Hey guys! A couple more updates for you this fine day.

Firstly, we have a new and very important spotlight up! Everyone go take a look - it's featuring the one and only Gaian Annual Ball. Everyone should participate and have fun - I know I will be! ^^

Secondly, the winners of the new spellcasting mod competition are in! Well, winner. Or... winners? Hmmmm... we'll just have to wait and see... ;o

Also, I'm thinking of redoing the BIT (AGAIN) >3>; Because it feels like the thread is just getting too long and burdensome and no one will read it anyway. SO I'm reopening the debate on comprehensive-or-not threads, in the form of a new poll! There's also a second, minor poll about the Archives.

Heeeeyyyyyy all my favourite peoples, it's another annoying announcement from your faaaavourite guild! o3o

Today I need you guys to take another look at the recent poll on how information and guides are organised here. More importantly, take a look at my post, because I've knocked together the potential for how it will look and I need you guys to give your opinions on whether or not you feel this would be a good idea.

Topic-specific threads in their own forum was a popular idea - do you guys still think so now?

Hey there everyone! Yeah, so, I lied in the last announcement. Event post still isn't out >3>; But it wasn't intentional, I swear! I've been held hostage and raped by the Summer Fairies this last week+!

I'm trying to ease back into guild work now, as I'd feel bad taking more than two weeks off. So to help me get back in gear, go visit the full announcement here, where I've made a list of all the things you can be expecting me to do over this summer.

Hey there everyone, so... I'm trying to get back into gear with the guild, as you all know I haven't been doing too much besides roleplaying a scene with Nii.

So while I'm thinking about it, here's a list of all the things you can be expecting me to do this summer:



PRIORITY: Finish the first event.

It's coming up to like three months now, and we still have two and a half scenes to get through, one of which is longer than two of the others put together. Now, partially this is my fault for churning out posts slowly, but we also have week-long gaps between people winning the right to choose and actually choosing. So from now on I would like to encourage people to make their choice the same day as they win, or a day or two after if you can't decide. I'm making this a priority so that we can try whizzing through the whole thing within the month. (Obviously, this is flexible.)

The only thing I can say here is that while I hate sacrificing quality for speed with my writing, that may be what has to happen in order to meet it. If you spot any typos or anything that doesn't make sense do NOT be afraid to call me out on it in the discussion thread.



PRIORITY: Advance the roleplay AND work on sysv2.

Now, I have no idea where Meta's got to, but as you can see we have been waiting on a scene involving her new character in order to advance. She's also meant to be organising the ball. However, it's not problem, as I can take over the ball. We'll just have to slash the scene, and you'll just have to trust me and the rp updates on what happens.

Hopefully, with everything taken into account, we should be able to start chapter 2 by the end of the summer. As I've said this elsewhere but doubt anyone except Mab has caught it, I've planned three chapters of plot for the roleplay. Just a tidbit of information there.

I'm also waiting on art from a couple of commissioned artists to use for these future developments.

HOPEFULLY the release of chapter 2 will coincide with the release of sysv2. To this extent, I'm going to start working harder on...



PRIORITY: Sysv2

Yes, and I'd like to encourage all devs to stick their noses back in the dev thread from time to time to see if there's anything they can do to help. We need to finish off the skills, then sort them into pools, then sort THOSE into classes. Finally, everything needs to be written up. If you have any ideas for classes or new skills, post them up.



New mod profiles. Completed resource threads [eg map thread].

An individual profile for each character. You may or may not have seen Zain's - the others will follow a similar pattern.




New Information Forum.

This was a very popular idea. This will also be accompanied by a new Home Page, with new art and links to important places. More info here.




Twitter.

With the scrapping of the BIT will come the advent of TBO on Twitter. You wanted it, now you'll get to spy on me daily >o





I'm glad to see everyone has been sticking around and enjoying themselves in my absence. I hope everyone's having a good summer =)

(What, you thought my Announcement titles NEVER made sense? O ye of little faith...)

This is just a quick note to welcome/draw attention to/rape a good friend of mine, Doc Silverblade, aka the Doc. He's been an absolute darling passing on messages and running errands for me this past month or so while I've been ill, and as I know he'd fulfill any duties I dished out with pride and skill and all those other nice things, I figured he deserved a place on our little team of mods. Yes, now I can bark instructions and wield my mighty torch/trident/p***s even when away from the computer. Be afraid.

And well, guys, it looks like I did end up having a summer break, even if it is of the undesireable bedridden kind. Hopefully things will be back to normal soon enough, and I can return to churning out killer(?) content all hours of the day and night! Word up to our lovely Feline Godess, who's having similar health problems right now. =[ It's always the beautiful ones...

Well, keeping y'all updated, we have a couple of things going on at the moment.

Not only has fun stuff been happening in the roleplay, but we have a new interviewee in the chair - take a look at what Imaru has to say for himself!

Continuing in our renovations, the ATETS3 crossover has seen some big changes. Next on my list is organising a new guild-wide art quest to furnish some new content. Let's hope it attracts plenty of interest.

Finally, the event is up and running again...

...However, after saying all that, you won't be seeing too much of me for the next four days. I'll be largely away from the computer Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. So I can't promise much will happen before Friday, but things are still slowly kicking back into gear.

This is just a note to say that two of the guild-wide art quests in the BAT have received updates. The other two still require interest, so PLEASE contribute your skills to the guild!

Hey there everyone! This is just a note in advance to let you all know that I'll be going away from Thursday the 16th to Sunday the 19th, so unfortunately I don't know how much I'll be around during those four days. I'm looking forward to a nice trip... with hopefully lots of Thai food! Yummmm =w=

Uhh, let's see, do I have any... notes... META, get everything ball-related done by the middle or end of next week PLEASE! I want at least two-three weeks for everyone to roleplay in it before we're ushered into Chapter 2! Speaking of which, YES, if everything goes according to plan, the event will be ending within that timeframe, and we'll be entering a brave new world of roleplaying. Hopefully.

If anyone wants an avatar edit or to pitch in ideas for all the extra frills, post in Meta's ball-planning thread. The actual ball, as you all know, will be taking place within the official roleplay thread.
