When Fran went back, the dark haired lady would thank Fran for her actions as well, which almost slipped Fran's mind. Remembering it, she replies, "Can't even remember it! But at least both of you ladies' beautiful faces would be the last thing I know I'd see!" then doing a playful bow with a big smile. They'd continue to walk after, and Yui would advice the fellows in front as to what to do. Fran would be nodding her head on her points, and proceeded to head out as well using the side exit that had been discovered. She knew the imposing lady wasn't looking, but she'll still wave good bye to her, just to be courteous! It was a rather long cave that would eventually lead to a meadow, at this point Fran would ease up her tension and sit down on ground, relaxing her body, even just for a little bit.
Shortly after, airships would come to pick them up, along with medics to look over their wounds. Maybe it was the blanket of safety, or maybe it was the clamoring of humans instead of the growling of Grimm but all the tiredness had built up and made Fran very sleepy. She look unto the ladies she was with, Yui and Nox and say her goodbyes; "Ladies, I don't know what you plans are after this but, I'm rather fatigued. And it would be unsightly! Unsightly to let you see me as fatigued as I am, thereby let us convene another time, when we're in our best selves!"
But before she truly went with the medical teams, she'd express her concern more personally. "Lady Yui, I'm quite concerned about your hand. For such a lady with fair skin to have such a wound, and I know... it was for our sake but it still hurts me nonetheless! So let me treat you to dinner, so even if it's a tiny gesture I could repay your kindness!" she'll whisper to Yui.
"Lady Nox, your stature seems fine now but the length of your loss of consciousness was quite concerning. Forgive If I'm overstepping my boundaries but seeing cute ladies hurt just doesn't sit well with me! I know you've been through lots before but I just want to make sure you take care of yourself. As a comrade, and hopefully, a newly made friend, I want to see you always healthy!" she'll say to Nox, taking her hand, pressing on it as to express her concerns before letting it go quickly.
She'd see Auburn and Prince over at the officer's area, explaining the situation, and she wanted to thank both of them but decided against it at the moment and just decided to do it back at the academy, especially for Auburn, she really was the rock that kept us going and kept us alive. She'll go through the medical tent, tell them what happened to her and the extent of her injuries. The Medical team would gasp upon hearing that she got blasted point blank with a dust crystal then being swallowed by a Grimm and decided to transport her after a thorough examination, just in case of internal injuries. Fran would lose consciousness during the examination, the fatigue setting in. The next time she wakes up, it'll be at the school's infirmary.

All ▬ Upon being brought to camp, depending on the severity of your injuries each student is either rushed right to a medical tent for immediate care, or approached by an officer with a notepad and a recorder to hear what each student has to report. The officers crowded the area. Not just for protection, but to help the students with any of their needs. Cσmmαndєr Adασ himself could be seen overlooking the operation. His face softer than normal. Tired, yet relieved. It was clear by this that he had assumed they were all dead.
Usien ▬ Medical Tent: Usien would know he was in good hands from the very moment he awoke. The medical tent had curtains halfway around his bed for limited privacy. Medical professionals swarmed the area. More than were there originally. Obviously something had changed in the administration. The officer who was next to Usien took notes and asked him questions for some time. She was also recording the entire conversation. Making sure she had everything she needed for the report. She clearly found the dysfunction in the group concerning, but all of it paled in comparison to what Usien found with the Airship. Something none of the others had such a firm grasp on. This was obviously important information that the military would follow up on."I'm sorry for your troubles, but I will make sure to report everything to the commander and the headmaster. They may ask for a meeting to follow up. Either way, gets some rest, in a few hours you'll be loaded onto an airship and taken back to the dorms. We only request that you check in with the school's doctor sometime in the next three to five days for a followup checkup."The stately officer stood up and gave Usien a kind smile, the first one since he had begun his report."Glad you made it back in one piece Usien. Take care now."And then she was off.
Auburn ▬ After her initial treatment, Auburn would find herself in a similar situation. Surrounded by three officers. Two of them were faunus, each at least six feet tall, and a young female officer who listened to her every word. She would take the badge for evidence and seal it in a ziplock bag. "This seems to be Atlassian, clearly a clue to the mystery at hand." Once she was finished the officer would place a hand on Auburn's shoulder, her touch was cool."Get some rest now, you'll be taken back soon, but, the headmaster will likely be wanting to speak with you in the near future about the Crimson Fang... and this Rurle person. This is one of the more important details that needs immediate action. We will do all we can to assist."She would stay to listen to any further things Auburn had to report, but then she'd stand up and give a short bow before leaving. Calm finally taking over.
Skylar & Yui ▬ The soldiers would handle her roughly as they took her to a separate airship. All would see her marched like a criminal for seemingly no reason whatsoever. Sky would be aware of why she was being taken into custody though. Upon arrival to the camp she would be sat down in the tent of Cσmmαndєr Adασ with far too many guards around her. It was strange for such a small girl to be treated in such a way, especially in front of her friends, but there must have been a good reason.
Yui would be approached by a younger soldier with a smirk, and an older faunus soldier with some light salt and pepper hair. [Yui, feel free to join in as you wish].
Fran ▬ She may not remember much, but the single largest crowd of soldiers surrounded her, watching her with sheer amazement while listening to those closer whispering about the things that happened to her."Someone who was eaten by a grimm and survived? What a crazy story..."Someone would mutter quietly. Many of the young men cheered for her as she was medically evacuated back to the school. When Fran woke up she'd find a small note on her side table from Aurtrox. Inside it read:
"Fran, I am inspired by the stories that have spread about you and the others. I thank you very much for your efforts. If there is anything I can do for you, feel free to drop by my office and ask!
~Aurtrox Ap Krayeth"

XXXListening to Nox, she couldn't help but share the same disappointment in how it appeared the mission seemed almost all for nothing. No one was discovered to have caused the explosion, though it was clearly done by criminals with their overlapping reports with the military. Yui also distinctly remembered hearing that distance laugh echo when the cave first collapsed, previously unsure if it was a trick of the ear... Now knowing that Nox heard it too, she could feel more confident. .. For now though, they had a giant vault, their lives, a missing student, and... "For what it's worth.. In the caverns below we found an artifact. .. I didn't stick around long enough to see what it was, but it was large, and looked like a metal container. We delivered it to camp." She paused, unsure if that really even mattered at this point. What if it was just a hunk of metal with no value? Could it have been connected to the vault in some way, perhaps containing a missing component? From projection vents to sparking and flickering lights, it could've been a key component to getting whatever this monstrosity of a door was open.
Tensions never exactly died down, but whatever pushed the disengagement, Yui still struggled to find any sense of relief in the events that unfolded. With an altercation narrowly avoided, catching but a glimpse of what was hidden away beneath the earth, and leaving with far more questions than answers... Well, least to say, it was all unsatisfactory. It felt as if she was leaving part of her soul behind here in the darkness, something that she could hopefully reclaim one day. The events that unfolded in both stages of the cavern had left their impressions, their marks. Her arm would be a symbol of that. Yui wouldn't be quite the same girl that initially repelled down into the cavern with others, a soldier in the making. If she was truly the soldier they wanted her to be, then she wouldn't be here. She wouldn't be marching in darkness with those barely on their feet to a destination unknown, she wouldn't be wondering what her next course of action to recover Reikka would be. Where others were exhausted, ready to retire and just wanted to return to campus. Yui... She was hung up, and if any could see in the darkness, would see a look of otherness in her gaze. Perhaps that's why she didn't kindle the darkness with her embers, as she had in the caves beneath them. Yui kept silent for the remainder of the walk, her scorched right arm hanging limp as she pushed forward. She didn't have enough aura to start recovery, nor the proper first aid to really tend to it. The best thing for it was just getting out of here and not straining it any further.
Yui and Skylar may have been the first to know an exit was near, not because they could see it, but feel it. The faintest brush of a breeze that swept through the opening of a small cave, rustling through her feathers like autumn leaves ready to be swept away in the brush. But this time, that very sensation brought a foreign pain as the fresh air-kissed her wounds, reigniting the dulled burning and causing her to wince. Either way, it grounded her and brought her attention forward. Gazing up, she'd catch a glimpse of the evening light. They made it, and this time, with no intention of going back into the cavern. ... Not that she had intended to the time before. This was their moment to breathe, to relax. Fran had the right idea, just plopping down and relaxing her muscles. This meadow was such a staggering change of scenery, one that she'd appreciate. It was far more welcoming than the forest of dead trees in the outer regions of Vale. Every fiber of her being ached. Even though she didn't want to yet, she knew that she was at her limit. Hell, the only reason Yui didn't join Fran on the ground was that she was certain the moment she stopped or sat down, it was over. Winter lashes fell shut as Yui took in a slow, deep breath through her nose. A near-silent huff of air escaping her lips. ... Then she heard it. The bellows of wind from aircrafts above took notice of them, and she knew exactly what that meant.
Opening her eyes, Yui would catch the sight as the aircrafts touched down. The very first sign of hope for these students who were stranded in darkness for hours on end. Yui was happy for them, truly, and she was happy to play a role in it all. They needed to catch a break, and not having to walk back to camp as she flew was a good start. As medics started unloading from the ships in order to gather up students and examine them, Yui saw more. A group of armed soldiers was approaching Skylar, four of them to be exact. They came out of their own aircraft. Yui's pale blue gaze would look back at Nox for a moment, and then over to Fran. Some of the medics had already reached them, which likely meant this is where they would part ways. It was Fran's words that managed to bring some semblance of a smile to curl across her pained, ash kissed lips. That was something to look forward to, assuming that she wasn't here soon facing a trial. "That's very sweet, Fran... Thank you. I'd very much like that, though, I believe I may be tied up for a moment..." Yui's gaze would dart back towards the soldiers, two of which had detained Skylar in a fairly rough manner. The other two had their eyes set on her; after all, it was hard to miss the ones with wings. "We'll have to convene later, as you said. You as well, Nox. I feel like we have more to talk about, with everything that happened down there." Medics at this point were surely ushering the students forward, but Yui would carefully lower herself down to her knees. Her wings tucked behind her back, relaxing as she tucked her left arm behind her back. Her right, unfortunately, would hang in the mouth of her jacket. There was only so much she could do. "Go on ahead, both of you. Those two are here for me, I'm certain. I'll be fine." Whether or not the two were in agreement to step away from their now kneeling friend was up to them.
It was clear that Yui was submitting herself to the soldiers approaching, a familiar young soldier with a smug smirk across their lips. Accompanying the younger soldier was a more seasoned, faunus soldier who appeared far less eager to apprehend her. It was clear that their age had changed their demeanor towards apprehensions like this, or perhaps even Yui herself. They were both armed in the circumstance that Yui put up a fight, but it was clear that she was waiting for them. "Stay where you are, Lioncourt. Hands behind your head!" A faint sigh would escape her lips as she slowly moved her left hand up, placing the palm against the back of her head. She would not hang her head, despite her submissive appearance. She'd keep it raised, pale blue hues staring as they approached. After everything she had been through today, the gaze seemed almost icy and vacant, like her mother's. This, accompanied by the soldier uttering the name 'Lioncourt' caused the seasoned soldier to be taken back. The younger soldier didn't hesitate, however, after the embarrassment that happened at the camp. Once they were close enough, however, they noticed Yui's right hand still tucked away in her shirt. "I said hands behind your head, Lioncourt. That means both of them." That would catch a stare from Yui, who very carefully tried to move her right arm, but it was done. For now, at least. "I'll comply with everything, but you'll have to do it. I physically can't. " She uttered, to which the soldier seemed to c**k their head. For her, it was like talking to a brick wall. For the soldier, they thought she was mocking them. "Bullshit." The soldier whispered muttered under their breath, but it seemed like they had no other choice. "Fine." The soldier stated, pushing their weapon aside. Instead of moving to put that hand over the back of her head, they instead braced their own palm against Yui's left hand. Bracing a knee against her back to keep her wings separated, and for support. "Did you think there wouldn't be apprehension for disobeying orders, Lioncourt?" Pushing her head forward, they'd reach around and grab the burned arm. Immediately Yui's body would tense up, tears welling in her eyes from the surge of pain. She bit her lip, but found her gaze over her soldier at the guard becoming more intense. "I have no regrets." Perhaps she should've been more direct with why she couldn't move her arm, but it was too late now. She instead chose to defend her actions, rather. As he started to pull the arm back, the pain getting worse, the other soldier intervened.
"Whoa whoa, stop right there. Do you realise what you're doing?" Their voice boomed superiority, but also disbelief at whatever the younger soldier was doing. Yui felt the vaguest sense of relief, as tension on her arm eased, assuming that the more seasoned soldier knew better to check for injuries. Which, in most cases, yes. This younger one likely would have as well if they weren't flustered from not being able to stop Yui from diving into the caverns. Embarrassed, likely, and wanting redemption with apprehension. the seasoned soldier was quick to shove the other unit off her, gently placing a hand against her left shoulder. That sensation of relief however sunk like a rock at the next sentence that came from the seasoned soldier. "Doesn't she look familiar, doesn't the name you spoke rang a bell? Lioncourt?" The younger soldier was slow to connect the dots, but their eyes would slowly widen in realisation. "That's..""The Minister's daughter." The seasoned soldier cut them off. "I-I didn't know! What the hell is she doing here? Shouldn't she.. What am I-""You're going to treat her with respect is what you're going to do, whether or not she's being detained. " The younger soldier seemed completely discouraged and absolutely flabbergasted by the whole thing. The seasoned soldier would then crouch beside Yui's right side. "May I?" The soldier asked, indicating to the dirtied and tender arm that was barely exposed to the elements. She would nod briefly, but wouldn't make eye contact with the man. The entire situation had shifted once they realised who her mother was, they were acting completely different... All the while, Skylar was manhandled and escorted to the ship. Carefully, the soldier moved the jacket to expose the entirety of the arm and visibly flinch, both at the condition of the arm and the hole visibly burned through her hand. "We're getting you medical attention on the way back to the Commander. Can you stand?" They asked, visibly and verbally concerned with her wellbeing... As well as what would happen if she told her mother about her treatment. Slowly Yui would nod her head, turning to meet the soldier's gaze. "I can, but, I expect to be treated like my teammate... No matter who I am." She stated, plain and simple. No special treatment, no matter the position or power. And... While the soldier was reluctant to nod their head, she already knew that it wouldn't change things. "Grab one of the medics from the other ships, her arm needs to start treatment before we get back to Adao. The damage is too much to ignore." The younger soldier was quick to run off, carrying the message to one of the medical ship carriers while the seasoned soldier continued to apprehend Yui.
They moved to her left side, cuffing her left hand to their own so that she couldn't escape. Yui really wasn't much for conversation at this point. There was nothing else to talk about. The person she wanted to talk to was Adao. She wanted to know that the convoy was sent to properly retrieve her team, she wanted to give a report of what actually happened in the cavern. Then... Well, she was ready for whatever fate she was supposed to endure for defying orders that may have very well killed the rest of team Alpha. Yui wasn't sat next to Skylar, so if they wanted to talk, it would be shouting. While Skylar sat there battered and beaten, waiting for her fate, Yui would do the same with the treatment she didn't want. Yui's wings were not bound, her arms dangling at her sides. While one arm was cuffed to her seat, the other was being properly tended to and cleaned by a medic. With minuscule supplies and the mobility of the aircraft, she was limited in what she could do. But, by the time they landed, her arm at the very least had been wrapped up in its entirety with bandages after being cleaned and having burn gel applied. Other injuries that Yui had sustained both from the Beowolves, and the ones she acquired from the Ravagers and the previous encounter, had been roughly patched up. There was very brief talk among the soldiers that after escaping the first cavern, Yui had defied military orders and went back in. ... From the medic to a soldier, they talked about Yui's overexposure to dust, that it looked like she injected herself directly not once, but twice, and was still standing. .. Then of course, what Eteria was doing or going to do after finding out what her daughter had done, and how the soldiers had treated her. Would she be in support of Yui's rebellious actions and fault the military, or against it and have an undetermined fate?
Gossip was toxic, and Yui had tuned it out at this point. The airship finally touched down back at camp, both Yui and Skylar were marched out on their own. Yui was wrapped in bandages and handcuffed to one of the soldiers, but marched on with her head tall. She was going exactly where she wanted, to the Commander. Nothing else mattered. Like Skylar, whether together or separate, she would be sat down in his tent with far too many guards around. Yui's back gently leaned against the back of the air, finding some sense of support being the most relieving thing after all of this. After all, even after her first return, she gave her report to Adao standing. Yui stared forward, her gaze unwavering as she waited. She knew why she was here, and she wanted to know what he had to say, now knowing he was wrong.

— They were right. Those who were here obviously knew that fighting her in their current state is suicide. His aura is all but depleted, and his wounds were so bad, it's a chore to pick his sword up. But the chance was literally right there. This was his only time to get payback for what she did to Kamui. Just merely looking at her just causes that scene to play over in his head, as well as everything about it. The musky smell of that crypt, the feeling of the sand, the sight of blood, all of it came rushing into his head, as his eyes woulds keep flaring with rage. But he would sigh at the last minute, as the group was ready to leave. Like Yui said, nothing was bound to get done, and the fact that they were even here made it clear that if Sky were to attack now, others would get hurt for his sake. Fine. He would say, slowly getting to his feet. Picking up the blade, he would point it at Apex once more. Just know this... I'm giving you a head start. I'll find you, even if I have to follow you to the depts of Hell, and I will end you! The Blue Swordsman still has a score to settle! He would threaten her, as he would sheathe his blade. He would follow after the group not long afterwards, where the many airships were waiting along with the guards, ordering them to come with them with no resistance. Some backup he turned out to be...
After all that happened, how is he gonna explain what went wrong? Auburn literally told the captain. After picking up his weapon, He was escorted away from the few who were taken by the guards holding their guns up at the other girls. What was so important with them that they needed to be arrested? Regardless, he was being treated, as he wouldn't even wince in pain. For a treasure hunter, he sure did find that vault, but at what cost? Regardless, he had fought with the Grimm swarm with everyone else. Now, he'll just get treated, and ready himself for whatever happens tomorrow. —
Skylar & Yui ▬ Skylar and Yui were marched into the center of the camp and made to wait for a brief moment as one of the officers entered the Commander's tent. The time seemed to drag on endlessly. Obviously the report was being made. Eventually the officer returned and held the tent flap open for them to join in. The pair were marched in. Skylar first, then Yui. Inside the large tent was a large table full of subterranean maps, and papers. Clearly, this was where the real work happened. Cσmmαndєr Adασ sat at the far end of the table. One leg over the other in a relaxed position as he stared somewhere into space thinking. He was clearly troubled. "Have a seat, girls."
The officers would let go of them both and take positions on either side of the exit. The Cσmmαndєr took in a deep breath as his eyes went straight to Yui where they rested for a long time as if he was trying to burn a hole into her mind and read it. His age clearly seen in the wrinkles around his tired eyes. Then he looked to Skylar. His expression lightened a bit, but also seemed to be full of pity at the same time. It was clear he wasn't sure what he was going to do with them. "You have put me in quite a pinch, you two. Especially you, Yui." He put his leg down and leaned forward. Folding his hands together and resting his face against it. "You both violated military orders, which is an extremely serious offense, fortunately for you, this was a joint mission with Beacon Academy. Meaning, Aurtrox has a say in your punishment as much as I do." Cσmmαndєr Adασ took another deep breath. It was like he was preparing to do something he would regret. Cσmmαndєr Adασ. "Just to make things clear, Yui. You are being charged with violating a direct order from a senior officer, myself. Skylar. You are being charged with violating an indirect order. Each of these would normally get you dishonorably discharged and some jail-time depending on the grievances..." He ground his teeth together as he pulled out a pair of glasses from his front pocket and lifted a paper document in front of him. "As you know Miss Lioncourt, I would lose my job if I showed any sign of weakness. You must be punished to the full extent of the law, and as such, so will your other winged friend here. I am sorry to you both."
Adασ began to read the document in his hands."Effective immediately, Yui Estelle De Lioncourt, and Skylar, and Skylar Aerodel, due to their dishonorable actions and violations of Article 92 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, are both pre-preemptively dishonored from the Vale military. Henceforth, both will be banned from working for the military-" Adασ paused. His eyes looking up at them both for a brief moment. "For life." Adασ let that sink in for a while. They were both to be banned from military service of any kind for life due to their actions.
"This letter is official, and final, but fortunately you both... Cσmmαndєr Adασ took the paper document in front of him and carefully slid it into an envelope marked for the minister of defense.
"Oh, I forgot to read the last part." He pulled the letter back out and began to read one last time: "Aurtrox Ap Krayeth, Headmaster of Beacon Academy, being the entity that discovered the cavern, and the initiating governmental branch in the joint operation, has claimed full judicial powers over this mission, and its deviants for all punitive and rehabilitative intents and purposes."
Cσmmαndєr Adασ reached over to his left, snatched a military seal of approval, and stamped the letter. He then slide it neatly back into the envelope and sealed it. "You will be escorted back to the Academy, I hope that you are given fair punishment for your deeds today." He said this last bit with a smile as the realization that they would not suffer the original portion of the letter's wrath. "That said, Skylar. This is a letter from the council of Vale, and you are assigned to 800 hours of community service. That is 200 days of part-time work at the Beacon Academy medical center. Please take good care of your friends."
Cσmmαndєr Adασ's demeanor seemed to brighten up after this. He would let them ask any and all questions they had now.

__They rate me at ( 51 ) Level 0. ______My aura is.. active, and my semblance is.. down. ______I fight with teamDECO. ________My status is.. concerned ___I am at.. Alpha Cave ⇒ Base Camp_______Currently I'm in the company of.. Mission Party
___ Nox diverted her attention from her search. She hadn't noticed any sign of danger. There were more people around that were likely here with the imposing woman Auburn had been talking to. They were making no outward sign of hostility though and much like their boss seemed content to just overlook them for the sake of expediency. Nox watched Apex turn to go then sighed in exasperation. It appeared that though Yui was able to talk Sky down from outright attacking the woman it was not enough to also make him not tempt fate and play with fire. The departing woman didn't take up the chance. She actually seemed to just ignore what Sky had shouted after her. 'So his threats aren't even worth acknowledging. Lucky us.'
___ Nox kept her eyes on the other group until the last of them had moved through the stone door in the wall that was so masterfully made that there was no chance of noticing it until Apex, who clearly already knew of it, had opened the door and given away its existence to the onlooking student. With them gone Nox moved up to get a closer look at the imposing vault door. It towered over her but it didn't make sense. There were components here that could not possibly function as there was nowhere they could move to. She glanced back over her shoulder since the others had found a off-shooting tunnel and were starting to make their way to it. Turning her attention back vault door she lifted her right hand and touched one of the parts. Her fingers traced its lines and she could feel the slight gap between the moving parts. Again though as her eyes followed the piece it led to no where. Then the image of that hidden door just appearing in the cave wall floated up to take up the forefront of her thoughts. Her eyes widened as that was like dropping the final missing piece into a puzzle. She stepped back twice and craned her neck to look up over the entire vault door. Following the edge where the door and cave walls met. 'It's the same. Not hidden but functionally the same. It looks like it goes no where because into no where is where it goes.' She could clearly see it now. How each and every piece, the whole door, was designed to split apart and piece by piece retract into walls itself. It was a complex feat of engineering that reminded her a little of some airlock doors she had seen in sci-fi games and movies.
___ Having finished her examination Nox turned and ran after the others until she caught up with Yui and Fran again. She fell in along side the pair as they made their way along the tunnel. The passage they had found was long and relatively straight. There were also no other paths branching off of it that Nox had noticed. It was approaching an exit though. While Yui could start to feel air currents against the feathers on her wings Nox could feel the temperature was changing. It was minor really but for a reptilian noticeable all the same. Within a few more minutes of walking there appeared a light at the end of the tunnel. Nox picked up her pace by lengthening her stride a bit. That light represented a warmer place than the damp cave air provided. Nox paused at the entrance and squinted her eye while they adjusted. Once the glare had died down she moved out into the sun light and looked up. The sky was changing colors in response to the approaching sun set. She looked around the clearing that the cave mouth had deposited them into. The sun told them which way was west and by extension where each of the other cardinal directions were at, but without a more precise understanding of where this clearing was located that would prove to be no real help in getting back to base camp. The best option was the long journey through the forest in the direction of Vale itself. Not a reassuring prospect since there was no telling how long it would take for them to come across something to help them get back, be it a road and its signs to follow or a smaller settlement.
___ Lucky for them an airship flew past overheard. As Nox turned her head to follow it's flight the ship banked and turned back. She smiled as there was no better sign that the pilot had spotted them all. That would surely mean he had radioed it in and pick up would be arranged and sent for them. Nox stuck her hand into the pocket where she kept her lucky coin and caressed it as the ship flew past once more. Her eyes dropping from the airship to Fran who was starting to say her farewells now that the end was in sight. After she had broached the subject of splitting up Fran started to fawn over Yui. While she was expressing her concerns for Yui Nox looked towards the sound of approaching engines to see a number of newly arrived airships swooping down towards the clearing. They came in in an orderly line and almost before they had touched down fully were throwing open doors from which medical personnel and soldiers were jumping down from.
___"Lady Nox," Nox pulled her hands from her pockets as she started at suddenly beign addressed by Fran. The other girl had wheeled about onto her and was now pouring the same levels of concern onto her. Nox smiled slightly as she thought that Francheska might have a bit of a mother hen streak. However, her flirty way of speaking was certainly endearing. Nox probably reacted much more though to having her hand suddenly grabbed by Fran. Nox smiled at Fran warmly as her feeling of concern were very clearly received. There was also the fact that Fran's hands were very warm and after being in that cave that heat felt amazing. Nox's fingers instinctually coiled around Fran's and held her hand tight. Nox actually had to stomp down a desire to jump the other girl and hug her. She was a little disappointed when Fran untangled their fingers and let her hand go. It was understandable though. Fran didn't know Nox all that well so she had no idea that Nox was rather open with contact due to her love for warmth from pretty much any source, including other people. It was technically the same thing that made Nox resist the urge to hug Fran a moment before. So she couldn't fault the other girl really. "I can say with certainty that you are definitely a new friend of mine, Francheska." Nox said in a warm, giddy tone of voice. She continued in a more serious tone though. "I won't make a promise I can't be sure I can keep though. We're huntresses so danger is part of the job and we might get hurt from time to time, but I will certainly endevour to always come back from my missions at the very least."
___ With that Fran turned away from her and Yui. Nox watched her and some of the arrivals from the airships that swarmed around her disappear into one of the transports along with a few others. Some rest sounded good but first she still needed to talk to Yui. She turned to the avian and said, "You said the other group found some kind of artifact deeper in the caves. After I looked at the vault door I think I figured..." Nox trailed off as a pair of soldiers split off from the general group and headed toward them. Yui suggested they split up now as those two were likely here for her. Nox reluctantly nodded her head and moved off towards one of the airships. She looked back once and saw that a pair of soldiers had seized Skylar and the pair with Yui were making a fuss that evidently had to do with one being too rough with her and her condition being so bad. A bit of anger welled up inside her at how the two were being treated. There was nothing she could do about it right now as she was being herded onto a ship and from the sound of the engines growing louder they would be pulling out and returning to base any minute now.
___ When the flight was over Nox like the others was moved to a medical tent. They found Prince inside telling his story. Unsurprisingly Auburn interjected a bit of truth into. The soldiers and medical staff was giving both plenty of attention and recording what they said and gave them. Nox was subjected to much of the same herself. A nurse came to check her out and debrief her. Nox had little to add that Auburn hadn't said before but she made a few additional comment on the event that transpired. Mostly she focused on her examination of the vault door they had discovered. How it functions and the artifact Yui said the other group discovered was possibly the missing piece that served a possible key like function in opening the door. When they finally let her go Nox had a bandage wrapped around her head even though the nurse had said that there appeared to be no lingering issues related to her concussion.
___ Stepping out of the medical tent into the failing light outside Nox flagged down a passing soldier and asked where she could find Yui and Skylar. He said that they had been taken tot he the commander's tent. She then asked how to get to the commander's tent. She barely waited for him to finish giving her the directions before she set off as a brisk pace. It took a few minutes to get there and she was starting to worry she was too late after the delay that debrief caused. When she arrived she ignored the two guards that were standing guard as they told her that Commander Adao was in an important meeting. "Tell me something I don't already know." She grumbled as she pushed past the two of them and went inside before the two guards inside could respond and come out to check on the commotion. The moment she was inside she started to address Adao. "Commander Adao, I really must protest what is being done to Yui and Skyler. As the de facto team leader of the Alpha group, in light of Reikka's abduction, I must highlight that their actions were heroic in nature and yielded positive results that should be given due consideration. In light of that surely it is possible to over look a breach in chain of command. It has been done bef..." Nox trailed off as she finally caught onto the relaxed mood in the tent. This wasn't the mood one would find if Yui and Skylar were having the book thrown at them. Nox glanced at the two of them to confirm that.
Auburn had recieved very little in the way of medical treatment when one of the soldiers approached, rifle leveled at her. "Doc, just stabilize it for now. The Commander will want to have a chat with this one." The medic looked annoyed and Auburn stared the soldier down as her shoulder was wrapped. Feeling it secured, Auburn stood up."If you're going to shoot me, shoot me. Otherwise, point that ******** thing somewhere else." With that, she stepped out, not bothering to wait for one of the medics to find her a new shirt or blanket. Three guards met her outside, weapons ready. "Hold it! The C-" "Stop wasting my time. Commander wants to speak, then stop pointing your weapons at me and take me there"A brief pause passed before the trio at least aimed their rifles off her, though, they kept them at the ready and began to lead her to the tent.
When they arrived, one of them, presumably the higher ranked, stepped into the Commander's tent. "Sir, I'm sorry for the intrusion. But, one of the students that came back has some kind of...connection to the Crimson Fang. She said Reikka Cerulean was abducted by them and even provided a name for the abductor. And...she has their mark on her. It's that Horse girl." He handed over the written report regarding her debriefing and report to the Commander.
Weapon(s): Judgement is a massive sword that is 77" long, 14" wide and weighs 54 lbs, but, has no unique properties other than that. Auburn is able to wield this beast of a blade, even one-handed, because of her Semblance.
However, her boots and gauntlets are equipped with mini cannon-like guns that fire off dust rounds. (See Mission for image of gauntlets and boots)

She wasn't used to getting in trouble and this was the military! And, from what she'd witnessed when arrested, she didn't have the same political clout that Yui had. While they roughed her up, they'd backed off and treated Yui as if the whole ordeal was just some unfortunate circumstance and treated her about as well as they would have if she were a political figure they were tasked with serving rather than a prisoner. It didn't bode well for the potential dispersal of punishment for her. The commander began to speak and Sky's throat went dry as she held back the urge to cry. She wanted to protest she hadn't been instructed at all to not return to the caves. But, something told her that would be a very bad idea, even though it was true. As he continued, it sounded as though the potential punishment would be lessened by nature of it being a joint mission. It didn't make her feel much better though. When he said her name, she jumped a little, once again, refraining from mentioning she'd never been told to not return. He told them they'd be tried to the fullest extent of the law and Skylar barely held it together. However, as he began to read from some document, it started off relatively tame. No mention of a fine, which would likely have ruined her family. No interment. She was banned from Military Service for life, though, she never had any intention of joining the military. Though, it seemed they'd receive further punishment from the Headmaster, which also worried her. He spoke directly to her again, making her jump once more as he issued her the majority of the year community service back at Beacon. She wanted to ask something...but, maybe it would be better to wait and ask the Headmaster. She had the distinct feeling the Commander wasn't in a particularly receptive mood concerning the two of them. She needed to get a job while in Vale, she couldn't rely on money from home and, if it was community service, she doubted she'd get reasonably paid which, with her time being eaten up between school, missions, and community service...she wasn't sure how on earth she could manage a job as well.
Just then, someone barged in, making her jump up Turning, she saw it was that Girl Nox from the group that hadn't fallen into the lower cave systems with her and Yui. She seemed profusely upset with the commander and was effectively barking at him, which made Skylar pale somewhat. "N-Nox...I-It's okay...W-we're not being a-arrested or anything that bad..." Just then, a soldier barged in after Nox, but, it seemed totally unrelated as he provided a sheet of paper, mentioning that the 'horse girl' had given information on the woman who had taken Reikka. Without thinking, Skylar turned to the Commander."Umm...she said the woman's Name was Rurle. Auburn warned us it was useless to pursue. That if she managed to get out of sight, she was effectively gone already. She mentioned they were the ones who held her prisoner as well." ☁█☀█☁█☀█☁█☀█☁█☀█☁█☀█☁█Team:SLAR█☁█☀█☁█☀█☁█☀█☁█☀█☁█☀█☁

BANG BANG BANG!!!
Prince did not even flinch or say anything in regards to Aurbun entering. She was just blowing smoke at the moment. Seeing the shape that the team was in, it was definitely their own fault for trying to be bad asses and not worrying about getting themselves out of danger. He was glad at least Fran was okay. Whether that strained anything with the team was going to remain to be seen. For now, while they were nursing their wounds, it seemed that there was a change growing inside of Usien. One that was not going to be able to be fully explained for a while. But for now, he just wanted to go home. Being free to do so was definitely the advantage that came with getting there first. He also wondered if his special treatment was also because of what he found. He did not know how important it was but he did know the operatives there held it in high regard. Either way, on the aircraft, he headed back to Beacon. Who knew what the future held. One thing was for sure, they were not going to be forgetting about this mission. Not any time soon. Seeing Auburn and some other people being lead to the side, it did warm his heart. They got what they deserved. He just assumed they were in trouble. ¨Finally....can rest"

XXXYui was observant, she was analytical. While she may not have the basic grasp of understanding emotions to an empathic degree that others may have, she could see clear as day that the Commander was deep in thought. Not only that, but he was troubled. With the number of ordeals that had occurred on the mission, topped direct defiance against his orders, there was no doubt that he bore the weight of the world on his shoulders. It was the Commander's responsibility to keep everything together, expending flexibility where it was needed while maintaining composure and a clear head. He was attempting to do just that, but these 'children' were determined to wring out every ounce of patience the man had. To his invitation or rather, an order, she would comply with her gaze fixed on the troubled, tired Commander. Bandage fingered curled in her lap, her arm resting listlessly against her thigh. Her composure was unwavering, even by the intensity of his own gaze upon her. It wasn't intimidating like her mother's, but rather, seemed so intent on just understanding what was going through her head. Unfortunately for the Commander, not even Yui could fully comprehend her own thoughts. It felt as if the moment she dove off the airship for the first time that she kept opening door after door, being unable to look back. Each moment was a new experience, each action led to a new emotion. She had to act in ways she would not normally, think in ways foreign to her, and try to comprehend the unknown for not just her sake, but the sake of her peers. That's how she survived the cavern not once, but twice. It was clear to her, as well, that a majority of his stress was in relevance to her. If there was anything she could read, it was the gaze of another. After all, it was her own eyes that often betrayed her in concealing her emotions. Something that her mother always hated about her. Truly, she felt bad knowing that Skylar was in this position because of her actions, but... They did what they had to do, there was no way around it. From his first statement, Yui merely nodded her head in response. "I am aware, Commander." Perhaps Skylar wasn't in the mindset to talk and just listen, but not Yui. She wanted to hear what the Commander had to say, but she also wanted to make her own point to him. Why it was necessary, why he was wrong. But, would he admit it? Very unlikely. She kept her pale blue, almost ice-like hues fixated on him, though chose to remain silent for the moment. They may have very well reminded him of Eteria herself, which perhaps was the most terrifying part.
Skylar may not have been aware of the severity of the situation and why she was handled so roughly, but Yui was. That was one of the highlights of being raised in a family with a heavy focus on the military. She was expected to know the ins and outs like the back of her hand. She knew her charge, though didn't know the degree of Skylar's own charge. Apparently, unlike herself, she wasn't directly ordered to standby at the camp. In fact, it was likely that she simply caught word that Yui had flown back in and went after her, which if that was the case, Yui would have to show her appreciation later. "I would expect no less from the Commander chosen by her. I cannot speak for my teammate here, but I chose my actions knowing very well the severity of the consequences. My sole regret was my inability to save all of them, and what will become of her as a result, not myself. I just hope that Skylar made her decision with the same clarity." In truth, Yui knew just how severe the consequences for disobeying the military could become. In the past, it was possible to make exceptions solely based on the actions that occurred at that time. However, the military was constantly changing, and the weight of discrepancies in this mission had already weighed heavy enough. As well, Yui couldn't ride on the hope that heroic actions would leave her exempt from military rulings. Regulations were regulations. For that, she would also fail to mention Aurtrox's encouragement for her to engage. That was a conversation that she would have with the headmaster himself, assuming that the consequences didn't include her expulsion from Beacon as a whole. It was probably irritating for the Commander to have Yui state her piece in between her pauses, it also held a weight of disrespect. Something that Yui wasn't particularly known for, but she just wanted to make her position on the matter very clear. She was aware of what she had done, and she wanted him to understand just how necessary it was.
Wherefrom the moment Yui was detained and her expression was left unwavering, there was a certain sense of uncertainty and stillness that clung to the air as the Commander announced the true and final consequences for the disobedient students. It left the air better, Yui's pale blue hues sharpening as her blood ran cold. Though she knew the potential severity of consequences to come, it was entirely different to hear those words uttered following her own name. The entirety of her life up to this point had been dedicated to preparing and grooming her to take a position in the military, and potentially in the distant future, the same position her mother held. All of that, gone in an instant. ... What would her mother think, what would she say? All those years of effort wasted on what was now a delinquent of a child that was worth no more than she could be thrown. What was the exact feeling she felt? A certain sensation of numbness, perhaps in disbelief? There wasn't pain in her heart, but instead a rigorous sense of unrest that began boiling in the pit of her stomach. Those final words clung in the air she breathed, ensnaring her throat with a vicious grip that threatened to choke her out. It festered there for several moments. Yui could almost feel tears welling up in her eyes, but they weren't of sadness, they weren't of worry for her mother. No, in fact, it was quite the opposite. For just a moment, the grip her mother ha on her soul felt crushing, but now it was gone. If she couldn't join the military, then she was worthless. IF she couldn't join the military, then everything her mother put her through was for nothing. What would her mother think? What did she even care? The military was a child of her own, and it followed her example perfectly. If someone couldn't comply, if someone didn't operate to standard, they were cast aside. F**k her mother, and f**k the military. Was she not supposed to feel frustrated? Was she not supposed to be angry, overwhelmed? After everything she had been through, only to be spat in the face? And just how was this fair, to both her and Skylar, who put their lives on the line and brought the others back? Weren't huntsmen suppose to save others? She couldn't bite her tongue anymore. As the Commander prepared to speak again, the silence in the room was interrupted with the firm thump of her boots slamming against the ground, and Yui was on her feet.
""So that's it then. Good soldiers follow orders. That's what it boils down to in the end, isn't it? Even if those orders would end in the death of a handful of other students? But that's the thing, Commander, we aren't soldiers. We're students, just like them. We're huntsmen. It's our responsibility to try when no one else will, and that's the very reason people look up to huntsmen, even aspire to be like them. Perhaps that's what sets two apart. The willingness to standby and follow orders, or the willingness to do what's right despite circumstances. Whether it cost me my arm or my life, I would make that choice again. Because I believe with all my heart that if we were even able to save one life, then we made the right decision. That's what it means to be a huntress, though I truly believed that was the idealogy of a soldier until today, Adao." There was a sense of intense passion in her voice, words truly spoken from the heart. Yui, who was often soft-spoken and ready to comply with rules and orders, now truly was voicing an opinion from her heart and soul. Something that Adao may not have expected from the very same girl who gave him such an insightful report, acting almost as a mirrored image mother prior. Now, she was completely different from her, and her eyes burned with an intensity that directly opposed her mother's empty, apathetic gaze. "If you wanted a group of straight-edge soldiers to see your mission to an end under your terms, then you should've sent your own men and not a group of huntsmen in training. Especially if you're going to judge their actions in the same manner of those who chose to dedicate themselves to the military." That was a factor, as well. Many of the huntsmen at Beacon were there for their own reasons, unlike herself. She attended beacon to hone her skills to better prepare herself for the military, truthfully, but many do not follow that idealogy. So it felt that treating them the same as those who have spent years enlisted certainly seemed unfair. This all just got her blood pumping, adrenaline coursing through a body that just couldn't handle much more. "Unlike many of them, I understand the full severity of those conditions, as my life has been dedicated to becoming one of your peers. But after today, if I had not been preemptively discharged, then I would instead be submitting my resignation." Yui found herself winded after her brief eruption, leading her to carefully lower herself back in her chair. She had interrupted him, but she needed to get it out of her system before it festered even further. Perhaps, though, she had gotten too worked up. Not only talking out against the Commander but dropping his title and admitting a wilful resignation following today's events. It could be that she just got too heated, mixed with the severity of her exhaustion, but still, a distinct sense of honesty lingered in her words as she fell silent, letting him continue.
In the midst of her outburst, the man had begun sliding the document of their punishments into a letter that she could only assume was meant for her mother. Yet, he spoke of something fortunate? Tired and winded, her gaze narrowed as she leaned into her good arm. ... Had her flustered emotions gotten the better of her, causing her to talk out of turn before bestowing goodnews upon them? The paper was tugged from the envelope again and began recollecting what was left of the letter. Yui's pale blue gaze had softened significantly at the words uttered in regard to the headmaster seizing claim of all judgments and actions against those who have caused issues or committed crimes admist their ranks during the mission. It left her with an odd medley of emotions both leaving a bitter taste in her mouth from her own actions, but a sense of relief that the headmaster had more to say in the matter. More so for Skylar's sake, causing her gaze to shift towards Skylar. It was a look of encouragement, knowing the punishment may differ in its entirety. .. Still, she wasn't sure how to feel. Guilty for her outbursts, relief for the headmaster's hold on the situation, or a sense of frustration and distrust for the entire situation unfolding. There was still no mention or even apology or admittance that he was wrong in the situation. Perhaps it was because of that she felt so invested and detached at the same time. It didn't change the fact in her regard of how in any other circumstance, the military would've passed such a severe punishment without hesitation. That still festered, she couldn't let go of it. But, for the moment, she found herself more in concern for why Skylar kept reaching the rough end of the stick, as there was no mention of Yui receiving further punishment aside from Aurtrox, as she too would receive. It was Yui who defied a direct order, not Skylar. How was this fair? "Why is she being singled out by the Council?" She intruded once again, leaning forward in her chair. Though, such a sudden movement of her arm caused her to wince. Still, she had a point to make. " If Headmaster Aurtrox has seized all judicial powers over the situation, then why has the Council taken additional matters into their hands against her? She isn't even the one who disobeyed your direct order, I did. She came after me after you told both of us the remainder of Alpha had died. So why is she receiving additional punishment?" Sure, Yui was gaslighting an issue further, but Yui could hardly see it as fair to force a student who hadn't even committed as severe of a crime with more punishment that she was receiving. Unless Aurtrox had a word in it, and he had something far worse in mind for her... Though, that hardly made sense. Whether the Commander was going to answer her or dismiss her questioning, it still left Yui severely irked.
They were about to be dismissed she felt, taken back to Beacon to receive whatever was deemed as a proper punishment for their actions. Yui kept her forward position, her eyes focused on Adao. If she didn't have his attention before because of him briefing them on their crimes and punishment, she did now with that letter away. "When we part ways today, Commander, I want you to think about something. Imagine the outcome where we did follow your orders, orders that would've changed every outcome of this mission. Where you wrote them off as dead while they were left to cling to a crumbling cliffside, a Hellfire Alpha Beowolf on the verge of ripping them to pieces as they stood on their last legs. In a week's time, you manage to come across the blood-stained earth and discarded weapons. How you'd have to deliver that news not only to Beacon, but the families of the lost. Not only had the military wasted its resources, but the negligence caused the academy to throw away a handful of capable students in a world with far too few huntsmen. Not only would it weaken our edge against the Grimm, but imagine the impression it would leave on the public. It wouldn't be a stain, but a scar, just like all the rest. An operation that was overseen by the military throwing away the lives of young huntsmen and huntresses alike, failing to reach their goal in the process. How the Morale of Vale would crumble, how distrusting the public would become of the military and academy alike. All it would have taken to prevent that was your compliance with a single, perhaps two students with the skillset to reach what was determined to be unreachable, but you denied her and sent her to the medical bay instead. I know there are dangers, I know there are risks. But, there are times were risks must be taken, or else we risk losing everything. You of all people should know this, Commander, I can see it in your eyes and hear it in your tone. Or.. Has your time and experience truly left you so desensitized? How could..." This was a call to his emotions, his loyalty, and his morality. Where were the lines, and what was too dangerous to cross? What if she had listened, what if he had complied? How different would everything have turned out? She wanted him to think about it, to feel it, just like how it plagued her very being in this moment. Surely Skylar felt similarly, right? But, she stopped with the entrance of a familiar face, Nox, not wanting to drag her into matters at all. ... It was sweet of her to come, in fact, as her first words were in support of the actions of the two avian faunus.
There was an immediate change of focus, as if the entire vibe of the situation was switching gears to Reikka's abduction, which was a much more severe matter. Easing back in her chair, she could feel the exhaustion really beginning to seize her body, finding it harder to retain focus on the matter at hand. Still, she'd carefully listen to Skylar's input after Nox's interjection and the soldier's arrival, nodding. "Her timing was perfect, diving from the shadows as the cliffside collapsed... She saved Reikka, but snatched her away into darkness. She was watching them, waiting. ... This Rurle was more than likely watching Alpha from the moment we entered the cavern and none of us the wiser." She said dishearteningly, watching that scene unfold right before her eyes again. Her failure to kill the Hellfire Beowolf, her inability to stand when it mattered most. ".. Half of her was normal, black hair, pale skin, yellow eyes... The other was.. Twisted, ghost-white skin and hair adorned with purple tattoos. It was almost.. Demonic. She was too fast for any of us in our current state. Auburn knows more, about her and about the Crimson Fang." She paused, taking a deep breath before passing her gaze towards Nox again, and then the guards as she struggled to stand up on her feet again. "At the earliest convience, I'm.. Ready for that escort back to Beacon, be it to receive my punishment or for a thorough examination with Dr. Field. I believe I've both shared as much as I could, and spoken out of place enough today." Hoping the commander was compliant with this apparently very disobedient student, Yui supported her standing position against the chair. She had no more to offer here, unless they chose to make her apart of the situation further. "Before I leave, Commander, I just wanted to take a moment. I may have spoken out of place numerous times today, but that doesn't change the fact I stand by everything I've said. If this is what her military has become, then I have no further interest in dedicating my life to such a faction. Not when they're willing to write off lives, and especially not when they're incapable of admitting they were wrong. You can take that directly to the Minister herself. I hope you approach Reikka's situation with my words in consideration."

Skylar & Yui & Nox & Auburn ▬ Cσmmαndєr Adασ would listen with what little patience he had left. So much chaos, it took all he had to just sit there and let the events unfold before him. Yui, erupted like a volcano. At first his anger seethed to the top, and for a moment he thought he might erupt in the same fashion, only worse. He would close his eyes. His crow's feet wrinkling with an intensity he hadn't felt in a long while. He would breath in deeply and let it go nice and slow. Once he had calmed down he would open his eyes again. She knew full well how much disrespect was in her voice, but with his eyes set on hers now, he made sure that she knew full well that he wasn't going to let this faze him. In fact, the tension that was building up within him was released in a sort of way as he listened to her complaints and nodded on occasion. They were all true. He wouldn't deny the faults of the machine that was the military. He was once like her. So noble minded, so full of idealism, but in his experience that was simply not how the world worked. Law and order was that which proved true. Results came through obedience. But he would acknowledge that this was not something all people grasped. He would not condemn her for it. Instead, he would simply listen to what she had to say and continue on, as if her feelings didn't matter. Because to him; they didn't. "You said quite▬ Enough, Yui." The appeals to emotion, morality, and all that hogwash were simply a waste of time to Cσmmαndєr Adασ. He pondered whether or not he had lost any of his humanity, but after a moment he would shake his head. He wasn't desensitized. He would argue the exact opposite. He had seen far too much bloodshed in his life. In the end he had to live with what he thought were the best decisions and simply hope that they would in the long run provide the best results. Even if that cost a few extra lives here and there. It was a sacrifice he was willing to make for the greater good. This is why he was one of the top Cσmmαndєrs of Vale afterall. Like it or not. So if he was indeed cold, he relished it.
After the whole thing had been explained, Yui pressed in on why Skylar was being given additional punishment. "Well, that is an issue I am afraid that I am not at liberty to discuss. You will have to direct that question to Aurtrox himself when you get back to Beacon, he will have further punishment to dish out and it will hopefully be fair, and fit the crimes at hand, but as of right now, that is all I am free to say." He would look to Sky with a less than gentle smile. His lips pursed as he obviously knew the reason, but was not able to say it.
Though he was taken aback by all of the intrusions at once. His guards were shocked themselves at the boldness of Nox in particular, but he would put up a hand as if to signal that it was okay. Nox was one of the students who had done well on all accounts, and she deserved to speak. This chaos had been ongoing for several hours and he was drained by it. He didn't have the energy to show any signs of surprise. He would hold off on his response though as another intrusion had cut her off.
Rurle, a Crimson Fang operative that was only recently on their records, Auburn's relation was suspicious and needed further investigations for sure. He motioned for the officer to come closer and whispered into their ear. "Have triple guards set on Auburn at all times and keep her under watch outside for the time being. I will have her enter in a moment." He didn't want her escaping them, especially if she was more than just your average student. She had strength and speed superior than most of his soldiers on the ground, so she was a prime suspect for sure. The entire conversation with Sky and Yui seemed to be hijacked, but he thought this a good thing. It was getting fairly heated. She took after her mother more than she would realize. He had seen her many a time as a child. Not that Yui would remember. He wasn't a family friend or anything of that sort. Just a military function here or there. He would turn his gaze back to the situation at hand. He needed to focus. "Firstly, Sky, Yui, you are both dismissed, but feel free to stay if you feel you have anything else to add to the Reikka abduction." He would give a curt nod to Yui. He was disappointed in her, and felt the resolute feelings she now had. He wondered how the minister of defense would take this information.
The Cσmmαndєr would then look back to Nox with an even look. Adασ Would mull over what was said one more time before responding. "Nox, I plan to aid the headmaster in the rescue plans. I am curious about who you think we should put on the rescue team? We want students who know Reikka. We have found this effective in the past."
It was the next line of duty. He would be sending documentation to Aurtrox this evening to get rescue plans underway. "Also, do you think Auburn can be trusted?" He needed to ask this before they brought Auburn in. "She ha a Crimson Fang mark on her. We are worried that she might be collaborating with the Crimson Fang." Cσmmαndєr Adασ Would look Nox in the eyes. He was very serious. Once Nox replied, he would signal for them to bring Auburn in regardless.

once out of the hell hole that was that cave Dee almost instantly collapsed, only making it a few feet. What little bit of energy he will has quickly vanishing from his body as he makes it out, only to see the blurry shapes that he was sure were people, or at least he hoped it was. Dee's vision left him long before he walked out of the exit, his healing being taxed beyond what it could currently handle, only doing what it can to stop any internal bleeding and doing its best to keep him alive. his arm hanging by the skin as he lifelessly sways on his side. he could feel the sun's warmth on his face but it was only a light sensation compared to the waves of pain his body was going tho trying to put everything back in its place. Dee's knees hit the ground first before he was quickly assaulted by the medical staff. With him being as large as he was it took multiple people to get him up and moving again. At this point, Dee was unresponsive as his body went into emergency recovery mode.

___ Nox turned red after the other two confirmed that her barging in was actually unnecessary aid. Before she could say anything more though one of the guards she had left behind outside came in. Actually maybe it was a different one all together. Nox hadn't stopped long enough to really look at the soldiers she had breezed past. This newcomer gave a report about Auburn which made Nox frown. Her frown deepening in disapproval as Adao ordered for extra guards to be placed on Auburn. After the soldier left Commander Adao dismissed the other girls. Yui took the chance to go but not before getting in one more fiery comment. Nox turned her head to watch Yui leave. If she was like that through the whole discussion then she probably really didn't need any aid. Unlike Skyler she hadn't said anything to Nox. Speaking of Skyler, Nox turned to look at the other winged faunus who seemed to be lingering for some reason despite the dismissal.
___ Seeing nothing more to do here Nox turned to also go. She doubted she need to dismissed since she barged in and all. She paused before she had fully turned when Adao called her name. She turned back towards the desk he was sitting at with a questioning look. She was not expecting to be asked for her opinion in regards to the rescue operations. "Students who know Reikka? I doubt I could provide a complete list. The only ones I know of would be her teammates, obviously, and myself. The two of us met over the last winter. We're actually strikingly similar in several ways. Our semblances are light years apart in how different they are, but we both use a similar combat style that focuses on identical weapon choice and even have a few personality similarities as well." Nox comments. She lowers her head and closes her eyes. After picking through her brain a bit she adds. "She used to be on another team before CADT. CHAE if I recall. Auburn was a member of it too. The other two... Asger Svéd and... Komaru Estelle. I don't know what their status is though." A change in teams for huntsmen usually wasn't spurred by good reasons so it wasn't impossible the two were dead. Nox couldn't recall Reikka ever saying so though. "That all I can offer. Though I would add that I'm also willing to go."
___ Having provided what information she could Nox started to leave once more. She paused near the flap of the tent and looked back over her shoulder when Commander Adao squeezed in one more question. Her red eyes looked back into his. He was serious about the concerns he mentioned. Well she supposed it sort of was his job to fret of the worse case scenario. She turned just enough to change her look from an over shoulder glance to a full face to face look so that he would be able to see the sincerity in her eyes as she answered him. "I believe it is safe to say that I owe Auburn my life. I'm sure you have at least skimmed through the reports from the other group. Maybe even some of the preliminary stuff the soldiers on the airships that picked us up asked on the way back to base camp as well. So I am relatively certain you know about the bombing in the tunnel that separated the two groups. During the collapse a piece of falling rock caught me on the head. Auburn was the one that pulled me away from the even larger falling rocks, and shielded me from the rest of the smaller stuff. She also was the one that protected me until I regained consciousness after that head blow. Do I personally believe she can be trusted? Yes. I'd trust her with my life. Is that opinion perhaps a little biased because she has already saved my life once and I may think that I owe her? Perhaps. But I also know she seems to be the type that is fiercely loyal, and it seemingly pained her more than her injuries were to have to stay put and let Reikka be taken. To admit that she had to pass up a chance to get into a fight with the Crimson Fang. She's come through the fires of a more interesting 17 years than most and it has left more than a few marks on her. I don't see a friendly relationship with the Crimson Fang as being one." Nox stated. Nox always had a confident way of speaking, but her words were absolute as she said them. There was nothing in what she said that she didn't have utmost confidence in. As Adao summoned for Auburn to be brought in Nox took that to mean that he had all he needed and excused herself before finally slipping out.

She could feel the tension between the Commander and Yui in virtually every word the whole time and it kept her on edge. She was worried he might become too angry and things would get worse. Yui even went so far as to question him reprimanding Skylar. She had a feeling it had to do with the sonic attack down in the caves though, but, she hadn't wanted to really speak out of turn and risk making matter worse. Thankfully, the commander dismissed them after the soldier ran in and it seemed Auburn was about to get the most serious treatment out of them all. From what Skylar had seen, Auburn wasn't really the type to have others step in on her behalf and was self-assured to a point she really doubted the Commander could do much of anything to Auburn that the redhead couldn't handle. As it was, she really didn't feel like she needed to add anything to this and she really didn't want to stick around and somehow screw things up more. So, she quickly trotted out after Yui, very clearly humiliated and nervous. ☁█☀█☁█☀█☁█☀█☁█☀█☁█☀█☁█Team:SLAR█☁█☀█☁█☀█☁█☀█☁█☀█☁█☀█☁

Auburn simply stood there, her tail lashing about irritable behind her as the guard around her grew to a full dozen, all armed and standing out of arm's reach. All the while, she could hear the conversation inside and, it seemed the commander has concerns about her ties to the Crimson Fang and Nox spoke on her behalf. Seeing no point in waiting any longer, Auburn took two steps, clearing the gap to the entrance before the soldiers around her could really react and darted inside just as Skylar and Yui left."I wouldn't count loyalty as a merit of mine. It was survival. The more of us that remained alive, the better chances overall to get out. And, as you can see, pulling everyone out of that death trap of a pit ******** up my arms. But, if you think I'd work with those shits in the Crimson Fang, you are most certainly wrong." She sat heavily in one of the seats, ignoring that the wound on her shoulder opened up again and was blossoming with red across the fresh wrappings. "I don't really have the patience to sit here and let you beat around the bush when you could just be direct with me. So, if you want to talk...Talk. As you might guess, I suck at lying. So, shoot." She didn't look the least bit perturbed or drained as she watched him. Simply bored, even with the five guards that had rushed in after her with rifles drawn.
