___ Nox stood in the shade provided by the foliage of the tree towering over her. Her spot being only a few feet from where Reikka was leaning again the trunk of her shade source. The dark haired faunus was observing how the congregated students were interacting. It wasn't looking promising. She wouldn't say they were fighting but the waters in some places seemed to be choppier than would of been ideal or expected. Though it blew over soon enough and was replaced by the arrival of a guy from the Vale military. He got the order of procedure mixed up and tried to jump straight into business. His aid stepped in and spoke into his ear. After which the officer introduced himself as Commander Adao. Adao then assigned each of the present teams a position to cover and job to focus on during the upcoming mission. He was also the first person so far to seemingly take notice of her. At least he didn't seem like he was just reading off a pre-prepared script of names based on how his eyes flicked over to her when he told her to tag along with ROKA. Nox glanced over to Reikka. 'Guess sticking close to her was actually the right call.' Nox made a gesture towards Reikka along the lines of 'lets get moving' once the commander headed back to the tent.
___ Nox headed for the girl that had climbed down the airship's drop ladder after the bunny faunus. It actually seemed that all four students there were all part of the same team, Team Solar, and there in the other team on the vanguard. The girl didn't introduce herself but she seemed to seeking information for cooperation. That alone gave Nox the impression that she was the leader of Team SLAR. After all that information would be what a leader needed to know to coordinate her team members with their allies in a fight. She got some responses from Yui, Auburn, and Skyler while Nox approached. Nox stopped in front of a girl with short shoulder length brown hair that matched her eye color and a tad shorter in stature. Yui had called her Sakura when she spoke to her. "I'm Nox De Luca, leader of Team DECO. Though I am here solo today. Along with Reikka and the others from Team ROKA I'll be joining you in the vanguard." Nox pointed toward Reikka and her teammate while introducing herself.
___"Now as for the combat information you were wanting to know. I excel as a support fighter, taking the front lines to take advantage of openings in the enemy. My true strength is in my aura control and semblance power which excels at versatility and area control. When it comes to things that could hinder us on my account... I'm not much good at defending myself if I can't use my semblance or weapon, and I'm not probably no where near as sturdy as Auburn." Nox glanced at the tall horse faunus girl as she spoke. Her focus returned to Sakura. "Also, my eyes aren't photosensitive like that small girl over there. I'm sure you know that most of us faunus have better night vision than humans. Mine is probably the best here since I can see in pitch darkness as well as low light thanks to my ability to utilize thermal vision on top of having eye sight sharp enough that probably only those two winged faunus can beat it out. Since we are going into a cave it should be very useful."
___ Nox couldn't think of anything more that she could tell Sakura that could prove to be useful information. She then turned her head to look over at the girl that jumped from the airship right before her. She was drawing everyone's attention to herself and the guy beside her to give introductions. Not only giving her own name but the guys as well. Nox tilted her head at her comments and then sighed softly when the boy she called Prince fainted after checking out some of the girl's backsides. "IS he going to be okay?" She muttered under her breath. Then checked out the other students on the rear guard. She looked at Sakura again and said. "That commander Adao said that for the mission I am tagging along with Team ROKA, but since I am independent from the vanguard teams I suppose I could also serve as a bit of a go between for the two groups." She was after all an expert at area control. It should be an easy matter for her to support both the vanguard and the rearguard from her position in the vanguard if need be.

Auburn watched as one of their number...and a dog...descended before anyone else seemed ready as a girl behind her introduced herself as Nox. She looked back over her shoulder as the girl admitted to most likely not being as sturdy as she was just as a pink-haired girl pulled a guy along and introduced them both. "To be fair, I find few are. But, few have gone through what I have so, I simply adjusted to it."
Just as she said that, the boy fainted. She pinched the bridge of her nose and walked over to him. Ignoring any potential protest from the girl latched to him, Auburn grabbed him by the collar with one hand and lifted him as if he weighed nothing. Lifting her free hand, she flicked him in the forehead hard enough to leave an angry welt."Wake up Princess. You're supposed to be a leader. A leader is worthless if they just suddenly become dead weight. Anyone else think they're not up for the task, you're better off staying behind. We are here to do a job and it will likely involve fighting to the death. I for one, will not be turning back for dead weight."
She did not care if the others thought her harsh for what she was doing. She thought the majority were dense and likely to get themselves killed by not taking this seriously. But, despite her words, she was not going to let this kid off that easily. A leader didn't have the option to turn tail if those who they led forged forward. As such, she dragged him over to a free harness and got herself situated without letting go of him. She'd see to it he at least crossed the threshold.
Without another word, she leapt off and began to rappel with him in hand. She made the whole process seem easy as they descended and, once her feet hit the ground, she tossed Prince forward, leaving it to him whether he landed gracefully or sprawled at the feet of the boy who'd gone down ahead of him."If you are going to lead a team, you need to grow a pair. I'm female and I got more balls than you boy. Shape up and take charge. Your team's lives very well may depend on you. Consider this your reality check. Don't expect another."
Weapon(s): Judgement is a massive sword that is 77" long, 14" wide and weighs 54 lbs, but, has no unique properties other than that. Auburn is able to wield this beast of a blade, even one-handed, because of her Semblance.
However, her boots and gauntlets are equipped with mini cannon-like guns that fire off dust rounds. (See Mission for image of gauntlets and boots)
Reikka had been idly standing at the sidelines, trying not to get anyone's attention and content to being treated like she was invisible. It was just so oddly fitting for her that she took this opportunity of being unnoticeable by looking at each and every one of their faces, without catching their own gaze, to make sure that she had at least memorized how they each looked. She wasn't about to leave herself out completely, despite her rather anti-social mood at the moment. She had witnessed that some people had gotten off the helicopter in a less than dramatic fashion, and though she had nothing against those people, she just frowned slightly at the sight. Ladders were no fun. Reikka wanted this to be the adventure that it was. She almost felt compelled to go off on her own, before she remembered that she was on a mission. She nodded to Nox that signaled that she, too, wanted to get moving. She looked around for her teammates and, when she spotted them, motioned for them to gather after a brisk stride as she went closer to her team, giving a deep breath to convince herself that she could do this. She also couldn't help but feel like she had just been stared at a while ago, but shook the feeling off. She allowed Nox to stand by her side and said nothing as she let her follow, completely at ease with her. They had no time dawdle. They were here with a purpose and a goal, and they were expected to meet those goals. She vowed not to fail, but instead be the strong leader she was supposed to be. Then everyone started congregating in an unclear center, with Reikka wondering what drew them to form such a tightly-formed social circle while being briefed by each other on their abilities to begin with.
Reikka had no interest to introduce herself to them. The last thing she needed was a whole crowd of people asking a bazillion questions about her semblance. Which is what she expected knowing that her semblance wasn't exactly 'normal'. Who knows, maybe some might even resent her for it? Faunuses with wings? No problem. People with creative inclinations towards the natural elements? Simple. Students with less that desirable appendages sticking out of their rather indistinguishable frames from the humans? Piece of cake. But, a girl who can do things only dead people do? Not exactly most people's cup of tea. Then Nox sidled over to this girl named Sakura, introducing herself and then pointing to Reikka. She could feel the hot blush on her cheeks when Nox motioned in her direction that she was the team leader of ROKA. But, ever the resilient type, she waved in silence at the girl to indicate that she was okay being given some time in the spotlight. When Nox was done introducing herself and stating her semblance, Reikka slightly stuttered at the though of openly telling someone about her own semblance. But after Nox's clear enunciation, she wasn't one to leave the girl in disappointment. With antoher deep breath, Reikka's expression of confusion and embarrassment was almost immediately replaced by a more friendly and appealing demeanor, "Nice to meet you, Sakura. My name is Reikka Rubrum Cerulean. My semblance is what I call 'Excess Ecto-bleed'. I basically create ectoplasm, which I can reshape and manipulate with my mind." She said, almost in an accepting huff, "So far I can activate the ectoplasm within my body to boost myself for a certain length of time." She said, finally, without seeming like a total spazz about it.
She was glad that she was just talking to this one girl and not the whole crowd. She wouldn't think her nerves would be able to take it. Her semblance was still currently active, which made her hypersensitive to noise and movement, along with the feeling that she would possibly do something unpredictable. But she learned to keep her cool despite the pressure of being infront of these unusual strangers. She saw this guy named Prince with this girl named Fran, and he seemed almost as much of a wreck as she was, as he had clearly lost his wits and fainted. Then there was this guy with gray-tinged pale hair that was practically skulking around the edge of the crowd, trying to avoid conversation with anyone. Then Reikka inwardly chuckled, realizing that she had been afraid for no apparent, possible reason. She was beginning to see her fear was an objective reaction to her active semblance, and her fear was that she wasn't able to control herself. She almost welcomed the draining effect after this round was done. But seeing as she didn't need to perform any other feat aside from leaping from the helicopter and landing on a tree with literally her bare hands, she knew that she didn't need to worry. It was then that they were called to pickup their equipment and rappel down the side of a cliff. She obeyed, grabbing the climbing kit and then waited for Nox to do the same thing. Then when it finally came down to it, she glided the side of the crack like it was nothing, as her semblance was still active, and it felt like a breath of fresh air being able to release the tension.
She began thinking of all the things that have happened so far. So when Adao called everyone for his own briefing and instructed the dispersed crowd, she listened quietly and intently, but never dared to speak up. She was never one for being authority herself, but she never minded if she was being ordered around by a bunch of cahoots. She believed that is what the people running this whole thing were, seeing as they bothered to call them 'pipsqueaks'. After all, it was her old friends and family that believed she would be a winner, even though she never fully felt that way about herself. But according to Adao, turns out they are vanguard for the rest of the mission. Doesn't seem so bad, considering that this was not gonna turn out as smoothly as they expected, and vanguard was going to be in the forefront of it all. And when they called Nox to be with team Rockfall, Reikka beamed at the fact that she was going to be a part of her team, even if it was just for now. When she got down to the bottom, she thought she'd be greeted with a bunch of people talking some more to make sure they knew which direction they were heading to. Then she witnessed Auburn roughing the other leader of the team, who was Prince. She almost couldn't stand that sight of such unwonted ruffling, but let Auburn do what she wanted, seeing as she seemed to know what she was doing by helping the guy wake up to the reality of the situation. She sighed, closing her eyes momentarily and putting her flat palm on her forehead, which was a gesture of stress, and then proceeded to gingerly step forward and put her hand on Auburn's shoulder gently to make sure she didn't go too far with tossing around the poor boy.

Dee makes an quick to introduce himself using sign language after Nox spoke up, though it might not be the best way to hold a conversation giving he had no idea if they could understand them without a translator, but that's why he kept Yui around. " Name O.. D-E-E, My Team Is Rockfall, My Semblance allows..." Dee's hands slow before coming to a sudden stop as he winces at the sudden stink of cheap alcohol coming from the boy who called himself Ren." So Don't Count On Him To Cover My Back" Dee made a quick judgement while watching the large girl named Auburn walk off with the guy that looks like hes ready to crawl in a hole and hide in tow, toward the descending point "Oor Him...". Before starts moving his hands again to finish where he left off he pauses, shakes his head and guessing there was no point to the introductions he drops his hands leaving the group to grab a survival kit. Being fine with being part of the vanguard only needing to worry about whats in front of him, simple enough. "Forget" he signs dropping his hands back to his side now making his way to get his harness attached so he could get this started already. Not caring to hear about anyone else Dee descends to the danger zone behind the girl named Reikka. Once Dee's boots touch ground his shoulders slump as if he let out a sigh, happy enough to be away from such a large group of people. While Reikka moves over to stop the rough handling of the timid leader looks around letting his eye adjust to the new lighting. Sliding out of his harness and tossing it to the side. Eye glowing dimly Dee takes a slow look around. Dee hated his night vision but it was to useful to go without it. Dee could see well enough without any lights but that didn't mean everyone else could so he should be prepared for that. Patting down his body to check if he remembered to pack his shades and after checking his pockets the answer to that question was no.. shaking his head, It might be a little annoying but he will survive.

XXXIn terms of excitement, a brief reunion with Dee was certainly one of the highlights to the day. Yui's heart and soul was set on the mission with a foreign sense of eagerness clashing with her own pride to perform well. Reuniting with a friendly face with the option to hone a skill further was merely icing on the cake. Pale blue orbs followed Dee's gesture's attentively as her fingers moved to mimick his motions with less elegance than she's known for. Fingers twitched in stiff and jagged motions, her mind translating his gestures as she mimicked them to match them with words. While her expression was lacking, stiff and pale like that of a doll, it was her shimmering hues that seemed to beam with excitement. Once Dee finished with Yui shortly after, she'd clap her hands together lightly as she nodded. "Reading, yes. Conversing, I still have much to improve on." Her words were soft with a subtle chipper pitch to them. To those who had gotten used to her mannerisms around the academy, such as Ren and Sakura, that was a sure sign that the girl was pleased. Her brow would furrow in curiosity, eyelids narrowing at the vile presented to her. "Anti... Venom..?" Her words were soft, hushed even. Curious hues continued to follow his gestures as the reasoning clicked into place. 'That's right, unlike Professor Schuer, Dee is venomous.." With her realization, the winter-haired faunus would bob her head in a nod of acceptance. Tucking the vial away into her medical kit, she'd sign a simple gesture towards him. 'Thank You. . . . Of Course.' As the one who took it upon herself to try and learn a new language, she felt almost obligated to translate in Dee's steed. Not that it was a bad thing, of course. In fact, it more so meant it was an opportunity for her to learn.
For just a moment the girl would remain silent. Pale blue hues had moved away from her komodo companion towards the other faunus that spoke up, each introducing themselves with some factor of their abilities. Auburn without a doubt would be a hands on fighter, likely at the head of the vanguard to maximize her potential. Skylar, who she still knew very little about, threw in her two cents in addition. It seemed that Skylar was likely best as a ranged combatant, but could manage the foreground if necessary. Ren, absolutely meant to be hands on. Those boots were made for kicking, and that's exactly what they'd do. One thing that she noticed was Auburn's confusion at the vial being handed to her, to which Yui would interject. "That's in case of emergency, Auburn. Dee possesses a venom that's considerably dangerous if you're exposed to it while bleeding. That, mixed with your disability of being unable to feel pain, could become a lethal combination. While the circumstance is unlikely, the precaution is important nonetheless." While Yui didn't know Dee in and out, it was both her role as a teacher's aid as well as her position as a companion of both him and Kail that she took note of such importance. She'd turn her head towards Dee, looking for some manner of reassurance or recognition that she delivered the purpose correctly. Then, from Dee's next gestures, Yui would begin to mimic his signs in order to match the word to gesture. Under her breath, she'd repeat his words to gain an understanding before speaking on her behalf. 'His name is Dee, a member of Rockfall and Vanguard. His primary method of communication is sign language or writing. While I'm still a novice, I'll do my best to translate." Following gestures, Yui's fingers would fall flat before nodding in his direction. Yui would've cracked a smile if it was in her nature, and while her face remained straight, Dee's remark about Ren was certainly amusing. "He's.. Not as bad it seems, but, you're not entirely wrong either. It may be up to us to cover his instead." Her words held a bitter truth, but as Ren didn't know what Dee had said to begin with, the rabbit would have no idea that Yui was referring to him.
Then another group would approach them, meanwhile, one student had already begun his descent, something that Yui barely caught out of the corner of her eye. Blue hues focused on the pink haired girl and the dark haired man beside her. An interesting duo, though the only one that managed to speak was the girl known as Fran. Yui would habitually bow towards Fran and Prince, also known as the 'Prince of Paws. With her bow, of course, her wings would spread in a pose of elegance which let out a small gust of air. Upon rising, Yui would swing her winter colored locks over her shoulder. "A pleasure to meet the both of you, Francheska and... Prince." Not one to necessarily question one's name, Yui would then find herself nodding at the pinkette who stated their positioning. Being an isolated child and all, the term 'sterns' came across nothing more than their specified position, Sternguard. And thus, she'd nod in acceptance without a second thought. Well, almost. 'I had never thought of position deployment to be cute... Perhaps she thinks the position will be easy? Childsplay?' Whatever the reason for the remark, Yui only hoped that those of PAWS would play their part. "Thank you for having our stern covered, we'll do our part to ensure your.. vans.. receive the same treatment." ... Yui hadn't mastered the art of small talk just yet, and attempting to mimic one's mannerisms didn't bode well either.
Fortunately, any embarrassment placed on herself would surely be at ease with the spontaneous fainting of the Prince of Paws himself. Yui's gaze had widened in shock, finding herself ready to dive to the man's aid on a moment notice. Never did she think that her first aid kit would be required so soon, but before she could even properly diagnose the situation, Auburn had seized the mantle. "Wait, Auburn, he could actually be.." Unfortunately her words had fallen flat as the horse faunus swung the boy like a ragdoll away from her. Before she knew it, the two were descending into the caverns below, just as the masked student had done prior. Like them, Dee had moved away and begun his descent into the cavern below. That, and another girl who was talking with Sakura a few moments prior. Realizing their deployment had already been broken, Yui would let out a soft sigh. ".. It appears the van and stern have already fallen into disarray. ... Francheska, we should probably catch up with Auburn to ensure Prince is okay." Turning away from the pinkette, she'd pick up a second survival pack for the kidnapped student. Yui's gaze would then shift to Skylar and Ren before darting towards Sakura who was in the midst of conversation. "I'm going to descend. Dee may need a translator, and I'm unsure what Auburn is doing to Prince... Could one of you please let Sakura know?" She'd wait for a response before looking down, noticing the dropped guns at the hands of Prince himself. A sigh escaping her lips once more, she'd crouch down to pick up the firearm, then step away to pick up his other. '.. I hope this isn't a sign for how things will go.' With both of Prince's guns in hand, Yui would bring her attention back to Frans. "I presume you're heading after him as well, unless you're waiting for others." Yui was ready for the descent, whether solo or with a companion or two. So whether Fran herself was ready to descend or not, Yui would take the answer before heading over to the rappling gear. While she didn't need the equipment to get down herself, it was best to play it safe than sorry when descending into the unknown. Not to mention that flight while packing three times her normal supplies didn't bode well. Once geared up, she would make her descent with or without Fran or her teammates.
The rapple gear fit oddly on her back, as did most clothes with the feathered wings protrusting from her. During her descent she had shifted the harness a few times, fighting strain and itching. It was about half way though that she decided to pick up the speed and simply drop. This allowed her to fall a majority of the distance at a rapid pace before using her wings as a paracheut. Slowly, she'd come to a stop as her feet gently touched the ground before disconnecting from the line. Her landingzone wasn't too far from that of Auburn and Prince, merely a number of steps even. With her presence came the light tap of her feet, barely catching the tailend of Auburn's speech. "While a reality check may have been necessary, tossing him around like a ragdoll may do more harm than good." The avian faunus proclaimed, her words soft but the intent behind them direct. "Possibly sustained injuries aside, dragging him down here also left him vastly underprepared in supplies. Likewise, it left him disarmed. " Setting both the guns down, as well as the additional survival pack she had acquired. The avian would then crouch down next to the unconscious man herself, gently pulling his sleeping form towards her. "There's also a good chance he didn't hear a single word of it, not when he's spontaneously shut down. Getting him to wake up would've been much easier with the abundance of staff up above." Not that Yui was intending to discourage Auburn, but that may have been part of her intention as well. Acting so brash and already risking the health of another student. The sight alone made her more wary of working with the red-haired faunus. While Yui wasn't certain what the cause of his fainting spell was, she knew to check a few things. First, elevate the legs. Utilizing one of the extra survival packs, she'd lift his legs off the ground to aid in blood flow. Next, check for breathing and a heartbeat, of course. His chest was raising, lowering, he was breathing. Pressing her ear to his chest, she could hear his heartbeat, though his breathing was lax. At the very least he wasn't in immediate danger, so long as Auburn's actions hadn't caused any underlining conditions. Raising her head, she'd look down at Prince before snapping against his ears. Not only would he hear an ironic snap, but a metal ting from her rings colliding. "Prince. Can you hear me? Open your eyes if you can hear me." In between each few words, Yui would snap again next to his ear. While this wasn't necessarily an orthadox way, trying to make someone alert was the next step. "I wonder if any of these kits have smelling salts..."

She couldn't help but think about how much of a hindrance that would be. Not his fault if he couldn't speak of course, but, she doubted many could understand sign language and there might not really be an opportunity to write and read a conversation. She then stalled as she watched what the irritated-looking girl was doing. Yui tried to intervene, but, the girl wasn't having that and walked off with a squad member to rapel.
Yui seemed to be somewhat concerned for the boy and, Sky doubted he'd come to any harm as a direct result of the handling he was getting, but, she also got the feeling the horse girl was not used to being gentle. Something, it seemed, shared by a few others. When Yui insisted on heading down after him. She made her way over and looked over the edge casually. She tipped forward and fell over the edge in a dive, her wings tucked tightly against her body as she began to spiral a bit. As she neared the bottom, she flared her wings out, kicking up a cloud of dirt a bit further down from the trio already at the bottom. She touched down and waited for Yui to arrive. When she began going over the boy, Skylar realized that Yui had no clue what had caused the fainting. She knelt down beside her and leaned in a bit, whispering to her.”I reckon he'll be fine Yui. He...uhh...were starin at girls' butts an' blushin before he fainted. Ain't gonna be easy fer him. I think that Fran girl is on his team an' she seemed ta be mighty interested in girls as well. TEAM: NTSS WEAPON/PROFILE: Stabby, Jabby, and Tabby~! Tabby is at this place!!!!: About to enter cavern! Tabby is with this person!!!!: Sternguard people! Tabby is doing this!!!!: Talking to Yuki~! Checking scrolliophoneything OOC: ////////////////////////////
Splitting up into two teams sounded so exciting!! Not to picky on the results, Tabitha kept herself near the majority of the students, her brain only remembering she forgot to introduce. The more students who stepped forward about themselves, she actually had the decency to wait before she too, would join in the hello meeting. Of course she waited for the others to go first, full of wonderment by all the variety. Wings!! Poison!!! Ecto... Ectoplagiristicism!!! That word she couldn't pronounce... There was light too!!! Useful!! Superhero strength!!!! Ba-BOOM!!! Was there any she missed!? She hoped not. It was tough trying to remember them all without getting too excited as it was. "Ah!! Bad bad!! Agree with pretty human lady (Sakura) as well! Tabby is Tabby from team Nightshade! Tabby's semblance is catnip carousel~!!!! Able make biiiiiiiiig fogs of fun smell to give people good buff and confuzzlings to the enemies!!! Need calming before a fight to rid scaredy-catness!? Can release lavender!!! Can make the clothes smell as such too~! Oh!!! Can also make a stinky fishy smell cloud that can make enemies and .... Thinks us too??? What's it called.... Oh!!!! Acid reflexes!!!! Can also use Stabby and Jabby!! Good weapons for making grimm holy!!! Fun to use to swing on stuff too... And.... And.... Ooops!" Tabitha had to quickly stop herself short there before she could keep rambling. With all that was going on, her beaming eyes of gold could see one guy fainted! "Why he faint!? Did Tabby semblance scare him!?"
Having been rambling, she missed the conversation between Prince and Fran, only paying attention when Auburn was carrying him, and understanding when Skylar had been explaining to Yui the situation. She couldn't help but laugh at such a scene, the redness in her cheeks showing through her caramel skin. It was purely a joyful laughter by the variety of different personalities all around. How especially funny to see spicy talk happening! So naughty naughty since it was mission time! Tabitha would once more pay attention to Yuki by then. Her leader also had been coming off as confused by the word sternguard, which was a MAJOR relief to not be the only one~. "Yuki Yuki~! Can Tabby be carried like that too!? It looks like fun!! Can play with tail!! That ladie's (Auburn) swishy tail!!! Let's make up with team and plan stuff yes!! Lots of fun planning!! Scar-gigiti!! (Widget) We here!!" Widget probably had seen them already, but nothing said hello like a happy bellow... According to the ginger that is who was doing the talking.
By the time her mentality had caught up to her, more then half the group of people were already descending. That was alright if no one heard!! It was bad timing!!! All the faunus features had been distracting as heck!! Plus her leader Yuki and her prettiness!! How pretty Yuki was!!! So friendly!! Had oddness for something she was unsure of, but that was alright! If she ever needed any help in their own time, all she would have to do is ask!! Considering it was mission time, and her scroll had went off, Tabitha would read the message from their new fourth member. Oh! They had the man with the puppy!! Why didn't he say anything!? Having no idea about the person they were to be teamed with, she could only message back an okay, grabbing Yuki's hand. Whether Widget had joined them as well or not, Tabitha would take her hand too if she had approached them. As the only human on their team (to her current knowledge,) she had to be the grand royal protector of her faunus pals!!! "Let us go incase we get left behind no!? If message read right new person already inside! We must not leave them alone! Or is that alright? Tis confusing.... Ver confuzzling..."
Widget watched as he eyed her, fully aware that he may not have too much choice in checking first, but, she didn't feel like correcting the misunderstanding that she meant when they were not fighting. That would mean talking to someone even more than she had already. While he was a little more comfortable to speak with, just by nature of being a loner like her, she still wasn't overly fond of talking to others without a screen and keyboard involved. He then took off to start his descent and she returned her attention to the others as they were suddenly interrupted by someone in uniform who began to brief them before indicating the packs that were already prepared for them. She had a compartment in the back of her suit that she had already stocked up so, she decided against going to collect a kit.
One girl seemed to try and organize the group of teens by trying to get introductions done, including an idea of what semblances they had. This part was of interest to the small girl though as it provided her with information. While not exactly a healthy...or entirely socially appropriate hobby...she loved learning things and began to commit names at least to memory. Semblances would be useful to know as well in the event it played into planning, which it likely would. One of them was of particular note though. A boy with a metal jaw was signing and passed out some vials. From what she overheard,it seemed he was venomous. Her tail shifted under the shirt unconsciously, producing a faint clicking sound as the chitinous plates scraped against each other. She quickly willed it to stop though as she became aware of it.
Two more entered, both from a team PAWS. The pinkette seemed...well...a bit lecherous to Widget, and the boy...well...he was not particularly impressive. He fainted while checking out the girls' butts. Though, Widget had to admit, there were a few cute girls here. The horse faunus, who had introduced herself as Auburn seemed...a bit of a mystery. She was blunt and her semblance seemed to match her personality well. But, she'd only used the one name and had mentioned few experienced what she had and that it'd made her tougher. And the nerve damage? How had that happened? Not to mention she remembered a couple classes with her and she seemed...under educated by quite some degree. But, those thoughts vanished as she watched her pick up the boy from PAWS and flick him hard, chewing him out and telling off any who thought they might be in over their heads. She then just walked off with him and hauled him down, followed soon after by the one known as Skylar and the other bird Faunus who had introduced herself as Yui and a pale girl who had named herself leader of team Rockfall.
Things had certainly escalated fast and, before she could think much more about it, her scroll chimed and she held it up to see the message from Chase. So, he'd been their new member. She was about to message him back when she heard Tabby call out that weird nickname she'd come up for Widget. The hyper girl practically launched herself at Widget with Yuki in tow as she was exclaiming about how she thought it'd be fun to be carried like the boy had been, mentioning playing with Auburn's tail."I highly doubt Auburn would want you to. She seems the sort to...get twitchy if touched Tabby. And it's Widget."She allowed Tabby to lead the way, knowing, in all likelihood, despite the suit being heavy, Tabby might actually keep trying and the cartoony image of Tabby walking along in place, held there by the suit's weight as though she was actually making headway played out in her head. Yeah, there was no question. If the laws of physics allowed that, that would totally be the situation with Tabby. When they got to the edge though, she used the suit to lift Tabby up..
"You can either hold on or go down using the ropes. They won't hold my suit so, I'll just walk off and let the shock dampening system take the hit."She allowed them time to decide and either secure themselves or hop off before she stepped over the edge. She'd likely have to tinker with the dampening system and refit it after the mission, but, it should just about hold up if she was smart with the drops. She found a few outcroppings that had made the drop more manageable and stepped off from one to another before landing with a crash at the bottom a ways from the others as debris flew up from the small cracked indents from the feet of her suit as it landed on the stone.

Fran's curiosity was sated with Prince's reactions, however, the fainting part and being a sloppy mess wasn't in her plan. Now it feels like this is my fault... Before Fran could even hope to fix the happenings around her, a series of different happenings happened also. Never mind the weirdness of these people, but they were spontaneous as all heck. But Fran has a different center of attention now, the polite girl who was doing the translating thingy for the weird person named Dee. While the white haired maiden remains Fran's flower at the mountain top, a few stop overs along the way wouldn't hurt. After all, a bouquet with variety is an eye-catching spectacle.
This polite girl, whose name was never known to Fran, with which she gave the moniker of Snow Lady, had trouble understanding Fran's statement. This made Fran happy and a little bit mischievous on the inside. But before Fran could interact with her, and the guy who lay beside her, the brash woman had already taken a hold of the Prince and was saying her piece. This caused quite a scene which produced different reactions from the others. The lady in front of Fran was just genuinely worried though. She would look around and then pick up double the supplies. Fran would do the same, quietly following her. She would then run towards what it seems like her team mates and notify them of what's happening and what she plans to do.
Fran was aware of the dropped weapons of Prince and planned to bring them with her when she goes down, but the polite girl's eyes focused on them as well. Fran just watched as she picks up his weapons, examining the every move of the maiden in front of her. Hmmm, yes, quite a quaint fellow. Very mannered. Her hair really accentuates the greatness of her petite build. Very nice, very nice. After picking his things up, the lady focuses on Fran once more, asking for her plans to which Fran just replies with a smile and a nod.
Rappelling was something Fran was quite good at, she quickly affixed her harness and prepared to lower down. This experience came from not only training from the primary school, but also when she's doing wall paintings or ceiling paintings. Fran's companion on the other hand, was having a bit of trouble, not to Fran surprise though. As Fran went down smoothly and watched her, she struggled her and there, until she finally just decided to let go and use her natural born gifts. Fran golf claps and quietly says "10/10 landing. Elegant posture" to her. They landed in quite the close proximity to other people too. There's the brazen woman, The Pauper of Paws, Adorable Tweety, Mountain-top flower and Snow Lady, quite the cast. The lady would quickly come unto Prince's side, trying to assess and explicate what's occurring to those around her. Her figure of kindness as she performed a rapid physical exam on the Prince was quite to watch as well. Fran would walk towards them, not wanting to impede what the Lady was doing.
It was only after she started snapping, trying to get Prince to wake up when Fran decided to step in and help."Let me help you...umm...err..." Fran paused, trying to figure out her name. "Lady Aqua! Freya! Future Wife? I mean, anyways, instead of smelling salts, take some coffee and make him smell the aroma." Fran had recalled a scent of coffee on Prince when she first met him. It might have something to do with his psyche. If nothing else she can always pour down hot coffee on him to wake him up. I wonder if the other 2 members of PAWS are also as eccentric as this one. Still, it seems even if quite the lot of this group are spontaneous, unpredictable eccentrics with a liking towards pizzazz, they still seem capable, and focused. Too focused even. Oh well, you know what they say. NEEDS before WANTS.

Ren's head was already hurting to begin with as he was trying to listen to the conversations of SO MANY DAMN PEOPLE but! He could hear people already were making their way down and it was frustrating him at a lack of order, which at times he did like, right now was not so much. He knew they were on a mission and people not taking it seriously with those who do, only chaos could be followed as he soon watched Yui and the boy named Dee talk and do hand gestures thast was revealed to be sign language. He has heard some doubt in Yui's voice before as he soon pouted while he finished his beer and walked back to her as he soon said, "Hey, I will have you know these legs are good for fighting, not just running." He told her before he watched as she began to descend with Dee after excusing herself.
Ren sighed as he looked to Sakura and then shook his head, rubbing the back of his head as he soon muttered. "How the hell are we suppose to go down there and come back unscathed like nothing happened?" He soon moved to get his harness attached to him before he began his own descent, his eyes having a small amber glow as he could see down the cave almost clearly. It was rather unsettling to him how many were so gung-ho on doing this, even more so are those who are being dragged along before he landed on his feet just after Yui walked away after some man named Prince. 'This is gonna be a s**t-show..... I can feel it in my gut with the beer.' He thought as his ears lowered and he followed after Yui. Company: So many people! Yuki met up with her excitable teammate Tabby. Her energy is only matched by her adorableness. "I kinda, really, want to pet her." she said with a light pink dusting on her cheeks. "Eh? Yuki Yuki?" she questioned. She was taken aback a bit. Never gotten a nickname before; at least not a friendly one. "Tabby. No, no." she spoke softly. "We aren't going to carry you like that. You're a big girl. That guy is... a bit needing for assistance." she explained. "If you're a good girl I'll let you play with my tail later, ok? But we have to focus on the mission first. Got a deal?" she bargained. The heterochromatic stifled a laugh as she heard Tabby's name for Scarlet. She softly waved to Scarlet. "I just wanted to get the team together to get a game plan. Have you seen our four-" she stopped. She felt the familiar sensation of her phone buzzing three times indicating a picture message. It was a picture of their fourth -Chase- telling them that he's already gone down. "Ok. That answers that. I guess we should head down there ourselves." she decided. She softly gripped Tabby's hand to get her attention. "I think hopping onto Scarlet's suit is as close to getting carried as you're going to get. How about it?" she asked with a smile. "C'mon. We can't leave him alone, Tabby, we're a team. And teams help each other." she said. Yuki walked a bit closer to Scarlet to bow. "Thank you. I think I will take you up on that offer. Using your suit would be advantageous for us. I appreciate your cooperation.I'm ready when you are and I'm sure Tabby wants to go 5 minutes ago." she chuckled a bit. Post Count: 13

Auburn meant well and her speech actually had some truth into it. In fact, it probably could of set Prince straight for a while either out of fear or anger in which he could perform at his best and get the job done. There was just a tiny little problem, you shouldn't shake or slap a fainted person. That was a first aid don't. So, Auburn just made the situation worse. Majorly worse. It would of been nice if Prince would be able to remember who introduced themselves to them as well, but there was only so much that could be done. This was the school's fault, who decided on the leadership of this team?! Did the not learn from his extra credit fight with Tsuki? The past was the past though, lets focus more on the present. Oh right, Aurbun...
Auburn's speech was a waste of words as Prince wasn't able to hear any of it. She was just talking to a lifeless body that was starting to show a bruise on the forehead. Whenever he wakes up. he would definitely feel that. This misfortune continued, being dragged across the threshold, the brash faunus must of either not paid attention to him earlier and was ignorant that he was unarmed, or must of wanted him to fight grim with a rock, his fists, his katana that had no range and a remnantbucks straw (starbucks rip off store).Either way, he was across the threshold and was, thrown?! Well, this helpful service was going to get a nice 0/5 stars. In all seriousness, her throw did nothing but have Prince lifeless body to collapse onto the ground again. Luckily, help was on the way.
Yui was extremely helpful for the situation. She made sure he was prepared and she retrieved his lost weapons which allowed him to be armed again. Fran was assisting as well having a smart idea that would of probably worked like a charm, but what was her motivation who knew? The various tasks would end up working, starting to bring Usien back to the land of the living.
(Open your eyes if you can hear me)
Aaa...ehhh.....wha.....why is my forehead feel so bad? What happened?... Oh yeah, the stern...who is...where is.....Who is that calling me? What is this snapping noise? CRAP, this isn't good. Come on Prince, time to get up....he would think as the snapping of her fingers and the ting of the metal rings increased in volume in his head. After a few moments, as if on cue with the coffee comment from Fran, he would wake up. Slowing opening his eyes, he would see that his night vision was taking over. So, it was really that dark? He then started to wonder how he got deeper into the cave. That curiosity quickly faded when the realization hit him that he had people surrounding him. Curling his spider limbs around him to hug himself, he tried to stay calm and not seem ungrateful. Luckily, he didn't know what happened while he was out. He disliked being touched and probably would of felt some type of way if he knew all the details of his little short adventure while unconscious. Sitting up, he would hold his head feeling the bruise.
"Did.....did I get hit by a rock?"

Chase had reached the bottom rather easily along with his hound, not encountering any difficulty in their descent into the cavern. While scaling down he had felt almost immediate relief. The people were masked by rocks and an ever growing darkness, which made him feel more secure. The darkness could help hide him from notice later on and for now presented a reassuring cloak to him, in his mind at least. Not to say it was that dark where he was rappelling though. The sun still shined down fairly well at this area of the cavern, if a bit dimmed. The other relief he felt was that the further down he went, the less he heard from the above world. He was quite literally going away from his problems, and he was fine with this. He would have to deal with the group at some point, but that would be for later. If he could have some peace for himself, he would gladly take it at most opportunities. 'It is a cavern as well... It is not likely I would get lost here, nor do I intend to go much further currently.' He thought to himself, reasoning things out. While there were warnings of Grimm, he thought he and his hound could last before others showed. His semblance was one that worked well without needing another's help after all. Even if he was unsure if anyone else had as much medical training as he did, though his was solely the field type. One of the skills he grudgingly admitted was good that he gained from his father's training. Taking off the harness from himself and his hound, Chase would stretch and walk a few feet away from where others would eventually be joining him. He had seen their landings from the plane; he had little doubt similar ones may be attempted here.
Chase would begin to do a quick equipment check to ensure nothing was lost or damaged on the way down as his hound would stand guard behind him, gazing into the darkness with ears pricked and nose ready in case he noticed anything. It wouldn't do to be caught entirely unprepared after all. Upon seeing everything was alright, he debated turning on his lantern or torch. While he himself would not need the light, it would keep his disguise of being human up as well aid any others who could not see in the dark. But given he was the only one here and he preferred the dark... he decided against it. As he was musing, his attention was caught by something above as he looked up... As his mouth opened, but was hidden by his facial covering. He saw the same girl who had been by the edge earlier... but this time holding an unconscious student as they were descending. The guy notably missing a pack as well. 'Why is she carrying an unconscious person...' He began to wonder before pausing as she finally reached ground level...before she tossed his limp body onto the ground, and began a tirade of him needing to be a better leader. Part of him wanted to berate her for doing that, but he stayed silent for now. 'An unconscious person shouldn't be moved as such...' He thought as he was about to go forward to help him... before more people descended.
Chase took a few cautious steps back at the arrival of a female and male. The latter seemed to mostly mind his own business, but the former seemed to want the attention of the girl who clearly had no clue what she was doing or that she was endangering the unconscious guy by her actions. While he was willing to go forward and even be confrontational with one person... three were way too many to even speak, especially since he knew none of them. Chase was mentally trying to get over his own fear of crowds and others to help the poor guy...when another joined their party. This time it was the winged woman, the one he thought to be a member of the Lioncourt famiily, who would join them. And seemed to read the situation much better than the ignorant girl who brought him down here. She had brought an extra pack for him, and immediately began tending him in the correct manner. 'Interesting. Perhaps I am not the only one with medical experience, though this does mean I am unneeded at least.' He silently thought to himself. He had nothing in his medical pack to treat this kind of thing, so him going there would provide little help. Plus it gave him a reason to stay away from the group, which was something he would prefer.
Then another winged faunus came, and another person he assumed to be human joined in...it was quickly getting to be way too many people for Chase. Almost everyone he had seen up there was now down here. Not desiring to be asked what he could do or be caught in the group, he would keep a distance further in the cave. Normally, he would have found a nice corner to hide himself away in or gone further... but he had told his team, whoever they were, that he was down here. And given them an image of him at the very least to identify him. He did not desire to go back on the implied words that he would await them here by slinking off further... even if he really desired to. But he still really did not want to be near this crowd. Primarily because of the thought that the more people there were around him, the higher chance he would be recognized. And recognition was not a good thing when it came to him. 'Not when it is believed the courts failed to find you guilty of murder and that general belief is you did it.' He thought to himself sorrowfully. He would notice the petite girl in the mech suit from earlier, the one who said she was light sensitive, come down in a rather... noticeable manner in her suit, rather than harness. What truly caught his attention though was the fact that she had two others girls on her as she went down. 'Why... well with the impact from her suit, it seems rather heavy... But why carry two other girls when they could rappel down... Are they of the same team?' He silently wondered and reasoned things out in his mind. It made sense for her to have to drop with the suit... but not to carry two other passengers on her, in his mind at least. It would've been easy for one to fall or some other accident to happen. 'I suppose this is where knowing who my team was would be convenient.' He thought to himself silently, slightly vexed. While he had a scroll, he didn't have the teams number on it. Which was why he had someone up there send the message for him. He sighed softly, moving a bit further away from the crowd and a little more into the cavern as his hound followed. His social anxiety was an extreme inconvenience... though thankfully not as bad as usual. Figuring he may as well be a bit comfortable, he would go to the cavern wall a little ahead of the group but still in sight of them and lean against it. His hound following after to sit besides him, at alert. One was watching for grimm dangers.... the other was watching for his team as anxiety crept up. He had already been in one, but despite them being nice he had never been entirely comfortable with them. He had no clue how things would be with this new one. Oh, and he distantly noted in his mind the unconscious person woke up confused as to what happened. Which if no one told him the truth, he would later.
Auburn cocked a brow as several people dropped in, a few gathering around the boy she'd carried down. Yui, notably, cradled him and began to admonish Auburn while checking him over, trying to rouse him. When he came to, she rolled her eyes."Impressive. Not in a particularly good way, but, impressive. I didn't think it possible to sleep through me hitting you. Even just a flick to the forehead. To be fair, I thought he was just being a wimp and about to wet himself or something, his face was scrunched up the whole way. And, frankly, he disarmed and unequipped himself by passing out up there. If he makes a habit of that, he should be prepared to deal with it. Prince right? You're the leader of your team? I may be behind everyone here in terms of education, but, even I can recognize the naming pattern for teams here. You got to grow a pair. Your team may fall based on your actions. Right now, you have others to pick up your slack and cover your a**, but, that won't always be the case. If you are to lead, then lead. If you're going to wimp out and become dead weight, this probably isn't the place for you. Frankly, you can think I'm an a** all you want, I don't care. I'm here to use the one skill I have to make a career out of. Killing things is all I know. So, I have two options, become a murderous lunatic that's hunted down, or make a living out of collecting bounties. I have experience with it. And I may not be fancy or polite in how I say things, but, trust me when I say you won't make it as things are right now. I've seen others die because they could not carry their weight or those with them die because of it. And, more often than I'd like to admit, I was the one forced into killing them."
Over the past few months, Auburn had started opening up more to her team and had started to become more comfortable admitting her past. It might have been a bit much to admit that she had murdered people to the group arrayed before her, but, at this point, she doubted anyone would reject her, if anything, out of necessity. Yes, she killed, but, that meant she was used to it. And, apart from Dee, she suspected she was the most robust person in the whole group. She even suspected she was stronger than him. Anyone with any sense would see the value in having her around. She cleared the gap between her and the boy in a single step and extended her hand."If you think you have any hope of proving me wrong kid, get on your feet. You can't lead your team trembling on the ground."
Reikka perked up at the sound of motion coming from deep within the cave. She had distinctly felt like they were being watched. But not one to leave herself out of such a situation, as she tended to be drawn into conflict, she returned her attention back towards the small crowd that had gathered, and right now Auburn had not ended her tirade of tough-talk on Prince. She released her light grip on Auburn's shoulder and noticed how even quieter it was in here. Even more so than the rocky surface they had just left. Reikka didn't like dark places. It gave her the heebie-jeebies, but still.... there was no use fearing the dark, she knew. Unless it was a Grimm hiding in it. At that thought, she slid her weapon out and began to circle the outer rim of the small gathering, intending to protect them from what it was the was possibly stalking them. She prayed that whatever kind of Grimm they were facing, it was not the kind that could scale huge rocks. She looked around, like a genuine hunter who knew what she was doing, even though she was simply going by instinct at this point, and sniffed the air and listened. When nothing seemed to surface, she sighed in relaxation, only to turn around in time to see Prince wake up from his fainting slumber, and Auburn giving a last-minute warning to him: anyone who's too weak to be here could get them all killed. Reikka's eyes narrowed in sadness at this, as she knew too well that that visual of reality couldn't be more true. She had seen it with her own cerulean eyes, the way the Grimm slaughtered all those people. She felt a chill go down her spine, and then felt a sharp pain in her head. Her eyes closed for a few seconds as the memory ran through her head again. It was as if she, too, had been flicked on the forehead. But she remembered to take a deep breath like she did before she though her life would end, and steadied herself.
She straightened and placed her staff back onto it's strap, and then proceeded to face the crowd. "Everyone, please listen. We cannot stay here. This is Grimm territory. I think it's best if we move on ahead and not stay in one place." She looked at Prince, who was still practically coming to, while one of the winged faunuses named Yui was tending to him. "Can you stand up?" She asked Prince. The girl named Fran had been by his side all worried, and the rest just seemed rather curious. Though she could tell some of them just wanted to also help in some way. She looked at the dimming sun that was barely touching the top of the rocks. She couldn't believe that she had just scaled all of that, but then remembered her semblance wasn't exactly 'normal'. She bet most of the people in this crowd had heard her introduction to her semblance. In which she was grateful that none of them were too nosy and asked her about how or why she had such abilities. Reikka had no idea how to answer such questions, which was the reason why she didn't liked to be asked with said questions. Afterall, who could say why a person is born the way they are? All of it lies within the mystery that was the soul, and why dust seems to be tied to the whole thing in some profound ways. After that action-packed spar with Nox, she had decided to study a bit ahead on 'dust', spending a few hours in the library pouring over books that pertained to the topic of what 'dust' was and how people had come to use them. Not one to be fond of history, Reikka preferred the philosophical side of everything, which focused on the origins, laws, principles and meaning of things. Though the library was full of such content, it rarely delved into it, stating and defining dust as mere fuel for most weapons. It didn't really explain what it was made of. Or atleast she didn't find anything of the sort in the library regarding the matter.
Her teammates had been curious what she did with her spare time. But for Reikka, if she wasn't honestly training to become a warrior who could tear down Grimm, she liked to read. Novels, encyclopedias, picture graphs and illustrations. She consumed all of it with her keen eyes and hungry mind. Especially about things she was genuinely curious about. Then there was the changes that happened between her and her team. During those many weeks they were together, Reikka did not turn Auburn down when it came to her tellings of her past. Reikka understood what it meant to get over a past you could never forget. But she didn't want Auburn to turn that into a reason for living, but instead to find her own reason in the here and now. It seemed she was struggling with that, but she had been patient enough not to yell or shout back. Or fight them for meaningless things, for that matter. Anything that had anything to do with creating a rift between her and her teammates... she avoided. So Reikka had come up with her own ways of communication, even without having to put it into angry words. It wasn't easy, yet such forms of communication came naturally to her and her demure supposition. Especially when Asger left the team to be in a different facility in a while, only to renounce his position after, was hard on all of them. But Reikka remained steadfast, and did not yield to the sorrow that everything with shouldering the burdens of this team brought to her. Instead, she had chosen to be a protector, and to shoulder the responsibilities that came with being a rather low-key team leader with her own silent convictions and determination. And she had promised herself that if she failed or got too injured to continue, she would go back home and help in the family business. But, she wasn't ready to give up the dream of becoming a huntress just yet.
