Gah!!!!! There’s going to be water in here drowning us isn’t there!?” More excited than fearful, his hand had reached to his book bag that he had rested at his feet when getting onboard. Almost preparing to grab the lock picking kit, that was when he saw colourful fish swimming by, his ears straightening up. ”Woah!” Problems drifted away for now, he was taking the time to enjoy himself with the underwater view, feeling safer that they weren’t about to drown. Rowan was practically hopping in his seat by the ongoing fish, looking over in amusement when he was hearing Tsuki and Astra getting every excited themselves! Understandable! Looking to Ryker by then, Rowan was tempted to copy him and his coolness!! No one could do that though.. That probably would have creeped himself out more than creep Ryker out for trying! ”Woaaah!!! What is that giant fish!?” Looking over to Tsuki’s side, there was the dolphin! Unsure himself, his giddiness returned for the time being, pointing towards it. ”Can I call that Shimi!? Or Tutuna!? I bet it will be an awesome pet!? I want to go watch it!!!” Try as he might have wanted to, Rowan had sat put still. His ever going amount of bouncy had persisted as such, until they had begun rising out of the water. ”Geh!” Making a chattering raccoon noise of surprise, he had clung to his corner of the ride where he was, before scooting the opposite direction towards their leader. ”The people are looking so tiny!!! What if the ride falls on their heads!? I don’t think there are enough pillows in the flowers down there to save them! Waaah!” Almost panicking, Rowan had gone dumbfounded, silencing his worries with a small squeak to a few birds passing above them. ”….Wooooaaaaaah!!!! Birds!!!”
"Well, Maokai, it's nice to meet you." She greeted the young boy with a kind but seemingly borderline lewd smile. "Shall we wander through the carnival together as friends? You did save my life, and this is my first day on campus, so I could use the company." She started walking in the direction of a bunch of booths as she watched from the corner of her eye how the other guy who started the riot just started walking off in a direction with a seemingly pissed mood. Now where was he going? She had an odd feeling about it, but pushed any other thoughts aside and didn't think much of it for the rest of the day. "So what team were you assigned to?" She began with a tirade of genuinely curious questions. "Are you new to the school to? Where are you from?" She walked with a confident but mellow manner, allowing Maokai to walk beside her on even grounds. That's basically how Shamille spent the majority of the day, walking with this new friend of her's, talking and playing games and contemplating which rides to go on first. It was such a pleasant coincidence to her. She didn't count on this happening, but she was glad things didn't turn out as badly as she had anticipated.
All the while, at the back of her mind, she wondered why on Earth she wandered into those two the way she did. She sensed that fate was tugging at her string somehow, but that nagging sensation at the back of her mind told her something more ugly but hidden was at foot here, but she just couldn't quite place it clearly what it was about it that made her feel hot and bothered. She normally never felt disturbed about anything like she did now, but something told her something was going to happen down the road that would change the greater course of her fate somehow. Well whatever it was, she won't let it bother her now, she wanted to enjoy this day with her new friend, Maokai. He seemed a bit creepy at first, with those unusually large and protruding, toothy grin of his. But he was actually a very sweet boy with a slightly awkward and youthful disposition. And that must have been quite the sight to everyone who say the two youngsters: one happened to be a demon who didn't know the affairs of their kind made her a primary target for anyone who hunted the demon kind, and one unusually boy who had the most menacing looking of smiles.
▄ ▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄ ▄ Even while on the Ferris Wheel, Ryker kept an internal smile at getting Tsuki to blush and look away quickly when he had held her hand earlier; it not escaping his notice. He was curious why it had become a bit easier to fluster her, but for now just took it as a small positive. Hearing her laugh and the overall good spirits of his team on the ride was a nice feeling; while he still enjoyed the raids they did, this was something a bit different. A nice casual time with friends really, which is what his team was to him at this point. Hearing Tsuki's own comment of no seagulls in here had elicited a slight chuckle from him as well, glad his serious leader was lightening up today and joining in on the silliness. Once they were on the ride, and Rowan was next to Tsuki, Ryker did notice Astra's shift in mood. He saw her tail get full bodied, then her ears and tail both flatten down. 'Is she...jealous of Tsuki because Rowan wanted to sit next to her for the ride?" he wondered silently to himself. He still remembered one of her responses back on their first mission in regards to Rowan; back then it didn't matter much, lot of stress and all, but he wondered if this would be a recurring thing. 'Teammates can't be jealous of teammates if we want to stick together.' He silently thought to himself, though chose to remain silent on it as they hit the water and everyone seemed to get distracted. Even if this may need to be addressed at some point, that wasn't now. At least he hoped it wasn't now when they should all be enjoying themselves.
Thankfully, everyone's excited energy as they went underwater helped clear his thoughts on the matter for now. Astra, predictably, was pretty much glued to the window and standing to see all the fishes; especially the dolphin. Tsuki, most surprisingly to Ryker, seem enraptured by it all as well as her tail was swaying and she said something in another language that he wasn't quite sure what it meant. But she was clearly as excited as Astra, if in her own way, from Ryker's perspective. She even started purring, though didn't seem to notice. Ryker was tempted to make a smart remark about it to tease her, but felt he would let her enjoy it without embarrassment for now. He could always bring it up later to mess with her, and once she realized she was purring, she would be plenty embarrassed already. Rowan had been messing with his bag before, but was also as enraptured by everything as the girls were. Bouncing happily in his seat and in excitement, and even commenting about naming the dolphin. "Tutuna it is." Ryker would say with a soft laugh in response to Rowan wanting to name the dolphin. Whereas all the others were super excited, it almost seeming like it was their first times perhaps, Ryker was predictably relaxed with a small smile to his lips. He had been on this ride a lot, and while he liked the view, it was more a calm enjoyment at this stage than excitable. Even if it was pretty cool to see a dolphin come close to the ride. His tail would lightly tap on the window in contentness.
As they rose out of the water, it seemed to catch Rowan by surprise. The poor Raccoon clinging to the corner before scooching to Tsuki. Ryker supposed as the leader, with her usual personality, she must be a figure of safety to the guy. Which he could easily see knowing Tsuki. The peace would be broken by Rowan worrying about the ride falling onto the peoples heads and them not having enough pillows in the flowers to protect them. If Ryker had been drinking something, he would've spit it out at that comment. Instead, he just laughed at the comment. "Don't worry Rowan, the worst that ever happens with these rides is they get stuck and you get more quality time with those inside with you. Plus...I don't think pillows would protect them from this falling." Ryker would respond calmly and seriously, wanting to dispel the notion for him too that pillows were good enough to cushion this kind of fall. Why Rowan even thought of that Ryker could never guess, but it was funny nonetheless. Rowan would then get distracted by birds, making Ryker laugh further. He really did like his team. It made him think a bit though; he had joined in just cause he could, but he wondered why everyone else did. Since they were here anyway... "If you don't mind my asking, why did you all attend beacon and how did you get in?" He would ask, face curious and serious as he did.
