Owners: Atmadja + ex o ex Snoof Phony 1: Mandrake BlossomPhony 2: IkebanaRelationship Summary: Mandrake and Ikebana met when they were very young. At first they weren't sure what to think of each other; Mandrake thought his flower arranging was boring and Ikebana found her a little obnoxious but she succeeded in making him laugh. When they met up again walking through a park, both were surprised to see the other; Mandrake was surprised to hear Ikebana was still flower arranging and Ikebana was surprised Mandrake wasn't just goofing off. They are both heavily involved with plant-life between gardening, holistic remedies, and flower arrangment. Mandrake and Ikebana work together as partners, contrasting in ways that expand their horizons and allow them to learn from each other while building their strengths with shared interests and skills. When they put their hearts and minds together, they can overcome any obstacles in their way. Owners: Ac.Wings & Byagane319 Phony 1: Rose Knight Phony 2: Honeysuckle Relationship Summary: Rose Knight and Honeysuckle found each other during a round of speed dating which for some wouldn't be considered a very romantic way to start off a relationship. But it worked for the pair. Their love blossomed like the flowers on their strolls through the gardens. Always believing herself to be too busy for a relationship, Rose Knight couldn't resist Honeysuckle's sweet demeanor. His kind gestures and good heart swept her off her hooves almost immediately. She had always read about great romances but to actually be in the middle of one? Surely she was living in a dream! The brave knight had fallen for the town's florist. Honeysuckle deeply admired the mare for her strength, determination, and desire to better phonyville. He didn't think he'd ever find love until they met over a table. Owners: cursedandwandering + Astraea Pandora Phony 1: Reaper Phony 2: Valkyrie Relationship Summary: A pair forged in battle and a drive to take care of their fledgling type, Valk and Reaper grew up hoof to hoof. They battled bullies, homelessness, and occasionally each other. Despite themselves, they fell for one another, each feeling the other was the only phony who could tolerate them and all their quirks. After growing up, they began fostering the other baby carousels and even a baby mer (and now her accidental offspring). They have a put together, slightly dysfunctional family, but they somehow make it work. Owners: Ruriska + LOLLI qAq Phony 1: Cirrus Phony 2: La Llorona Relationship Summary: And the award of Surprise Couple of the Year (no seriously guys wtf?) goes to Cirrus and La Llorona. Having never recovered from the good old fashioned drowning LaLo gave him (and his friends) as a youngster; the water witch has plagued his nightmares and made him the melancholic fellow he is today. But he was also determined to stop her from hurting anyone else. In a desperate bid to protect the foals of Phonyland, he followed La Llorona around night and day until exhaustion took hold. Somehow a deal was struck. LaLo would never drown another child and in exchange, Cirrus offered himself, for marriage, for death, whatever she desired. She moved in the next day and as the weeks passed by, something happened, something strange. They started to get comfortable, they started to like each other, they started to care. After much blushing and stammering, they had their first date at Blue's Sock Hop, where they formally exchanged numbers. After a couple more encounters (and some embarrassing talk about kids), Candy invited May over for Halloween, where they had their first kiss, and became exclusive. Owners: [Yushika] + [purplerosesbeauty] Phony 1: Sugar PetalPhony 2: Lavender LemonRelationship Summary: Sugar Petal and Lavender Lemon met as small fillies with no clue what their future would become. Their first meeting ended with Sugar giving Lavender a lavender plant, and their second began with Lavender sharing a cake made of the flower with Sugar. Ever since then, they were inseparable. It seemed natural eventually for Sugar to give Lavender the flowers she grew so her friend could make delicious baked goods, and the two adored those soft moments together. Eventually, it hit them; they could do this forever. They wanted to. Their bond birthed a desire to run a cafe together, and they grew with a united purpose. While running the Titled Tulip, the girls, now adults, began to grow pretty substantial crushes on one another that grew into a loving and wonderful relationship. They decided that they wanted to make their commitment known when they both realized they were essentially made for one another and are now engaged!
