Sorain subconsciously raised an eye brow at her offer, though he was thankful that the careful placement of the white bandages would surely cover any unwanted facial expressions. "That won't be needed...but.." he paused momentarily as he considered the best way to breach the subject, "If you wouldn't mind I would like to study you a bit, nothing too intrusive. Id just like to know the origin of your...condition." Sorain was never one for politics nor manners especially not when it involved matters of his own interest. He fully intended to study her rather she liked it or not but he figured that it would make the process far easier if he had her consent, at least then half the battle would be won.
Sorain and Saru continued walking together until they eventually reached the harbor. Sai was no where in sight but he figured that they would have most likely gotten there at last half an hour sooner and had most likely already found their way into the ship. Holding his hand out, Sorain signaled for Saru to stop moving and to wait for him. Taking off into a silent stride across the dense field of trees Sorain wove directly off the main road and moved into a flanking position just to the south of the two guards standing at the main bridge that connected the ship to the port landing. From here he was almost behind them and in a perfect position to move in, slay them, and walk happily onto the ship. However tonight he would be force to use a much more gentle touch to achieve his goals, something that he wasn't too fond of but he figured that now was as good a time as any to test out more unorthodox uses of his abilities. Taking a brief moment to form a series of hand seals Sorain activated one of the few ninjutsu based abilities that he actually knew and created a thin thread of ice which shot from the tips of his fingers like a grappling hook. The first thread landed securely on the side of the ship, the second landed a few feet above it. Sorain reached forward and grabbed gripped the top thread of ice and checked its sturdiness before focusing his attention on the end of the line. Switching his hand seal slightly Sorain brought his middle and index fingers together and extended them outwards while lacing his ring and pinky fingers together. He then curled his middle finger over the index and formed his blood line seal activating his link with the very ice that he had created. Then, his body began to elongate as if being sucked into the thin slab of ice until his entire form was completely gone and then, in an instantly Sorain burst out from the other side, landing safely on the side of the ship where he then proceeded to walk up its side and hop over the railing. He then turned back to Saru who would have been standing just off the shore. Forming the seal once more, Sorain created a full sized mirror just behind her which he then traveled to at the speed of light, again using his clans blood line ability. Once there Sorain grabbed Saru by the collar of her shirt then proceeded to spin himself rapidly before releasing her, sending her blasting into the air headed full force towards the ship. He then proceeded to jump back to his second mirror and catch her on the other side. "Your ok." He said to her, very much so as a statement and not at all as a question. Moving her tail back she was taken off guard. While she had expected him to decline her offer, she hadn't expected him to want to study her. Eyebrows furrowing she wasn't sure if she was okay with the whole idea. Although he had said the procedure wasn't invasive in the medical sense, it was still invasive on a personal level. This was also an opportunity though, and one that she realized that she would have hard time coming across again.
"I... I guess so." she said hesitantly before she was signaled to stop moving. With a sigh she nodded and watched people about her, oblivious to the girl and too busy with their own business to pay any mind to her. Being smaller had it's advantages, and even with a shock of white hair no one really seemed to pay attention to her. Pulling out the last peach she had she sighed, running her thumb along the smooth fuzzy skin. She would enjoy the few moments she had before going onto the boat. It would be a first experience for her, but she knew it would likely be an unpleasant one. Knowing her Motion-sickness would probably a good bit worse than it had been on the cart she poised the fruit to take a bite out of.
She never got the chance, however as her shirt collar was grabbed roughly,
"Guhaaaa-?" she started before she was thrown off balance and realized she was flying through the air. The peach long forgotten and dropped on the ground where she had been only moments before. She realized with a start that the landing wouldn't be so soft and screwing her eyes shut braced for impact. When she was caught though it took her off guard and peeking through her hands she realized Sorain had caught her.
"Your ok." He said, and she exhaled a breath she didn't realize she had been holding.
When he set her down, immediately she felt the slow sway of the boat. Teetering on her feet she clung to the closest stable thing she could grab, which just so happened to be Sorain's stoic persona.
"S...Sorry." she grumbled, taking a hesitant step forward before nearly tripping. She wasn't used to the odd sensation of having to walk with the imbalance of the boat and it showed. Swallowing her pride Saru looked up to Sorain, who seemed to not even notice the motions made.
"Can you give me a piggy-back ride? Just to the room? I don't know if I can make it on my own." She knew the likely hood of it happening was practically non-existant. He was more the type to not do anything that would waste his time.

Sai sighed softly as he flung himself onto the bed and stretched out against the soft fabric that laid over the mattress. "Gotta say that was definitely a great meal. Not entirely sure I would want to ever pay this much again, but for that price it definitely didn't disappoint." With a huff, he rose himself back up into a sitting position and gave a warm smile to his female companion before taking a short look around at his surroundings. The duo had just returned from their dinner in the upper levels of the cruise ship and now had returned to the luxury sweet that Sai had rented out for the group of four. It was more then spacious with a bed that could easily fit six to seven people and was lined with a red velvet and gold tassels. The room was similarly decor with rich colors and furnished with only a large couch, an oval table and a kitchen to the side.
With a raised brow, Sai glanced to the far side of the room, "So how was your day?" He questioned with a lazed grin.

Sorain groaned in diffidence momentarily before eventually conceding to her wish for a piggy bag ride. If she truly was at a loss for her sea legs then he thought it would be better to carry her than to risk her bumping into a random passenger and revealing their presence on the ship. Dipping down Soran held his arm out, allowing her to monkey climb his way onto his shoulders. "Do not grip my hair." he said promptly before heading off towards the north end of the ship. In such close proximity his brother was never hard to find. The subconscious mental link that the twins held since their birth was always stronger when they were near each other, a welcomed presence after spending so much time away from his only living relative. The feeling was indescribable, there was no mental flare that jolted him into the right direction, more so he turned himself down random pathways aboard the ship, confident that no matter which way he decided to go he would inevitably be drawn to his brother. After about ten minutes of wandering aimlessly Sorain made an abrupt stop in front of a door marked with the number five. Reaching out he knocked on it once and awaited an answer. Sure enough he had found the right spot and entered quickly sealing the door behind him placing himself directly on the center of the floor with his legs folded and his arms resting casually on his knees "Thing were going pretty great until I randomly stumbled upon some idiot trying to cause hell in the middle of town. I had been hiding out in Kumogakure for several months, I even participated in the Chunin exams under their bannor, In one swoop he successfully ******** over a good thing I had going. Now.." He paused into a deep sigh, "Now I just want to go home. The air is entirely too dry in the rest of the world.. I long for the misty shores of Kiri." as he finished Sorain dipped his head down as if he moving into a train of deep thought. He envisioned his home land, the rounded tops of the buildings, the dense forest, and the sparatically placed pools that were deceivingly deep. But even more than that, he missed the Orasakai compound. The place where he and his brother once lived as slaves being riggerously sharpened into the weapons that they were today. Even throughout the painfull memories of exhaustion and frustration he never felt more at peace than when he was within those walls. Mental images of his mother and father flashed briefly causing a slight grin to creep across his face. He had never seen her with his own eyes but he always knew that she was beautiful. She had the voice of a goddess and a touch that could heal any wound or cure any ailment. Even as one of the two village Jinchurikii, praised for her strength and ferocity in battle she was also known to be skilled in the medical arts. As his smirk turned into a full on smile at the thought Sorain made a mental note to visit their parents shrine as soon as he reached home.

Sai laughed heartily at his brother's words, his head shaking at the pure absurdity of the situation and the person that he was talking about. Memories of all his encounters with the dark skinned uchiha flickered through his mind and a heavy sigh soon found its way through his laughter to somber his mood. "I feel you... His name is Notwen Uchiha, and he has long been a thorn in my side." He replied, pulling himself deeper into the bed until he could relax against the soft pillows. Taking a moment to himself, he brought his feet close so he could remove his boots and toss them to the side, all the while his mind roamed through his memories as he figured out the best way to explain what had occurred between him and the black b*****d.
"I think the first time I ran into the p***k was about a year and a half ago, a few months after we went our own ways. I was traveling under the guise of Saikoro with the survivors of the Frost Incident, ironically I was suppose to help them find us." A short laugh escaped Sai as he couldn't help but grin at the stupidity that the country's superiors had demonstrated throughout the last few years. "Anyways, we were suppose to follow some lead and return to prepare for the on coming Chuunin Exams, but I had taken a detour to Earth Country. I had a contact of our family's that had info on the legendary mist swords, so I needed to reveal my identity and it was during this time I ran into him." A sour look had drawn over his expression, as Sai looked off into the distance and rolled his eyes, the memory had always put him in a bad mood. Not because it had been a difficult or bad situation but the pure irritantance that the Uchiha boy had caused him over the past two years was beyond expectation.
"The little brat had actually just abandon his village in Sand and was on the run, he was hiding out in the village I was in and bumped into me as I was leaving before I could put my disguise back on. For whatever reason that possessed him, he followed me religiously all the way through three countries and caught me in the act of saving some family comrades... For whatever reason, I spared his life and merely taxed him one of his arms for my trouble. But over the next few years that wouldn't stop him from continuously pestering me and my plans, the last of his meddling you happened to run on back in lightning."

Sorain let out a muffled scoff, "Had I known he had been pursuing you for so long I would have killed his a** when I had the chance." Lifting his head and titling it towards his brother, "No matter, no one truely escapes the wrath of an Orasakai. His death is guranteed, only the time frame remains left unseen." As he finished speaking Sorain reached up and untied the bandages that covered his eyes, something that he only did when entering battle or when in the few situations that he felt at ease. From a very young age he had learned that many people were put off by his blindness, there was simply something about the void stares that he unintentially gave off that set people to unease. It was primairly for that reason that he kept his eyes covered, he simply didnt like having anything draw unnssicary attention to him. "So brother, what have you heard of the location of the legendary seven swords of mist? I managed to get my hands on one in the Earth Country but I planted it on one of the survivors from the frost incidint. The other, I plucked off the dark skinned Uchiha, along with one of his eyes." he said as he leaned over and pointed directly behind his right shoulder with his thumb. "Although to be honest I do not think that I am capable of utilizing its full strength. The swords hilt drains my chakra rapidly every time I weidl it. In training I learned that by sacroficing chakra into the blade a thick hammer like shell is formed which can deal almost limitless amounts of power however.." he paised as he held up to cletched fist, "As you already know the seal used to surpress the demon inside me also sevearlly sepressess my chakra, thus using the blade is extreamly taxing, almost fatally so. I fear that without more training I will not be able to unlock its true potentiall." He then brought his knuckles together and cracked them firmly, "Which means of course that I will soon need to set out on another journy to find another blade so that I can return it to Kirigakure where it belongs. Where they ALL belong."

Sai shrugged to himself, "I have plans for him. He's just one of those moles that have infected Lightning, an ambitious mole at that. One day he'll find himself a seat of power, and with one fell swoop I will remove him and destroy everything he worked for before ending his miserable life." The man said simply, the words spoken so casually one would think he was talking about what he was going to eat for dinner rather then the overview of an assassination plot. Scratching his head, Sai turned to his side and began to draw the blankets onto himself until he was perfectly comfortable on the bed. "Any who, I found the blade that once belonged to Zabuza, with it I took care of some traitors and an slew that boy during the exams last year. After that the weapon was lost in a storm in the seas, its probably lost at the bottom of the ocean right now."

Sorain's brow turned down in slight disapointment before reaching into his pocket and pulling out a spool wrapped with a thin silk thread. It was an unorthodox tool that he sometimes found extreamly usefull, especially in situations such as this. Slipping the spool outwards, Sorain tossed it casually at Sai's head, "How the ******** did you manage to loose Zabuza's sword? That sword belongs in Kirigakure, not at the bottom of the sea." Turning his head down Sorain placed his fingers on his forehead in frustration, "For ******** sake, how am I going to find the damn thing now?" he questioned out loud. He was sure that there would be a way. Kirigakure was a very resourceful village, one that was known for many secrete practices that resulted in the creation of such powerful weapons. Surely the village elders who had commissioned them would have considered a method for finding them in the event that they were ever lost or stolen. The only problem was, as with most things, such knowledge would only be prithee to the highest ranking members of the village. Even if he were accepted back into the Mist military forces he could only hope to be established as an officially ranked Chunin, definatenly not high enough to warrent the release to such information. Sighing deeply Sorain brought himself to a more pressing matter. "Sai, there is something that we need to discuss." he said lowly while gazing at Saru. Focusing intently on Sai's thought patterns he began to tap into the subconscious realm of his inner demon. It was a place that only the holders of the worlds most powerful creatures, the Bijuu, could access and only if they had experienced an awakening. For Sorain and Sai the room began to spiral until nothing was left but utter darkness for as far as the eye could see except for a pillar filled with torches. At the top of the pillar was a gigantic beetle like beast that was wrapped tightly in chains, keeping its tailed wings tightly bound. Here Sorain waited to be allowed into his brothers subconscious realm where he would surely spot the nine tailed beast along side him. Wasting no time Sorain began to speak, "I have no been truely honest with you brother. In the time that we have spent apart I have been places not meant for man, and seen things not intended for mortal eyes. I have been to the void, a place that exist outside the realm of the living. A place composed of nothing but the chakra that is expelled from ours. As I am sure you know Chakra is the essense of life, and there for it can not be truely destroyed. When ever a shinobi forms a hand seal, any time a jutsu is deactivated, the Chakra lost seaps into the atmospheare which provides life to the earth. That very life force also creates a substance known as taint. The void feeds off of this taint and creates corrupted versions of many of the things we can find in our world. I went there, and I saw them."

With a defiant grin, Sai swatted the flying spool away and shrugged his shoulders, "Blah, blah, blah.... So you knit now? You're such a ninny." He couldn't be bothered about the loss of the weapon, albeit it was a wonderful weapon but it had served its use and that was the end of it. It was a shame but he didn't have the same sense of patriotism as his brother, he loved his country but what he loved wasn't some relic of the past or the government that held it, nor the people that filled it. It was the country itself, the land, the water, the weather, the nature of the location was what he cherished and everything else was just additions that could or couldn't be there at his whim.
Noticing that Sorain was on the verge of one of his pissy rants, Sai rolled to the edge of the bed to search for the spool he had knocked away. He could at least use that to entertain himself until his brother shut up, but before he could manage to lean off the bed he felt a familiar touch against his mind. Sighing, he reeled back both physically and mentally and allowed himself to be taken to that old chamber room.
Sitting on the nose of the chained down Kyubi, Sai stared darkly back at Sorain, "Care with what you say next, Sorain. I already don't like the direction in which you're are going with this conversation."

Sorain growled back at his brother, "Don't be a fool. Our parents were taken. The didn't leave, they didn't simply die. They were stripped from us, and for what?!" he proclaimed. "So that the village could ensure that their prized weapons of death and pain would live on throughout the next generation. They stole our lives from us Sai and I have decidated my life outside the village to seeing it returned." Letting some of the tension in his posture subside Sorain found himself feeling drained from his own plight for wanting to return his parents to the world of the living. "Do we not deserve that peace Sai? Haven't we suffered enough?" Looking up to the face of the seven tailed demon Sorain's body instantly reformed itself atop its head where he then proceeded to sit down with his legs folded yet again. From here he could feel wave after wave of the mighty giants power penetraiting his own chakra system sending a warm reminding sensation of his mother. Her chakra was here, and with it so was the very essense of her life. Sorain knew it, and deep down he was sure that Sai could feel it as well. This world was unfair, it took from the innocant and rewarded the wicked. The only true way to achieve ones goals was to find thier own path and see it through regardless of the opinions of others. Reviving the dead, even partially was frowned upon in the Shinobi world, not because it was wrong, but because necromatic jutsu tended to come with a heavy toll. The trueth of the matter was no one truely gave a ******** about moral sanctity or the preservation of the balance between life and death. If someone where to find a way to bring back their fallen comrads without risking the side effects of tapping into the forbidden realm of jutsu that would ultimately be required to ackomplish such a task, they would do it without question. This is where he found himself now, on the verge of transcending the boundaries of a mere mortal. Rather Sai agreed with him or not, he fully intended to return his mothers chakra back to the living realm, but the cost would be great. A fact that he knew all to well, but was none the less really to accept.

"Your point?" Sai replied coldly, completely unphased by his brother's pleas. It wasn't that he didn't miss his parents or agreed that what was done to them was unfair and plainly cruel, but at the end of the day the dead was the dead and the living was the living, mixing the worlds was not something that they should just look to do without true thought. At one time he had wanted nothing more then peace, but it was something that wouldn't be afforded to him easily and he knew that, nothing worth while would ever be free and as such something like the return of his parents could only cost something as great or greater. "Yeah, our parents were killed. It's ******** up, I miss them, that was years ago and we are in the present. So as I said, be careful with what you say to me next cause this is not a subject to be tread in lightly." Without lowering his gaze on Sorain, he slid himself off of the demon and landed carefully on the dark floor below. "Don't loose your nerve, tell me, what is it you called me here for."

At Sorain's extended hand Saru managed to clamor her way up to his shoulders, wrapping her arms securely around his neck and resting her head on his shoulder. Although it didn't do much for the nausea, it allowed the two to get from point A to point B more quickly. She watched quietly as he traversed the ship, almost as if he knew exactly where he was going. It did surprise her when he stopped at a room and knocked once. Saru knew the two didn't talk about what room he had been in, but she also knew just how powerful these two men were. Making a mental note she slipped off of Sorain's shoulders and held onto his arm for a few moments to gather some sort of balance before teetering off to the most stable looking thing which happened to be the nearest bed.
Although feeling sick, her expression immediately lit up when she spotted Arina lounging on the bed, and crawling in besides her she snuggled up to the girl. It was obvious by Saru's pallor that she wasn't handling the boat too well, and with her feet-hands she pulled the blanket up over the two. Although she wasn't cold there was something comforting about having a blanket surround you and almost immediately her nausea lessened. Deciding she didn't want to have to maintain her child form, she dispelled the henge and in a puff of smoke her older form remained.
"I told you I would see you soon!" Saru whispered with a lop-sided grin, aware of the conversation that the other two were having. Not following most of it, what she did hear caused her eyebrows to furrow. She knew that death was an eventuality as a ninja, but for the two to talk about life as if was so disposable was almost reprehensible. But then again, the two of them had brought along her and Arina along. If they really wanted to, they could have easily killed the two already, she wondered what motivated their conversations of killing and death.
All these thoughts going through Saru's head were just giving her a migrane, and once the conversation went silent she decided she would think about those things later, when she wasn't feeling so shitty. Wrapping her arms around the younger girl she snuggled closer and closed her eyes, knowing that like her, Arina was probably going through a tough transition. Coming to terms with personal issues, it was always nice to feel safe and secure and like you had a friend beside you, even if you didn't necessarily know if you could really consider that person a 'friend'. Arina seemed to be a kind and genuine girl though, and Saru briefly worried about her and what sort of influences she would be placed under before dispelling those thoughts. It was never healthy to live in fear of the future, even the future of someone else. It had the potential to warp your mind with paranoia and Saru didn't fancy that idea.

Arina groaned whilst she meandered around the ship’s corridors to the designated cabin for her traveling companions, as well as herself. “This ship is very gorgeous,” the young girl stated while admiring the décor and furnishing. This was definitely meant to be a luxury ship for those wanting to travel comfortably. She began to think about all the various reasons that one might travel. Of course, some were probably shinobi taking care of business. However, the majority were probably civilians doing various business endeavors or perhaps, civilians traveling to meet up with family from where they might have originally been from. She had heard about some villages still doing arranged marriages. They must go to visit their original family every once in awhile, yes? That word always caught Arina the wrong way – arranged marriage. What a horrible life to have to live! The young girl wasn’t interested in such a thing in the least; however, it should still be to someone you love. That was a belief that she held dear to her heart.
‘Is this it?’ Arina came to an abrupt halt turning herself towards one of the ship’s cabins. The young girl began to fumble around in her pockets eventually pulling out a crumbled piece of paper. She began to straighten the piece of paper to the best of her ability. She used her balled up fist attempting to finish what she had started. She was barely able to make out the writing, ‘door number 5’.
Once she was confident, Arina burst through the door seeing Sai lazing about the cabin already. “Ahh,” the young woman walked to a nearby bed and fell straight onto the comforter. She stretched herself out grabbing one of the many pillows at the headboard. Nuzzling her head into the pillow, she let out a sigh of relief. “How nice,” She gave a smile towards Sai who still mostly kept to himself.
It was just a few moments later that Sorain and Saru found themselves to the cabin. Sorain and Sai sat down together having a rather cryptic talk. It sounded semi personal, so Arina tried to refrain from listening. She would obviously catch bits and pieces. Afterwards, she would cover her ears in frustration wishing she hadn’t eavesdropped. ‘Dang, this is pretty hard!’ the young girl turned over pretty quickly.
Upon finding herself on her side, she watched as Saru seemingly waddled to the bed. It seemed the boat was causing her a major amount of sickness, much like in the vehicle they had been traveling in earlier. The young girl had wanted to let out a small laugh at Saru’s expense but she composed herself opting for a large grin instead as Saru came to proclaim her return!
“I knew you would,” Arina said reassuringly as Saru climbed into the bed and under the covers. The young girl wrapped her arms around Saru trying to comfort her as best as she could. In a poof, Saru returned to her other form which Arina had only found out about when they had fallen down that cove in Fire Country. The transformation had shocked Arina slightly; however, the girl quickly recovered upon realizing how much her body was lacking in form. ‘Life just isn’t fair,’ Arina thought averting her eyes from staring at Saru’s womanly shape while a bead of sweat formed upon her head.
Before she knew it, Saru had closed her eyes and seemingly fallen asleep. Arina leaned up on her right arm for support while looking intensely at Saru. Things were going to become even more serious from here on out, especially for Saru. From the sounds of it, Sorain was viewed just as much of a criminal as when he had left while Sai had somehow cleared his history. She was worried for Saru; however, there was not much Arina could do for her besides be there for Saru if she ever needed the support! Arina kissed Saru’s forehead and laid her body down against the bed. She nuzzled against Saru’s breasts before drifting off to sleep.

Sorain remained silent for a brief moment. He understood that he was breaching a sensitive subject but he still didn't take kindly to his brothers reaction. Sai should already know that Sorain was not the type to sensor himself. Asking him to mind his tongue was like asking a fish to fly or a snake to walk, it was simply against his nature. So be it, he thought to himself. If need be he would proceed with his plans alone, as he had already been prepared to do before he ran into his brother in the market. He didn't need the help, nor did he require Sai's blessing to complete his experiments. The only drawback to continuing on without his brothers participating would be the lack of access to their fathers chakra. None the less however Sorain could, and would attempt to revive their mother in what ever way possible. Maybe then Sai would see the true potential that resided in the void and stop fighting him in this quest for justice. As he finished speaking Sorain allowed his mind to escape the demonic world of the Bijuu and return to his body that sat casually on the floor inside of the state room on the ship. From there he picked himself up and folded his arms into the sleeves of his kimono. "What's it gonna be Sai. You with me or not? I can return one of them alone, but in order for our justice to be completely fulfilled we will need the chakra that rest in both of us."

Sai allowed the connection to dissipate without a word, returning silently to his curled up body that laid comfortably on the bed. With slow and diliberate motions, he uncurled his body and slid off the bed in a ghost like motion before making his way to stand directly in front of his brother. Arms crossed over his chest, eyes closed, and lips curled as he wet them in anticipation to what he was about to say, he continued to stay silent before his brother's last words. Allowing his breath to come calmly to himself, he opened his eyes to stare directly into the glassy white ones of his brother, "You're right, we're not children anymore. We've both grown up, quite a lot in fact during the last few years and as such you should know that nothing in this world is easy or to be done without proper thought and consideration." Taking a deep breath, he turned his head to stare off at the two girls as he cleared his mind to say what he had to say next in the proper way, his jaw flexing with his concentration. "You may have grown up enough to think you no longer need my guidance, you may think that you have become so powerful that you need no one's acceptance and that no one has the ability to stop you... that you have no reason to fear anyone... That is fine.
You don't need to fear me, but you will respect me." The words filled the room with the weight and truth that it carried, "I will not accept some half cocked plan because of your pain and anguish. This is not just something that is easily done, this is not something that has been done, this is necromancy and something like that can not be done with a proper price. I can not be on board with some that I do not understand and know, I will not. You have told me nothing but an indirect statement of what you plan to do." Sai said firmly before taking a single step foreword to remove any space between him and his brother, his hand reaching out to rest on the top of Sorain's head as he pressed his forehead against his brother's. "What you want, is what I want... but... I. Will. Not. Ever. Allow. It. If it costs me you. That is all I care about, I will not sacrifice you for them, they are gone, you are here. So if I have to break your will and break your body to keep you, I will. If you can show me a way to do this with out your loss, I will help you, but otherwise no." He said, his voice horse and heavy with emotion, his eyes glistening slightly.
