- InduInfinities Character: Sailor Scylla (Ashen Lilac Crystal Ability) Attack: The Black Spot -- A tracking ability, this works like the black spot of lore. Scylla curses a target within 10 feet, and she is able to track them. No matter how far away they get or how weak in level they are, she can feel their aura for a maximum of 30 minutes. It is not a situation of "Lieutenant Loser is in front of a red door, with a sign saying 'Slappy's Slapstick Joint.'" This is a sensation of direction and approximate distance. This does not give her the ability to follow them if, for example, they get sucked through one of the mirrors or into the Negaverse area: She cannot differentiate if they went to the Rift/Mirrorspace/Planet/Wonder/Died/Powered down- it is just like bad cell phone service. It cuts off. If her target, however, only teleports or mirrorwalks away, she can still follow them. (Discussed this with Mouse on AIM.)

Character: Sailor Scylla (Eternal Ability)
Attack: -- Once per battle Scylla creates a literal meat shield. Instead of the tentacles of the Kraken, the top of a shadowy head rises from the ground, encasing a ten-foot radius. Enemies are forcibly pushed away, and only allies are encased. As the head is assaulted, Scylla gets to feel every delightful blow as it were she being assaulted herself. If the head is destroyed, Scylla is temporarily stunned, and cannot use this power again that day.
This protective sphere can last a maximum of 60 seconds and has as many hit points in a battle with such things as Scylla herself. (i.e. if Scylla starts with 30 HP and is down to 20 when she uses this power, the shield starts with 30 hit points.) In a battle without hit points, for example, the head is very tough to kill; An eternal power would take out 1/3 to 1/2 of the head's hit points; something that would take it out immediately would be, for example, a 'head' on collision with a car- same as it would take out Scylla, if she got hit by one.
(Discussed this one with Mouse as well.)
