Sathe's fist had the same effect that a bulldozer might... versus a mountain. That is to say, little at all. Unfazed, the ant swivelled its antennae towards him. Its mandibles clamped down around his fist with surprising force. The creature was, without a doubt, no illusion.
A second later, Ruttaga slammed into its thorax. Growling, he clambered onto its back and did his best to grapple it. He might as well have been wrestling an elephant. He lashed out with his tail, but the spines bounced off without making so much as a dent. Beneath him, the ant released its grip on Sathe and spun around in search of its new opponent. As they turned about the room, Ruttaga saw Niamh go fleeing further into the dollhouse.
“Whoa! Where...?” he started and then bit his tongue. The ant began to buck, if one could even call it that.

Witch's Wicked Lair
It takes some time for your eyes to adjust to the dim light of candles. A dewy fog carpets the floor, seemingly coming from a bubbling cauldron in the corner. Bones and stuffed dolls hang from the ceilings, the walls lined with jars of eyeballs, tongues, and other indistinguishable horrors. You have to be careful to avoid knocking over dusty book piles and torn parchments.
SEARCH [1d8]
1: You find a key! 2: You open an old chest to have a dark figure jump at you. On closer inspection, it is a soot-coated vespercat that seems to be happy to be out of confinement. (Claim one of the familiars below!)
3: You bump into a table, causing one of the tomes to fall open on the floor. Spirits fly up from the pages, letting out tormented howls. 4: You stop to look at one of the jars, only to have the dozen eyeballs floating in the mysterious liquid swivel and stare back at you. 5: With a hissing noise, the bubbles in the cauldron begin to grow in size and gain shape. The figure begins to ooze towards you. Run! 6: One of the dolls falls to the floor, twisting its left leg as it lands. Your own leg suddenly seizes up in agony, and then, just like that, the pain is gone again. 7: You can’t help but look at one of the parchments covered in markings. The runes seem to burn into your eyes. 8: You find a key!
North: The way is blocked. East: The way is blocked. South: An ominous door. West: Continue.

Eerie Dollhouse
The cutesy, quaint decor of the life-sized dollhouse provides a welcome relief from the rest of the manor. However the longer you stay the less at ease you feel… The rooms and their furnishment seem a touch too big, too clean, too plastic, and the dolls on display nothing short of uncanny.
SEARCH [1d8]
1: Key 2: You find a table with an ordinary sized dollhouse. As you peer inside, you see a smaller version of yourself next to a table. 3: A doll hunches over the kitchen table, posed as though she were knitting. She turns to face you, revealing buttons for eyes. 4: A shadow passes over you, and you look up to see an enormous, outstretched hand reaching towards you. 5: You hear a series of thumps. A doll head bounces down the stairs and lands at your feet. The body comes crawling after it. 6: Walking past a television set, you hear the screen suddenly ring with static. A face flashes across it and then disappears. 7: The room begins to grow around you… that or you begin to shrink! An ant marches across the carpet towards you, roughly the size of a horse and just as menacing. 8: Key
North: The way is blocked. East: Continue. South: An ominous door. West: The way is blocked.

Zeerah strode forward confidently this time, determined to not be turned around again. And yet... the second he stepped foot into the room, his mind started to twist and turn. There was something about the endless reflections - some moving not quite right - that was impossible to ignore. When the voice returned, Zeerah let out a small chuckle, trying to laugh away his frustration. "Yeah, I know what I need to do," He agreed, turning suddenly to land a fist square into his own reflection's face. It didn't shatter like he expected it to, and he recoiled clutching his fist. Frowning, he turned once more, completely lost in his direction yet again.

Ellis fit their keys into the door and pushed it open with more bravado than he felt. When he stepped out of the house into the cool night air, he stopped so abruptly that Bo's shins sank into his fluffy tail as the geist kept walking into it.
"We did it?" the imp asked the air in front of him.
"Ha! Looks like it. Wanna go again?"
"If by 'go' you mean 'go back to the dorms and take a shower', then yes."
"I can feel you raising your eyebrow, Bo."
"Aw, it's nice that you know me so well."
Ayuu pushed at Bo's back, moving him around to Ellis's side before ze took both of their hands. "You two can keep up the banter while we walk. If we get sucked back into that house, I'm going to scream."

She looked up. She STARED up. And then she screamed and began to run for the South, to the door, because there was ******** huge hand grabbing for her. "ANTS. GIANT HANDS. HEADLESS DOLLS CRAWLING. I WANT OUT."
Odd very odd, suddenly Zelig found himself in a Graveyard."How did I end up here? I know this looks like a real graveyard but I am positive I never left the house or did I? Man this place is really starting to get to me" shrugging he started to walk the perimeter to get a feel for exactly where he was when suddenly the ground started to move, it felt like something was slinking it's way up from deep underground.
Of course Zelig let his curiousity get the best of him and like a freshling stopped and bend down a little to see what was going on. The ground shook some and then something thick, dark and long came at him! Turning to run something grabbed ahold of his ankles and tripped him. He hit the ground with a "THUD" and he gasped in pain. Rolling over he tried to get to his feet but whatever grabbed him had a good hold. Sitting up he grabbed his coat pocket and pulled out his small flashlight. "Vines, it's vines!he shrieked as he put the flashlight down to grab the vines to try to get them off. The harder the pulled the tighter they wrapped around his ankles and the farther up his legs they went. A few minutes later had the vines up to his hips and him still struggling.
The vines seemed to have had enough of his insolence and pulled him towards the hole that they came out of. The damp earthy smell seemed to overwhelm his senses as he was pulled faster towards it and then suddenly he....
