~Taking the mon...*cough* Child home ~
Jayoku had to admit she hadn't been exactly sure what she had volunteered to do and now standing in the hall ways of a ..very strange industrial building that was like a combination laboratory and church...well she was a bit shocked.
A young child had been brought out for her to take home. She had adopted lots before...but this particular child was...lets just say..VERY different from any other child she had taken care of. And that was saying a lot. As said child was then left in her care, she looked down at the girl. She had....two tentacles growing out of her side, and short wavy black hair. In truth she was rather cute, her eyes were large and brown with flecks of gold on the outside...
A tentacle reached out to grab a hold of Jayoku's hand and she melted. Okay she was too cute....very much so. And thusly took her to the car.

The car ride home was...silent. The little girl had said nothing, and was just peering out the window as if seeing things for the first time.
"So...whats your name?" Jayoku asked focusing on the road and flicking on the turning signal as she went to change lanes.
Looking at Jayoku the little girl gave a shy smile, "Adriel." she replied as she shifted in her car seat a tad uncomfortable as her poor tentacles were getting rather squished. They were flailing at her sides as if also experiencing some sort of agonizing pain.
"Thats a very pretty name Adriel, very nice for a cute little girl like you." Jayoku continued as she managed to turn slowly around the corner. Still a ways to go before they got home.
"Girl?" Adriel asked sounding a bit confused.
"Yes, your a girl." Jayoku explained wondering just how much the scientists taught their children before handing them off to people.
Adriel didn't respond and returned her gaze out the window.
Jayoku wasn't sure what else to say to her.....
"Um....hold old are you?" she asked and only got a blank stare from the woman who had just become her adoptive mother. She guessed that they hadn't taught them much. Or maybe they didn't celebrate birthdays?
"Never mind." She quickly continued feeling that this whole situation was feeling awkward. But she supposed it always started that way.
Jayoku suddenly felt something weird....it was pressing against her...boob...looking down she let out a shriek at what she saw. A bright purple tentacle was groping her! So sudden was the shock she wheeled the car and nearly drove straight into a lamp post. Adriel let out a cry of fear
the two renegade arms whipping back close to her chest.
The squeal of the bracks and then the hum of the motor....and her heart beat. She could feel her heart hammering inside her chest. That...was too close...looking over she saw that Adriel was ok...if not terrified. Best she...teach the girl not to bother her while driving...
"I...I am going to call a tow truck." she managed to say, knowing there was no way sh was going to continue driving now.

~A shocking discovery~
The whole event in the car was not a good way to start the relationship with the girl, who was rather nervous now about vehicles in general and would put up a fuss whenever Jayoku needed to take her somewhere. It was....the first day home that Jayoku made a rather ..shocking discovery.
The girl Adriel had been rather quiet and listened to the rules carefully. No running in the house, must ask permission to get food from the fridge and her tentacles had to keep to themselves. The last one was most important. For soon the new mother discovered that those appendages on the girl seemed to have a mind of their own. Continuously she was finding them trying to strip the girl of her clothes, now wither or not it was the girl who wanted her clothes off she wasn't sure, mainly because she never protested against being stripped.
Finally one day she decided she would have to put those tentacles in their proper place. They were the worse when it came to close contact. Jayoku ever so much wanted to hug her new daughter and croon her to sleep but the tentacles made is damn near impossible to have an intimate moment with her. Always reaching, poking prodding....attempting to take her shirt off. It was getting frustrating.
So it was bath time. It would be her first time bathing the girl. She didn't trust the tentacles enough to let the girl bathe on her own. Who knew what horrible things those ...arms would do to her little girl!
"Okay hun, come on now it is time for your bath." Jayoku said offering a hand to the girl, who only looked up at her blankly, one of the tentacles though promptly wrapped itself around Jayoku's hand, Jayoku had to force herself not to yank it off. Forcing a smile she nodded her head and then headed towards the bathroom.
Once in there she turned on the water to the tub awkwardly as the appendage wouldn't let go of her hand.
"Um hunny, you can let go of me now. I'm not going anywhere." Jayoku said with a tone of pleading. Adriel looked to her tentacled arm that was still firmly attached to Jayoku's hand.
"I can't controw it." She said, looking a bit unperturbed by that fact. She had been like that ever since she came home. Never making fuss, nor comlpaining about what her tentacles did to her or others. Always stating she couldn't stop them.
"Hunny..." Jayoku started trying to remain patient, "They are apart of you...I am sure if you told them to let go they would." She explained hoping the girl would understand.
Adriel stared at Jayoku a long moment before turning her gaze to the tentacle, her other one wrapped around her waist as if to make sure it wouldn't be left behind.
"Wet go of mommy." Adriel said, though she sounded a bit nervous about it. The tentacle refused to let go.
"Try it a bit more commanding sweetheart." Jayoku urged as the bathtub continued to fill with water she hoped it would't overflow while she waited for her arm to be released.
Adriel screwed her face into what Jayoku assumed must be her angry face...she hadn't seen the girl angry before but she didn't really look angry either.
"Wet go of mommy!" The little girl said a lot more sternly now and even went as far to shake a finger at the tentacle. And surely...it listened. It was a bit of a shock to the girl as it slowly released its hold and withdrew back to her body.
"Good girl. See I told you they would listen to you." Jayoku encouraged as she then tested the waters temperature with her hand and nodded her head. Just right.
Now she went to remove the girls dress, the other tentacle unwrapping around the girls waist as if it understood it was in the way. Of course now that Jayoku's hands where full with trying to slip the dress up and over the girls head, the two tentacles slipped from the holes that were designed to let them through and proceeded to grope Jayoku's chest.
On instinct the woman released the dress and used her arms to push the tentacles away and protect her rather abused boobs. Adriel stood blind as the dress was half way off her and was covering her head.
"Behave!" Jayoku snapped at the tentacles that were still hovering close as if hoping she would stop hiding her boobs from them.
Frowning she used one hand to try and take the rest of the dress off the girl and finally managed to do the task.
With a sigh, Jayoku looked down and stared a bit. Wait...that...uh.
"Your a boy?" She managed to say, and Adriel looked at her a bit confused but nodded his head.
Oh....boy.

~Learning ABC's and 123's~ Jayoku watched her body twitching, there was crayon EVERYWHERE. She had given them to Adriel in hopes to keep him occupied while she got together some ABC and 123 books. Of course...the young boy was drawing neatly on the table even staying within the lines of his coloring book it was his tentacles that were being bad. But she should of expected it...though Adirel was cute, charming and even calm most the time it was his tentacles the more often got him into trouble. Each arm had a crayon it is grasp and was scribbling all over the table and anything they could reach. She managed to refrain herself from getting mad. It was in sense Adriel's fault. Since he couldn't control the limbs what else could he do but let them do what they pleased? Sitting down she attempted to not appear irritated, Adriel looked up his brown eyes locking onto her, his tentacles pausing as if expecting to be lectured. "Okay now, we are going to earn about the ABC's." She explained opening a book that had some cute pictures in it A for alligator and all that kind of things. She also had flash cards...somewhere, she just needed to find it. "Now this is the letter A." The young woman explained tracing the capital letter with her nail, showing Adriel how the lines formed the letter. He stared up at her with his deep brown and gold flecked eyes

Growth spurt??!!!
Today I nearly had a heart attack, I awoke to find that my son had had a growth spurt and had gotten out of his crib and crawled into my bed. Over one night he had outgrown his night gown and only his upper half was covered by only a scrap of cloth. It reminded me of the icnredible hulk only....not green ornearly as big. Though being awoken by tentacles caressing my face isn't something I would want to do every day.
I had to take Adriel to get new clothes as he had outgrown his old ones...so much for saving money I had to lend the poor boy an old pink shirt of mine until I could buy him some bigger clothes.
I guess....this means it is his birthday? Maybe...I don't know how long the facility had Adriel before I recieved him...is this normal? I have so many questions I want to ask that strange facility and the scientist's who are there.
And...it was like they knew of Adriel's growth spurt...for when I came home from shopping with him there was a message on my answering machine from...'them'. They want Adriel to meet one of his DNA parents...I am a bit worried about the visit. Adriel is such a s trange boy I am a bit afriad of what the mother or father will be like....
I guess we will find out when we go there...

You've noticed that your child's tentacles seem to be gettnig stronger all the time, when you once were able to forcefully remove them from your arm or leg you now find their grip is becoming much too strong for you to handle. You feel the desire to contact the facilty and find out what is happening for your little boy.
