Hello there.

While I think you've got an idea of what you'd like to do with your character
But some work will have to be done.

Some things that you could change right off:
Rich Christian Family: its a bit cliche and over used
murdered Mother & Missing siblings

I'd subtract how your character gets his scar.

I would also suggest you change either your character's job
or alter the character's history so he can have more education
since its not likely a college dropout could be an archaeologist.

Very nicely done and well thought out character.

The only problem I see is your character's sharpshooter role in the military, but I do like the idea of Liz being a military mechanic and the other areas in your quest thread.

So long as the sharpshooter part is changed or edited out, your character is approved!

err, sorry to nitpick, but quoting the trade market thread, "The winner will be able to determine the character’s full human appearance and dictate the final one, as well as pick the 3 main elements that fit his/her personality best "

Maybe that's why a lot of people have three sweatdrop

As for the age, that's ok. It gives me a little more leeway in terms of vocabulary.
