MAJOR REVISION Character Name: Alcor and Eleonora Reason for Revision:Logically, the attack modifications make sense. After declaring their attacks, each senshi's hands change temperate respective to their sphere. For the duration of their attacks, while their hands are hot/cold, it seems to reason that the temperature of their hands would effect anything/anyone they touch. As it is worded they're not declaring an attack, picking a target then making them hot/cold from a distance; their attacks require physical contact. So while Alcor and Eleonora's attacks cause the temperature of their own hands to change, it doesn't seem to make much sense to limit the effect to only applying to opponents they touch as opposed to instead of including objects as well. In regards to Eleonora's blister edit, if you've ever touched a hot surface (stove top, curling iron etc) it is possible to lessen the burning sensation (water, ice, other home remedies) but still have a mark afterwards. Extent of the blisters/burns are to the players discretion but by using real life scenarios with basic day to day situations it doesn't seem to be an unreasonable change especially since her hands are actually hot. If need be you may hold off on addressing this revision till I return 10.23.15. I just wanted this off my plate for now before I forgot about it since a lot can happen in 2.5 weeks. Accepted!

MINOR REVISION Character Name: Sailor Elsa, Dark Mirror Senshi of the Wendigo Reason for Revision: New Eternal better fits the character, I feel, since Elsa is very point-on aggressive and as much as I like fear based attacks he sort of has those covered with the first two? Quote: Eternal Sailor Attack: Wendigo Howl! Elsa speaks the name of his attack, stomps his foot on the ground, and frost spreads out from his foot to a ten-foot radius around him. Anyone within the radius begins to hallucinate that they, and everyone else, are transforming into a wendigo - so they would see their bodies becoming emaciated, their skin turning grey, their eyes sinking into their skulls, a cold chill settling into their flesh, and a scent of death and decay. These illusory changes are also apparent to those outside the radius but within visual range. In addition, the targets experience an extreme, almost unbearable craving for flesh, casing them to want to attack the nearest person - which can, indeed, be Elsa himself. The effects linger for forty seconds. Elsa can use this attack once per battle. to Quote: Eternal Sailor Scout Attack: Wendigo Howl! Sailor Elsa speaks the name of his attack, and then bites into his own hand hard enough to draw blood. He appears to transform into a Wendigo - a tall, gaunt humanoid creature with extremely pale skin, cold to the touch and reeking of rotten flesh. In this state, his single focus is an overpowering hunger - he cannot distinguish friend from foe, is numb to physical pain, and is all but impervious to emotion-oriented magical attacks. He receives no physical boosts beyond the ability to keep going through injuries. The magic lasts for 40 seconds, and when it wears off, Elsa will be extremely drained - he cannot cast any other magic, and if he has cast prior to using Wendigo Howl, he will likely fall unconscious (never mind the effects of any injuries sustained while in Wendigo form!) Elsa can only use this magic once per battle; it is intended as a last resort. APPROVED

MINOR REVISION Character Name: Sailor Sedna, Senshi of Ships Reason for Revision: All three attacks before felt really similar to me, and the new Eternal I feel offers a variety and is more interesting and reflective of the sphere as well Quote: Eternal Sailor Attack: Sedna’s Sailing Ship of Suffering Sedna claps her hands together and then holds them out towards her target, energy taking the form of a ship (the size of a pick up truck). The ship sails in a linear path towards the target in a range of 15 feet and crashes into target before ‘sinking’ and disappearing. It can be dodged if expected or with quick reflexes, as the attack travels fast and strikes within a few seconds. It feels like a plunge into icy water and lasts 40 seconds. Can be used once. to Quote: Eternal Sailor Attack: Sail Away Sedna calls out the technique name, and motions her hand either away from herself or towards herself. Her energy comes forth and takes the form of a ship (the size of a pick up truck), and can carry herself and/or target in a linear path a range of 15 feet. This can be used to move herself out of danger, towards someone or something quickly, to get an opponent away from her, or to carry an opponent into something to damage them (like a wall). The force of impact (with a wall / big object) can temporarily stun and knock the wind out of a target. It can be dodged if expected or with quick reflexes, as it travels fast. Can be used once. MINOR REVISIONCharacter Name: Sailor Skoll, Senshi of the Pack Reason for Revision: So I realized that because she's a purple belt in kickboxing, Skoll is never going to use her first two stages of magic, when it's way under powered for her abilities. I am changing it so her basic and super magic is support based, and buffs her allies instead. Her eternal is staying the same. Quote: Skoll's attacks are powered by how many fight with her. On her own, Skoll only does a fraction of the damage (with her senshi attacks) that she otherwise is capable of. Each person, up to four, increases her power by 20%. So, a group of three, including Skoll, will allow Skoll to do 60% of her full damage output. These senshi or knights must be working with her or fighting the same enemy, and not just in the area around her. Sailor Scout Attack: [ Alpha Command: Assault ] Skoll howls and charges energy in her hands and punches her enemy with it. She gets one punch out of the attack. Damage is determined by how many people, up to four, are fighting with her (see above). She can use this three times per battle. The magic itself lasts for about fifteen seconds Super Sailor Scout Attack: [ Alpha Command: Aggressive Assault ] Skoll howls and charges energy in her hands and punches her enemy with it. She now gets two punches out of the attack before the magic fades. This attack is Damage is determined by how many people, up to four, are fighting with her (see above). She can use this twice per battle. The magic lasts for twenty seconds. to Quote: Sailor Scout Attack: [ Skoll's Pack Advance ] Skoll calls her magic and howls. She and her allies, up to four, all gain a small boost to their agility and speed as long as they are within 15 ft of her and can hear her howl. This boost remains for fifteen seconds, and she can use her magic up to three times in one battle. This effect is negated if an ally is out of earshot, Skoll is silenced, or an ally moves out of the 15ft radius. Super Sailor Attack: [ Skoll's Pack Offensive ] Skoll calls her magic and howls. This time, she and her allies, up to four, gain a small boost to speed and power, as long as they're within 15 ft of her and can hear her howl. This boost remains active for twenty seconds, and can be used twice per battle. As with her sailor scout magic, the effect is negated if an ally is out of earshot, Skoll is silenced, or an ally moves out of the 15ft radius. Also if I should post this as a quest thread instead (given that her powered art has been claimed, but not received nor has she been played as a powered character as of yet - but been played as a civi ) LET ME KNOW I wasn't sure where to put this honestly. MINOR REVISION Character Name: Sailor Elvira Reason for Revision: She is no longer a chibi, so I have given her attacks more time to work, since there is no damage done, the effect time is quite long. Quote: Sailor Scout Attack: Elvira Wreath! Sailor Elvira holds her hands together and says the name of her attack, then spreads the hands apart in a circle formation, creating a wreath of energy poinsettias. She flings these at an opponent and if they hit the/a target, the/a target will suddenly appear to be wearing a wreath of the energy poinsettias and a feeling of happiness will overtake them, lasting ten seconds. The attack can be used three times per battle. Super Sailor Scout Attack: Elvira Garland! Sailor Elvira holds her hands together and says the name of her attack, then spreads the hands apart in a circle formation, creating a long garland of energy poinsettias. She flings these at an opponent and if they hit the/a target, the/a target will suddenly appear to be wearing a garland of the energy poinsettias around their shoulders and a feeling of happiness will overtake them, lasting twenty seconds. The attack can be used three times per battle. Eternal Sailor Attack: Elvira Sight Sap! Elvira holds out her hands and a three inch energy poinsettia forms in her hand which is then thrown at an opponent. If the poinsettia lands on them, they lose vision for twenty five seconds. If it does not land, the attack is useless. This can be used twice per battle. to Quote: Sailor Scout Attack: Elvira Wreath! MINOR REVISION (I guess. It's only his hobbies that are changing.) Character Name: Jonah SinclairReason for Revision: I realized I wasn't really playing some of his old hobbies and didn't have any intention to. They were more dependent upon him studying and being in school, which he graduated from last year. His new hobbies better reflect how he spends his days. History and Museums have been removed, and Books, Piano, and Sudoku have been rewritten, with the addition of a new hobby—Coffee Shops. Quote: History – Truthfully Jonah’s one and only passion in life. He developed an interest in history when he had an awesome teacher for the subject in high school and he realized how badass it is. He especially likes the medieval and early modern periods of Europe, particularly the history of England, starting with the Crusades and puttering out somewhere around the late 1700s. He has a special interest in a few key figures of English History, including Richard I the Lionheart, John of Gaunt, and Henry VIII, his six wives, and his children. He has an epic nerd crush on both Richard the Lionheart and Anne Boleyn (he even owns a replica of Anne Boleyn’s famous “B” necklace, which he sometimes wears and hides beneath his shirts, and he treats the day of her execution, May 19th, as a somber and almost mournful occasion). During the course of his college studies he’s had to fulfill a few requirements in other areas of history, but he’d like to focus mostly on either the Crusades or the Reformation (he’s yet to come to a firm decision one way or the other). When he’s in a talking mood, he could go on and on about history forever (provided he actually felt like his company cared to listen), and he has a marvelous time critiquing random historical programs and documentaries. Books – Their love for reading is really one of the only things he and his younger sister Haven have to bond over. Despite modern advances in technology and the ease with which one can now delve into a plethora of information, Jonah prefers a good, old-fashioned book to electronic media. He likes the smell of old books, he likes how smart they make him look as they clutter his desk and shelves, and he likes the information they hold and the stories they tell. Sitting around with the Kindle he got for Christmas just isn’t the same, and it tends to collect dust on the far corner of his desk while his books get worn out at the seams. He has a large collection of books on a variety of subjects, fiction and non-fiction alike. Naturally, a good majority of them have something to do with history, but he has a certain fondness for a good fantasy novel as well (except vampires and werewolves just don’t do it for him, even though his favorite book aside from the historical biographies and his Shakespeare collection is The Historian by Elizabeth Kostova). He finds it difficult to go shopping without picking up at least one book in the process, and he can never quite resist the lure of a bookstore, especially the smaller second-hand stores (you can find some really cool stuff there). He spends a lot of time reading in his room, or in some of the student lounges on campus, and he’s been known to spend a lot of time perusing the shelves in the history section of the library. Museums – Walking around Destiny’s City's many museums and checking out the latest exhibits happens to be Jonah’s idea of a good time. It’s interesting, it’s relaxing, and if he’s lucky he can meet a couple of like-minded individuals who might not mind talking to him. History museums, art museums, science museums, Jonah loves them all. He absolutely adores living-history museums and is a frequent visitor to Renaissance Fairs (which aren’t museums but they’re still loads of fun, and sometimes he just likes the feeling of being back in a "simpler time"). Frequently, Jonah will spend his weekends museum hopping, especially when he hears word of a new exhibit opening up. He usually ends up going by himself unless his little sister or a friend tags along. He isn’t opposed to other people joining him, it’s just that he tends to go on and on about the things that interest him when he actually has a willing ear, and the constant stream of facts (or the corrections he may or may not make to the tour guides) aren’t always appreciated. He does his best not to be such a nuisance, but he can’t always help it. Sudoku – One of his more solitary hobbies. Sometimes Jonah just needs to relax and unwind and remove himself from the presence of other people, because talking so much is often a huge effort and he's never really sure what people make of him, so it's just easier to shut himself away and focus on something that stimulates his mind and makes him feel successful when he completes it. One would think crossword puzzles would be more up his alley, but he finds Sudoku far more challenging (and therefore far more rewarding when he manages to complete a set). He has a few Sudoku puzzle books he's been steadily making his way through in his down time. It gives him something to do when he's on his own at home, sitting quietly in the back of his classes, or puttering around by himself trying not to be lame in public. Piano – Something of a minor hobby. Jonah took up the piano when he was in elementary school at the insistence of his mother and grandfather, who thought it pertinent for the scion of an upper class family to have a "refined" skill that had less to do with reading books and more to do with showing off some visible talent. Jonah didn't mind it, though he knows he's not sensational—certainly nothing to go home and brag about no matter how much his mother and grandfather might try to make "Oh, Jonah plays the piano" seem impressive. Sometimes when he crosses paths with a piano he'll find himself drawn to it for a tune or two. It helps him to de-stress and unwind a bit with its familiarity, if nothing else. to Quote: Coffee Shops – Though he is by no means a coffee snob, Jonah has a great fondness for the beverage. He doesn't usually get much sleep, so he relies on coffee and caffeine in general to keep him awake and alert. Some people don't like the smell or the flavor, but Jonah enjoys both. His favorite thing to do during the day is to sit in one coffee shop or another, nursing his drink and eating a scone (or two). Jonah likes the atmosphere in coffee shops. He finds it relaxing. It's comfortable. There's no pressure to try and be someone he's not. He can sit in the corner with his drink and his computer and blend in with the crowd. He can observe the comings and goings, listen to the quiet murmur of conversation, and actually think he's a part of a world and a society that more often seems to go by just fine without him. Coffee shops are safe places. He feels no danger and no judgement there, and no pressure to try and fit in. He spends more time bouncing between coffee shops than he probably should, but it's better and less stressful than trying to do anything at home. He can think clearly there, and feel somewhat decent about himself in the process, because he's just like everyone else coming in for their daily fix. Books – Jonah likes books. Friends might come and go, but a good book is always there for you. Despite advances in modern technology, Jonah prefers a good, old-fashioned book to electronic media. He likes the smell of books, and he likes how smart they make him look when they clutter his desk and shelves. Sitting around with his Kindle just isn't the same, and it tends to collect dust on the far corner of his desk while his books get worn out at the seams. He has a large collection of books on a variety of subjects, fiction and non-fiction alike. Jonah has the habit of buying a new book (or three) whenever he goes shopping, though they usually end up sitting there until he finishes the books he bought the last time. He can never quite resist the lure of a bookstore. He spends a lot of time reading in his room, or in whatever quaint coffee shop he happens to be visiting during the day, and he's been known to spend a lot of time perusing the shelves at the library. Jonah is embarrassed to admit that his favorite book of all time is a romance— Katherine by Anya Seton—so when anyone asks he says his favorite is The Historian by Elizabeth Kostova instead. Sudoku – Jonah prefers to live a rather solitary existence. It's safer and easier than trying to be someone worthy of attention. He spends a lot of his life trying to play it safe and stay out of the way. Sometimes Jonah just needs to relax and unwind and remove himself from the presence of other people, especially when he's surrounded by them. Sudoku helps him do that. Conversing with people is a huge effort, and he's never really sure what people make of him, so it's easier to shut himself away and focus on something that stimulates his mind and makes him feel successful when he's done. He finds Sudoku far more challenging (and therefore more rewarding) than crossword puzzles or other trivia games. Jonah has a few Sudoku books he's been steadily making his way through in his down time. It gives him something to do when he's out and about, a way for him to look busy even when he's really not. People tend to leave him be when he's got his head buried in a puzzle, so he doesn't have to force himself to be social when he's sure he fails at it. Piano – Jonah likes to keep this hobby on the down low because he's wary of being the center of attention and he gets easily embarrassed whenever he's put in that position. He took up the piano when he was in early elementary school at the insistence of his grandfather, who thought it pertinent for the scion of an upper class family to have a “refined” skill that had less to do with reading and more to do with showing off some visible talent. Surprisingly, Jonah took to it rather well. To this day it's the only thing his grandfather forced on him that Jonah is actually thankful for. It's given him another safe outlet for his feelings and has taught him an appreciation for music. He likes to play more mainstream hits than classical pieces (which irritates his grandfather to no end), and will sing along when he's alone (or thinks he is). Jonah spends a lot of time at night sitting in the back corner of a dueling piano bar, sipping at drinks and letting himself imagine what it might be like to work there. Sometimes when he crosses paths with a piano Jonah will find himself drawn to it for a tune or two. It helps him to de-stress and unwind a bit with its familiarity, if nothing else. Stamped!
