Name: Clarice Faye Devereaux AKA: Clay-Faye (her friends call her this, she doesn't like it), Clair, Current Age: 17, junior in high school Appearance: Clarice is 5'5, 140 pounds. She has thick, long black hair, blue-gray eyes and lightly tanned skin. She is slightly athletic, but not overly so, she jogs and does yoga. She usually wears buttoned blouses with vests or bustiers over them, and is fond of crazy socks that don't match. She loves heels, and is rarely seen without her famous stiletto "hooker" boots. When not wearing her trademark skirt and heels, she wears jeans and sneakers. She loves Converse and her favorite pair have dancing bears on them. She always wears a silver Ouroboros neclace with a red stone in the center and even wears it in her sleep. She hates pink and calls it "the bane of society". Costume: None yet. Primary Power: Her Ouroboros necklace gives, or rather, enhances, her powers to control chi, or life energy. In controlling chi, she could use her life force or that of others' to make objects move, or some such. With this power, she can call upon the life force of animals, plants, and even people. By concentrating chi, she can sent energy bolts at people or objects, create energy blades, and make a force wave to send people stumbling. She is also able to heal herself and others by harnessing life energy. If she concentrates just the right way, she can also enhance her physical bilities, though she finds this incredibly difficult. There are some drawbacks however, whith other people, she is unable to drain their entire life force. She can only drain the excess power that radiates in their auras when they are excited, mad, frightened, or else facing some powerful emotion. The only way for her to drain the entire life force of someone is if she had the murderous intent of doing so, and if that person were sleeping. Clarice can glide, sort of, using her chi and the chi of others. She doesn't know all of this, however. Secondary Power(s): Since her mother was a Super, Clarice has inherited some of her power. She is able to create or manipulate force fields. She doesn't have much practice, however, as she rarely uses it. She can only make small force fields. Weakness: Normal Personality: Clarice is a fiercely loyal individual. If she is your friend, she is your friend for life. Same with the opposite, if you get on her bad side, it is extremely difficult to get back into her good graces. She enjoys reading, and though she could be considered in the In crowd, she greatly prefers reading to socialising (with some people). She is highly intellectual and has been on the honor role since middle school. On the ouside, she is the arrogant smart-aleck. She constantly mouths off, and many teachers dislike her, despite the fact that she gets straight A's. Inside, she can almost be considered sensitive, though few know this side of her. She loves animals of all types, and is especially fond of cats. Clarice is not religious. You could call her an Atheist. She believes that if anything is to happen, you have to MAKE it happen. She also believes that hope is an excuse not to do anything. She is rather neat, though she oftentimes cannot find anything in her clothes drawers. She is constantly doing something, be it twiddling her thumbs or working on an essay. Clarice is a very impatient individual, and thus is a cruddy teacher. Rather than hoard all her money, or spend it like she has a hole in her pocket, she divides it, putting three quarters aside for saving and one for spending right then, if she so wishes. Biography: Clarice was born in a household of contrasts. Her father used to be an FBI undercover agant working on organized crime. Her mother comes from an Italian crime family, but she was never involved with it herself. Her father is tall (strange for a French man), and her mother is short and skinny. Both parents were overachievers. Her mother was a valedictorian, veterenarian, and ex-superheroine. Her father had no powers, but he was highly ambitious, and wanted to rise high in the FBI, and he did. He is now head of the FBI in New York City. Clarice's childhood was quite unordinary. She grew up in Delmor, went to pre-school, went to elementary school, and read books. Nothing out of the ordinary really happened until she got into middle school. That was when she discovered she had powers. As it turned out, she had inherited the ability to create force fields. She discovered this ability on a Tuesday. An older student, in eighth grad to her sixth, was bullying her and was about to hit her. As the bully's fist came down, a force field erupted between her and he bully, and his fist bounced off. They were both too freaked about the incident to talk, and they avoided each other like the plague afterwards. No one else bothered her all through middle school and this was the period which gave rise to her fashion sense, though at this time, she didn't wear heels. In high school, Clarice started going to Flea Markets to get clothing, as she didn't like much of the high-end clothing out there. This is where she found her Ouroboros necklace. It was a typical Saturday at the local Flea Market, and Clarice was merely looking around when something red glittered in the corner of her eye. She turned and followed the glittering until she came upon the stall of and old lady dressed all in black. Clarice sensed something was off about this woman; she just didn't know what. She examined the thing that had caught her eye. It was a silver Ouroboros necklace with a red stone in the center. She didn't know what the stone was, though something told her it wasn't mortal. She picked it up and afer examining it, decided to buy it. The woman stated the price and Clarice handed over the money. She had spent all her money for they day and wore it on the way home. This was in her freshman year. Nothing really happened much until her sophmore year, when she managed to make her pencil move while wearing it in detention. Two years have passed and Clarice never really thought about it much, except in those nighttime, half-dream moments. Clarice is only focused on getting valedictorian. Clarice works hard to please her parents, who are picky and really want to see her farther in the world than they. Clarice doesn't know this, so she just thinks her parents are never satisfied. Clarice constantly works to make her parents proud and has even agreed to go to the Prom. Despite her parents' influence, Clarice doesn't have low esteem, or anything like that. That might come from the fact that she has been meditating for years, so she knows herself. She knows she doesn't get good grades just to please her parents, she gets them to please herself, also. Goals/Motives: She doesn't really have any goals as of now, except to get valedictorian, a scholarship, and go to a good college. Vices: She cannot control her mouth. She has an uncanny ability to make people mad at her. Other: Despite her parents' relative wealth, she drives a beat up old Honda Civic, from '94. She loves this car and would take no other. It is rumored she is saving her money up so she can trick out this beat up tin can. As if one could trick out a Civic... Character Start>>>

Name: Damien Venencia AKA: Does not have one Current Age:Not exactly known, but looks around 25 Appearance: Regular day-to-day: Damien is an extremely good looking man. This stems from his ability, he has a natural air about him that invites people in, makes them want to just stare at him and do nothing else. He has a soft scent, much like an ability a vampire woud have, but Damien is a fallen angel. He has red eyes and very long black hair. Unlike Tehra, Damien does not adjust his eye color to hide his race, he only hides his wings. He figures if people wonder about his eyes, they can just think he wears contacts. It's not uncommon for people to do that. He tends to wear nice black pants with a well fitted striking white shirt and his black leather jacket. He always wears boots. Damien rarely puts his hair up, but on occasion he does so. Damien has a lean muscular build and rather pale skin. He does not really use his hands to talk, he prefers to remain a bit less animated as to give people less of an idea about what he's really up to. His eyes are intelligent and show a powerful ability of discerning what exactly is going on beyond the surface. He has a tendency to wear a calm expression on his face. Damien likes to be approachable, he rather likes people, so he always makes sure he looks open and friendly. Costume: Does not have one Primary Power:Damien's 'primary' power is a romance type power, where he can put a woman in a trance like hypnosis under his control with a kiss, he is also very very good looking, and attractive to most. He does not, however, use this power very often. He used to, but now he feels it is morally wrong and only uses it to calm women down (i.e., a woman just saw someone hit by a car so he may kiss her on the cheek so she is calm enough to drive home. Nothing all that serious) or to subdue a very very unruly female opponent. He tends to fight hand to hand more than use that power. Secondary Power(s): Secondary would have to be the fighting, he is very good at it, from years of experience. He used to have his own special blade but he gave it up to Tehra after he resurrected her. He knew it would give her skills a normal high schooler couldn't possibly possess, and he had aquired most of his skills on his own. Weakness: N/A, most likely won't be involved in battle Personality: Damien Venencia is in general, a polite gentleman. He opens doors for women, and always takes care never to insult. He has a very calm disposition, and rarely gets angry. That's the face that the general human population sees, at least. His enemies- evil fallens and anyone who has the nerve to hunt him, see a fearsome opponent. A man with cold eyes and no mercy. Damien only pulls out this person when absolutely necessary. He doesn't like to accesss this dark part of himself, it reminds him of the sadistic pleasure seeking man he had been shortly after he fell. Doing this puts a bad taste in his mouth and sends shivers down his spine. Then there is the Damien that Tehra will see/ sees (she hasn't had much interaction from him yet). He is an instructor with a soft voice and a lot of patience. However, he is firm- he won't let her get away with anything that he doesn't allow. And he will get onto her pretty heavily if she ever uses her powers for taking away justice rather than dealing it. Damien also knows he must still train her, so he sometimes might push her farther than she deems necessary, but Tehra needs the training. Damien has many different sides, but he's had a long time to develop them. He's been a fallen for many years and seen and done things that very few people truly have. Biography:Damien started out as any other angel in heaven, doing his job and generally being a do gooder. He was polite and loyal, but unfortunately a rather bad judge of character. One of his closer friends in heaven turned out to be a betrayer, working for the other side of the great powers of the universe. Damien was too close to him, and it was deemed that he was untrustworthy because he may try to continue his friend's plan after his friend was struck from heaven. So Damien was struck from heaven as well. As he fell, he felt a passionate hate for God and all of his creatures, so Damien immediately embraced the darker side of the universe- the culture of the fallens. He killed people, tortured people, did things that even the lowest seed of human society wouldn't dare try. The evil master was so pleased with Damiens effective destruction of several good members of society, that he granted Damien the power to hypnotize women to do whatever he pleased. Thus, his primary power was created. He used this power far, far too much, which was exactly the point. He continued to succeed at doing everything bad and further the nastiness in the world. Then one day, as Damien stood ready to destroy one more life, that of a young teen girl, he saw a reflection of himself in her eyes. He saw the sadistic terrible look upon his face, the nasty snarl that cursed his once calm sweet face. And suddenly, he couldn't do it anymore. Damien just turned and walked away, shocked at the monster he had become. It was then that he changed from being a killer of humans to a killer of fallen angels. He never returned to the home he'd had when he was evil, he became a vigilante. So then of course, it was discovered that he had betrayed the fallen society as well. He was man thrown from heaven and destroyer of hell. They started sending other fallens, demons, and various nasties after him, and he killed them all, sometimes being injured himself, sometimes not. Some night later in his career of baddie-killing, he was fighting a blonde man, a more heartless enemy than usual. A pretty pink haired teen girl, only 17, looked around the corner at the sounds she had heard due to the battle. The cold calculating blonde man grabbed her and brought her in front of him, and Damien had already begun his strike. He couldn't pull it, and the girl was killed. Damien was completely guilt ridden, and he killed the man immediately. Then Damien fell to his knees beside the girl and took her in his arms. He revived her with an ability he wasn't sure he'd have anymore, for it had been a heavenly one. Unfortunately, she could not be brought back as a human as she had been, but he could bring her back as a fallen angel. After he brought her back, he gave her his blade- the blade that had killed her. He told her to use it well and to never abuse her powers. So Tehra, the girl, became his little charge, his young apprentice. He let Tehra run around for a while in the city they had been in, and it made him happy to see her doing as he had done and helping others. Then she moved away, and Damien found out that the latest national criminal was in that city that she had moved too. He figured she would be just fine there, but then Damien got wind of some other vengeful fallens who might have been after her, for she was a second being with just as much power as them who was fighting against them and the evil they tried to keep circulating. So Damien followed her there, just to keep an eye and train her- just in case. And so Damien ended up in Delmor, ended up there to protect Tehra and make sure she was capable of dealing with the dangers of her new race all alone. Goals/Motives: Justice is of course important to Damien, but right now that takes a bit of a back seat to making sure Tehra is alive and out there. Damien isn't about to bring her to live just to have her killed again because she was a race he had given her. Vices: Not particularly. Other:Not at the moment, I don't think so

Name: Unknown Super Hero Name: Mythos Age: 18 Appearance: Mythos is a tall, roughly 6 foot 5, and slender figure. He almost looks starved but that is not the case. He has flowing jet black hair and a patch of it slants to the right side of his face, covering his blank grey right eye completely. His left stone, grey eye can be seen perfectly. Mythos never smiles nor does he even use any facial expressions. His face is literally cleared of all emotion, something that The Mastermind trained Mythos to do. Mythos does not wear a specific costume, but he does wear similar apparel everyday. Mythos wear a long grayish trench coat, which covers up a white t-shirt with the letter M, (standing for Mastermind), on the front. He wears black and white camo pants and his feet are protected by grey Romani dress shoes. Primary Power: Mythos can control anything in the space/time continuum (though traveling through time is not his primary... or even secondary power). He can move anything with his mind through immense concentration. Mythos can also teleport virtually anywhere in the entire world, though this power is still developing. Secondary Power: (To be discovered) Weakness: Though Mythos seems to be all powerful, this is very far from the case. Mythos has a huge build up of weaknesses that make very far from a "God." Everytime Mythos uses his power it takes IMMENSE concentration. He cannot be thinking of anything else besides what he is concentrating on or else his powers do not function in the least. Mythos is also in extreme danger if he ever does get injured which is why he always needs to be so concentrated. If he is cut, whether it is big or small, the wound will continue to bleed profusely. Bandaging it or packing the wound up with gauze does not help in the least. If he is ever injured Mythos must immediately go somewhere quiet and rest until the wound heals itself. He MUST remain in a still position sometimes for days depending on the wound's size. One final weakness of Mythos's is the Mastermind. The Mastermind seems to be the only person that can get to Mythos. Failing the Mastermind is a definite no on Mythos's list. Personality: Mythos is a guy that can be easily misunderstood. If you are ever lucky enough to meet him in person… and live… most will think he is an emotionless p***k. He almost never wears a smile and his emotionless gray eyes always seem to stay calm and in place at all times. To sum it up quite plainly his face is most of the time frozen in an emotionless state. His speech also lacks emotion. When he is talking to someone his voice is completely monotone. Mythos’s almost dead personality traits can be a pretty intimidating thing. The only person that Mythos shows any emotion to is his master: The Mastermind. When thinking of Mythos and The Mastermind’s relationship, think of it like Darth Vader and the Emperor’s from the Star Wars movies. Mythos is obedient to The Mastermind and does not like to fail him. Mythos can be described as The Mastermind’s personal lapdog. Bio: Mythos wasn’t born as an emotionless boy. He had a family; a mother, father, and even an older brother. The only thing Mythos remembers of his childhood at home was when he was five years old gun shots rang through his house and his older brother told him to run far away and not look back and that is what the boy now known as Mythos did. He ran and ran and ran until he finally stopped and by then he had no clue where he had ended up. He tried to find the police, but he was a young boy, almost an infant and he had no idea which direction to take. He had ended up in the ghetto of Delmor. It was there he met three other boys, all of whom were homeless. Two of the homeless boys, whom were both 10 of age, started harassing and questioning the boy until the other homeless kid who seemed to be about seven of age told the others to knock it out. The seven year old, his name being Craig offered for the boy to stay with them. The boy accepted, not knowing where else to go in this scary part of Delmor. Two years went by with the boy living on the streets with Craig and the two other homeless boys, whose names were Damon and Travis. The boy had gained the name Mythos by Craig, Damon, and Travis because whenever the boy was questioned about where he came from and what his real name was, he would go dead silent and not talk for quite some time, thus making Craig, Damon, and Travis come up with different myths about where this boy came from. Soon the boy now known as Mythos started to lose all recollection of his life before the streets. What had happened had been so traumatic that after blocking out the truth for so long he slowly forgot everything except the fact that he had had a brother, father, and mother. On one cold November morning, a man wearing a flowing trench coat and a gentlemen’s hat; the brim blocking any good view of his face; approached Mythos, Craig, Damon, and Travis’s living quarters, which was an extra-extra-extra-large cardboard box and struck up conversation with the four boys. The man told the four that if they all agreed to do the man a favor, he would give them food, drink, and shelter for the rest of their lives. The four boys whom had had nothing for most of their lives all agreed and the man told the boys that there was to be an officer coming down the street to investigate a drug smuggling incident that supposedly had happened somewhere around in the ghetto. The man needed the boy’s to distract the officer so that he could “take care of the situation” himself. So the boy’s waited and sure enough the officer came. Mythos started running and right when he got in front of the officer, he tripped and acted like he broke something. The three other boys and the officer ran to Mythos to help him. While this was going on the gentleman in the trench coat walked up subtly behind the officer and shot him in the head. Next he took out a small device with a button and pressed it. A building about a block away went up in flames. The gentleman then said, “Sorry I had to involve you kiddies. It was the only way…” and then he shot Travis point blank in the head, and then Damon, and then Craig, and then it was Mythos’s turn. The man shot a bullet straight for Mythos’s head, but right before it was to make its mark, the bullet stopped in midair and dropped to the ground. Mythos stared in disbelief and then heard the disguised man exclaim, “Extraordinary… you are a lucky b*****d. You just saved your life.” The last thing Mythos knew the butt of the gentleman’s gun slammed into Mythos’s head and he was knocked unconscious. Mythos woke up days later in a strange room, with an assortment of food and drink he hadn’t seen in years. Before he could even think about what he had last remembered, the same gentleman that had killed Travis, Craig, and Damon walked into the room. He told Mythos he was special; more special than anyone else on this entire planet. The man proclaimed himself The Mastermind and relayed to Mythos that if he remains faithful to The Mastermind that Mythos will never have to spent his time on the streets again. The Mastermind told him there were two rules to living in his headquarters though: 1) Mythos MUST carry out every job The Mastermind needs done and 2) Mythos must never ask The Mastermind who he really is. Mythos looked at his life and where it had been so far and this looked like the best road to take so seven year old Mythos decided to become The Mastermind’s advocate. As the years went by, The Mastermind trained Mythos in the art of kung fu, jujitsu, taekwondo, gunmanship, and yoga. All the while The Mastermind never revealed who he truly was. One day while Mythos and The Mastermind was training, Mythos got a cut which started bleeding profusely. After ten minutes of continuous bleeding Mythos fainted and The Mastermind mended his wounds as best he could. That day Mythos found out that if he got a cut, no matter how small, it would continue to bleed unless he stood still and rested for a couple of hours. After eight years of training went by, The Mastermind had created the perfect soldier to go and do his bidding. Because of the “kindness and generosity” The Mastermind has shown Mythos, Mythos thinks of The Mastermind as his father and would never hurt of betray him. Since then The Mastermind has sent out Mythos for a variety of jobs, most of them quick assassinations and bank jobs. Mythos has yet to know The Mastermind’s overall plan, but does not question his master… his “father”… because he trusts The Mastermind completely. Goals/Motives: Mythos’s only goal is to serve and protect The Mastermind. He will carry out anything and everything that The Mastermind commands no matter what. Mythos’s sole purpose is to serve The Mastermind. Nothing else.

Name: Serenity R Thorne Nickname: Ren (Cael is usually the only one that calls her this) AKA: none yet Sex: Female Birthday: Sept. 10th Current Age: 16 Current Class: High School Junior Appearance: Serenity likes to wear different outfits from time to time but her favorite is fishnet stockings and sleeves under a dark blue shirt with a heart on it, black shorts, and black sneakers. Whenever she goes out in the cold she doesn't wear a jacket, just a blue and green scarf wrapped around her. She keeps her dark hair (not quite black) cut a little shorter than shoulder length. The feature that most people notice about her is her smile, it's almost always there. Her brown eyes always seem to shimmer as if reflecting the glow of her smile. Serenity is a petite girl but she makes up for her small stature with a great deal of charm and charisma. Primary Power: Elemental Alchemy, through symbols and will Serenity can control the elements of Earth and Fire. Secondary Power(s): Advanced Alchemy would allow Serenity to change parts of the physical would around her but she needs control of Water and Air to complete the circle of elements. Weakness: Serenity has normal human weaknesses. She learns her abilities through the Alchemy Index and practice. While she does not usually carry the Index with her, she makes up for her time spent away from the Index by being a fast reader. Personality: Serenity is a very outgoing person. She likes to meet new people and get to know them. She's very friendly to almost everyone she meets and is rarely found in a bad mood. No matter what is happening she can usually find something to be happy about. On the few occasions when she does get sad or angry she turns to her music to calm her down. Serenity loves to play the guitar and to compose music both for herself and others. When she is by herself, which does happen from time to time, Serenity spends most of her time reading. She loves sci-fi fantasy books with a basis in philosophy. Her favorite series is the His Dark Objects Trilogy (The Bronze Sextant, The Obnoxious Sword and the Maple Telescope). Family Life: Serenity is an only child. Her mother, Sara, died when she was three and her father, Marcus, works all day as a carpenter and a rancher in his spare time (leaving not much spare time after that). Sara Thorne's best friend was Lara Xendy. Lara took Serenity into her home when Sara died to raise her as her own daughter. Serenity is very grateful to Lara for everything that she has done for her. Biography: Serenity was born on a ranch in Vermont. She was raised by her mother's best friend. In school Serenity has performed very well though she never let herself rise to the top of the class. despite how out going she is, she doesn't like drawing attention to herself. When she wasn't reading, studying or hanging out with Cael, Serenity used to work and the Frozen Hearts Ice Cream shop. She was always more ambitious than Cael (who never worked) but most of her money went to causing trouble, for instance when Serenity bought Cael his ATV for his 13th birthday (Cael had been so worried about turning 13 on Friday the 13th). When Cael moved to Delmor Serenity was heart broken. When Cael never returned a single one of her phone calls after moving she was outraged. Then she hatched a plan with Lara Xendy that would allow Serenity to move into the new Xendy house in Delmor, much to Cael's shock. Goals/Motives: Serenity wants nothing more in life than to be happy and to make those around her happy, especially Cael. In coming to Delmor, she hopes that she can help Cael see that there is more to life than her and that he can be happy with another girl and her as just his best friend. Vices: Serenity wants nothing to do with social norms. She lives her life the way that she wants to and sometimes can forget what "normal" people are like. Every once in a while she says something or does something that offends someone but she tries her best not to and to make it up to them when she does. Other: Serenity tries to live every moment to the fullest. She knows that she sometimes unsettles people but she likes to think that she knows when to stop talking... most of the time. Her Relationship With Cael: Cael and Serenity have been best friends since he was born; Serenity never lets Cael forget that she is three days older than him. She loves spending time with Cael, even the times when he gets depressed around her. She knows he loves her differently than she loves him, she wishes that it was mutual but he's just not the one for her. Cael is the person she likes to play music for the most. He has a large number of recordings she's made of her songs on his mp3 player. Serenity likes to think that her music calms him down as much as her. She also feels that it is a way for her to communicate with him when they are both lost for words. Other Outfits:

Name: To be revealed AKA: The Mastermind Current Age: Looks in his mid forties-mid fifties in his favorite and assumed ‘natural’ form. Appearance/Costume The Mastemind comes in many appearances, but his favorite is one hidden behind a mask. His costume is a suit composed of black, gray, and white shades. His shoes, hat, and bow tie are black. His undershirt and gloves are white, and the rest are various shades of grey. He’s often carrying around a cane. Probably for the image. The little skin behind his mask implies that he is caucasion, and his deep, unrevealing gray eyes shine through behind the mask. His hair is neatly cut at about shoulder-length and worn a very light grey. He is tall, about 6’5” and broad. Primary Power: The Mastermind is a shape shifter. He can take the form of other people as well as animals. He does this through manipulation of his internal functions, cells, and especially skeletal system. In this way, DNA is altered so as to cancel any possibility of leaving behind a strand of DNA that could lead the police back to him. The most difficult thing for him to do is to turn into something non-living, like a rock, or even harder, moving water. The bigger the object is, or the more animated it is, the more energy he uses. Secondary Power(s): The Mastermind remembers anything and everything he’s ever done, seen, or thought. He is able to conjure information on demand, as if he’s an additive Internet. Because of this, he is a genius. Once he understands something, he won’t screw it up. The Mastermind can communicate with animals. Through a combination of his secondary and primary powers, he’s learned the language of whatever animal he’s spent time with before. Weakness: Normal. Generally he needs to take a lengthy break after transforming into a non-living object, as this takes a lot more energy for him. Personality: The Mastermind probably majored in sociology or something. The man understands people. Unfortunately, he’s fallen into the very human trap of using that in a negative way. He takes pleasure in his manipulation of others. He views them as pawns in his schemes. No one person is important enough to him. At the same time, he’s collected, aware, and calm. At times he’s arrogant and curt. He’s definitely intimidating. Strangely, though, he seems almost meditated and peaceful (with himself), even in the middle of the most violent of crimes. Biography: The Mastermind first emerged about fifteen years ago, slowly evolving into a larger threat. He wasn’t always in Delmor either. He’s got his roots in Capital City. His dealings have been short with superheroes. Typically he focuses on the much less capable police force. His thrifts were petty at first: drug stores, food marts, the mall… but know, he doesn’t strike quickly and produce results right away. Now, he leaves no trace of himself behind. All of his forms have different prints, and that comes in handy. When no DNA match can be made, the police force can assume it is the Mastermind at fault, but really they are nowhere closer to catching him. They’ve only built a stronger case. Generally, though, the Mastermind cleans up his tracks. No DNA is usually found. Now, he has some darker motive that police have yet to piece together. I’m not supposed to tell you this. It puts me at high risk, so I can’t get into too much yet. He has a background in science, and his powers come from the usual tests and freak accidents. Actually, the full story isn’t all that important. The important part is that he has his abilities. Goals/Motives: To be revealed. I have them, I swear. They’re written down. Vices: Well, let’s see, he’s manipulative, evil, cunning, manipulative, evil, sadistic, and I’m going to say arrogant, just because. Other: This section will be used to document the Mastermind’s RP… if I, you know, remember.

Name: Jesin Rhodes, formerly Jesin Blackwood. AKA: Jezzie, Black Dragon Current Age: 17 Appearance: She's 5'5", athletically thin, with blue eyes and chin-length blond hair. When she's scaly, her hair turns black with her black scales. She dresses in fashion, although she usually wears long-sleeved, full-length clothes. She always wears a heart locket around her neck. Costume: Jesin isn't much for the big fancies just yet, seeing as her mother would probably find a fancy costume and figure out exactly what was going on in no time. She keeps it to dark hoodies and pants, trusting her scales to hide her face. Primary Power: Jesin is part-dragon. The big thing is that she can grow defensive dragon scales. Her "snake-skin" is easier to maintain and protects from extremes in temperature, like those brought on by fire or ice. Her "dragon-skin" is bullet proof and incredibly dense and strong, although if something ran against the grain of her scales, it'd slip right between them. Secondary Power(s): Jesin also breathes fire from a specialized lung, which produces a flammable gas. Weakness: She can only breathe as much fire as she has gas for. She can only maintain dragon-skin for a short amount of time. When she gets really angry, she can stop thinking straight, which is no good. Personality: Jesin is naturally a cheerful and friendly person, but experience has left her more withdrawn and moody. The recent losses in her family have her feeling extra moody. She tries not to get too emotional in public because emotions lead to her breaking out into scales, and that’s embarrassing. She also hasn’t gotten too close to new people, afraid of what they might think if they found out about her scales. She wants to be with people, part of a group, though. Those she is close to, like her mother, she is fiercely loyal to. (That loyalty makes her feel bad about lying to her mother, though.) Biography: Jesin grew up the first girl of her family to inherit the dragon trait. Usually only males in the family have this trait. She had some hard times in her childhood dealing with her dragon-ish-ness, but she was mostly coming to terms with it. Then her father died, killed with a big ol' sword through his middle. Her mother and she went into hiding and changed their last name. The news came soon after that her uncle and one cousin was dead, and her other cousin was missing. Now she's decided to take up the vigilante work to fill the void in her heart and the empty space in the world left behind with all the deaths in her family. She just hopes she doesn't end up skewered, herself. Goals/Motives: Jesin’s goal at this point is to fill the empty space in her heart by trying to fill the place her father, uncle, and cousins had in the world as vigilantes. She doesn’t think she would gun for vengeance, especially since she has really bad nightmares about very big swords and tends to freeze up whenever she sees someone with such a sword in hand. (It’s only happened the once, and the guy was technically dressed for cosplay.) Also, she’d love to know what happened to her cousin Morgan, the one who went missing. He’s two years older than her, so he would be nineteen now. Vices: She compulsively pops tic-tacs or chews mint gum. If she doesn’t have some form of breath-freshener, she feels about ten million times more self-conscious. When nervous, Jesin tends to fidget. Mostly she’ll twitch her right leg if she’s sitting or tap her hands together if she’s standing. Once she gets angry, she just snowballs if she doesn't catch herself quickly. It's not pretty. Other: Jesin loves electronic music in the style of Daft Punk. She hates stories where everyone is portrayed as being totally perfect, preferring something like Pride and Prejudice, where the main characters have these flaws and misconceptions that they have to get past before there can be anything resembling a happy ending. People aren't perfect, and not all endings are happy. (Normal clothes, normal clothes, fancied-up dragon-y self, and usual costuming. Although, her dragon-y self ought to be a darker black than this.)

Let us pretend that this has been here the entire time, shall we? Name: Shayne Knight AKA: The Spoon Current Age: 17 Appearance: Shayne stands six foot two inches tall, weighing in at just over two hundred and twenty pounds. He appears to be just a lanky fellow with slightly pale skin, green eyes, and nearly jet black hair. Heavy muscle tone, Shayne is ripped beyond the six pack, he has eight, along with plenty of scars along his hands and forearms are side effects of the years of martial arts training. Usually walking with slumped shoulders and head down, many people tend to not notice him, which is kind of to be expected. Clothing wise, Shayne wears things that allow him to move freely; loose, non-saggy blue jeans, sweats, slightly large t-shirts, and such things along those lines. Costume: Shayne’s ‘costume’ varies each time he puts it on, rarely being exactly the same more than once. One day it can be samurai armor, the next a lab coat, bunny mask, and doggy pajama bottoms. It’s simply a matter of what he can find that hides his identity and allows him to move about. Primary Power:Shayne has exceptional hand-eye coordination, superhuman even. He can hit a mockingbird in flight so long as he has a chance to follow its movements for a couple of seconds. Of course his choice of weaponry is a bit odd, spoons. His preference to spoons has led him to name this ability 'Ambidextrous Spoon Slinging' Secondary Power(s): Mastery of several martial arts including; Isshinryu, extensive training in Krav Maga, several forms of Northern and Southern Chinese Martial arts(Shaolin), Ninjutsu, and of course his father's martial art, Supu-n Saiketsuryu. Along with the usual side effects of peak physical condition and years of training; above average strength, speed, agility, endurance, and general physical attributes. Weakness: Lack of pudding for more than a day or two sends Shayne into withdrawal. Of course this includes bullets that get past any protection, being stabbed in the face, the usual. He may be a ninja, but he is still human- just a very awesome one. Personality; When walking into Shayne's room, one would have to watch out for any assortment of bladed weaponry lying on the ground hidden under piles of clothing. While messy, Shayne knows where everything is, creating a method to the madness, or at least that is what he claims. Shayne is, by nature, a people person. Unfortunately he had no real friends, aside from his parents, until the age of thirteen and the lack of contact makes him more than a little reserved at first, yet he is almost always in a decent mood. Once someone gets to know him, however, they find someone who is rather easy going and genuinely cares about them, the world, and the people in it; then again, if he didn't there's no way he'd put his life on the line to protect others. Other than, of course, the fact that injustice, quite frankly, pisses him off. Above all else Shayne is determined. Bullheaded would be an accurate description. This, of course, means he can be a bit blunt and unwavering on some topics. Biography: Shayne's parents had globe hopped for the entirety of their marriage, never staying in a single place for more than a couple of years. During this time Jeffrey took the opportunity to study under some of the most prestigious masters of martial arts around the world. While living in Japan Shayne's mother, Alice, became pregnant. The two decided to stay in Japan while waiting until Shayne would be old enough to join them on their travels. During this period Jeffrey opened a dojo in order to support the couple; while Alice, temporarily, became an assistant English teacher at the local high school. ~Skip a couple years~ Alice had decided it was time to settle down in a permanent home, no more globe hopping, she claimed it was unfair to their son. Jeffrey, however, thought it unfair to take away the opportunity to see the world. Drama and a few months, no lawyers, later, Shayne was globe hopping and training daily with his parents. Albeit the training was done just because it was cute to watch him attempt to perform moves while imitating others. Shayne's mother remained with them but stood firm in her belief that this was no way to raise their child. Shayne's early childhood was made up of home schooling, lots of training, and few real friends due to how often he moved about. This of course didn't mean he had no friends, but how many people are 'true' friends before a certain age. Having no siblings, he was just a little spoiled, but kept everything in line so as not to be a brat. Shayne's relationship with his parents is a little odd; Jeffrey is Shayne's father, friend, and master. Alice plays less of a role as Shayne's friend and is more a strict teacher and mother, while trying to manage not to be too strict. Up until the age of thirteen, Shayne moved around the world without a 'permanent' home, his mother and father taking jobs according to their abilities. Jeffrey would take up a spot in an existing Dojo or begin his own, temporary one for Self Defense. Shayne...Well Shayne was pretty reclusive when it came to people his own age, seeing no point in befriending anyone outside of the other students at his father's dojo. Due to the globe hopping, however, he became quite the linguist, sort of. He can understand most of what people say, unfortunately unless it's English or some basic, literal words, Shayne is useless in two way translation. As a surprise for Shayne, his parents decided to finally give him a permanent home; in Minneapolis. It was here that Shayne began to step out into the world, into Middle School and then High School. Unfortunately, it was also here that Shayne's mother passed from a car accident involving lots of rain and another driver not seeing a stop sign. The effect rippled through the family, Jeffrey spent more time in the dojo than ever before in an attempt to keep his mind busy. Shayne reacted in a similar, yet very different way. After hearing of a hostage situation within the city, Shayne donned his father's samurai armor, took up the most plentiful metal object he could find; spoons. At first, being a 'superhero' was just a way to escape from the pain of his mother's death, but soon, it became part of him. Every lesson from his father and mother began to take form; help the helpless, put others before yourself, use your strengths to your advantage. Little did he know it was also, partially, planned. Sure, his father expected a more socially accepted version of crime fighting, like becoming a policeman or an armed member of the neighborhood watch. Over the next two years the Spoon would become a semi-famous hero, at the very least he was famous in Minneapolis for his off the wall fashion sense and choice of weaponry. During high school Shayne made one particular friend whom he would never forget; Evan Gardner. She was first the girl that Shayne formed a crush for, later they became close friends. Around Shayne's sixteenth birthday the two became a couple. So much was shared between the two, even the Spoon's identity. She was also the reason they left Minneapolis. During what was assumed to be a run of the mill armed robbery Evan was shot and killed. Shayne snapped for a moment, nearly killing the assailant. Even after rushing her to the hospital before police had gotten onto the scene of the crime, it was too late. Before long Shayne's dad decided it was time for one last move; Delmor. Goals/Motives: Shayne, quite frankly, wants to help as many people as he possibly can in order to honor the lessons taught to him by his father, mother, and Evan. Vices: Pudding; vanilla pudding to be exact. Shayne loves the stuff; he's practically addicted to it. Psychological withdrawals aren't uncommon if he goes more than a few days without it. Other: Shayne loves chick flicks. He blames Evan, but in truth it has always been like that. Silly hopeless romantic.

The mask covers his entire head, with round black eye, the forhead and top of the head had a metal plate attached. The boots and gloves were simple, the whole thing colored a bright yellow. Primary Power: Tommy's main power is super speed. He gained it by having his body excelerated by a lab accident. He has a natural immunity to friction. His speeds can reach speeds of 800 MPH. Name: Anthony Bernard Riciarddi AKA: N/A (for now) Current Age: 22 Appearance:Anthony is overall not very impressive. He is not very tall (approximately five foot ten.) and has a very average body build. His eyes are a steel blue that shifts between being either really blue or really gray (often blue in the summer and gray in the winter however this isn't consistent.) Truthfully his eyes are this most striking feature of his face as the rest of it is fairly forgettable. He has brown hair which he wears fairly short and cuts himself. He is takes pride in having a clean shaven face and will spend however much time it takes to get it smooth and hairless. He can typically be seen carrying a messenger bag. On the off chance that you would see him without a shirt he has a Buddha achieving nirvana under a peach tree on his right pectoral and a totem pole running the length of his spine. Costume: His costume is designed with his observations in mind. He has discovered that his ability to turn "Invisible" Works best with darker colors. Likewise maneuverability is key and as such he hasn't put any armoring or restricting plates into. He wears a Black mask with a smile painted on in orange as well as orange rings around the eyes and a brown hood as a sort of fear factor (his three role models all use fear tactics to get results) a thick button down overlapping shirt, and padded gloves. Typically he wears tight grey pants so that tripping over excess fabric isn't a problem and padded boots so that larger falls don't cause him to fall over and or break his legs. Primary Power: Anthony's ability rests in the ability to turn "Invisible." This is said in quotes because he doesn't necessarily just up and vanish he has to concentrate in order to alter his atomic structure in a way that allows his body to match a background. Therefore his ability is more powerful if he is up against say a brick wall where the pattern is distinct versus say if he were standing in the middle of the street in which case his body would have to compensate for all of the elements including sky atmosphere, pollution, distant objects, and to blend in from all angles. Needless to say he tries not to use his ability in the open with so much to concentrate on. Secondary Power(s): His secondary power is one that he cannot control. Occasionally Anthony is able to glance into the future. Typically this event involves himself however he has had a few psychic visions that have involved others that he has not yet met. He's learned that you cannot really alter an outcome and has only ever managed to make something not happen once. Unlike Déjà Vu His premonitions are very precise as to what will happen and more than not when. As a result he takes these premonitions very seriously. Weakness: As stated earlier Anthony’s ability to turn invisible is harder to use if there is a lot of background things he has to take into consideration. For example, should a car drive past him while he is camouflaged he wouldn’t be able to react fast enough to the car’s movement to mimic it. Personality: Anthony owns very little. As a result his home his sparsely furnished and incredibly organized. Anthony is very quiet and hardly outgoing, saying very little if anything at all. The few things he does say are usually strictly to the point and convey no emotion if possible. He is highly irritable with people who are loud and unaware of other people in the vicinity making say, eating at a restaurant an incredibly frustrating experience. He doesn’t have much need for money and thus it usually ends up in a bank account where it’ll never be used most likely. Anthony doesn’t have a whole lot of friends. Truthfully he doesn’t feel any dependency towards other people and only makes friends on occasion. He is a frustrating friend who will absorb information but hardly ever give anything back. If you ever manage to get close to him he is a reliable friend and in some incredibly rare cases he has known to be a supportive friend. His personal heroes are all fictional and of the super variety: Rorschach, Batman, and Dare Devil. He feels compelled to live up to these fictitious men’s legacies and does his best to try and make the world better so to speak. As a person he is confident in himself. Although he does have abilities and does see things he will never admit that he has any illness in his head. This is mainly because he doesn’t believe in psychiatrists or therapists and think it is all a load of crock. Anthony’s luck with the lady folk suffers from his inability to communicate feelings with people. This isn’t to say he doesn’t have feelings merely that he doesn’t feel a need to share them with anyone. He doesn’t believe in religion of any sort and chooses to remain neutral on the topic. He does practice the art of meditation and is heavily influenced by eastern philosophy however. Biography: Anthony had family issues....In that he didn't necessarily have one. His father was in the military and was rarely home. Even so when he was home he complained about what an awful child Anthony was, how disappointing he was compared to his older brother. Anthony strived to prove he wasn't nothing but it doesn't matter what he did. If he proved he was highly intelligent with superior grades his father wished he would be stronger. When he worked out and became brilliantly strong and toned his father asked why he had wasted the time getting buff when he could've been studying. In most cases their would be a mother to comfort him and remind him that his father only meant well. However his mother had left them for another man when Anthony was four so he learned to become bitter and resent his father. He loved his brother, possibly more than anyone. It was his brother who snuck comic books into the house under his father's disapproval of the "Queer stories." He and his brother would stay up late into the night reading the fantastic tales of super hero deeds. Anthony soon learned to Idolize Batman, Dare Devil and Rorschach and obsessed over their characters. He would often argue with his brother over which characters were better and why intellect and cunning were better tools than strength and power. When Sean William Riciarddi announced that he was indeed a homosexual his father denounced him and he was ostracized by the entire family. Only Anthony ever kept in touch and sympathized with his brother who eventually died of a heroine overdose. Anthony blames his father entirely for this. With his brother's death and his life up in the air Anthony packed any worldly items that he deemed necessary and left the country for the Himalayas, claiming he had no stakes left in England. In the Himalayas an older Monk took Anthony in and personally took mentoring the child in not just the ways of the Buddhists but in the self defense and in life as well. After spending what would've been his last year of high school and his colleges years in the teaching of these monks he felt at peace with the ghosts of his past and was ready to return to the western world. However a Chinese insurgency attacked the temple and killed his mentor and three other monks. Seeing their blood spilled enraged Anthony. He didn't understand why something so awful happened to people so wonderful. He left with his life but was forever scarred and his mended mind was once again broken. Rather than returning to England he came to America and tried to come to terms with the recent happenings. He recalled the heroes from his childhood, using their intellect with a combination of intelligent plans and a little bit of braun to get results. He decided that is what he stood for, and he, like his comic book idols, would do whatever was necessary to get results. His mind never fully mended from the incident in the Himalayas and has opened his mind to illusions. He constantly feels as though he is being followed by unseen monsters. He hears whispers but no lips to speak them. Often times he has internal conversations with his brother and his mentor. He's highly intelligent but incredibly paranoid. Goals/Motives: Much like Peter Parker, Anthony believes that with great power comes great responsibility. However unlike Peter he isn’t afraid to hurt people to get results. He believes justice is the highest power there is. This means that sometimes he works outside of the law in order to achieve his goals. Vices: Anthony won’t admit to any vices however he does have an affinity to Mexican food and hates incompetence to no end. Furthermore, Anthony’s paranoia has an effect on his ability to determine reality and imagination and has caused public outbursts in his past. He has been known to shout vigorously at thin air claiming that his brother or even fictional characters are there. He absolutely hates being wrong and if he is he will go out of his way to try and redeem himself. Other: Anthony is something of an Audiophile. He obsesses and loves music in almost all it’s forms. (It’s suspected that this may be to silence the voices he occasionally hears but that’s just speculation.)

Name: Don Edison AKA: The Sheepdog Current Age: 25 Appearance: Don is tall, broad, and sturdy. He’s 6’4” and 181 pounds of muscle. He’s got long, shaggy blonde hair, which is dyed for his costume. His eyes are a deep grey, but you usually don’t see those anyways. Costume: In costume, Don sports fuzzy shoes, cowhide pants, white gloves, a deep gray fuzzy shirt, and even a tail. His skin seems to be a dull grey and he applies a terribly convincing white beard that matches straightened, waist-length white hair. Most people wouldn’t take him seriously, but that’s Don for you. Primary Power: The Sheepdog does not really have one ability that stands out from the rest. But what defines him is his skin. He is not rock solid, but he has tougher skin. A knife would effectively stab him, but not as deeply as it should. This skin also seems to make him surprisingly adaptable to any weather conditions. –Speed, strength, telekinesis Secondary Power(s): The Sheepdog, as fitting for a dog, harbors, not super, but advanced, speed and strength. He has also developed minor telekinesis. This last bit is more fitting fro specifically a sheepdog. Weakness: Don’s terribly afraid of pointy objects. That’s understandable. But even pins and thumbtacks bother him. He’s been known to whimper on occasion. Personality: He’s a lot of fun to be around. He may seem sort of rough at first, but it’s all in fun with him. He loves kids and playing things loose. He hates people who try to stir up trouble. He hates serious conversations. He’s not fond of permanence, which may explain the unusual amount of jobs he’s held. He’s also incredibly skilled in communication. Biography: Don was born and raised on a farm in Delmor. He loved animals growing up. He was also home schooled by a teacher who, in simple terms, was weird. This teacher would spend time on mental management techniques and physical activity far beyond gym class. Don loved it. His parents decided to home school him because it offered more flexibility. Don couldn’t bear being in a classroom. It was too organized for him. It is the belief of those who know him that this teacher, who has since passed away, bestowed Don’s powers in him. Don was the oldest kid in his family. He spent a lot of time with his younger siblings and he spent a lot of time in Capital City as well. He loves social gatherings. He moved from Delmor as soon as he could to the city where he’s worked various jobs with animals. Specifically in pet stores, veterinary offices, and shelters. In Capital City, Don ran into an old favorite uncle of his, Oual, who’d lived in Delmor for as long as he could remember. The years the two had gone without each other seemed to evaporate immediately, and before long, Oual invited Don and his pet sheepdog, Sam, back to Delmor. Don, having nothing real going for him in the City, was obligated. Goals/Motives: Don is happy, but he is interested in finding something to do. He doesn’t know what it is, and he’s not much for setting goals. He believes he’ll end up somewhere. It is sort of why he came back to Delmor in the first place. He is not attached to the city, being very much a free spirit. Vices: Don has been known to do some strange things. Things like bark, wag an imaginary tail, wag his tongue, and lick his plate clean. It is all very rare, though. Except for the latter. Other: Don hesitated upon returning to Delmor because he knows Oual lives with his nephew, Austin. However, Don is also Oual’s nephew. There are all kinds of possibilities, but you can rely on a problem or two coming up. Also, Oual knows that Don is The Sheepdog. DON IS A CHARACTER FROM TROX'S SINGLE THREAD RP UNSUNG. THAT IS WHY HIS ARRIVAL IS SO SUDDEN.First Post!

Name: Jennifer "Jen" Smith AKA: Though not everyone refers to her thusly, she calls herself Vital. (Not yet) Current Age: 17 Appearance: Jen is roughly 5'7", built like a runner, and ever so slightly muscular. She wears her long blonde hair down and slightly curled and her deep oceanic blue eyes rarely lose a piercing edge of either sheer boredom or annoyance. Jen has an air of stubborn independence evident in the way she carries herself. Her fashion sense is athletic yet fashion-conscious and typically colorful. She does not view an outfit as finished unless it has some sort of headband or sweatband, though. She rarely wears black. As to skin tone, Jen is pale during the winter and quite tan over the summer, as she spends quite a bit of time outside in the sun. Costume: When Jen discovers her powers, she will take on the identity of the bandit known as Vital to herself or whatever people choose to call her behind her back. She wears a relatively form-fitting black outfit including gloves so as to not leave fingerprints, huge mirrored black sunglasses, her hair tied back so it won't get in her way, a black half-mask, and running shoes so that she can make her escape. In typical Jen fashion, she also wears a black sweatband, though for the practical reason of not sweating on her sunglasses and letting them fog up. Primary Power: Extreme physical endurance. Depending on the task, Jen can basically keep doing something such as running, for much, much longer than a normal person can. She does not tire easily and can often be more forceful while doing some strenuous activities (such as fighting. She can put more power into a punch than would be logical for most people because it will not take all of her energy) because it will not drain her stamina much. Secondary Power(s): Jen is a talented escape artist because of her ability to use more force in a short period of time and then run for a very long time without tiring. This can help her out of some jams, especially if it is a person and not an object which restrains her. Weakness: If Jen does tire, she takes much longer to recover her stamina than most people. Other than that, she is quite normal. To clarify this, her endurance is not endurance of pain but simply a lot of stamina. Personality: Jen Smith, beneath her falsely extroverted exterior, a very independent person who does not wish to have lasting relationships with anyone because her focus is herself. Jen appears to be quite a social person, but she prefers to bring herself into social circles because she can see the benefits of having people she can convince to do things for her. Others see her as a happy person, which is true, though she is usually happier that she is doing things for herself than for any reasons others cause. To Jen, looking out for number one is the most important thing for her to do. While she is not lazy by any means, Jen is not exactly a driven person unless she is forced. For a girl who can keep at any physical task for long periods of time, she is not always one to apply herself. While not the most intelligent girl, Jen is quite clever when the situation calls for it. Her cleverness does not pass into wit, though. Jen is quite direct, says what she means, and means what she says. Biography: Jen Smith has lived a relatively plain life under the eyes of her rather laissez-faire family which consists of her parents, a younger brother, and an older sister. Because of the laissez-faire approach her family had about her, believing that she must make her own mistakes and then clean them up, Jen has learned to be independent and selfish. This is also where Jen gained her distaste of lasting relationships. Throughout her life, Jen has made her escape from the world running, though she does not run track. She recently moved to Delmor after her mother got promoted to manager at the Delmor branch of her job. She has not yet discovered her power. Goals/Motives: Jen's number one goal is to advance her own position in life by whatever means necessary. Vices: In case this isn't incredibly obvious, Jen is selfish almost to the point of narcissism. Other: When it comes to school, Jen could really care less. she does enough to get a good enough GPA to not be in danger of failing, as she doesn't want to be bothered by faculty reminding her of her grades, but other than that, Jen meets school with apathy.

Name: Kreig Harrow AKA: Night Owl Current Age: 22 Appearance: Krieg is over six feet tall and muscular. His eyes and hair are probably the darkest anyone will ever see in their lives. He is white, but his skin is rarely seen, as he spends most of his time in costume. Krieg has many mannerisms. Being as confused as he is, his head will often bob around in conversation. He doesn’t focus on any one thing. He sometimes swings his arms randomly if he feels like they’ve been dormant too long. He has long, dark wings that he simply can’t deny or hide Costume: The Night Owl is wrapped completely in a fittingly nighttime-like black to the point where people wonder whether it’s his skin color or if he’s wrapped. His clothes also hold this color. Not much skin is revealed and he is in a pretty protective suit. He also always carries around his two boomerangs and daggers. Primary Power: He can fly. Secondary Power(s):–Has a small arsenal of two boomerangs (non-returning) and two identical daggers. -He sees in the night as clearly as the average person does in the day. - He can see 360 degrees just turning his head slightly right or slightly left due to wide peripheral vision. Weakness: - Has a hard time seeing in daylight. -He has no sense of memory, humanity, law, or culture and acts on impulse. Personality: When you talk to Kreig, he seems utterly insane. This comes with a lack of awareness towards right and wrong. He is distant and foreign and generally you focus on the obvious wings coming out of his back. The effect is completed by the fact that he squints in his conversations in broad daylight. He doesn’t know how to hold a conversation and has undeveloped listening skills. Biography: Kreig has no memory of himself. He just woke up about two weeks back with no recollection of himself or his past. But a very old man soon joined him and began to explain the concepts of the world. He called himself Kreig’s grandfather. The two lived together for a week and a half, trying to re-introduce Kreig back into the world. Kreig’s powers began to show themselves since the accident. It was too much for his grandfather – William Harrow – to handle. Kreig’s wings were impossible to hide, and normalcy was out of the question. The kindly man tried to deal with it all, continuing to tell Kreig stories of his past, explain who he was. Grandpa Harrow talked about the accident that left Kreig with memory loss. It was a car accident that left Kreig alone in the middle of the woods for days, possibly a week. They discovered the crash almost immediately, deciding that the rest of Krieg’s family – just his mom and his dad – had died. But Kreig couldn’t be found. Not until Grandpa Harrow began a search for him. Kreig proved that he couldn’t handle the concepts of normal society, as hard as Harrow tried. Cars bothered him, he couldn’t understand huge buildings, and don’t even put a television in front of him. He’ll be puzzled for hours. One night, Grandpa Harrow brought Kreig to a cop’s home. This cop was a friend of Harrow’s. But behind Harrow’s back, this cop called Kreig a freak. He told Harrow how nobody actually cared about him, how he’d never be normal, and how dangerous he is. Kreig snapped and this cop ended up dead. Grandpa Harrow, scared beyond reason, called more of the cops over and fled, leaving Krieg to fend off the cops all by himself. Of course, all of this was out of Kreig’s comprehension. He has no sense of law, fears and hates copes passionately, and doesn’t know why he can’t find his grandfather, the man who’d virtually re-raised him from nothing. Goals/Motives: -Find his Grandfather Harrow. -Kill all uniformed cops he comes across. (This one sorta just happened because of my prompt). -Survive. Vices: He has no sense of memory, humanity, law, or culture and acts on impulse. Other: N/A

Name: Violet Malloy AKA: N/A Current Age: 15 Appearance: Violet is short for her age, standing at just over five feet tall. She's a scrawny kid, and she's about as physically threatening as a bunny rabbit. Violet tends to change her hair on a weekly, or sometimes even daily, basis, though her favorite hair color seems to be pink and her favorite hair style seems to be pigtails. Violet's most remarkable feature is her eyes. The left eye is always indecisively shifting from green to blue to amber to gray and every color in-between, while the right eye, whose pupil is frozen, is bright violet. Violet's choice of clothing befits her manic, and eclectic, personality. She dresses a bit like a little girl who broke into her mother's closet. Her clothes are often too big for her, her arms and neck are usually draped in mismatched--and often gaudy--jewelry, and her shoes and socks never seem to make pairs. Costume: N/A Primary Power: Simply put, Violet has the ability to mess with people's heads. She has no control over when this "goes off", and most of the time she doesn't even notice when it does. The effects are, for the most part, very minor: causing headaches or nausea, causing hallucinations, or manipulating someone's emotions (i.e. making them suddenly feel paranoid, frightened, overcome by laughter, etc.). Violet's powers seem to be, to some degree, controlled by emotion, and more extreme emotions will produce more extreme effects. Secondary Power(s): Violet has the ability to "steal" other people's memories, though, again, it isn't intentional. Violet has no control over when this happens, nor can she select which memory to take, and the target of this ability feels no ill effects. As she often has no idea which memory belongs to whom, or even those which belong to herself, this ability seems to have no real benefits to Violet other than making her more scrambled in the head. Weakness: Violet has no control over any of her powers, and her mental instability makes her unpredictable and easily manipulated. While Violet's insanity does not, as of now, seem to pose a threat to herself or others, this trend may not continue as her abilities continue to manifest and develop. Personality: Mentally, Violet is like a five-year-old. She's highly self-centered, unable to see things from another person's point of view. She babbles rather than talks and is so easily distracted that conversing with her is difficult. Violet has no concept of right or wrong, good or evil. She lacks any moral responsibility for her actions, and this leaves her free to do just about anything she feels like doing. Violet eats when she gets hungry, sleeps when she gets tired, and takes what she feels entitled to. All her actions are decided upon a whim, and she is just as likely to help someone in trouble as she is to cause the trouble herself. Violet has no real concept of friendship. For the most part, Violet decides precisely how she is going to react to you, and whether or not you and she will become friends, immediately upon meeting you. She is incredibly trusting of those she likes, even if she has only known them for a matter of seconds, and generally assumes the best out of everyone. Violet's naivety makes her easily manipulated, which can, obviously, lead to complications. Violet's head is as scrambled as the hypothetical eggs I had for breakfast this morning. She has little in the way of long- or short-term memory, and she can never truly be sure if the memories she does retain are even hers. Interestingly, she tends to remember those she has spent a long enough period of time around, though she generally forgets specifics about them such as their names and other silly details like that. Violet's moods are incredibly manic, and it takes only very minor events to cause wild mood swings in her. Biography: Asking Violet about her past is a bit like asking a woodpecker about quantum physics, but some investigative prying has uncovered what few tidbits Violet, and those around her, can recall. Violet was born in a lab, the lovechild of a frozen egg, a donor sperm, and a petri dish (this is a bit of a dramatization, of course, the actual method by which she was artificially conceived could have been any number of things). The laboratory had been in the business of creating genetically ideal children--"designer children", if you will. Simply by altering a few strands of DNA, mommy and daddy can ensure that little Timmy will be a six-foot basketball champ with light brown hair, blue eyes, and a statistically reduced chance of developing diabetes, heart disease, and any of a number of nasty cancers later in life. It is unclear who "ordered" the Violet model, if indeed anyone had at all. What is clear, however, is that the goal seemed to be to create an artificial, and genetically ideal, super. The lab notes of Violet's first fifteen years of life have disappeared, either having been destroyed or obtained by an unknown party. What happened during her life in the lab is a mystery, but what is clear is that something went terribly wrong. Violet indeed has superhuman abilities, but she controls none of them. Worse yet, the abilities implanted in Violet seem to have caused her mind to "crack", reducing her to a babbling child. At any rate, at age fifteen Violet was removed from the lab and introduced to a life in the outside world. The shock of suddenly being thrust into a world she never knew existed must have been traumatic for Violet--or it would have been, had she had the mental capacity to understand what was going on. This sudden decision to remove Violet from the lab and thrust her into the world outside was made by one Jason Malloy, who has since claimed Violet as his child. Violet currently resides in Jason Malloy's personal residence. Little is known about Jason Malloy or his connection to Violet. It has been confirmed that he did indeed take part in Violet's creation, though the extent of his involvement is unknown. Who Jason Malloy is, and what plans he holds in store for Violet, remains to be seen. Goals/Motives: Violet doesn't have any particular goals. She wrote a to-do list once, but she forgot what she was supposed to do with it, so that was pretty much the end of that. Vices: Violet has a tendency to steal. Quite a bit. Not really a problem for her, but store owners might be getting slightly irked. Other: Violet's favorite dance is the Time Warp. And, yeah, Columbia is her favorite. Name: Abigail Ritz AKA: Abby, Ritzy Current Age: 17 Appearance: Bright red hair. It is not the most defining or noticeable tribute among the sometimes odd appearances the citizens of Delmor are known to have, but it is one of the more noticeable features of one Abigail Ritz. In addition to the eye catching color, her hair is long, down to her back, and mostly manageable. Abby also has large green eyes that can brim with girlish delight or fill with dismay. Her skin is fair and sprinkled with freckles, especially her face, where freckles gather thick on her checks and lighten as they get closer to her nose. Abby carries herself confidently, standing straight and holding her chin up. The only time she really slouches is when the halls in school get crowded, because she finds it easier to maneuver through a throng of people that way. She smiles at most people, sometimes even muttering out a hello, and tries to at least look approachable and kind. Her fashion sense mirrors her attitude; laid back and casual. Abby's closet is full of jeans, jackets, and t-shirts of various colors, fabrics, designs, embellishments, and sleeve lengths. She also has a collection of odd hats, such as one that looks like a little octopus on top of her head and a knit cap that has all the phases of the moon around it, though the hats usually never see life beyond the front door because of Abby's fear that someone will try to ruin or steal them. Her wardrobe also includes a couple pairs of comfortable sneakers and accessories such as hairpins and simple jewelry. Costume: She doesn't really actively fight crime at the moment, so a costume isn't very important to her. Primary Power: Abigail has an innate ability to basically defy probability. In a rash of gunfire, as long as she moved to avoid getting hit, she would come out clean as a whistle, in terms of bullet holes, at least. If there is a possibility that she will survive something, it is almost guaranteed she will survive it. Secondary Power(s): If she so chooses, Abigail can temporarily modify the luck of another person, causing either a particularly devastating deficit of luck or a surprising abundance of it. She can also affect the severity and length of this modification, the severity being as low as finding a dollar on the ground to as high as dodging a runaway bus careening down the street. Weakness: Obviously, her power is limited to actions that are probable. She can't blink her eyes and make a bullet turn into a nice fluffy penguin plush toy, as awesome as it would be. There is no possible way it could happen and thus, no possible way for her to make it happen. Aside from that, the typical things that can fell a normal person will pretty much do the job in dispatching her as well, as long as she doesn't see it coming Personality: Abigail is laid back and easy going. She tends to go with the flow of things in her life rather than making her life more hectic by stressing over every little thing that she can't change, since she gets enough stress at home. Her attempts to take things in stride have led Abby to develop into someone who is rather disorganized and messy. It doesn't bother her if something isn't exactly spotless or if her schoolwork is perfectly organized. She can usually find what she needs, so she doesn't see much of a problem with her organized mess, as she has dubbed it. The only thing Abby really stresses about is big school projects, such as essays and presentations. She isn't stupid, quite the opposite in fact, but she does get nervous about talking in front of large groups of people and is a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to schoolwork. She doesn't embarrass easily and doesn't really care what people think of her, so she does what she pleases and tries her hardest to be true to herself. She does have enough sense and respect for people to not be purposefully obnoxious or rude, most of the time, but makes fun of things that she thinks are ridiculous, as most people do. While not witty on a regular basis, Abby has had a few moments of ingenious little quips and groan inducing puns, though neither really annoys people, since those moments are usually few and far between. She is very open with her power, mostly because it's something that usually isn't attributed to her and doesn't get her much attention. After all, people don't have a lucky streak and proclaim that they were smiled upon by some girl with a special power who sits next to them in math class. She also tends to see herself as more of an annoyance to people who like to cause trouble rather than a full blown, crime fighting, justice protecting superhero. Biography: Abigail Ritz grew up in the southwest, an observer to the chaotic spectacle that was her parents' marriage. They had married young and traveled as they pleased for a while before settling down near some blossoming cities in the desert areas of the country to carve out a life together. She was raised through her early years by her father, David, though his near constant involvement in her childhood affairs was more by his distaste of becoming another pencil pusher in a cubicle than by choice. Her parents were married and her mother, Tiffany, was alive; she was just busy bringing home the bacon for the family as an editor. It was a tolerable way to live. Her mother gave her attention, when she wasn't running around late to work or ready to collapse into bed after dealing with people all day long, and her father was there to be her obligatory hero. As Abby started grade school, the very odd relationship her parents shared began to dissolve as her mother gave birth to another child, a boy named Scott. Her father pushed to be free, aching to live without being tied down to one place. It took a year, but he eventually flew the coop, a free man once more. He hasn't stopped for very long since then, according to the various postcards, letters, care packages full of souvenirs, and even emails Abigail has received from him over the years. The dust had barely settled from her father's departure when her mother decided a change of scenery was necessary. The change of scenery took them to Boston, where Tiffany worked her heart out to provide a stable life for her children and to put the past behind her. The quick change was difficult for the entire family. Most of their belongings ended up in a little storage facility while the family of three lived in a little apartment in the middle of the city. To help lighten the burden, Abigail's grandparents did move to the apartment as well, taking care of Scott, since he was still just an infant, and Abby after school. They brought a calm and stability to the home that was so desperately needed. With their help, the family settled in nicely to their new life, and things appeared to be going quite well. When Tiffany was comfortable with sending Scott to a day care center, Grammy and Grampy returned to their little home outside of the city to be visited often by the family. After two years of working in Boston, Tiffany met Andrew Welsh, a friend of a friend, at a holiday party. It was an instant chemistry and a quick connection between the two. When the holiday hubbub wound down, a few drinks one night turned into a dinner a few nights later which turned into more nights out together every week or so. The next two years was a flurry of dates, introductions, and a slow acceptance of Andrew into their lives. He became the father figure in Abby's and Scott's lives. Two years of dating led to Andrew and Tiffany tying the knot in a little ceremony for the whole family, which included Andrew's son Paul. About a year later, two more members joined the family; Cody and Courtney, an adorable little pair of babies. However, it became quite noticeable at that time that an apartment was no longer going to cut it. Once both Andrew and Tiffany were back at work and making enough money to allow some savings to be done, the great house search began. That search lasted a whole four years before they found the perfect home on a little islandinsula of Delmor. The adults saw it as a wonderful place to raise their family and still be able to do work, though they wouldn't be commuting every single day. It was on one of the last days in Massachusetts that changed Abigail's life in a nearly imperceivable but wondrous way. She was at a carnival outside of the city, spending some time with friends before moving. They dared her to go on some spaceship shaped ride that spun around to pin people to the walls. Nauseating, but Abby accepted the dare anyways, figuring she might as well humor her friends for the last time. It started out pretty normal and was actually kind of exhilarating, until, at the peak of the rides' revolutions and G-force generation, a bolt of lightning cut through the sky and struck the ride... and nothing happened. Through the ensuing commotion of making sure all the riders are okay, officials find that there is absolutely nothing wrong with the equipment of the ride and no one is hurt at all. It's hailed as a miracle, and Abigail leaves Massachusetts without a second thought about the incident. Shortly after arriving in Delmor, however, she finds things to be a little off. Abby is constantly finding money on the ground, and not just paltry amounts. She finds 20, 50, and even a few 100 dollar bills, just sitting there on the ground on her way to school or walking around the neighborhood. She fell out of a tree a few weeks after settling into their Delmor home, and stood up with barely a scratch. It wasn't hard to realize that something was not right. Testing her luck, Abigail started making dumb bets with her brother. She bet that awful baseball teams would win against a star-studded line up of players. She played craps with him for fun, and could not stop winning. It was almost unreal how lucky she had suddenly become. In the ultimate test of luck, Abigail took a trip to the mainland with her mother. While her mother was occupied with something, the very fortunate teen decided to test her luck with traffic. If something weird was going on, she would live. If not... well, she hoped someone had very good brakes on their car. Abigail waited for a moment when cars could move, and bolted out onto the street. She dodged cars to her left and right, nearly getting clobbering in the side with rear view mirrors, and getting honked and yelled at like the insane girl she was. However, she made it to the other side, unscathed. From then on, she was untouchable by almost any ill luck. It took her months of experiments to figure out that she could actually project this luck modification onto other people as well, and she's been practicing with her little luck changes ever since then. She tends to imbue her powers upon whoever she feels like helping or debilitating, her decision being based upon the impression said person puts forth. For instance, someone sticking a gun in her face will most definitely not be on her happy good luck list. Abigail has been in Delmor for two long, crazy years. Her mother is on the mainland most of the time, dealing with business and coming home when she has a day or two of free time, while her stepfather stays home and holds down the house. Andrew works from home in his spare time, not that there is a whole lot of that in a household of four children, five when Paul comes to visit when he feels like it. For reasons quite obvious to anyone who spends more than five minutes in the house, Abigail tends to keep away sometimes. When she's not at school, the high school senior is usually out and about with a few friends, taking advantage of somewhere nice and quiet for homework and thinking, or working in her oh-so-very exciting and glamorous job as a cashier at the Stop&P. Goals/Motives: At the moment, Abigail just wants to live her life and maybe try to make sense of why she has the silly power that seems basically useless compared to heroic antics from movies, comic books, and even life in Delmor. Vices: Abigail tends to suck on her hair when she needs to concentrate, no matter where she is. She'll often have a lock of hair tucked between her lips during an entirety of an exam in school. Telltale signs of nervousness with her are constant nail picking and lip nibbling, even a bit of deep breathed sighing and a little talking to herself under her breath. Other: She has a large, orange and white short hair tabby cat named Todd, and she often talks to him when she's in her room and no one is, hopefully, listening. Abby is also terrified of heights. The mere thought of them makes her knees turn to gelatin. First Post >>>

Name: Alma Flynn AKA: Silent Knight, or just Silent, but this is just what Alma calls herself Current Age: 16 DoB: December 13 Appearance: Fairly intimidating at 5 foot 8 with an extra 3 inches of goth heels at times, Alma almost always stands up straight. She's not extremely thin due gaining lean muscles from her nighttime excursions, but she can look cute... for a tall girl. Her dark brown eyes are normally looking downward through her glasses when around people she's unfamiliar with, not making eye contact. Alma takes little joy in the fact that when she uses her powers her eyes become kinda demonic. They turn a deep hue of red. An upside is her "demonic eyes" have no need for glasses. Because of becoming more and more active as Silent, Alma only has time to bleach her messy, medium length, black, punk hair. She feels this is enough, considering the whitish streaks look pretty cool. Some interesting hairstyles could be done with her choice of cut, but normally, it just ends up pulled into a pony with either a large clip or a hairband. Her wardrobe is a bunch of odds and ends Alma's collected over time. Though none of it could be considered "in fashion," she can throw together a fairly nice outfit. And by nice, this means she can throw her trench coat over it. Most of her stuff is black, making her fall under the category of goth [mostly, punk and rebel have been used as well]. It's odd to find her without her trench coat, headphones, some scarf, and a panda shaped, mini backpack she calls Chibi. Costume: Silent's outfit consists of a black coat with a few more buckles than normal and a pair of matching pants. They're easy to move in but slightly disguise movement. A hood covers most of her face and a semi-matching face mask covers her mouth. Her choice of shoes in a pair of older, combat-ish boots, comfortable for anything she may need to do. Her wings and tail are really solidified shadows and change size or shape if needed. Besides her eyes changing from brown to red, her skin will take on a gray hue with a few shadow like lines across it when Silent really uses her powers to whatever their limit maybe. Lucid Dusk, her sword, is generally slung over her shoulders when not in use in a sheath of her shadows. Lucid Dusk holds an intricate, black metal handle with its wielder suspects may be crystallized shadows, as it can burn those with out an affinity for darkness. Primary Power: Alma's powers revolve around her sword, Lucid Dusk, and the umbrakinesis [umbra means shadow in Latin] it mysteriously granted her. Mostly, she can increase, decrease or solidify shadows and travel through them. She also has "telekinesis", through solidifying shadows (this is what causes the dark aura around the objects), and can easily move objects lighter than herself. Somehow, Alma is slowly learning the basics of swordsmanship from the sword itself. Secondary Power(s): Flight can be achieved by a mix of her telekinesis and wings [which, in reality, are just solidified shadows]. After she hones her skills, Alma would be able to make limited areas pitch black [ex: the space right in front of someone's eyes or head, effectively making them temporarily blind]. She can also travel through shadows and store items in them. Alma also heals faster when she is in the shadows. Weakness: It is difficult to do any umbrakinesis during the day (but not impossible, just improbable) because bright lights will not only hurt, but will make a lack of shadows. The most harmful lights are the sun and LEDs. [Poor lighting in dark alleys will only increase power because of more shadows.] Alma also becomes mute and must find other ways to communicate. [Speaking is regained after prolonged light exposure or not using her powers. However, being in the light is almost the same as not using her powers.] Since her "-kinesises" are linked to emotion, if she doesn't keep them in check, her powers can slip out of her control. Other than that, her weaknesses are mostly human. Personality: Alma's worse point is definitely her personality. She's intelligent but is also a nonconforming, argumentative loner that keeps most of her feelings under wraps until someone looks down on her. Quick to disagree or stand up for someone being pressured, she's often looked down upon or up to but she doesn't give a crap. She's the type that knows when to stop simply because the other side will never get what she's saying. The world is boring to Alma because she understands how people react and almost everything she tries out is exactly what she expected it to be. As such, she enjoys pushing the buttons of people she dislikes and is constantly trying new things. Even so, she still enjoys some relatively normal things. Company of family and friends is one but very few people fall under that category in Delmor. Intelligent conversations about academic topics absolutely delight her. Even she finds it odd that completing a complicated math problem makes her bubbly and hyper while hearing that so-and-so got together with whats-his-face makes her snore. Alma is incredibly cynical and doubts almost everyone's motives. She's become fairly easy-going because getting A's is easy for her. She keeps her image of "blank, uncaring loner" at school but drops that persona around friends and family, becoming more sociable. Her new alter ego of Silent is making life a little less boring but she's treating it like a game, because she wants to keep it interesting. She'll play villain one week but hero the next. [To sum Silent up, she's a thrill seeker.] Biography: The first 75% of Alma Flynn's life are hardly worth mentioning, at least according to her. She's from a family of five; father, mother, son and two daughters. Alma never really began to understand her older brother Vincent until she was almost 14, simply because he is 8 years older than her. Her sister, Angeline who is 5 years older, is still a bit of a stranger. The Flynns moved around a lot due to her parents jobs. Mrs. Flynn is an historian while her father works with some secret government group. But still, her parents managed to be able to play the role of parent quite well. Alma learned to love history from her mother and math from her father, making these two subjects her favorites. She'd go wherever they went... And never really got use to people her own age. This led to Alma becoming a loner at the tender age of 11 when she lived in a city where her mother was a curator for a small museum. She didn't get why people weren't interested in how the 20th Maine held off an attack on Little Round Top during the Battle of Gettysburg or the beauty the comes when everything in a math problem makes sense. And thus, the world started becoming boring. Things changed drastically in the last few months [before RP begins]. With all the "supers" appearing everywhere these days, Mr. Flynn seemed to have become so busy that he is required to actually live in the same city as his office. Alma always guessed he dealt with the supernatural, though he still denies this. As such, Mr. and Mrs. Flynn live in an apartment in a city near to Delmor [Angeline, who's currently working in that city, lives near them]. Feeling that their daughter shouldn't live in a city due to the "Loner Episode" from when she was 11, Alma now lives in Delmor with Vinny, who is his sister's acting guardian. The islandinsula would have been one of the worst places for Alma; a small tourist town that is just another small town in the off months. It should have been incredibly boring... Except for the fact of all the odd events happening in the town... and the fact that strange things have been happening to the loner goth ever since she parted with her parents. And it might all be due to that ancient sword her mother gave her as a parting gift.... Goals/Motives: Nothing truly motivates Alma. Only two to things really inspire her to act: a thirst for knowledge and keeping life interesting. Vices: "The quintessence of a failure to communicate" - Either Alma doesn't get her point across or she doesn't understand the person's logic. She won't hesitate to stop something she believes to be stupid, wrong or both; it doesn't matter if it's information or bullying, she'll step in. She's also very blunt; no tip-toeing around the subject here. Other: Alma's a cynic with a remarkably dry sense of humor. She listens to music solely to drown out the noise of people. She enjoys eating good food, reading (both written and graphic novels), and some video games (normally fantasy RPGs). Summary Thus Far (2/5/10): Nothing much. Most notable are that Alma is (what you could call) friends with Tehra, went to Prom but didn't do anything spectacular, and is just beginning to understand her powers. <<<
