Emma was adopted as an infant and raised as an only child. It was quite a shock when her envelope arrived in the mail and addressed point blank at her room. That is when she found out that she was adopted from her father. Though it didn’t change that she was or wasn’t his daughter. She did however felt an odd feeling of why would someone not want her. But Her father put her at easy telling her that he and her mother loved Emma from the second the two of them saw her.
She's clumsy and ends up dropping things or tripping or something else. But she makes up for it with her amazing cooking and her speed. She grew up with Clover Heartwel thinking of her as a family member and even considering her and her grandparents family members.
Emma’s always was incurred to do things by her parents and showered with love. She has always like pink but when she was five her mother was diagnosed with breast cancer, pink took on a new meaning for her. She still got the love that her parents showed her and even when her mother died when Emma was seven

Mother: Alannah McQuen (Muggle Dead)
Ma got cancer when I was five and died when I was seven. She was the bravest person I know for fighting such a horrible thing. I wonder if witches and wizards have to deal with cancer like muggles do... and if so then they should help the muggles learn this cure. But if not then .... I don't know. When she was home on her better days we would cook. I guess when I cook I'm reminded of her. But It's always nice to see the face of someone enjoying a meal you cooked and even better when you're together as a group.
Father: Marcas McQuen (Muggle Farmhand)
Da is a hard worker and seems to like his work. The only time I get to see him though it seems to be when I go over to the farm with him. Though I like it over there since it's my friend's grandparents farm.
Clover Heartwel (Witch page 3)
Clover is the best friend anyone can ask for. Like this one time when she and I where playing near the lake a couple of boys teased me about my clumsiness. Clover didn’t take it to kindly and tackled the boys to the ground getting them all quite muddy. I however had laughed it off not minding that I had gotten muddy and had said that I too was in the fight though I hadn’t done so. Though I was a bit upset at myself for tripping and messing up the race Clover and I were having that day. rolleyes

Though he is Clover's Grand-da I too call him Grand-da. He's a bit gruf but he is nice

Clover's Grandma though I call her that as well. She is hard and caring at the same time and always uses things to teach some sort of lesson. She lets me help her cook when I'm over since Ma died and I like cooking for others.
Fergus Gaffle: (Muggle Most likely and Farm hand)
He always seems so angry I wonder why... but if you ask him he tells you to leave him alone because he has work to do.
