MINOR REVISION Character Name:DMS Sailor Sinope of Slyness Reason for Revision: Needed to tweak some of the wording of the attacks for clarification, but mostly just changing his Super attack a little bit. Revisions Requested: These are the new attacks/wording/adjustments:
Sailor Scout Attack: Sly Secret Steal!
Description: Sinope locks eyes with his target on the battlefield and casts them a knowing grin.
Effect: • Causes the target to be seized by the unshakable feeling that Sinope knows something about them they really don't want him to know (whether or not he actually knows it)
Use: • Can be used thrice per battle • Useless if Sinope cannot lock eyes with his target or grin at them • Useless if the target cannot see Sinope • Useless if used on a target who feels they have absolutely nothing to hide from Sinope
Range: • Single target attack; affects one target at a time • Can only be used on a target who Sinope can lock eyes with and who has Sinope - specifically his smile - in view
Duration: • Lasts 25 seconds • Once 25 seconds is up, the target may still have suspicions, but the feeling that Sinope knows something they don't want him knowing is not as overwhelming or concerning
Specifics/OOC Notes: • The player of the target can interpret as they see fit what their character thinks Sinope knows. Sinope does not necessarily know whatever it is, but his attack causes his target to think he does, which serves as an unnerving distraction during battle. • How the target character reacts to the feeling that Sinope's attack causes and what they may or may not decide to do about it is completely up to the target's player. While meant as a distraction, this ability may be used to draw focus from the target (for their attacks or anger or otherwise) to Sinope himself and away from his teammates or simply to keep his foes from being able to concentrate.

Effect: • Primary Effect: Seeing Sinope's wink causes the targets to be seized by the unshakable feeling that Sinope knows something about them they really don't want him to know (whether or not he actually knows it) • Secondary Effect: Hearing Sinope's snicker causes the targets affected by the primary effect to believe that Sinope somehow has the ability to act upon the information the target believes Sinope knows due to the primary effect and that nothing they do to him will be able to stop him
Use: • Can be used thrice per battle • Primary effect is useless if Sinope cannot lock eyes with or wink at his target or cannot be seen by them • Primary effect is useless if used on a target who feels they have absolutely nothing to hide from Sinope • Secondary effect is useless without primary effect • Secondary effect is useless if Sinope cannot snicker at his target or cannot be heard by them • Secondary effect is useless if used on a target who doesn't care if Sinope has the ability to act upon the information they believe he knows due to the primary effect or that nothing they do to him will be able to stop him

Eternal Sailor Attack: Sly Surrounding Insight!
Description: Sinope throws his head back and gives a loud, unnerving laugh heard across the battlefield.
Effect: • Hearing Sinope's laugh causes the targets to be seized by the unshakable feeling that Sinope knows everything about everyone on the battlefield (which, of course, he doesn't actually know)
Use: • Can be used once per battle • Useless if Sinope cannot laugh • Useless if Sinope cannot be heard • Useless if used on a target who doesn't care if he knows anything about anyone on the battlefield
Range: • Multi-target attack; can simultaneously affect anyone within a ten-foot radius • Can only be used on a targets who have Sinope within earshot
Duration: • Lasts 45 seconds • Once 45 seconds is up, the targets may still have suspicions, but the feeling that Sinope knows everything about everyone on the battlefield is not as overwhelming or concerning
Specifics/OOC Notes: • How the target character reacts to the feelings that Sinope's attack causes and what they may or may not decide to do about it is completely up to the target's player. • This eternal attack is different from the super in that it's only audial with Sinope's form of attack being his laughter. It also gives the targets a feeling that Sinope knows everything about all targets on the battlefield rather than just one secret.
MINOR REVISION Character Name:Scylla of the Kraken Reason for Revision: Eternal Ability never created Revisions Requested: Attack #3: Eternal Ability NAME: Devour What it does: "Gradually, Kraken ascends to the surface, and when he is at ten to twelve fathoms, the boats had better move out of his vicinity, as he will shortly thereafter burst up, like a floating island, spurting water from his dreadful nostrils and making ring waves around him, which can reach many miles. Could one doubt that this is the Leviathan of Job?"
Scylla stamps her foot on the ground, causing the earth to appear to rumble around her in an (illusory) explosive tidal wave, flooding out for a 20-foot radius. A single tentacle per enemy, similar in appearance to the toothed tentacles created by Scylla's Hunger, spawns within 2 feet of the identified enemy and attempts to grab the nearest threat. Scylla has no control over the actions of these tentacles. They will not attempt to do more than grab and hold the nearest threat unless the 'grappled' player wishes so for plot purposes. Nor does Scylla feel any pain as they are attacked, unlike she might with the tentacles which she can control. "Enemy" is a character in opposition to Scylla, while "threat" is anyone who is not Scylla. While the tentacle spawns due to the presence of Scylla's rival, once it spawns there is no additional control over what happens- a Chaos agent could use one of Scylla's allies to distract the tentacle, and the ally would have to fight their way free. Another entity who copies this attack will still be recognized as a potential threat. In the case of an enemy or daring ally copying this, all participants in the roleplay are assigned as potential threats for the copied casting. In the event this is being used in an overly crowded ORP, unless allowed otherwise for meta/event purposes, this attack will be limited to 12 tentacles and 15 feet radius, the same as her Super ability. This ability can be used once per battle unless allowed otherwise for meta/event purposes.

Within the bubble, everyone must behave according to appropriate rules of etiquette; any transgressions - which can be as large as attacking people or as small as speaking crudely - will result in being ejected from the bubble (by being forcefully slid out), and in order to get inside if they weren't within the radius when the attack was cast or if they were thrown out, enemies and allies alike must request and be granted permission from Xenia herself. The bubble persists for 30 seconds. Xenia can use this attack once per battle.

MINOR REVISION Character Name: Captain Chalcanthite Reason for Revision: Weapon Change Revisions Requested: Lieutenant: A Viola bow which can be used for whacking and poking but nothing really dangerous unless you're a spider or a fly. (same)
Captain: An archery bow that looks somewhat like a viola bow still with some arrows, everything is wood so he has to treat it like he would his viola humidity wise. (same)
General: Locked A small crossbow that uses a special stun/groggy dart which has a short duration of 5-10 seconds and will only seriously effect someone if hit repeatedly in a short period of time. It also takes him 5-10 seconds to reload because of the pullback to load a dart. (former) --->> A more intricate bow that uses barbed arrows, he has 10 of them available for use, he also has his 10 standard arrows if needed for less lethal attacks.(NEW)

MINOR REVISION Character Name: Eternal Sailor Acubens Reason for Revision: The AoE style fo Acubens' eternal attack made it very difficult for her to use this attack, since it has a chance of hitting everyone around her. Revisions Requested: Slight Attack Adjustment Velociraptor Endow Type Offensive Acubens casts her magic and is surrounded by a red glow. For the next forty five seconds her speed is increased by 25% and she gains the ability to ‘slash’ at her opponents as if she were equipped with a raptor claw. This causes the sensation of pain but does not do any real damage unless the player wants to take on lasting damage; slashes can feel like either thin cuts or deep gashes. While she can attack multiple people at once, she has five second intervals between when she can the same person again. Her magic lasts for forty five seconds and has one use.

MINOR REVISION Character Name: Takamizawa Reason for Revision: Every time I've rped with his current attacks people have just had their characters shrug it off, to the point where it isn't even a slight distraction, so I believe that his attacks should be more, like actual attacks. Revisions Requested: Sailor Scout Attack: Surgeon's Cut Focusing on a target, Kami makes a slicing motion with his hand as if holding a scalpel. Down the middle of the of the target's chest a thin line appears and it feels as if they are being cut open for surgery. Feels like getting cut by a knife (player can choose pain amount, on a scale of 1-10, between 1-3 on the scale). Line remains for 25 seconds and can be used 3 times in battle.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Surgeon's Slice The same as Surgeon's Cut, but instead it lasts for 35 seconds and can be used on two targets, with only 2 uses. The player can choose a pain amount, between a scale of 1-10, between 3-5 on the scale (aka not TOO painful!).
Eternal Sailor Attack: Operation Focusing on a target, Kami makes a slashing motion. Very suddenly the target of the attack feels as if they have painfully lost a limb through amputation though no limb is actually lost (the limb in question is up to the player). The attack lasts for 45 seconds and can be used once per battle. There may be lingering numbness of the limb for the target after.

If that is too high, I can only lower it to 2-4, but I actually want it to do something to other's characters, not just go "oh they feel it, but brush it off because it doesn't really hurt."
