Welcome to Gryu'jiong, one of the grandest resort / marketplaces of the Lightning Country. With streets riddled with tourists, the village has become one of the most profitable locations for vendors. At the center of the village, a square has been built for entertainers to stage their preformances and surrounding it are many hotels that offer rooms to the wery and rich.

This area has experienced a recent flood that has damaged several of the shops and inns in the village. The Raikage has request that anyone passing through the area to please assist in any way possible. He has granted a 3,000 ryo reward for anyone who takes the time to help clean up some of the wreckage. (It takes 250 lines to clean up)

Lerry was walking through Gryu'jiong looking for something to eat. Lerry’s mother was on a mission in another country so there would be no home cooked meals for a while. Lerry didn’t want to put all his faith into his father because from Lerry’s knowledge was a terrible cook. So Lerry was in Gryu'jiong looking for a place to eat at. Gryu'jiong was the perfect place to find something to eat and this is usually where he went. Gryu'jiong, is one of the grandest resorts as well as a marketplaces in all of Kumo. The streets were usually riddled with tourists and other outside ninja. Lerry saw that there were not as many people out today. This part of the village was one of the most profitable locations for vendors. Lerry came here when he wanted to make a quick buck. At the center of the village, a square has been built for entertainers to stage their performances. Lerry had seen quite a few showcases with his parents there and they were quite entertaining. They usually put on comic productions but every once in a while you might be able to catch a drama or a horror. This area was also surrounded by many hotels that offer rooms to the wealthy and the rich. Lerry never once stayed in one because he lived in the village. There was really no point in staying in a hotel, but from what Lerry has heard. They were all extremely fancy like. Lerry had been training for a short time earlier today and had really worked up an appetite. It was nothing major just a little Taijustu practice and did a little honing in on his Ninjustu. Lerry made his way to his usual eating spot, Nakato’s sit in restaurant. Lerry ordered the usual; a plate filled with Yakitori. A Yakitori is made up of small pieces of chicken meat, liver and vegetables skewered on a bamboo stick and grilled over hot coals. Lerry ordered this from Nakato all the time. It’ was kind of like his main dish. He would soon try other things off the menu but for now Lerry was all about his Yakitori. Lerry waited for about 30 minutes before his Yakitori was brought to him. It was steaming as it was brought to him and the sight made Lerry’s eye’s glisten and his mouth water. Ignoring the fact that it was just cooked Lerry grabbed a bamboo stick and quickly ate the Yakitori off it. It was hot but traveled down the esophagus alright. While he was eating he was thing about his academy years. Thoughts of being a top student in certain arts, having the word prodigy slip off his sensei’s tongue every now and again. Being that his parents were well known Jonin and the fact that he was a member of the prestigious Uchiha clan, Lerry had a lot of expectations. Lerry had yet to unlock his Sharingan, which was normal for his age but it was something that Lerry wasn’t going to accept. He felt he was a genius and he was normal child so he should have been unlocked his sharingan. Lerry felt that he was not pushing himself hard enough. He would always ask his dad to push him to his limits and not hold back on him, but his mom always intervened when things got to rough. Right before Lerry could reach his limits. The sharingan was his trait to his clan, his Kekkei Genkai if you would, the only proof one can have as being a member of the Uchiha. Graduation day was right around the corner, a week to be exact. What they will have them do for the test was beyond him. Lerry was so close to graduating from the Kumo Ninja Academy top of the class he could taste it on his tongue along with the Yakitori. He would soon be at the ninja rank of Genin and obtaining that special headband that every ninja wears on their body. Lerry would be honored to have Kumogakure headband in his possession. That would make him one step closer to achieving his goal, the goal of being named the Raikage. A foolish goal to have but Lerry didn’t care that was what he was shooting for. Lerry finished up his Yakitori and paid Nakato for the meal and proceeded home. There was a bight smile on Lerry’s face as he walked. It was almost nine so his dad would be showing up at the house at any moment. Lerry wanted to push himself to the brink of his limits and now was the perfect opportunity. The next few days were going to be grueling but he was ready for them. Actually he was really looking forward to them. At times like these you find out if you have what it takes. Lerry was ready for whatever his dad was going to throw at him.

Wrapped in a heavy robe and hood, a man trotted quietly through the village with his head bent close to his chest. Strapped to his back was a large, thin package that was crudely wrapped and bound, and stood oddly out against his lumpy form. A heavy sigh pushed out from the man's lips as he raised his head slightly and looked towards the twilight sky, the hood of his robe falling back to reveal Saikoro's tired face. "Certainly been a long time since the last time I've been here..." He muttered softly to himself, his mind running through the memories of the last time he had been in the village before continuing on his path through the small village.

He was using his current free time to inspect the layout of the village again, checking for holes in security and blind spots in their surveillance systems. The guise of Saikoro allowed him to quietly pass through the village without disturbing the locals, though his job would be done through his own identity to prevent any suspicion to fall upon Water Country. If all went well, he would be able to preform the job without garnering any attention and would easily get in and get right back out.

Gryu'Jiong, a city where tourism ran rampant and the relaxed aura in the air was nearly infectious. Saru, not wanting to attract unwanted attention, nor wanting to get dragged into anything unnecessary decided it best to not use her true "Form" Opting instead to use her Transformation jutsu away from prying eyes and change herself into her ten year old form. Taking off her Hitae-ate she stuck it on a pocket on the inside of her Jacket, hiding any sign that she knew any sort of Ninja art.

Perusing the streets Saru grinned, this was most certainly a smart decision on her part, most people overlooked her completely, and with deft hands she was able to slip some food here and there to snack on, as well as listen in on the idle chatter of unsuspecting people. For her first time on her own out of the Hidden Village, Saru also had to admit that this was a smart place to come to. The Crime rate was relatively low in this area, and as such she didn't have to worry too much about running into trouble.

Saru walked past a vendor, occupied with selling his wares to two busty women, and she slipped a peach from the stall, tossing it up in her hands for a while before taking a large bite. Saru LOVED Peaches, in fact she could just eat peaches. Taking another bite Saru strolled down the road casually, her golden eyes trying to find anything of interest.

Sorain, in his wandering, managed to find his way out of the market district and out into the outskirts of Gryu'Jiong. It was a place that he rarely ever visited, although it was one of the first places that he saw upon entering Kumogakure under his new persona of Rizu. Upon agreement with the villages council, Sorain was to fight for them in the Chunin exams, and win. Thus increasing Kumogakues reputation with the other nations as well as be a sign of good faith that their shinobi forces were upcoming and strong. In return, he was promised refugee and sanction as long as his identity remained hidden. This was perfect for Sorain, for the first time in his entire life he did not feel as though he had to run or be afraid. He was in a village where he was not looked down upon for who he was, or his linage, and even better he was safe from the bounty hunters that would seek to claim him. Because of this deal, Sorain has managed to stay under the rader for going on two and a half years, in fact, most that would desire his bounty at this point had already given up their pursuit. The only downside however, was that he was now alone int he world. Without his brother, whom at this point he was unsure was still even breathing. Either way, Sorain decided it would be best to keep on moving. If, through his travels, he and his brother crossed paths, then he would be eternally great full to the fates. If not, then he would simply swallow that heart ache like the true Shinobi he was. Sorain tucked his hands into his jacket to fight against the cutting coldness of the countries mountain ranges. The wind here seemed to slice through the tiny streets causing an everlasting chill to be present, even in the more warmer seasons. It was odd though, usually such thoughts were easy to force from his mind, however for some reason his brother kept lurching back into his mind. It was almost as if there was something out there demanding that Sorain keep his head to the sky, in hopes of spotting the purple haired imp that was Sai Orasakai.

While Notwen had been shopping inside the Gryu'jiong Village Square Kaala had been circling overhead, high in the black starry sky. It was not as crowded as the last time he had visited, owing to the fact that the chuunin exams were long over and the excitement had since died down. Even so the streets were populated with people looking for food to enjoy or little trinkets to buy. All seemed to be in order.
"Notwen, nothing seems to be out of place at the moment." relayed the crimson-gold plumed sparrow through the web of intrigue. On the ground, Notwen was gazing at the sky through his new Eagle Scope. Currently he was trying to spot Kaala, but it was difficult due to the Ebonite Armor the summon wore. Giving up on that endeavor the three-eyed Uchiha replied,
"It seems that all is fine in the Village. Nagamichi's almost done with his rounds." Closing the shutter over the lens of the Eagle Scope, Notwen began to walk around the village. An odd sensation had been bothering the area around his left shoulder, a sort of throbbing itch that came and went for the past half-hour. "I'm gonna see if i can find a clinic. There's something funny going on with my shoulder. Keep watch from above while i deal with this, okay?" Kaala nodded,
"As you wish." Altering his flight path, the sparrow increased the radius of his circling pattern.

Notwen rolled his troubled shoulder as he found the clinic, but was upset to find that it was closed for the evening.
You have to be kidding me... he thought, scratching his head with his right hand. His back was to the street, as he was facing the [CLOSED] sign. A few seconds later the discomfort in his shoulder spiked up again, this time more intensely than before. The dark-skinned blonde grunted lightly. Something was definitely off, but he couldn't put a finger on it.

Pulling his hood back over his head securely, Sai hunched over and continued to make his rounds through the village. It was all just a matter of becoming familiar with the streets now, he needed to not only memorize the layout but make it where traversing the roads was like second nature, almost as though he had been born and raised in the very streets. So with his head down and his eyes closed, Sai found himself running straight into a young man causing himself to fall over into the street. "Sorry 'bout that..." He said gruffly, heaving himself up from the ground. Taking a singular look at the man, he ducked his head and continued his path. 's**t.. of all people, this turd... please don't follow me.. please don't follow me...'

“Your drink, sir.” Musica reached a hand from his cloak and accepted the warm cup from the young lady, never once lifting his eyes to meet her. He nodded and paid her with the remainder of his money, turned the cup three times, and took slow sip. Musica leaned his back against the tea house, and as the waitress walked away, lifted his head. The white half of his eyes gave off a dull, eerie light that was ominous against the blackness of his hood. Musica willed his vision forward in order to get a better glimpse of the crowd. That was why Musica chose this particular tea house: it was positioned just right that he could see the entire Gryu'jiong square from where he sat, with a few adjustments to distance of course. Musica's vision blurred as he zoomed into the crowd, his vision becoming clear when he saw Sai gliding through the people. No, Saikoro. He corrected himself. If Musica were right about his identity, it would explain why Sai had asked the redhead if he recognized him, even though the real Sai and Musica had never met. On top of that, Giraldi had said that Sai told Mist to be on the look out for the young man after he disappeared during the Exams. Musica accepted the fact that he could still be wrong about his assumptions. But there was still one thing: exactly what were the odds of two Mizus being in the Cloud Village at around the same time? It could always be one huge coincidence, but those were something the young man didn't take much stock in. Musica finished off his tea and rose from his bench as Sai wandered around the small village, keeping a safe distance between himself and the Chunin. There were points where people blocked the man from Musica's vision, but he knew that Rodah was across the street keeping an eye on him, hiding behind the old style roofs.

It became harder to keep track of Sai once the man pulled his hood back over his head, only because his hair no longer stuck out. Musica just hoped Rodah could follow him from where he hid, just in case the red head lost him. Musica was able to make out Sai bumping shoulders with a younger man with ditry blond hair. The Mist shinobi recognized the guy from the Exams, the one that fought the imposter Sai. The memories of that clash flashed across the young man's vision, as did the dead bodies of young Genin. Musica shook his head slightly and refocused on Sai. Had it really been a year? Already? It seemed like so long ago. What was the young man's name? Nruian? Nadion? Notwen? Notwen, that was it. Musica fell back behind Sai about six more feet and deeper into the crowd, making sure neither of them saw him if they turned in his direction.

Notwen was about to move away from the door when all of a sudden some guy wearing a hooded cloak decided to bump into him. How the individual managed to do that while there was ample enough room to maneuver around him was beyond his scope of understanding. The end result was that the two of them ended up on the floor.
"Sorry 'bout that..." said the hooded individual before quickly picking himself up, pulling the hood lower over his face and walking away at a brisk pace. Notwen was surprised and intrigued by the random turn of events. To have been run into by an odd-looking individual wearing a cloak was just too fishy to let go. Quickly getting up, the Chuunin looked around until he found the cloaked man walking away down the street.
"Hey, you! Stop right there!!" called Notwen, summoning a fire clone that ran up to the cloaked man and grabbed him by the shoulder. "Who are you, and what is your business here?" asked the clone, which had been also linked with the Web of Intrigue.

As if drawn by some sort of random act by the fates. Sorain found himself moving directly adjacent to the mild scuffle between two randomly passing strangers that eventually lead to one of them calling out in such ergancy that Sorain wondered if the two actually knew each other. Either way, such a scene was not really good for him. Yelling and screaming all brought peoples attention, something that he had spent most of his life trying to avoid by any means. It was not until he felt the slight tug off emotion that could only signal the close proximity to his brother. Sorain stopped moving, turning quickly to search around the area. It was a combination of being exited that his brother was still alive, as well as being fearfull of what his brothers presence in this country would mean. Generally speaking, when Sai was anywhere outside of their home village, there was no good to come of it. His only option to save this village, was to get to Sai first, and talk him out of what ever convulsed plan or scheme he currently had plotting. The upside to their twin birth was that they had an uncanny ability to sense each others presence. But the down side was that he had no real way of knowing Sai's exact presence. Which, in all truth was even more scary than anything else. Even as his brother, Sorain never wanted to be in a position where he didn't know where Sai was. His brother, after wall, was known for sneak attacks.

The disguised Sai gritted his teeth in the shadows of his hood, his fist balled up within the sleeve of his robe as he used all of his willpower to prevent himself from turning on the man that had just grabbed at him. Exhaling deeply, he let his hand relax, "I'm just a tourist... since when has going to the market called for such hostility..." He said slowly, his voice slightly shaken as though frightened to be confronted in such a way. Tugging at his robe to free himself, the man continued his path down the street, "Good day, sir.." He muttered over his shoulder before continuing to turn the corner.

'Such a disgusting person... I swear, that kid had to be dropped on his head as a kid..' The man thought to himself as he shifted his robe into a more comfortable position. The annoyance of running into the worm of a human that was known as Notwen was never a welcomed feeling... the man was nothing more then a nuisance to Sai, one that never learned when to back down from a stronger force and always forced Sai's hand into mutilating him.
PostPosted: Sun Jan 08, 2012 8:19 pm

The clone frowned. The hooded man only answered one of his questions, that being what his business in Gryu'jiong was. Not only that, there was something disturbingly familiar about the man's voice. He recalled hearing it somewhere before. Then it hit him.
So you decided to show up here again huh... thought Notwen with a devious smile. To think that that man would show himself here after so long and bump into him seemed to be a really cruel joke played by fate. No wonder my arm was feeling funny... The dark-skinned blonde sent the clone to go after the cloaked man, who had turned the corner and walk alongside him casually. "I apologize for the way i acted just now. It's just that it's night time and dressing the way you are now would make it seem as if you were trying to get away from some crime." As the clone walked with the cloaked man, Notwen took to the rooftops and followed their progress well out of sight, being guided by mental notes sent by the clone via their link. Kaala was now aware of what was going on and had altered his circling maneuver so that it kept the clone at its center. After a few minutes of walking alongside the man in silence the clone piped up. "Why are you so hunched over like that. It's bad for your posture, you know? Maybe this would help..." Swiftly, the clone reached for the hood and attempted to pull it back away from the man's face.

Immediately after the cloak was pulled, Sorain caught sight of who he was looking for. Even though he was disguised, Sorain would recognize his brother anywhere. However, rather than immediately show himself, he continued to walk in random directions, making sure to stay within the shadows of the crowd. It would seem that someone was calling Sai out, which was not a good thing at all. Little did this guy know, Sai was more likely than not here on some sort of terrorist mission and would not hesitate to blow this entire town up. It was, after all, what the Orasakai twins were known for doing. Sorain turned himself in the crowd, positioning himself so that he was only a few feet away from the guy who had just pulled the cloak from Sai. Although he was not sure if this guy was a threat at all, he wanted to make sure that he was in the right position to stop Sai in the event that his brother went on the offensive. Sai was not as forgiving as he was, and was very likely to level the entire place trying to get his hands on this kid whom was disrespecting him. This guy was playing with fire near a set of explosives, and Sorain was not about to let it explode uncontested.

Sai, in the guise of Saikoro, slowly turned his head to face the clone of Notwen, his cold eyes staring it down with all the malicious intent that he harbored. Jaw clenched, a faint smile spread against his lips, "Is there.. something I can help you with further?" He questioned, his voice venomous as he what little bit of willpower he had held him at bay from striking down Notwen. "No? Then have a good night." Sai continued without giving the man a chance to respond, his hands quickly reaching back to pull the hood back on before continuing on.

"Don't make the same mistake twice, kid... You'll regret, I promise." He called over his shoulder in a hiss of a whisper before once again turning another corner on the street, his feet quickly moving him towards an emptier part of the city. If things were to turn messy he would need as few onlookers as possible so he could undisguise himself and fight back properly.

It appeared that Notwen's gut feeling had been correct. The man beneath the hood was none other than Saikoro Daisuke, the one who had taken his arm from him just over a year ago. He returned the man's venomous stare with an equally venomous stare. Long-forgotten emotions surged up from the depths of his subconscious, merging with Kaala's who was also there when Saikoro maimed the dark-skinned blonde. From the place he was concealing his presence, Notwen was immobile. Hundreds of questions were rushing through his head. The main one being what the hell was Saikoro, a man from Water Country, doing in the Land of Lightning. He was a Chuunin, so there were more important things to be doing than sightseeing in the town that held the previous chuunin exams.
"Kaala, we are stronger now. What happened before will not happen again. I want you to attack when i give you an opening, understood?"
"Naturally. I will make him pay for wounding you so deeply. Intriguingly enough he's moving into a less populated area. He must be expecting you to chase after him." Notwen smirked.
"I guess i will have to go remind me of the last words i spoke to him the last time we met..." The clone dashed after Saikoro, rounding the corner and speeding past the cloaked man. It stopped in the middle of the street, directly in the man's path and held its ground. The clone cocked its head and grinned. "Do you remember the last thing i said to you, Saikoro?" it asked.
