Everything about going out of their own territory felt wrong. Hitsu would have much rather been back at campus, helping where she could there, instead of following a dangerous rumor that had them out and about for relatively easy pickings. But, Cecil hadn't stayed at campus himself, and like hell was she going to sit around on her a** when he could have been out getting himself into trouble.
So, logically, they would both be out risking their lives.
The chaos that erupted around everyone present, once they'd reached their destination, left her heart racing and ears ringing. That ringing was practically all she could hear, too. Unbeknownst to her, others had made out with much more in the way of handicapping injuries, but not being able to properly hear threats or even conversation was far from a desirable scenario either way...
