The weapon master can strike with such speed that they can perform two different weapon techniques in the same post. In addition at a C rank chakra cost the weapon master can jump at the opponent and spin their body incredibly fast, either using the technique defensively, by deflecting attacks away from their body, reducing the damage of techniques by 2 ranks(can nullify genin or lower techniques completely. Or it can be used offensively, moving the blades in front of you to strike furiously at your opponent, striking as many as 20 times in rapid succession

Redirect Elements:
Can redirect any elemental ninjutsu used against the weapon master, as long as the weapon master can use that element and is equal rank to the jutsu being used against them. Like the name says these ninja are faster and more agile then normal ninja, allowing them to more easily avoid attacks, and to close distances equally fast.

Chakra Control: This Shinobi is a master of Chakra Control, allowing them to more easily learn to mold their chakra to perform jutsus, as well as allowing them to use their chakra more effeciently when using jutsus. At higher ranks they even learn to mold chakra without the use of hand-seals.
(-2 posts for training, reduced chakra costs (see Chakra System), can perform jutsus that are two or more ranks below you without hand-seals.)

@Okamiken: You cant just completely change your character like that. You have to stay the same as you were previously, and pick a profession that fitted your Shinobi best based on ninja types/how you RPed with him. Seeing as he didnt have medical then, I cant allow him to have medical now.

Take off the description for every jutsu, it just streches the page. People should be able to tell what the jutsu does by how you describe it in the RP.

Your chakra points are wrong.

Personality: Aeden is the very definition of 'Strategist'. He's always calculating and planning. His brain runs like a computer.
Behavior: He's sort of a... mystery.

╫Background Information╫



Aeden was born to two nobles within the Snow Village. His parents were constantly working, but were good people, as was his little sister. This left him with all of the riches he could ever want. This, of course, naturally spawned jealousy. He was constantly attacked verbally by ignorant people, and the maids and such treated him as royalty. He didn't want that. He wanted a normal life as a normal child. However, and the date is unclear, but their home was burned to the ground. His parents and sister, murdered. The assassin's identity is unknown to all but Aeden, who swore vengence.

To better himself as a shinobi, he visited the Leaf village for roughly eight years, give or take a few months, where he learned both a jutsu list and the Eight Celestial Gates, seeking a taijutsu style that focused on flexibility rather than brute force. He also picked up a few medical jutsu in an attempt to be both well rounded and self-reliant.

Afterwards, he appeared in the Rock Village, and suddenly had become the kage's right hand man, which again angered a few people. There's no record of the time between Leaf and Rock, but his power had grown greatly.

It is unknown why, but one day, he just... vanished. Without a trace, he disappeared.

This was Aeden's profile immediately prior to July 21st. He was untouched since he was created. If you look, he does have Medical as an element and up to, I believe, Chunnin or so ranked medical jutsus. Now, I know what you will most likely say: you don't care, and if that was the case, he should have never been accepted, but if that's the case, why was he? So, as for him not having medical jutsu before, he always did. For Chakra Points, it's to my understanding that Medium Chakra gives 120 chakra points, another fact that remained constant from his creation to now. Chakra Control is based off Chakra Control type plus medical Chakra Control benefit. As for the profession itself, picking a profession that best fit's Aeden, it could go one of two ways: This Aeden, the chakra battery, or Taijutsu Aeden, the Speed Tank.

First off, dont go making assumptions about what I'm gonna say, its rude, and its not very smart to speak that way to the guy who decides if you RP or not. If someone with mistakes on their profile were accepted, they were probably accepted by someone other than me (Keep in mind that a majority of people were recruited into this guild before I even joind gaia, let alone became the profile acceptor)

Even back when we did not use shinobi professions, you COULD use medical techniques, but if you did not have the medic shinobi profession, you could only have them up to C rank (B rank now that we have added it). But looking at this old profile, you dont have the medical shinobi type. You can keep the medical jutsus, but cant suddenly become a profession-based medic, which can use up to S rank jutsus.

You DO realize that you may only have up to B rank jutsus for your tertiary element, correct? In this new profile, you have S ranked jutsus under all 3.

See the chakra system for chakra modifiers.

Also, looking at this new profile, you now have two completely different Shinobi types than from before. The new profile format does not give you the ability to change all your RPC's skills. We MIGHT allow someone to change one profession after 2 weeks, if its not what they thought it was, but you've had this character for a year, so your stuck with what you've got.

8 inner gates has to be taken off, since your not a leaf shinobi.

Keishi-rin is not, and never has been, a crew member, so saying she was able to approve your dragon summon is ridiculous.

How do you now have Rasengan? Forgive me if you learned it in RP, but I dont see it anywhere anymore.

Profession Base Benefit: Increased Chakra Pool: Ninjutsu specialists' heavy dependence on the ability to use jutsus, they train themselves to increase their chakra reserves. Learning Information:

Ninjutsu Specialists receive a -1 post learning bonus when learning ninjutsu, but receive a + 1 post penalty for learning genjutsu and a +2 post penalty for learning taijutsu/weapon techniques and styles.

Weakness: 1) Weak Bodied: Ninjutsu users generally focus on keeping a safe distance from their opponent while they bombard them with jutsus, as a result often times ninjutsu users are not as physically tough as others.

(( The 8 Gates were allowed since the bio had Aeden placed in Konoha for most of his younger years. That can be changed.

The chakra reserves were wrong, and I was confused with the dragon summoning. Those two I'll give you. Rasengan was gotten from the Timeskip. Medical was not done as a type because it was useless: -1 chakra points to medical jutsu and -1 posts to learn them. If he already had them upon creation and rarely had to use his medical jutsu, both because nothing really went on around Aeden and people rarely fought, leading to the need of medical jutsu, then there was no point in having that type.

There's also the fact that many believe Aeden's extremely OP as he is now. With one or two posts, he could kill just about anyone (Speed of a fighter jet + wide chakra attack at S ranked at point blank range), granted after that he can't really use jutsu. Having him as a medical shinobi makes him less powerful in terms of what he once was. It's either that, or the alternative makes him stronger as a Taijutsu shinobi.

This will be the last I say. If you still are against him being a medical shinobi, then the alternative will be used. ))

Issei no Jutsu (Shout Technique)
By focusing chakra into the vocal chords, the user may amplify his or her voice. This may serve many purposes, such as suddenly giving off a loud cry to startle or distract enemies. It also might be useful to give off your location to allies, although any enemies in the area may overhear as well.

Hibiki no Jutsu (Noise Technique)
This jutsu sends a small sound wave off in any direction, for about 20 feet. Upon reaching its destination, it dissipates, giving a small noise similar to crunching leaves or snapping twigs. It can be quite useful to distract the enemy for a decisive moment, or to lure him away from a certain area.

Myaku (Pulse)
Using a minor amount of chakra to strengthen their lungs, the user can release a ball of compacted air that travels quickly up to 15 feet. When the ball impacts something, it hits with force equal to the user's punch. This jutsu is used to teach the basics of air manipulation.

Yobiko (Whistle)
Unlike Shout, this jutsu actually imbues sound waves with chakra. At this level of skill, the user is only able to affect a very narrow range of frequencies, the frequency of a whistle just happening to fall in that range. The user manipulates the wave, increasing amplitude and frequency slightly, in order to make the whistle unusually loud and piercing. This jutsu is usually used to teach the basics of sound manipulation.

Genin:

Kaze Senbon no Jutsu (Wind Needles Technique)
This jutsu uses low frequency (below 20 Hz) sound waves to manipulate air particles. It increases the density of the air around the user’s hand into several small air pockets and then fires these pockets at high velocity toward a certain target. The wind is usually formed on top of the user’s finger and shot at will. It can be shot with dozens at the same time, and do not have to move in a straight line. However it is easier to spot than most needles due to the vacuum of air that it creates and lets the opponent see it.

Kinsei Hakai (Balance destroy)
This jutsu grants the ability to control sound with chakra and direct it into the opponent’s ears. This causes somewhat of a disturbance in the eardrums. This opponent to lose his or her balance over the period of their next post. However, the jutsu must be done at a fairly close range (no more than 10 feet) since the effects of sound dissipate over distance.

Yubi Kausi No Jutsu (Finger Spike Technique)
The user’s fingernails grow ten inches long and become quite sharp. They can then be used as slashing and cutting weapons in close combat. However, the nails are not strong enough to be used to block heavier weapons such as swords.

Onpa no Tenohira (Wave Palm)
The user transmits chakra to his palm, causing the surface of the hand to vibrate. He or she then attempts to strike the enemy with the open palm. Should the attack hit, it would cause little to no physical damage, however the vibrations work their way into the enemy’s nerves, causing a great deal of local pain at the spot struck.

Zankuuha (Air Cutter)
This technique gives one the basic ability to control his or her Arm Cannons. The user focuses chakra into the barrels implanted in their arms and then releases it with a blast. A high powered gust of wind then explodes from the user’s palms, knocking nearly anything weaker than trees flat that lies in its path.

Koukaon no Jutsu (Sound Effect Technique)
Description: Using the Cannon and Glove in tangent, the user can create a sound effect of choice. The effect might be the sound of an explosion, an animal roaring, footsteps, etc., but cannot be a human voice speaking in sentences; the sound has to be simple.

Kaze no Sen (Wind harpoon)
This jutsu is an upgrade of the technique Kaze Senbon. However, instead of shooting out multiple smaller needles, the user fires a large harpoon made of air from his/her palm.

Chuunin:

Yubi Kasui Teppoudama No Jutsu (Finger Spike Bullet Technique)
The normal finger dagger technique must be learned before you are able to learn this upgraded technique. These nails can be used in close combat but can also be fired off in high speed from the user's fingertips. The user may freely choose how many he/she wants to shoot and can grow new nails if needed.

Mirimeetoruha (VHF – Very High Frequency Wave)
By exercising further chakra control, the user is able to tighten the frequency of the sound waves emanating from his harmonic glove. They are able to do far more damage under these circumstances. Any glass in the immediate area will shatter when this jutsu is used and the target of the jutsu may experience debilitating vertigo, strong nausea, or even hallucinations, although they would be uncontrolled by the user. It would be extremely rare for at least one of these symptoms not to appear. In addition, the target will suffer temporary deafness for at least 3 posts.

Kaze no Yari (Wind Spears)
This jutsu combines the principals of Kaze no Hari and Kaze no Sen. In effect, it creates multiple spears of wind that may be fired together or independently. The number of spears created is equal to 1/3 the user’s control and power combined, or (Power + Control)/3

Himei no Jutsu (Shriek)
The user lets forth a loud scream, enhanced by chakra, usually loud enough to make people cover their ears and make their bodies numb due to high frequency sound waves. This jutsu should not be used overmuch, since it strains the user’s throat quite a bit.

Jounin
Kaze no Ransu (Wind Lance)
In this new incarnation of the Kaze no Sen, the user creates a single, long air bolt of extreme density and power. It then is launched at high velocity toward a target. As it approaches the target, the user may choose to have the lance separate into several hundred needles much like those described in Kaze no Hari.

Jigoku Himei no Jutsu (Hell Shriek)
An improved version of the himei no jutsu. The voice of the shriek is twice as high, enough to make enemies go deaf and destroy glass. It sounds so horrible as if it comes from hell itself, making enemies cower with fear and terror.

Chuunin
Mizu no Yaiba (Water Sword)
Description: Creates a sharp sword made of solid water in the user’s hand. As the user's control improves, he can manipulate the shape and size he/she wants the sword to have, from a tiny dagger to a massive decapitator sword. At the minimum requirements, the sword has minimal offensive power, able to make slight cuts and tears in the flesh of an opponent, and susceptible to high pressure (an opponent breaking the blade with a weapon of his own) and earth attacks.
Academy Level: The sword can be up to the size of a wakizashi, and is fragile, breaking under the pressure of weapon strikes against it and low level earth ninjutsu.
Genin Level: The sword can be up to the size of a katana, and is now as strong as a normal, metal blade. Strong earth Ninjutsu can still destroy the blade, however.
Chuunin Level: The sword can be up to the size of a nodachi, and now cuts with the edge of a finely crafted blade. It can no longer be destroyed by any genin level fire ninjutsu and using it as a defensive sweep can negate academy level Fire ninjutsu.
Jounin Level: The sword can be up to the size of a cleaver, and is now incredibly durable and lethal. Advanced Chuunin level earth Ninjutsu is required to harm the blade, and defensively the blade can disperse up to genin level fire techniques.

Mizutamari Yusuo no Jutsu (Water Puddle Transportation)
Requirements: Mizutamari no Jutsu
Description: The normal Mizutamari Technique must be learned before you can use this technique, since it requires Mizutamari to be used in conjunction with it. The user uses the Mizutamari to sink into a puddle and can then appear in another puddle within the area, this can be a great way to surprise your opponent. If a user uses the Mizutamari while standing on top of a lake or river or any other water source, he/she can materialize himself/herself back anywhere he/she wants within the area of the water source (maximum range, 1/2 a mile.) That way the user can surprise the enemy from behind or even from below.

Mizukaisou Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Reflection Clone Technique)
Description: A jutsu that makes the user's reflection in water step out of the reflection and attack as a physical body. This type of water clone is an improvement over the Mizu Bunshin, possessing Chakra, Intelligence, and Physical abilities equivalent to 1/3 the user's. Each clone can be destroyed with a solid blow.

Mizu no Yoroi (Water Armor)
Description: A thin layer of water covers the user’s whole body. At the basic requirements, it gives protection against fire techniques by dampening the effects, as well as nullifying some Taijutsu attacks. While the armor is on, it constantly draws out small amounts of both the user’s chakra and stamina, and thus can only be kept up for a limited time.

Suiton: Fuuma Mizu Shuriken (Water Release: Evil Windmill Water Shuriken)
Description: Instead of creating multiple smaller shurikens made of water, the user creates one or more large Fuuma Shurikens made of water and launches it towards the enemy. The shuriken causes massive damage when hitting an enemy. It is also much more solid than the normal water shurikens and can easily parry other kunais and shurikens that come in its path. This technique can be performed in one of two ways: the first is to create a single shuriken that the user may throw (this requires no body of water to draw from,) the second requires a large body of water, but allows the Mist shinobi to create multiple shuriken that he can launch directly from the water sources towards the enemy. This can be especially deadly if the fight itself is taking place atop said body of water, since the shurikens are hidden until they actually emerge from the water.

Deido Tama (Mud Ball)
Description: A very useful technique used to slow down their opponents, the user spits out a large ball of mud. The mud is kept together with chakra and, when it stikes a hard surface, it hardens-- slowing down movement of the person hit or weighing down an item. Once it has turned solid, only a strong person can break it, though a water technique of chuunin level or higher can liquify the mud once more. Eventually, the hardened mud shatters, and the victim is no longer inconvenienced by it.

Kirigakure: Shunshin no Jutsu (Hidden Mist: Instantaneous Body Skill)
Description: An ability which allows the user to transport from one area to another in a spray of fine mist. The user has to have been to the area before and the distance is limited to about one mile. This jutsu can only be used to escape combat, and may not be used if the shinobi is attacking or has been attacked.

Suikusari no Jutsu (Water Chains Technique)
Description: Creates chains made of water and binds the enemy's ankles and wrists to make them more vulnerable and less mobile. The enemy can still perform normally if he is strong enough to move.

Suimenka no Kisoku ( Breathing underwater Technique)
Description: The art of breathing underwater using chakra to remove oxygen from water has been a long handed down secret of the Mist. The length of time and the depth that the diver can go under depends on the ability of the user. This technique typically activates whenever the shinobi breathes in water and requires no handseals.

Kirigakure no Jutsu (Hidden Mist Technique)
Description: A highly effective cover technique which blankets an area in a thick mist, confusing the senses of the enemy. Unless the user is trained to fight without the use of his vision, or has learned the technique to see through the mist, this doesn't not provide a significant combat advantage. The mist swirls about, confusing vision and distorting sound. Visibility is cut down to three feet. The mist lasts for 3 posts, plus an additional post for every 10 points in Reserves the user has. It is important to note that this mist is non-natural, and obstructs the view of even those using low level techniques (stage 3 or lower) to attempt to see through it.

Kiri Shikaku no Jutsu (Mist Vision Technique)
Description: A technique usually used with Kirigakure no Jutsu, the Mist Vision technique allows the user to see through heavy mist, steam, or any other condition caused by water in the air. This does not give the ability to see through smoke. The technique is passive and activates when the user's vision would otherwise be obstructed by mist. Does not require hand seals.

Gekiryuu Chikara (Raging River Force)
Description: This technique is similar to the Water Torrent technique, save for a few key differences. Firstly, the power of this technique is enough to tear down most stone walls and defenses, not to mention defenses made of weaker materials. Secondly, this technique produces enough water to flood a small area. This technique can floor an area of 200 square feet (a 10x10 square.)

This jutsu distorts the hearing of the opponent, causing the sounds of the user to appear to be coming from every direction. Commonly used to confuse the target concerning his foe’s location, or used to intimidate the one’s adversary by convincing him that he is surrounded.

Okuyuki Katawa (Depth Distortion)
This jutsu adversely affects the depth perception of a target, making them unable to accurately judge the distance between themselves and an object. For example, an opponent under the influence of this technique would have trouble determining the speed of an incoming projectile, or may misjudge a quarry’s position as being further away.

Kuuden (Static)
Description: This jutsu targets the sense of hearing of a foe. While under the affect of this skill, the victim constantly hears the sound of static in his ears, making it difficult for one suffering from this affliction to hear sounds over the annoying noise. Often used to hamper communication between foes, as well as a distraction.

Shimaru Shikaku (Closed Sight)
This jutsu targets the peripheral vision of the target. While under the affects of this jutsu, the victim's range of vision will be reduced from roughly 160 to 60 degrees; essentially causing them to see only what is directly in front of their eyes. Due to this, the afflicted will find themselves unable to register attacks coming from either flank, and will in turn also find targeting foes for attack more difficult than normal.

Genin:

Kugurinukeru Meikyou (Through the Looking Glass)
With a few hand seals the user shatters their opponent's vision. For the next 4 posts the target will see the world as if they were looking through a pane of broken glass. This type of compound vision tends to make it a lot harder to decide exactly where something is by presenting a multitude of images and if nothing else it is extremely annoying but it isn't inherently dangerous.

Youma Tacchi: Ghost Touch
This simple genjutsu shifts the target's perceptions of the world two feet forwards and two feet to the left. While they are affected they will believe that they just pass right through whatever they try to touch like a ghost trying to make contact with the real world. This jutsu works best if people just ignore the target and any sort of forceful contact will snap the target out of this state.

Kenbou no Jutsu (Forgetfulness Technique)
This advanced genjutsu affects the portion of the victim's brain that governs memory and recollection. When invoked, this jutsu allows the user to cause the afflicted forget one ninjutsu or genjutsu of the users choice for a certain duration. However, for the user to force the jutsu to be forgotten, he must have seen him perform the skill in the past, either earlier in the current thread, or in a previous encounter. The victim's memory returns to normal following the end of the thread. This jutsu can only be used once per thread.

Suzu Senbon no Genkaku (Illusion Bell Needles)
A technique that uses special bells attached to throwing needles. The bells ring at a certain frequency and the sound directly affects the brain. This is able to disorient the opponent and create minor illusions.

Chuunin:

Mokugeki (Pantomime)
For the next 3 posts, the target will believe they are trapped in a small, invisible and soundproof box. They will be granted the full abilities of a mime and as such they can trace the walls, bang on the sides, and scream without making a sound and with perfect accuracy. The jutsu is also dispelled if anything enters the box.

Atama Kusari No Jutsu (Chained Mind Technique)
This technique uses intricate hand movements and subtle chakra waves to render the target hypnotized and incapable of movement. However, if the target cannot see the shinobi's hands, the technique will not take hold. This effect will only last as long as the shinobi continues to perform the technique and the target can see the shinobi's hands. In other words, while performing this jutsu, you are helpless, but so is your target. (Similar to the Shadow Bind technique, but this genjutsu uses far less chakra). Ideally, this technique would be used as part of a team strategy.

Mimiuchi no Jutsu (Whisper Technique)
Description: The user can create a sound or a word (not a full sentence) and direct it to the target, so only the target can hear it, inside his mind, while thinking the sound comes from right next to him.

Jouho no Koe (Voice of Compromise)
The user focuses a small amount of chakra into his vocal chords as he speaks, allowing it to escape with his voice. This technique does not affect the sound of the user’s voice directly, but rather affects how any listeners hear the message. While using this technique, anything the user says will be perceived by listeners as a positive message. It can have numerous effects, such as endearing the speaker to his audience. The power of this jutsu is quite limited, however. It tends to have very little effect on established enemies, or people in a high state of emotion, although it has been known to calm down agitated people.

Itai Kanetsuki no Jutsu (Painful Ringing Technique)
This genjutsu is performed in exactly the same way as the Suzu Senbon no Genkaku. However, instead of causing nausea and vertigo, it progressively causes more pain as long as the target listens to the sounds of the bells. On the first post, the pain is nothing more than an annoying headache; the second post is on par with a serious migraine; the third post is incredibly, throbbingly painful; and the fourth is nigh-unbearable. On the fifth post and up the target is usually unconscious. To stop this genjutsu the target must either disrupt the use's concentration or destroy the bells - their choice.

Ataeru Kanjoo no Jutsu (Inflict Emotion Technique)
This is a fairly high level genjutsu where the shinobi temporarily changes the emotions of the target to his/her liking. The emotions imparted can be anything from ecstasy, despair, overconfidence, grief, etc. One would be advised against using this technique on teammates, however. After the effect has passed, the victim remembers the one who used the technique, and almost always with hostility.

Nouzui Momiryouji (Brain Massage)
Through sound hypnosis and a form of Himei no jutsu, the user can make the opponent see some form of images and is able to bind him/her in place. Although the opponent is not actually bound, it is usually because the opponent’s body feels numb and is under genjutsu that he feels he is numb.

Tokitsukeru no Koe (Voice of Persuasion)
This jutsu applies all the effects of Jouho at a heightened level. In addition, the user can now make requests of his listeners and, assuming they are not too unreasonable, they will be favorably considered. However, this technique is still limited in its level of influence. For example, someone using this technique may be able to convince an enemy to retreat, but probably not to surrender. Also, the jutsu remains much less effective against impassioned people, especially if the anger is directed at the user.

Jounin
Kodou Dousa (Beat Motion)
By subtly altering the way the target's brain interprets sound a ninja who uses this technique can cause their opponents to twitch or convulse at every sound they hear. Most sound at normal volume levels - footsteps, someone coughing - will cause slight and nearly unnoticeable twitches in the target. Louder sounds like clashing steel or someone shouting will cause a momentary spasm in usually the arm or leg muscles. Extremely loud sounds like an explosion or someone raking their nails down a chalkboard will cause the target to collapse and shudder momentarily. Anything in the upper echelons of human hearing - say 150 decibles - would cause violent and nearly bone breaking convulsions and if anything this loud was maintained for more than two posts the target would surely break their own back.

Kin'atsu no Shujouteki (Emotional Suppression)
Description: This genjutsu affects the mind of the target, rendering them numb of feeling and void of emotion. This skill is typically used to calm ones own emotional panic, or to play havoc on the minds of a foe's allies. However, this skill has also been known to be used an effective tool against emotionally driven opponents.

Kurayami no Oii (Shroud of Darkness)
Description: This jutsu calls into being a sheet of inky darkness over an area of roughly five hundred square yards in length and 40 yards in height. This mass of darkness cancels all forms of natural light, causing the area to become a perfect inky black. While inside the shroud, individuals are essentially rendered blind by the complete lack of light. However, the creator of the shroud is able to see clearly and unhindered. An active doujutsu can see through the darkness of the shroud, and the shroud is dispelled if any form of attack strikes the user.

Eikyou no Koe (Voice of Influence)
By now, the user has gone far beyond the limits of normal persuasive speech. The scope of commands or requests that the user can make has broadened considerably. For example, team members that have not worked together for long could easily be made to fight each other. It takes quite a high amount of resistance on the part of the victim to overcome the effects of the jutsu. The jutsu can last as long as the user remains speaking, however, due to the high level of concentration required, the user cannot effectively keep the jutsu up for more than 3 posts.

A rather unique genjutsu, that focuses the illusion on the user rather than an opponent. This jutsu disrupts the user’s brain signals, causing the nerve endings of the user to become less effective. As a result, the user is able to block out pain much easier. However, this dampening of the nerve endings is a double edged sword, as it can make discerning the amount of damage one has taken very difficult, and also greatly hampers the user’s ability to grip his own weapon.

Kokuangyo No Jutsu (Bringer of Darkness Technique)
This Genjutsu adversely affects the portion of the victim's brain that regulates vision. While the brain is disrupted, the victim is effectively rendered blind. Also, due to the fact that the darkness is brought about through an affliction of the user's own mind, rather than eyes, doujutsu users are not immune to this particular form of blindness.

Shibirekan (Numbness)
Similar to the skill Sameru, this jutsu weakens the brain’s connection with nerve endings. Unlike Dampen, this skill may target others. As a result, the victim finds himself unable to grip his weapons well, and the act of running can become difficult. However, the victim’s own sense of pain is also hampered, therefore allowing them to concentrate through wounds that would normally make rational thought difficult; though this also can cause the victim to misjudge the severity of his own wounds.

Kamei no Koe (Voice of Command)
Users of this jutsu are, by now, quite skilled at manipulation. Using the same process as in lower levels, they may make requests, or even give orders to their listeners. These listeners hear the user’s voice as a pleasant, well-spoken voice. Any that speak against the user sound harsh and crude. The listeners may even begin to feel hostility toward such people. However powerful the effects, though, they will still wear off after a period of time.

Description: This makes the mind of the person getting hit think that he or she is stuck in the middle of the sea and is starting to sink and despite their force they continue to do so. The person hit feels rather exhausted afterwards.

Kani Hokou (Crab Walk)
Description: A fairly simple jutsu but can ruin many strategies, this switches how the brain works on moving and causes those hit by the genjutsu to walk around like a crab.

Doro Bunshin no Jutsu (Mud Clone Skill)
This jutsu creates the illusion of bunshins that try to reassemble themselves after being hit. They are, however, complete illusions incapable of any real action, and are often used to tire down the unsuspecting opponent.

Genin
Suirou no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique) - Illusionary Version
A move used to trap the victim inside a prison of water; it is very difficult to escape. This Genjutsu variation of the original is for lower-level shinobi. The user performs the hand seals and places his hand near the opponent. If the hands are seen, the Genjutsu proceeds, and a hollow ball of chakra forms around the target. By seeing the hand, the target believes that he is in the Water Prison, and cannot move their body, and the hollow ball creates an image of water around the victim.

Kirigakure no Jutsu (Hidden Mist Technique)
A highly effective cover technique which blankets an area in a thick fog, confusing the senses of the enemy. The only difference between the Ninjutsu version is that the enemy also feels a bit chilly, since most fog occurs in fall and winter, and the Genjutsu is broken when the user is caught.

Atsubottai Mizu no Jutsu (Heavy Water Technique)
Their weight under water makes if feel like they are 7 times their own weight. Thus they feel like they can't swim.

Aranu Atsubottai Kyouatsu no Jutsu (False Heavy Pressure Technique)
Using it one can apply a constant heavy pressure from just a touch. Like the thumb that stopped the human tank Shinobi.

Chuunin
Tsuiraku Nami no Jutsu (Crashing Wave Technique)
The shinobi, confident of his "skills", makes a short row of hand seals and raises his hands up, calling a large wave of water from behind them. It is then possible to use a Suiton Ninjutsu which is hidden within the "wave" that hits the target as if the wave itself can hit them. When the "wave" does look like it's about to hit, the illusion breaks, giving the shinobi a limited amount of time to get through with it. This jutsu is not complex, and a Ninjutsu capable of such a task wouldn't be a problem either. The objective of this Genjutsu is to let shinobi perform a Suiton Ninjutsu with a heightened rate of success. (Note: It is up to the shinobi to convince the target that the Genjutsu performed is possible.)

Tsukaeru no Jutsu (Choke Technique)
Another low level technique, one that makes it feel like the target is choking on something.

Chikan no Jutsu (Displacement Technique)
A skill where what the target sees is not where there user really is. The displaced image of the user is a few feet away from their real body leaving the user totally invisible where he truly is.

Suishi Hitokiri (Drowning Assassination)
Prerequisites: Suirou no Jutsu - Illusionary Version
The user puts his other arm into the prison. At that moment, the target will then believe that he is indeed drowning, and will feel as if water is in his throat and begin to suffocate. If the user of the Genjutsu is interrupted by either a jutsu or just attention altogether, the illusion breaks.

Daidoumyaku – Great Pulse Fist
By using chakra to concentrate energy within their hands the user of this taijutsu can transfer the energy from their hand into their target, creating violent vibrations. This involves a slight bit of chakra control, but this is not the focus of the style. Instead the focus is on speed in movement and striking, which helps to create stable sound waves. These vibrations can damage soft tissue of internal organs but the primary function of this style is to damage bones and create numbness in nerves.

Maneuvers

Palm Strikes – A direct hit at this stage will almost always result in a broken or fractured bone where as a glancing blow will result in severe tissue damage and bruises. Having almost reached the pinnacle of perfection in their art, users at this level are dangerous and deadly opponents that few wish to contend with

Kicks – Striking with almost unperceivable speed and landing like the sting of a thousand whips, the kicks at this level are sufficient to cause severe injury to any portion of the body they strike. In addition to the damage from the kick the airwave created by this kick will cause severe lacerations and air burns to skin.

Defense – At this stage the defenses of the target grow to a stage of startling skill. The user is capable of using their superior speed to block long flurries of attacks, as well as using their own chakra to deflect stronger, more concentrated blows. Furthermore, at this stage the user is quite proficient at channeling his own energy into a kind of defensive weapon, therefore allowing them to hasten the pace of the numbing of the foe’s striking limbs. Finally, the user is able to deflect an even greater number of projectiles, making all but the largest and most accurate of volleys to deviate from their course.

Techniques

Hakike no Tsuki (Nausea Thrust)
This technique uses the very basis of the style, the vibrating of the palm, as the principle for this elementary but potentially devastating attack. By first striking an open handed attack to the stomach of the foe, the user then vibrates his palm. These vibrations adversely affect the digestive system of the target, therefore causing severe nausea and all the associated ramifications. The sickness caused by this technique lasts for three posts.

Daidoumyaku – Mimi Senshi (Ear Stab)
Description: This is not actually a direct attack to the ear. Instead, the user makes an attack, missing on purpose and uses external force and chakra to send a sound wave directly into the ear. This attack must be done at close range. This blow disrupts the center of gravity of the person hit causing them to lose their balance for a short time. (1 post)

Daidoumyaku – Saidan Assaiki (Altar Crusher)
Description: This taijutsu attack is aimed at either of the two collarbones. Using the principle of the Daidoumyaku, this causes the nerves to overload. This sudden strike also drags the opponent’s torso down with it. At the end of the attack that whichever half of the body the user struck is more difficult to use due to the tremendous numbness brought about by the impact.

Daidoumyaku – Ibukuro Gusarito (Stomach Thrust)
Description: This powerful palm strike is different then the standard ones taught by the style. The fingers are clenched into the hand to help concentrate the force and the extension of the arm is much longer then normal. The attack is aimed at the sternum, right about where the fifth ribs are. The force goes straight through the bone and reaches the lungs causing the victim to go into spastic coughing. The pain usually keeps other ninja down for a short while (1 post) while they get back their air and bearings.

Daidoumyaku – Juushin Tomosen (Brutal Heart Stopper)
Description: This dangerous jutsu is dangerous to say the least. Striking the opponent where the heart would be, the force goes inside and causes a sudden jump in the heart stopping it for just one second where it all of a sudden kicks back. The sudden pain of death stuns opponents and leaves one all of a sudden short of breath and exhausted.

Daidoumyaku – Parusuha Saiganki (Pulse Rock Crusher)
Description: This dangerous attack is difficult to use but when used properly it can deal enough damage to render men useless. Starting from the chest, a double palm strike is done, this sends force all across the body, crushing capillaries and causing damage other minor internal injuries.

Signature Jutsu
Many Shinobi are known for picking one jutsu and focusing on its use above all others. Because of this focus they learn to use their signature jutsu more effectively.
(The Ninjutsu Specialist chooses one jutsu that they know when they pick this benefit, that jutsu becomes their signature jutsu and receives certain benefits. The chakra cost for the jutsu is treated as if one rank lower than normal.

At Chuunin rank, the Ninjutsu Specialist can either choose a second signature jutsu to receive the lower chakra cost, or they can choose to make their signature jutsu one rank higher in terms or power. Signature jutsus can never be made as powerful as an S-rank technique, nor can an S-rank technique be chosen as the signature jutsu.

At Jounin rank, the Ninjutsu Specialist once again gets the opportunity to either increase the power of a signature jutsu or pick another signature jutsu, however they cannot choose to have a third signature jutsu, nor can they choose to increase the rank of a signature jutsu twice. This means that at Jounin rank you will always have two signature jutsus, one of which will be empowered by one rank.

A Ninjutsu Specialist can change their signature jutsu by posting five times training in the use of a new signature jutsu, this can only occur outside of combat in a peaceful location.)

Can use combination jutsus by themselves at the regular chakra cost for the jutsus rank [normally requires at least one other particpant, or it will cost the chakra cost for both jutsus used for the combination]. The ability to use a combination jutsu by yourself has a three post cool-down. This ability does not give Ninjutsu Specialists the ability to use combination releases specific to bloodlines, it simply allows for the use of jutsus from the combination jutsu list.


Shinobi Type(s)

Support: Support type ninja are people who use jutsu to help other ninja in attacking, defense and any other type of need a fellow ninja would have. This ninjas is usually well rounded in jutsu knowing a wide range of jutsu from long range, short range and so on. These ninja are faster at learning jutsu and faster at using them too.
(Jutsu -2 posts to learn jutsu, can perform jutsus that are below their without hand-seals, jutsus of equal rank can be performed with far fewer hand-seals, allowing the support shinobi to get off a quick jutsu in close quarters, jutsus of higher rank require the normal number of hand-seals.)

Combo User: The combo type is for ninja who use there jutsu in a chain to help deliver a devastating overall effect. Stringing multiple jutsu together, these ninja are dangerous, allowing them to overwhelm their opponents with the sheer number of jutsus they can perform.

@Bloody: Please be a bit more specific in your Bloodline abilities (Hint, look at my profile. It has the ability descriptions you want.)

Your shinobi profession information is misplaced. Look at it, and you'll see.

You only choose one weakness.

You only fill out rank benefit when you reach the appropriate rank, and you may only choose one of each.

Why choose speed shinobi when Hatake clan members gain all the benefits of speed shinobi type (No, they will not stack)

You may only have one element at genin. 2nd element is at chuunin, 3rd at jounin.

A 2 meter katana? Thats a bit extreme.

50 makibishi and 50 meters of ninja wire is a bit much for a student. Change that.

@Okamiken: I'm afraid I'll have to ask you to take off 8 gates. Only a Konoha ninja is supposed to have that.

Sorry to break it to ya, but he's not that powerful. Your overestimating yourself waaaaaaaaaaaay too much.

Eternal Style of the Broken Sword [Hateshiganai-ryu no Kujikeruken]: The creator of the style actually gained the idea through watching a star fall from the sky. When he saw a star fall he went to its crash site to examine it. Once he got there he noticed the raw power the star had in the crater left but it had no accuracy and missed a city by only a few miles. This star seemed like a sign from the gods. It told him one of the main principals of his future fighting style; Power without focus is not power, it is arrogance. Taking this concept and another one of his own creation the creator manifested all of his knowledge of fighting into one physical form known as the Style of the Broken Sword, later to be renamed the Eternal Style of the Broken Sword because of the length of it's existence. The Eternal Style of the Broken Sword relies heavily on three different physical attributes; Strength, Agility, and Accuracy. Strength and Agility are obvious attributes in a fighting style but not so much Accuracy. Unlike other styles that focus on pure power and speed or pain tolerance the Hateshiganai-ryu no Kujikeruken focuses on power, speed, and the delivery system.

WEAPONS

Kyokutan na Katana: This style was created long ago in a far away land hidden in the middle of the ocean. The land flourished with metal deposits of all kinds, because of this they were able to make better weapons and other objects or of metal then any other place in the world. A lone blacksmith discovered how to fold the steel many more times then normal when creating a sword, because of this he was able to use more metal and compact it down and create a normal looking katana that was far denser and heavier then a normal one. The other blacksmiths laughed at him because of the blade being so heavy until one day, the strongest man in the land came to the blacksmith and asked for the katana. The blacksmith who could not sell it to anyone else gave it to him without second thought. The man was able to use it without any problems due to all his training and soon found out that the katana could be used rather differently then a normal one. With that he started his own dojo and had the blacksmith supply it with theses new types of katanas. From then on the man taught and developed a weapon style for this new type of katana. Eventually the style got out to the rest of the world but was soon forgotten, at some people forgot it.
